Had the yumcha semi-buffet where there is a curated list of freeflow dim sum items, albeit a very limited selection. There is a self-service counter where the offerings were mostly carbs that act as fillers. Go easy on those. Hits with the ee-fu noodles with just the right amount of consistency and texture, simple and delightful charsiew bao, unexpectedly good crispy salt and pepper prawns (so good that it was the most repeated order). Where as the regular dim sum fare of prawn dumplings, crystal dumplings and xiao long bao were rather disappointing. Surprisingly, the chef signature of lobster congee and wagyu short rib bao were a diaster to us. The congee lacked "fire" and umami from it's ingredients and the wagyu short rib was too salty. Underwhelming... The service was attentive though and the ambiance was well suited to a yumcha lunch. Now only if the offerings can live up to some decent expectations.

Weekend Dim Sum Yum Cha Buffet. This wasn't the best dim sum buffet i have eaten but the accompanying view here is awesome, sadly buffets like this one has stop serving as early as before the #circuitbreaker Hopefully restaurants are rethinking how to continue this form of dining post CB.

Pretty decent dining if you are using your hotel dining credits. Rather unique and tasteful dishes.

2star for the dim sum, because of the food quality. 1 star for the service because the service quality is good. The chicken gultinous rice is bad, and I can't finish it. The prawn spring roll is as attached, no comments. However a plus point is the self service counter is quite fine.

Came here as other places in Andaz were fully booked decent items, but I don’t think the dishes justify the price.

Sure, it's more expensive than street food in BKK, but renowned Thai chef Tubtim Warapai of Park Hyatt Bangkok - also first of Andaz Singapore's new female-powered Streetfood Chefs Series - brings a delicious selection of Thai fare, robust and masterfully balanced with some bitter flavours and loads of 'Wok Hei'. Menu available through 14 Geb 2020 - hurry down!

Quiet with no crowd, so we are able to enjoy our meal. Accompanied with great food and view. Down sides are service is slow and not attentive though business is slow. Hygiene need to be look at. Tea cup is generally easy to clean but I have white residue on it. Serve crew ned to check before serving to guest

The view is great, we can see all the way to the bay in front of fullerton. And the food is good, the kids love the organic fried rice, and I love the stew beef noodle (sorry can't remember the actual name on the menu now). Wanted to try the shaoxing chocolates ice cream but really too full! Next time!

The weekend dim sum buffet is so so. Not delicate but pricing is OK. Limited choices though.

Don’t fall for that Eatbook review and rush to enjoy the dim sum buffet at $35++ pp. The food was terrible. 2 * for the view and service.

Tried the Dim Sum Buffet that was so highly raved on magazines and social media. but I’m never ever going back there again. Price at $35++ per person. It would be very value for money if the food taste better. The taste was way below average. Spending your money at a local hawker center will probably be a better decision then dining here. Also, the waitress asked for feedback however there wasn’t any action taken on the food. If you just want to take a pretty picture, it’s a good place. But if you are going to satisfy your hunger and taste buds, don’t waste your time and money.

Went for the Dim Sum buffet over the weekends and it turned out to be really underwhelming. It wasn't just not that nice but so bad I can't finish the food bad. The siew mai has too much meat and not enough prawns, and the smelly kind of meat. When I picked it up with my chopsticks, the layer of yellow noodle skin peeled out of the meat. The har kow was poor too. The prawns felt like the small kind of prawns and wasn't the least bit crunchy or tasty. The only 2 decent ones that I thought were the salty fried prawns and glutinous rice. Yeah, there are other MUCH better alternatives out there, not even considering the cost of the place. The service is great though.

This place lives up to its name. The steamed fish was the best I've had in Singapore, and reminded me of when I lived in Hong Kong. All the dishes were exquisitely seasoned, with each having its own distinct character. The service was attentive and top-notch. I look forward to when we'll be able to visit again.

False advertisement online - came on a public holiday for free flow dumpling dinner reservations and free flow additional charge drinks - to be told “New Years isn’t a holiday and we can pay full price”. Ruined our holiday plans.

My friend and I went for the dim sum buffet lunch on my birthday which cost us around 35++ per pax. As the price is on the higher side, we set our expectation abit high, but the quality turned out .. bad. The dim sum were very disappointing. In fact, it tasted similar to any generic dim sum from factory to be honest. Porridge is just plain, even their so call lobster meat porridge - It's basically plain porridge with lobster meat. The xiao long bao were horrible, all of it in the basket was sticking together (refer to image attached), and there isn't any soup left inside as all of it has been leak out before serving us. Overall, you can get much better quality dim sum somewhere else. But if environment and ambient is what you are looking for(that's my 2 stars), give it a try.

Great ambiance with limited dishes. Dedicated staff services with open kitchen concept. Fragrance from the Wok can be smell through the lobby which create an interest for dining. Food was average.
