Waited for 15minutes but no one was even attending to the shop. This was 45 minutes before closing time. When the shop assistant finally returned, he abruptly and rudely stated that everything was already sold out. Would have been nice if there was a notice to inform us of this. I guess the other reviews about the poor service speaks volumes!

rude staff! I wonder how the company hire their employee . if i can give zero star, i will give zero star. i doubt they ever attended customer service course before. they doesn't even know who to smile, greet and say thank you . might as well close down the store.

Very, very, very rude stuff. They will shout at you and make sure you feel unwelcome. Avoid at all cost. Yi is the name of the extremely ride stuff member who told me it's not his job to make customers happy. Shop appears open at 10:15, doesn't actually open till 11:00.

I orderd milk tea using grab reward . i was sick , wearing mask, hiding half of my face and look so pale. Then the male staff asked me sugar level then i saied 0 %. Then suddenly he started to make putting full of ice into the cup then i said no ice for me...then he SHOUT at me that "you should say early!! Isn't it the normal way that staff ask sugar level ,ice level , double confirm, pay the bill and start to make, is it? Person who can not figure out customer got a cold then better not to having a ice drink, how can work related customer even though it's simple work like ordering drinks. I can't understand the way he treat a customer. If you are owner, better find staff having good service mind or put automatic ordering machines like other outlet. If your staff can't handle with promotion like a grab reward, please don' t do or hired some more staff so they may not work with that attitude. If you are a just hired staff, you are not stable for facing customer, better change position with other staff. That position is work for customer not for YOUR CONVENIENCE. Those who want to use voucher or pay by reward something like that, please don't go this outlet.

Taste is bad. No much different from bottled milk tea from china/taiwan. Should focus on improving its taste than promotion to getting more customers.

If I could give zero star, I definitely would! This branch is FOREVER not in sync with all other liho branches for the promotions. Like last time they had $2 milk tea, this branch continued to charge ~$3 and said there was no such promotion (but I checked with all other branches on the same day and after that, promotion was still on!) Then now, there’s a passion card promotion of 5% off, and again this united square branch guy said they are not involved in this promotion. What rubbish. Might as well change their name to some other name, not LiHo, since they are not following all other liho branches in giving customers the promotional prices!

the staff was rude and the tea tasted sour. the pearls r so little as compared to other liho outlets. really the worst liho outlet i’ve tried

Staff are extremely unfriendly. I wanted to purchase milk tea with pearl the other day. Since I was a student, I knew I could get a student discount, so I used my phone and showed the lady at the counter my a picture of my student card. However, she said that I had to show her the actual student card, not a picture. I immediately went on to tell her that at other liho outlets, I could just show them a picture of my student card and get the discount. She then really rudely replied, “different liho got different boss. You can go to other liho if you want.” I do understand that the same rules don’t comply to every single liho but I felt that the way that lady replied to me was really unkind of her.

The usual. A one person operation so service can be slow at times.

Tried the new pineapple tart smoothie and it was out of my expectations! So yummy don't usually write reviews but i must recommend on this one.

Service staff here are really friendly and efficient. Was able to get my drink within a few minutes after ordering. Ambience here is great too, paired with my favourite Royal Milk Guan Yin. Would definitely come back again.
