A very large scale sporting goods store that stocks extremely affordable apparel and equipment, even for a home gym. Had items from ski jackets and snow boots, to swimming accessories. The long straight aisles are easy to navigate. While the location may not be the easiest to get to, it might be worthwhile if you are in need of affordable sports related items. Only pitfall is the changing room situation, whereby it is just a singular box on some aisles and a pile of unwanted clothes are often just strewn about in that vicinity. People do take a large amounts of items and ages to try, so a wait is very likely when it gets busy.

Every Singaporean should visit this store at least once so they know where to get cheap sporting essentials when needed. My family was planning a water sports trip and we didn't want to overspend on gears. This store is huge, and products are competitively priced, but one shouldn't expect branded labels or high-end products. Just because it is cheap doesn't mean the product is of lousy quality. Products are of decent quality. Oh, and the self-checkout is super cool! You simply dump all your items into a checkout bin and the RFID scanner can identify all items correctly! 👍

Big variety there. There is a lot of focus now on paying through the Decathlon app by Scan and Go. Took a few pics to send to others, so here are some things you'd see.

Located just a minute away from the Joo Koon MRT station, it is incredibly convenient for anyone looking to purchase sports products. Upon entering the store, I was astounded by the vast size and the extensive variety of sports products available. Decathlon has managed to cater to enthusiasts of all sports, ranging from soccer to cycling, and even water sports! The layout of the store is well thought out, ensuring that customers can easily navigate through the different sections and find exactly what they're looking for. One of the highlights of my visit was the affordable pricing of the products. Decathlon offers high-quality sportswear, equipment, and accessories at competitive prices, making it the ideal destination for both beginners and seasoned athletes. I was able to pick up a few items without breaking the bank, thanks to their attractive price tags. Another commendable feature is the self-checkout system employed by Decathlon Joo Koon. This efficient service allows customers to quickly complete their purchases without having to wait in long lines, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. However, do note that the store doesnot provide free bags, so it's advisable to bring your own reusable bag to carry your purchases. In addition to the vast product offerings and excellent prices, the staff at Decathlon Joo Koon were friendly and knowledgeable. They were more than happy to assist me in finding the right products and answering any questions I had about the items I was interested in. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for the team at this store. Just remember to bring your own bag, and enjoy a fantastic shopping experience!

Neat and organized. Visited specifically for the bike servicing, need to make an appointment on the website. Has a little bicycle track to test out, a little cage for skate classes.

One of my fav decathlon outlets to visit. It is slightly far to the west so not quite for anyone staying in the east. But for me, its pretty ok. Basically as compared to other smaller outlets scattered across the country, this outlet is a nice place to go physically shop and pick things up. You can find almost all the sports here.

Decathlon Joo Koon is the ultimate playground for sports lovers, and it's become a regular haunt for me and my energetic little rugrats. We may not always leave with shopping bags bursting at the seams, but the sheer excitement and joy we experience there make it worth every minute. However, I must admit, my dear wife isn't exactly smitten with our extended visits to this sports paradise. Let me explain why. First off, Decathlon Joo Koon is like a sports wonderland on steroids. It's a treasure trove of sporting goodies that could make any athlete's heart skip a beat. The aisles are neatly arranged, and the shelves are packed with every piece of sports equipment you could ever imagine. It's like being a kid in a candy store, except the candy is replaced with soccer balls, bicycles, and tennis rackets. Now, let's talk about the "testing zones." These areas are pure genius and a source of endless amusement for my kids. They get to try out various sports equipment and unleash their inner champions. You can imagine the chaos as my little daredevils take turns zooming around on bikes or dribbling soccer balls through the store. The staff members, bless their patient souls, are always on hand to provide guidance and make sure we don't turn Decathlon into a full-blown Olympic arena. But here's the catch—my wife's patience wears thin much quicker than the kids' enthusiasm. She's not particularly fond of spending hours in a sports store, watching her beloved family indulge in their athletic fantasies. While we're busy scoring goals or shooting hoops, she's usually found eyeing the nearest comfy chair, longing for the moment when we finally decide to call it a day. I guess you could say she has a "love-hate" relationship with Decathlon Joo Koon—she loves the family time but hates the seemingly endless hours spent there. In all fairness, Decathlon Joo Koon has a contagious energy that's hard to resist. Even if you don't end up purchasing anything, the experience itself is worth the trip. The store is always buzzing with passionate athletes of all ages, and it's easy to get swept up in the excitement. Plus, it's a fantastic place to discover new sports and gear up for some serious fun. So, if you're looking for a place to unleash your inner sports fanatic or keep your energetic kids entertained, Decathlon Joo Koon is the spot. Just be prepared for some mixed reactions from family members, with the kids bouncing off the walls and your significant other daydreaming about a cozy sofa. But hey, it's all part of the adventure!

The best customer service ever! I returned some items and the staffs are very helpful and know well what they do! The guys at the bike area are also very helpful and efficient! Look for Mr. Hakeem and his team if you want a good experience. He is very patient even if I gave them quite a hard time with my item return. Decathlon is already my go to sports store. They have the best customer service and return/exchange terms. Joo Koon Decathlon also has been my preferred store as they have a huge selection of all sporting goods and is the closes experience store in the west area.

Great shopping place for decent quality sports products at affordable price. Special thanks to Alexa. She was very helpful with my return and exchange at the counter. Despite of the new system, she stayed calm and professional on handling our case. Big thumbs up 👍 for her! Unlike another colleague whose was assisting us earlier, keep telling us he unable pull out my membership and threw back the question to us asking if we are okay to proceed without further explanation. In the end he request Alexa to handle our case. I think more improvements training needed.

Feedback on a salesperson (apparently Decathlon app Feedback feature is faulty): I would like to commend your staff Idris (Joo Koon Outlet) for his exceptional sales skills and dedication to providing outstanding service to customers. His professionalism and product knowledge truly set him apart in the sales industry. Idris was very helpful in answering all our queries. His friendly demeanour and ability to build rapport make every interaction a positive experience. He's a valuable asset to Decathlon, and I believe he deserves to be given recognition to his efforts. Thank you, Idris.

What I liked was the layout of the store. It's quite large and easy to find the departments. Everything else was a massive headache though and an unpleasant experience. There's few staff and the ones there either don't know or don't care. It's hot and crowded inside. There's long queues to either try or test things (like bikes, rollerblades, etc. again because there's little staff). Checkout takes forever since there's broken checkout machines and again no staff (apparently there's an app, but that doesn't work either). I'd recommend just to buy online, all the positives about an in-store experience just don't exist here.

Was looking for some versatile pants at decathlon, to use for casual wear and hiking. Nurin direction me to the Mountain Trekking aisle and recommended the EcoDesign Forclaz pants. Quite awesome seeing that it can detach for casual use, and I can reattach it for outdoor use! Quite fashionable too! Thank you!

Taufik is definitely the go to person if you are looking to get yourself a bicycle from Decathlon. Besides sharing some excellent tips on cycling, Taufik also demo to great details step-by-step instructions on foldable bicycle. I was lucky to have met Taufik and learnt wonderful tips on these bikes as well as other relevant information. I will definitely revisit Decathlon to get other bicycle accessories.

It’s one of the biggest decathlon outlet which I had been too. There’s a wide varieties of sports equipments and accessories at the affordable price. The staffs are also well trained and helpful in aiding the customers with their expertise. The expertise of the area of sports the staffs can be noted from their tags which is really helpful to recognise.Bought the bike at a affordable price with the benefits of trying prior purchase. There’s even workshop that helps to equip all the accessories you like to equip via the bike.😊

This store is comparable to the Kallang store in terms of variety and layout but has the locational advantage of being next to the MRT station. There is a good variety travel backpacks on display and they are made of durable material.

It's convenient. No worries about rain. If you drive just park at the multi storey carpark. Bus & train too was accessible. If you are members after purchasing, your parking is redeemable. All under one roof.

Got one of their running tights and 2 of their nature hiking pants. I couldn't find my size there so I bought it online and chose express click and collect. Waited for 1 hour at the outlet for it to come, which was way faster than the stated 2 hours (yay!) The pants are really comfortable and the material feels really nice!!

Huge Decathlon outlet in the West. This outlet has a wide selection and variety of sports wear, gear and equipment. You could practically get anything related to sports or outdoor activities over here. Though very far off in the Western side of Singapore, this place is just beside Joo Koon MRT station and the Joo Koon bus interchange is situated in the same FairPrice hub building at level 1. Parking spaces are more than ample and available most time - only crowded during weekday lunch time. Easily accessible by car via PIE and AYE too. Very family and kid friendly place to shop as the aisles are wide and spacious.

Not the first time here. Despite the distance from where I'm staying, it's one of those places where you want to go when you prefer a leisure pace window shopping without the usual crowds when compared to the other outlets. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's a 'ghost town' or anything because you do get the fans from the west side of Singapore here. Well what can you say, it's Decathlon... And you always find something you need
