Dairy
Farm
should
relook
how
to
attract
younger
staff
to
the
outlet.
We
are
there
before
the
evening
crowd
rushed
in.
The
overall
supermarket
experience
is
still
ok
as
the
smell
is
still
acceptable.
(When
rotten
vegetable
or
chiller
food
is
not
clear
in
time,
the
smell
will
lingers
the
area)
We
saw
there
are
knock
off
product
going
at
very
low
price
as
they
are
near
expiry.
However
shock
to
find
item
that
has
already
expired,
as
according
to
the
reading
on
the
package
25.12.22
means
it
expiry
on
25
Dec
22.
When
checked
out
at
self
service
kiosk,
the
discount
price
wasn't
reflected.
Thinking
the
discount
will
automatic
computed
at
the
end
of
sales.
Thus
ignore
and
paid.
In
the
end,
we
paid
original
price
of
$1.85
for
the
$1
item.
Staff
ask
us
why
didn't
approach
them
when
checking
out,
our
question
is
where
are
the
signage
to
ask
us
to
look
for
them.
(BTW,
there
are
only
2
staffs
in
store)
Nevertheless,
it
will
good
if
staff
paste
a
poster
reminding
customer
the
knock
off
item
need
to
find
assistance
to
reflect
the
discount
and
when
we
scanned
the
product
and
discount
is
not
reflected,
call
the
staff
before
checkout.
There
are
also
calculation
error
when
refunding.
We
finally
sort
out
the
price
to
return
to
us.
We
notice
more
and
more
seniors
work
in
the
supermarket.
I
have
nothing
against
their
age,
but
if
the
trend
continues,
without
young
staff,
it
will
be
difficult
for
some
old
folks
to
pick
up
the
tech
stuff
(cdc
voucher,
whatever
mobile
app
pay)
and
moving
heavy
items.
