The customer experience was amazing from the very beginning. From my first secret visit on my, then the visit with my partner, and the subsequent follow ups; at no point was I made to feel pressured to purchase the ring from them. In fact, the assigned staff (Avery) gave me several realistic recommendations. In addition, she had made efforts to share about the diamond, the industry, the differentiation cut and also took me / us out to show how it looks like under the sun. She was very patient and accommodating. After we had chosen our final two choices, she had made a mould of both choices to take a look. Even at that point, there was no pressure of commitment. When I finally decided on the ring to go for, which needed a diamond that was not yet read and requires some additional setting on the ring, she always kept me posted on the development. Met with Eugene and was absolutely blown away by the quality of the service and the diamonds and rings. As many others before have mentioned as well, they take time to educate you on buying diamonds and I did not feel pressured at all. In fact, Eugene even tried to save me money by proving that we can't really tell the difference from one of the colour grades to the next. I ended up getting the patented round10 cut diamond and it has been a week since my Fiancee has been wearing it. She has been getting compliments and it is a really exceptional diamond with outstanding light performance, sparkling under almost any real-life conditions. I have no doubt that I got good value for what I paid for. Having said that, it is good to prepare what budget you have in mind and mention it to them before your appointment. I did not do that but coincidentally it all fell within my budget. However, it could go differently if it is not discussed beforehand, especially if you have brought your partner along.

When my partner and I were first starting out on our journey to finding THE place to have my engagement ring designed and made, my very dear friend were finalizing the details of their ring with JannPaul. Definitely recommend Marie and Avery. We purchased the engagement and wedding band. Marie was patient to introduce us all the selections. She explained in every steps and guide us. We had heard many positive reviews from JannPaul from our various contacts therefore I decided to shortlist JannPaul as one of my options in selecting a pair of wedding bands for our proposal. I first met Avery as she was the one who greeted me as I entered the shop. She was proactive and provided me with lots of insightful knowledge about wedding bands and diamonds. Her explanations were concise and easy to understand. At first, I was hesitant on procuring both an engagement ring and a pair of wedding bands, she shared with me that this is up to individual couples. She was patient enough to explain the differences between the two and even showed me several designs during our session. I was grateful to her as not once did she sound frustrated and that gave me assurance to properly decide on what I needed for my proposal. After going through the several designs she showed me, we brainstormed on a particular design for my proposal. She drafted the initial design on the spot and I was pleased with the outcome. This gave me further confidence that her experience and knowledge were the right fit. Fast forward to a month later, the rings were ready and I went down to collect them. Upon receiving the rings, I was elated with the final product as it was a carbon copy of the 3D drawing. JannPaul also gave me a token along with the rings that I could use for my proposal. (which were a pair of bears dressed up in wedding costume, the bears were so cute!) My ex-girlfriend (now wife) loves the ring and can't go a day without them! Happiest day only possible with the team at JannPaul - Eugene who ran the initial consult on Zoom (first time learning about ASET scopes, light performance, hearts-and-arrows) and saw the ring through from start to finish. Comms was spot-on, which was important as I’m based in Australia - after this experience my trust in JP is rock-solid. We did an initial design with wax castings which Eugene shipped over - and then I decided to completely redesign the ring 😮‍💨 Really appreciate the dedication to the craft at JannPaul - once you go here, I think it’s hard to go anywhere else. It has been such a meaningful and enjoyable journey with Avery of Jann Paul, in trying to find the perfect engagement ring. The entire process took 4 months. During our first appointment, Avery was very thorough in explaining the brilliance of the white series, how the diamond shines under different light settings and provided us with a realistic timeline and a rough estimate. We paid a deposit of $1000. After agreeing on the setting and overall look of the ring, she mailed us a 3d-printed prototype of the ring which was about a month later, so that we could get a better idea of the thickness of the band and the size of the diamond. Avery contacted us when the band and the diamond was ready, so we made a trip down to the shop to see how it looked like in real life! Once that has also been agreed upon, it took another month or so for the diamond to be mounted on the band. Finally, we got the news that our engagement ring was done! We paid the remaining amount for the ring upon collection. The brilliance of the white series is amazing, both indoors and outdoors, and we love it so much! Avery has been wonderful — she always keeps us in the loop and I really appreciate how she stuck to the timeline and delivered on the agreed date =)

My wife and I have always had an eye on JannPaul from all of their Instagram marketing, and our experience definitely did not disappoint. I reached out to get an upgraded engagement ring as a surprise for my wife. As soon as my engagement date was set, I've began to research on the places to find a ring I would fall in love with for a lifetime. I shortlist some places and one of it was JannPaul due to high ratings and reviews. On the day itself, I made a decision to just choose 1 and visit JannPaul. I didn't make an appointment but was still treated so well and was attended by Avery. Avery was very professional, she taught me and my partner about the basics of diamond. She is also very skilled as she balanced out listening and understanding my needs as well as giving us a good range of choices to choose from in terms of diamond and ring settings. As my engagement date is coming soon, Avery had to expedite the ring. There was no delays and the whole process was very smooth and reassuring. The price was in my opinion expensive, as normally my friends, family and relatives would just spend below $2k for an engagement or wedding ring. We had a really great experience at Jann Paul thanks to Avery! We started our engagement ring shopping at the jewelry street at Ion, but none of them made us feel nearly as comfortable as Avery did! She gave us a good crash course on the various types of diamond cuts, ring settings, what to look out for when choosing / designing an engagement ring. She understood what we wanted almost immediately (even tho we weren’t too sure ourselves), and was able to quickly draw up a rough sketch! Avery was really pleasant to work with throughout the whole process, and we are so thankful that we now have the perfect engagement ring for us! Would 100% reco!

I cannot recommend JannPaul enough! My partner and I worked with Avery to design an engagement ring. We are from Australia and Avery videocalled us for our first meeting and explained everything, including diamond specs and showing us their infamous hearts and arrows diamond under a microscope. She was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. She regularly updated us on the progress of the engagement ring which took roughly 5 months. We finally met her on a quick stopover in Singapore to pick up the ring and I couldn't be happier! The ring was stunning and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Could not be happier with our experience at JannPaul! We learnt a lot from the free diamond education lesson on our first visit and it became clear to us that JP really takes pride in delivering the best of the best. I had an incredible experience with Avery from JannPaul. Avery was patient and detailed in explaining and showcasing the different diamonds to help me make a more informed decision on my purchase. I had to rush the setting of the ring as my timeline was very tight but Avery and her team and JannPaul delivered. When requested, Avery also didn’t hesitate to explain more about diamonds as well as describe the diamond purchased to my fiancée when she returned to resize the ring so that she could have a better appreciation for the diamond. I was also really impressed with the quality of the diamond cuts and especially the patented decagon cut. It truly outclasses the round brilliant in terms of the light refraction and is very clearly the more brilliant of the two (even when compared to the Super Ideal Cut of the round brilliant Diamond). On top of that, the shape of the decagon does make the Diamond look larger than its actual carat size in the round brilliant. Needless to say, my fiancée absolutely loved it. All in all, fantastic quality coupled with impeccable service. Will not hesitate to recommend Avery for her fantastic service as well as the Decagon cut from JannPaul.

If I could give more stars, I would. Casey and the entire team at JannPaul were phenomenal in helping me choose the perfect ring. The level of detail and quality of advice that Casey was able to provide is what ultimately cemented by decision to purchase the ring from JannPaul! I live in the UK and whilst the purchase was essentially made blind, Casey patiently and diligently answered every single question I asked, provided me with many images and videos and kept his patience with me throughout the entire process. It was a level of service I didn't know existed and I went across London and Birmingham, two major UK hubs for engagement rings. Casey shared videos of my diamonds performance under different lights, hearts and arrow diagrams and ASET scopes and more. It was insane! The communication began with a simple Instagram message (I figured why not ask, what have I got to lose), having watched their many educational YouTube videos. I asked JannPaul for their view on a diamond from ANOTHER firm. I pestered them a number of times with such requests and the response and attitude was always excellent. I never felt the pressure to purchase from them...unique aspect! Casey and JannPaul also ensured that the ring was delivered to what became a very tight timeline and I am very grateful to them for this. As a UK based customer, JannPaul bridged that distance perfectly to make for a comfortable purchase....and I think I'll leave it at that!

This is where my fiance got my engagement ring and eventually bought my wedding band from them too. Consultation was great, they gave me options that would match my engagement ring, explained the carat and ring details and all, no hardselling, and gives you best price. The place is not pretentious and they have more than enough staff to assist you. I also got a free ring cleaning and advise me that I can drop by whenever I can. Definitely recommend this place esp for ring shopping!

JannPaul lived up to its name by educating their clients about diamonds, what affect its light performance and the importance of a diamond’s cut. They offer super ideal cut and they even have samples to show the difference between diamonds of a good cut and bad cut. Online reviews have also been really positive! I highly recommend JP!

I visited JannPaul earlier this year to look for an engagement ring. When I arrived, all the sales reps were engaged but Kevin Tan, the operations manager, noticed me immediately and attended to me. Despite not being a sales rep, he demonstrated such deep knowledge and understanding of diamond and the products that truly impressed me. Better known as House of Hung the store was a crown jewel of Orchard for many-many years. I know this place since i first moved to Singapore in 2005. They always have amazing pieces on display. I noticed a wider diversification from purely Chinese yellow gold items to white gold (and diamonds as well) when I visited it recently. I have long positive business relations with Casey, one of the managers there. I needed to repair a "family treasure" from 40 years ago. Casey was very helpful in arranging a meeting, inspection of the pieces. Repair was gone very quickly (few days only), plus free polish and a complimentary box to preserve the earrings. Looking forward to visit the store during festive holidays to pick up new items for family members.

First place I went to when searching for the engagement ring and honestly didn’t see the need to look elsewhere. Marie helped me to understand the many different aspects on what to look for in a diamond it was a truly learning experience for me. She helped a lot by giving her personal recommendation and based on the info I provided, I managed to choose a ring my partner was super happy with! 10/10 recommend to look for Marie at JP when it comes to diamonds and rings! :)

My gf and I went ring shopping without much knowledge in what to look for in diamonds beyond the carat and color. We made an appointment with JannPaul and met Eugene who gave us a very detailed education on what to look for in a diamond. Eugene was very accommodating and professional and even went for a virtual session so we can go through the diamond that we chose a second time. After finalising on the ring setting, we finally got the finish product and it looks fabulous. It was really a good experience. JP is highly recommended.

William was very long-winded and pushy when pitching the “diamond education” session for almost 2 hours. When I tried to get him to fast forward certain parts, he intentionally disregarded my comments and continued talking at his pace which was really disrespectful. I spent over 50 thousand dollars at this place so I honestly expect better service than this.

{Edited} Jann Paul has turned our experience with them around and made sure that our wedding band purchase has been remediated. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that my husbands ring fits perfectly and Kasey our sales executive also made sure we were taken care of after that. Will visit again and recommend friends to him! Thank you. I was very disappointed in JannPaul as nobody in the store had any knowledge of where the jems came from or anything beyond what they could read from the certs, luckily we just wanted wedding bands. Sadly there was no help after the point of sale, we had mentioned to them that my husbands wedding ring was too big for his finger and we were told it can’t be resized and when we asked what were the alternatives to such a situation(surely there have been many people who faced a similar situation before us), the sales person had absolutely no interest in helping us; they provided no alternative options and literally just stopped replying us. Deeply disappointing, will never purchase from them again and will strongly discourage others from considering them as it seems like they are only interested in maxing their sales and have no concern for customer satisfaction.

What makes JannPaul remarkable is its staff. One member of staff who stands out from the rest is Samuel Belandres III (Sam). Sam has been delightful from the beginning of our visit leading up to the sale then after-sale customer experience. He was very clear, hands on and welcomes any questions asked during the sale. JannPaul will now be our go-to jeweler place to shop. We are quite happy with our customer experience and they have created a short but beautiful ring video of the diamond ring we purchased. The whole engagement ring purchase was excellent at Jannpaul. Avery attended to me throughout the process and her service was top-notch. On the first appointment, she gave a one-to-one basic diamond education and she patiently answered any of my enquiries. The carat, colour & clarity range that I preferred for a particular cut was not available at that point of time. Avery was reassuring and she promised to keep me updated on any new stocks that may fit my criteria. Surely she did and I found my preferred choice of diamond eventually. During the 2nd appointment, I got to view the diamond and Avery assisted me to choose the ring design patiently as well. At Jannpaul, I got to customise my ring design and Avery was very receptive towards my comments on each version of the customised ring design. She promptly kept me updated via email and whatsapp on the 3D renderings of the ring. Unfortunately, I was informed that there could be a slight delay on the shipment of the ring. However, when Avery found out my exact proposal date, she did her best to get it delivered by the date.
