It is always a pleasant experience visiting the Apple store at Orchard Road. Friendly staffs and they always attend to your concern until you are satisfied. I’m here for the Genius Bar, they did what they can on my Apple Watch and I proceed to the first floor to browse at the new straps. I wish that they will have someone to attend to those who are done with the Genius Bar and wanted to make purchases. I was basically left unattended for the whole 10-15 mins and I decided to come back on another day.

Retail at level 1 whereby there’s displays of the newest model such as: iPhone/ iMac/ macbook/ home pods/ Apple Watch available for almost every table. Crowded as expected for new releases of the products. The scenery is good and greenery everywhere. Level 2 will have some pop up events and invited hosts for sharing. Engagement sessions such as basic concepts of coding for young kids. Staff are aware about the product details. Was looking to get worldwide adapter, thought it is available for the iPhone. After clarification with the staff, it’s only for macbook.

PSA. Do not buy the Apple Watch Solo Loop. After only two months of use my solo loop snapped. Made an appointment with the Genius Bar on Orchard Road to ask for a replacement with a different style, the Sports Band (same price as the solo loop which I would have chosen in the first place but they didn't carry the right colour), as I felt like this new style was poor production and not durable. Genius Bar told me they absolutely cannot replace with a new style, I can only get a replacement for the exact same one, which judging by reviews online has a good chance of snapping again in the next few months. I could not get a refund, but they offered me a piddly 10% off a new band and told me I could sell the new replacement band and buy a different strap, but I told them I wouldn't feel right selling a potentially faulty product to someone unsuspecting. The exact same band was not in stock in store, so I have to wait for it to be ordered in, and the store would not provide free shipping to my home so I will need to make another trip down. They also would not extend the warranty on this new band. So disappointed and angry after this visit. I have always been faithful to Apple products and I always assumed the company was about quality products and excellent customer service but after today I have lost a lot of faith in them as a brand.

Fantastic Apple Store, just like the best that you’ll find in USA. Everything you need, including third party accessories are here. Staff are plenty and are always keen to help you out. Don’t forgot to check out the second floor, it’s stunning!

The Apple Store is as usual packed with a sea of people. But the staff there are really helpful, friendly and efficient. Easy to get their attention and get help! 😊👍 Got the iPhone 15 pro max with a phone casing and was in and out within ten minutes! 📱📲 The man who attended to us was really nice. Had a lovely experience from Apple Store. The entire purchase was smooth and the Apple Geniuses are friendly. Went back a second time as I wanted to change the 64GB iPad Air to 256GB and no questions ask. The entire process was quick and they even offered to try and help me salvage my screen protector. Love the convenience and hassle free support Apple provides.

I always love this store, the collections are complete and even though it is crowded with people and customers, the staff still try to do their best to assist us and keep checking if we need help and answer questions.

Conveniently located at the heart of Orchard Road, this Apple Orchard Road is excellent choice for pleasant shopping and service experience while being the highest traffic Apple Store in Singapore. Made an appointment for an iphone service, was swiftly greeted and guided to level 2 where the technician will meet me and diagnose the iphone. It was then explained to me what needs to be done and the time required. It was for an hour and I chose to stay and wait. While it is crowded on a Sunday, i had a comfortable location on level 2 waiting for my iphone to be serviced. It is spacious with lots of tables, seats and great view of Orchard road. Technician Esther quickly assured me that there’s no cost for my display replacement since my phone is still under warranty. While I happened to be sitting at the table when a Today at Apple session was to be held, facilitator Denise invited me to join while waiting which I happily participated and gained new tips for my iphone. Another podcast session by Zul was to be held and since there were no sign up, he offered to get permission to give me a 1 to 1 session on my Mac which I had mentioned that’s what I needed. Such a great helpful service experience that I appreciated the flexible folks for going the extra mile. So glad I came by and spent quality time and would definitely come back anytime to learn and shop. Highly recommend! 6 stars!

Incredibly nice staff here and as you would expect the shop is very clean and looking wonderful as usual. A lot of people around looking at various products as the new iPhone 13 was just launched several days ago. Had to reserve for entry beforehand online before due to covid max number of customers limitation. Payment was very swift as every apple staff seem to carry around their own credit card payment machine. 5*!!

The Apple Store. Enough said. Spacious and ultra clean with no cash register in sight. Staffs are always cheerful and helpful, ever present to help you with the Apple products and information. Located at the junction of Orchard and Bideford Road, the store is a prominent landmark in Singapore's shopping belt. The store has 2 floors with the first floor being the main sales area and the upper floor being used as a equipment set up, class and tutorial area for Apple products. The pictures are in Sept 2021 during the launch of the IPhone 13, where the queue snakes around the pedestrian area in front of the store despite it being the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.

To be absolutely frank, I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the level of service they have here. But I mean it's Apple, and I've never expected anything less. Great job either way, team. We had a set of faulty Airpods Pro, and went to both the service centre at Wheelock (because it was the only one with reservation slots on a weekend), before coming here (to grab a number without prior online slots). Extremely glad we made the choice not to drop our product at QCD, because there would be a $20 service fee irregardless of whether the product was deemed faulty. Even though we ended up waiting 2.5hrs on a Saturday, it was well worth the wait given the many other things we could do around the area. Was serviced by a gentleman I believed was named Benny. Super patient, super professional, and he immediately changed our Airpods Pro for the fault it had. Very appreciative of his level of service and understanding. Note here will be that this place is not for those in a rush, but be intentional in slowing down your life a little. Shop around, enjoy the sights and sounds, snap some photos upload a review on Google Maps, have a conversation with the Geniuses, and just, enjoy.

Was there to buy a watch. Place was crowded due to iPhone 15 launched just last week. But the crew were patient and polite despite they were very busy. Well done to the team!

Extremely elegant design, bright and vibrant because if the windows and how the Sun lights bring out the contrast . Modern and clean, Apple does live up their reputation when it comes to physical stores. Friendly staff very nice security. Is the landmark by itself, I reckon there won't be any problems for people to notice him since he's only at the middle of the open road. Highly recommend. Pro: -easy access with different transport. -landmark, easy to find, hard to miss. -Brighton modern. -attentive assistance and good security. Con: -not much to be name of, since the service depends on the company's policies, the store itself is functioning as it should, I don't think there's anything for me to complain

It was a very nice experience there at apple. The store itself is very big and is always busy. I was attended to quickly as soon as I asked for help. I bought two screen protectors and a cover and the guy installed everything and was quick with it. He even gave me suggestions as to what to do in singapore in the week that I’m staying. They also have some tutorial classes on how to use the iPhone camera to its full capabilities. Overall nice experience, and helpful staff, and a very clean store.

We had some issues with the airdrop of our phones and a very friendly young girl with beautiful make up (glitter underneath her eyes) helped us. She provided excellent service and was very sympathetic. Ten from five stars for that girl, most friendly apple employee I ever met!

Apple Orchard Road is located in the middle of town. It is two-level high. The ground level displays new iphones, ipads, Apple Watches and accessories. Look for staff in dark blue shirts for assistance. It is usually crowded over weekends. The second level is for repairs, troubleshooting. There are waiting areas and chairs while we wait for technicians to attend to us. The right swirl stairs up leads to the registration to the genius bar. The place is quite clean.

Attended procreate class to better understand how to use the app. The staffs were very friendly & taught at a good speed where we can all catch up. Looking forward to attend other classes. Thank u for being patient with new users like us ☺️

Was at Apple Orchard because of an Apple Pencil tip bitten by a shiba. The crowd is unbelievable. Yet service by Apple is excellent despite me, an Apple first Gen user, being anti Apple products all these years. Must also salute the easy replacement of the Apple Pencil tip which definitely is more mother Earth friendly and wallet friendly too! Despite the crowd, the Apple staff were very professional, friendly and provided excellent service. Keep up the excellent work! 👏👍

It is a vibrant and prosperous street where you can find nearly all the famous brands you can think of. I encountered two super cute dogs there and took photo with them 😝. With Christmas approaching, there is a carnival, making it suitable for taking children to enjoy.

I had a fantastic experience at the Apple Genius Bar in Orchard. The team's customer service was exceptional — they were fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Having been there at least 3 times I can say the staff is not very proactive in attending to the customers, you really need to find them yourself to get anything done. They are kind and professional, but the whole place is very disorganised. (I’m guessing partly because many people just go there to look, and it’s overcrowded, but that’s not the only problem) The store itself has everything you need, with most devices on the ground floor, and Apple TV on the first floor.

I would like compliment all the staff at Orchard Apple store. Every staff there attended to me immediately when I have arrived at the store. Especially, the staff name “Shashas”, she assisted me with my iPhone issues. She is friendly and approachable! A very pleasant experience! My iPhone is fixed and thanks to Apple for providing such service to solve with my iPhone issues promptly! I would not hesitate to continue support Apple product in the future. Keep it up Apple! :)

Went down earlier to repair my faulty front camera. Collected it without any hassle within 2 hours, which was in general, a pleasant experience. However, I'll like to share my experience so that other Apple users can take note. 1. Staff came out and try to understand my issue. 2. Follow by doing a physical check on my phone. 3. Mentioned that there are some scratches on the back camera area but I said its just dust (I'm a person who is very particular about scratches and I've kept my phone in cotton since I took out from the box). Staff dusted it, kept silent and proceeded with typing on his iPad. After I collected my phone, I realized that a send-in service report was actually sent to my email (staff did not tell me about it). In it, it mentioned that my phone's cosmetic condition is "Observed scuff marks around enclosure.", which the staff did not mention it when it was sent it. During collection, another staff came out with my phone and her iPad. The first thing she passed to me was the iPad and asked me to sign on it, without even requiring me to check my phone. Anyway end of day, my phone was collected without any scratch marks (in 10/10 condition in my own eyes like I've sent it in, photos attached). So if you are reading this and intending to send it for repair, make sure to double verify with what was recorded down by the staff before you let him/her take away your beloved Apple product to prevent any dispute.

My iPhone 11 had a display issue that was mentioned to the staff at Apple Orchard. Staff were attentive and managed to replace my display under warranty without resetting the phone. Am impressed with the service experience.

Awesome store and service . I had gone to get my AirPods checked with an appointment. The Genius Bar people have that info they put your description so that the servicing person can identify you . I had a great experience and practical suggestion on what should be done .

Staffs were less proactive/friendly than before. Went on a quiet weekday and took a while to decide on my purchase but the staffs were just standing around despite making eye contact. No major issues paying for my items but my past experiences with Apple were better, more engaging and proactive with customers.

- Went down for the first time to self-collect my accessories. Overall service is alright and waiting time is satisfactory for peak periods although I've found that there were some minor visible scratches on the external packaging of my orders ?! Suggestion: - Staff should keep nails trimmed and filed when handling customer's orders so as to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to details !

What a clean and well kept store. Amazing people, amazing interior(as usual) and Khai was awesome. He changed my screen protector flawlessly and was so sweet and efficient!

Make sure you make an appointment because the walk-in service is highly unreliable. Arrived a little before 6pm and was told that the waiting time for Genius Bar was around 90mins, at 7.20pm I got a text message informing me that my slot was soon and was given the option to postpone the appointment by 30min. Postponed and was told to wait for a text around 8.05pm. Did not receive any message so I finally went to the store to check at 8.15pm and was told it might take more than an hour more. I also found out that my appointment was actually postponed 75min, but no update was provided to me. Left in the end after waiting for almost 2.5 hours

She quickly identified the issue I had and while it was something that had be addressed online, she took the time to walk me through the online request process to ensure we got it right. I had been to a different Apple Store previously and received conflicting information but Joanne was able to clarify all my questions and helped to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated her help and how quickly we were able to get it all sorted out.

Came here for Apple Photo Class. Love the ambience and trainers here. They are really friendly and helpful. Class are complimentary and device are provided so we can bring our friends and family along.

Mesmerizing, in a word. Excellent exhibition of products. If someone in Singapore should visit the store to experience the variety of apple products. It has two floors, the ground floor is for products and the 1st floor is a knowledge park.

Impressive customer experience. But be prepared to queue if you have no appointment. There are people outside the store to help you, so that's good. When you are finally ushered inside, you will be assigned to one staff who will attend to you throughout. The one assigned to me was helpful and knowledgeable on the products, but she disappeared midway. So strange. Good thing her colleague stepped in to help me, and the payment process was seamless after that.

The store is spacious and beautifully designed, with its genius bar showcasing the latest gadgets and accessories. The staff is incredibly helpful. We liked that they host Apple workshop time to time, and the one we happened to pass by was very kid friendly and get kids into liking tech stuff.

Their genius bar service is so stupid and bad. A rep helped set up a technique repair appointment for me but when I asked her what time was the appointment, she did not tell me. She only simply told me vaguely it was in the afternoon at around 5pm. Then 6:25pm when I am at my hotel, I receive an automated text from them saying my 6:30pm appointment is ready ans to come check in.. there was no way i could make it in time for my appointment in 5 mins..it is a stupid system. And the reps refused to help accommodate me when I arrived at the store and my appointment had been canceled due to their faulty system.
