The owners are complete rip offs. When you enter the restaurant, they ask you to spend a minimum or else you are not allowed inside the restaurant. What is this?? And to add, the food is really ordinary, tables are cramped, floors are dirty and alcohol is over priced. I cannot imagine that a place like this exists in Singapore.

Amazing food but be patient with the staff - service can be slow. The food quality makes it worth it!

Very odd restaurant. Owner is obsessed with patrons not taking photos of his restaurant. The menu has a half dozen psuedo-Sri Lankan dishes along with many Indian dishes. Each menu item is followed by an obscure number, corresponding to the number of times the dish has been ordered (and there's a color-coded scheme relating to the date in which that menu item was added to the menu, in case you want to do on-the-fly normalization). There's a long litany of excuses on the menu explaining why the service will be slow (and it is). The view is nice, the food pedestrian, the owner's antics mildly amusing.

Honestly fantastic Sri Lankan food. Service was great (in contrast to some of the other reviews) highly recommended

A place with an excellent view, but slow service. Also, a few of the exotic dishes on the menu were unavailable and the ones that we did order took a really long time.

The food was decent, views were beautiful but the price was outrageous for what you are getting. The restaurant was practically empty (4-5 rooftop tables being used only when we went on a late Sunday evening). They force you to pay a minimum of $43++ per person. While the food did taste decent, it was nothing spectacular to warrant that absurd minimum. Rather than forcing people to pay a set dollar amount for overpriced food, they can simply state that each individual must order an entree, if they must set a minimum. Also, I asked what one of the drinks consisted of, and the server kept repeating it had ice and it was sweet...that doesn’t tell me anything about what’s in the drink. Clearly, he did not know what was in it, which is okay, but instead of simply stating “let me go find out for you” he repeated “ice and sweet” like 5-6 times until we finally asked if he could get someone else to come explain it to us. I would not go there again knowing the price minimum and service.

Great quiet restaurant - definitely recommend rooftop reservation. Very chilled service - no rush. Food was good too
