Fu Lu Shou Complex - named after the Daoist concept of Fu Lu Shou, meaning respectively, the good fortune (fu, 福), prosperity (lu, 祿) and longevity (shou, 壽)- is a shopping mall that offers a wide range of souvenirs, handicrafts, gifts, dry ingredients, antiques and Fengshui religious Astrology services. Unlike other shopping malls in Singapore, the complex brings together different traders dealing in Taoist and Buddhist religious products. Over the years, the mall has upheld its true definition of the ultimate spot for Chinese religious wares and services. Built in 1983, Fu Lu Shou Complex comprises a total of 140 retail units and 29,493 square feet spacious office units. With a total built area of 108,114 square feet, the mall has enough space to cater for a larger number of customers at the same time. The complex has 6 levels starting from level B1 to level 5. Each level caters unique shopping experience. Level B1 specializes in beauty salons, spa, body care and other precious gems and jewelry along with basic amenity, Pharmacy. Level 1 is dedicated for commerce and money making via the presence of banks and other trading outlets. Level 2 blooms with Spiritual amenities like Buddhists artifacts, jewelry along with travel and tourism. Level 3, 4 and 5 plays a perfect interplay between life style stores, books, parlors, salons, travel and cuisine.

Happened to chance upon this massage shop at Fu Lu Shou Building level 2, left turn after escalator. #02-20. Good service and excellent massage skills. You won't regret after you try it. Nice ambience with smoothing music, make you relax when you are having your massage session. My masseur was Ah Wen, strongly recommended! They're currently running a 20% discount on weekdays but not sure till when. Worth the try!

It's an old shopping mall. What I like about this mall is because it's situated in Bugis area. There are many shops there especially for foot massage and Buddhist prayers things. There are few shops selling jades/ crystal, scented woods and so on.

Fu Lu Shou Complex is a building of sorts with offices, training centres, tuition schools, travel agents, trinkets shops, dried foodstuff and a mini foodcourt at the basement. The local ambience and culture in the neighbouring buildings including the popular Albert food complex and mini stalls in the walkway are what brought me there once in a while to reminisce about the richness of local dialects spoken by aunties and uncles and their happy faces chit-chatting. However since COVid struck, the atmosphere is stark and cold. Many are stuck at home to be safe. Pray this dreadful virus and its variants meet their doom and life can be back to normal.

Good place for dried goods as more comfortable to shop there rather than the non aircon and grungy lift / stairs to 2nd floor Albert complex. Otherwise , not much of interest for the window shopper as mainly feng shui and jade jewellry shops

I come here specially to buy the BBQ pork and the BBQ char siew baos. The baos are very tasty and delicious that I come back more often for them. Also the BBQ pork taste good especially the chilli one. Give it a thump up.

Interesting place to visit. Although this is an old mall, it has a unique charm. This little mall is a haven for religious artifacts and has a few vegetarian restaurants that serve pretty nice food. You just drop by this unique place especially if you are a pilgrim and had visited the nearby temples. And even if you are not one, just walk through for an experience

Good place to get foot massages. Road in front of the complex is being closed due to the tunneling works of the new underground expressway.

It is super crowded especially during the Chinese New year period! The staircase smells like urine which is super unpleasant and I almost vomited walking up the stairs case. It really needs to be cleaned. And pigeons flying around . The stores offer good prices so people flock there

Arrived at this place in the late afternoon on a weekday so there was no crowd. The basement was full of life as the Chinese grocery shops were busy selling dried seafood n lunar new year stuff. There was no queue so I got what I wanted in no time...dried prawns ; ikan bilis ;a box of Indonesian uncooked prawn crackers. They r very fresh n reasonably priced..All in Fu Lu Shou building.

This place is a very popular place where locals visit for their food and include dry and wet market. This place is also a center of shops selling Buddhist stuff, good place for foot massage ($38/- per hour) on the 2nd floor. This whole area is almost always crowded. For the visitors, it is a good place to soak in the local atmosphere. It is within walking distance a couple of famous temples and not far from Little India. I come here very week for my for massage while the wife does her shopping...

Despite the mall being old, it does not seem to be maintained at all. Many areas of the mall look run-down. As such, walking through the mall is like walking through time, which is further reinforced by the number of Chinese herbal/medicinal/statue/religious shops that are present in the mall itself. The only F&B outlet I could find here was the coffee shop, which does not appear to have many food options either. However, due to the shops found in the mall, if you are a collector of Chinese relics this is the place to go. They have statues and items of many sizes and would probably have what you’re looking for.

Still practicing the scan in system while many had stopped the safe entry system. A place where many devotees would go to look for items for Taoist or Buddhism practice. The dried goods store at basement 1 is always that busy. If you like to pray to the 4 faced Buddha, it's quite famous sitting at the first level.

Very nice & lucky building where Geomancy and Feng Shui and antique products units are located; besides The 4 Faces Buddha Small Temple at Level One. You can find Dried Food Stuff, Titbits, Medical Halls, Gold Jewellery, Electrical Products and so on... Yesterday, I even managed to buy imported CD albums of the late Chinese female original singer for my favourite old songs despite, higher price for each CD that I had paid. The shop is located at B1-25!!😆

1st Floor 4 Face Buddha definitely can go there to pray. If want do casing for Amulet i recommend 2nd Floor, Khunpinang Amulets the boss name is Kenny. Good workmanship, wide range of colour and materials and most important friendly. If want buy amulets I definitely will not recommend any of the shops there. Price Marked up by way too much.

An interesting history about the place: this used to be a place where shops selling traditional stylish electronics goods such as hi-fi amplifier sound systems from big Japanese names such as Sony, Panasonic, Aiwa. And such shops are spillovers from notorious tourists traps like Sim Lim Square. But with the emergence of mobile phones and e-Commerce. The shops businesses have dwindled and a good many have left the place. As of 2022 June, a number of dried-goods shop have spawn in the basement, probably jumped ship from diagonally The Bencoolen, along with a new basement foodcourt to share the threshold population with the opposite hawker centre. Fu Lu Shou is now undergoing some rejuvenation.
