Place is kinda rundown and carpark lot is soooo narrow. HOWEVER the econo rice 1st floor (next to the Indian food coffee shop) is very nice. It is surprising. Noticeably the sweet sour pork and the pork belly and curry pork.

Went here to eat at a halal indian muslim restaurant. Good food but abit pricey. There are many shops selling antiques in this building.

Fook Hai Building is one of the earlier hi rise building from the late 70's featuring a shopping podium and residential tower. The character of the late 70's still lingers on primarily because the shop are individually owned by different strata owners giving it a hotch porched texture in the retail and services. You will notice a few prominent trades that is unmistakenly the Fook Hai character ; Radio control hobbyist, antique and flea market curious and consultants. The bathrooms are horror movies and it gets worse when the night life activities begin. Lay your eggs elsewhere first!

Fook hai building near China town MRT in Singapore is good to purchase drone and similar items. Today I went there to buy a drone but Sunday it's closed. To my surprise there was local fair of old goods in mall. Many good used and antique items were available for purchase. Please note these items were used mostly. If someone interested in old valuable stuff please visit this place on Sunday. Other regular shops are selling Monday to Saturday.
