Remember to bring your own rubberized / grippy socks before arriving or you can buy your own pair at $3.50 each. We went on a weekend and there was 3 kids party happening all at the same time. All these kids seemed like theyโ€™re from an international school. These kids are mostly not well disciplined. Cutting queues to join their friends and shouting over one another as if this place is owned by them. I can see Nerfโ€™s staff members are also struggling to keep their composure because as theyโ€™re explaining the rules of the games, they kids are talking to one another or interrupting the staff. And for the high elements / dangerous games, the kids are not following the rules, putting themselves in potential risks of injury or worse. Quite a bad experience. I donโ€™t recommend coming here no matter the age. There were a few other local families and we can tell by the look on their faces, theyโ€™re uncomfortable here too. Some of their facilities and equipment requires repair. The blasters donโ€™t shoot straight and it jams frequently.

Sadly some stations are closed or undergoing maintenance. Some games need to improve, not worth wasting too much time to queue. We love the conquer part where we climbed and overcame those obstacles, staff at the conquer station were friendly, professional and encouraging. Compete section was supposed to be exciting and fun but it was really boring.. some PK fight between teams, another part โ€” the Zombie hunt was quite fun but we were unable to locate 5 โ€œbombsโ€ to win some gifts, guess the particular staff didnโ€™t prepare them and told us to find NOTHING. Create is some Art & Crafts, souvenir if you may like. Conquer was the best for us truthfully, nerf experience was sort of less fun.

Just remember to book tickets online and to reserve your space using the ticket code beforehand. You can do your disclosure waiver online beforehand, that saves you the time of doing the disclosure at the venue. Remember to wear your indoor activity sock as some areas require shoes off. I would recommend going on a weekday as it would be too crowded on a weekend. We had fun and look forward to coming here again

Nerf Action is a great place for the family to bond. The minimum age is 7 years old for admission and we took several quests. There are create, conquer and complete quest. Absolute fun awaiting and experienced. The place is spacious and huge. There are also latest range of merchandise to purchase. Do come here to experience fun!

Registration process was rather straight forward. One need to book early for the Camp Dune and Zombie City. One was limited to two entries. Next the Conquer area with height obstacle course was fun. Wait wasnโ€™t long but one still have to queue for it. Create was about shooting the dye guns onto a piece of t shirt or canvas bag. Pretty fun, for one to use their creativity decorate the items and take them home. Challenge area was pretty fun but within the substation (accuracy), their guns were super lousy. Not sure if it was a lousy product or lack of maintenance. I think the wait for the entries to various stations could be much longer when the venue opens up to more patrons as restrictions are eased.

Wow. The blasters and darts are in SUCH POOR CONDITION. keeps jamming, impossible to properly aim, and maintain any form of consistent aim. Shoots normally 1 instant, drops like a rock next shot or jams. The darts are in SUCH POOR condition they randomly drop from the revolver if the blaster is facing down. For the price they're charging, surely they can do alot better!

Really very very disorganised company. Makes people wait and sulky attitude of the staff. Had to explain to my younger ones that they just open and needed time to adjust. What was meant to be a new experience for my children turned out otherwise. Lucky not to have booked for their birthday. Would really be disastrous. Not recommended till the management comes down to review the quality of Staffs.

Our family of 4 enjoyed the experience at NERF. The high element is challenging and good for the entire family to go through obstacles as a team. We spent the longest time at the high element part. As for the rest of the activities that uses the Nerf guns for missions, zombies and target shooting, they were fun. But we didn't enjoy the malfunctioning guns (i.e., jammed darts). It certainly killed some fun from the experience.

85% of the time is wasted to play few minutes of action. My friends and I have to create our own side forfeit to try and salvage this experience. The guns keep having problem! Not going back. This 1 star is given because it's nerf gun.

Don't advise coming if you're not using the SG Rediscover Vouchers. Few of us young adults came on a weekday hoping for a well-spent, fun-filled afternoon. Instead most of the time was spent queueing and waiting around for our turn, some activities were downright lame (even by an older child's standard), activities too short to have fun, with frequently malfunctioning nerf guns. Most ridiculous of all was how the counter staff was quite insistent that grip socks was needed for most of the activities, one of it being the Create zone, and we ended up purchasing multiple pairs off them, only to stand still in the activity area for grand total of 5mins (already in their protective footwear, notwithstanding) on non-slip ground. Way to profit by making your customers buy unnecessary products. Breakdown of activities: Compete Zone: Limited to 2 visits per activity, sometimes booking 45mins ahead of time for a 1-2min game. Challenge Zone: perhaps the only redeeming zone, the pseudo rockwall and high elements. Although my friend who was scared of heights actually fell from some height onto hard ground on her back. Not a serious fall, but she was visibly upset. No staff was even present when it happened, to catch the fall or to encourage her. Hello safety? Just because no belaying is needed doesn't mean your job there is done. And another friend who attempted the high element obstacles (~3 storeys high?) had no staff stationed there/watching him for a good 5-10 minutes (4 of us were up there on our own), and a few times we even had to holler to get the staff's attention just to ask how my friend was supposed to move across some of the less intuitive obstacles. Great job. Conquer Zone: More queueing, for 40seconds of fun with lazy props. Solo run into a dark area and back, shooting up to 6 targets (6 bullets) to score points. All while your group of friends wait outside unable to catch any of that action (they can't really see u in there anyway). Give me half an hr and I can furnish a better game with paper guns and the pots and pans from my home Create Zone: Worst activity. No wonder the staff looked thoroughly bored. You spend 10mins robing up (poncho etc) and choosing a shirt/tote bag design, while a series of shirt ornamentals with nice paint splatter designs lay in display in front of you, and your excitement and anticipation build up within. You think, this is it!, this is the time to unleash my creativity and create something I can be proud of! Jeng Jeng Jeng... Actual activity area: stand still for 3-5minutes and shoot at your shirt with 2 pathetic mini waterguns that fire out weak droplets of ink (green and yellow). Impossible to make any design with. Among the 4 of us, we were given a total of TWO different colours to work with (no prize for guessing which two). Much variety there, NAX. Got legit bored after the 3rd spray. It's a shirt even Liang Xi Mei in all her fashionista glory wouldn't wear. All in all, won't recommend. Could be fun if your company is fun, but most of the games generally lack any thrill factor, or has ended when the fun had only just begun. I wouldnt be exaggerating if I said I blast a nerf gun for only 5% of the 3 hours I spent there, which says alot about the kind of fun this attraction offers. Staff were generally unenthusiastic and unhelpful too, although we encountered 1 Malay lady at the front entrance who was service-oriented and delightful. Mgmt have a lot to work on if it wants to stay profitable as increasingly retail move into the online sphere and more and more mall spaces get converted into various activity/attraction hotspots

Would be ideal if your kids' height are more than 1.3 metres tall in order to try on their full obstacles course, else you will only be entitled to the rock climbing wall. As for other stations, I would say the waiting time is long, considering the time limit of 3 hours for you to play within the compound. I think they can increase the variety of Nerf guns available for customers to choose during plays since its a Nerf Empire and would be great if customers get to try different Nerf guns. Maybe in return, it can boost up the sale of Nerf guns after customers try them and find them suitable. Win win situation.

This place is awful. Do not waste your time. Guns jam and are inaccurate to a point where it renders the experience pointless. Staff are rude and just want to move you on to the next area. A smile wouldn't hurt. Rarely leave negative reviews but feel compelled to warn others to avoid.

5 stars for the Ropes Course area and the staff that helped us there! Compete Area: First game Capture the flag took 15 minutes to get in the room and just 1 minute for the game. If you shoot the other team they should stop but there is no referee, Nerf staff just wants to finish the game faster. The game has potential if it is played right. Second game - Zombieattack it is really fun and worth it. You shoot fizical targets as well as digital on screen. Volcano is for smaller kids but fun- you can play as many times as you want. Its just a small course with different targets and you have just 6 bullets. Compete Area- ok for the ninja track, small softplay, and target shooting. Other 2 activities were not working Create - disnt have time for it. Nerf guns sometimes fail id you are not used to them. Recommend for over 8 years.

My kids really enjoy playing here, they have fun throughout the entire 3 hours. It was a little disappointing the slides was under maintainence during our visit. The creat (making of tote bag), I find it a waste of money. The colour wonโ€™t stay on the bag and it turns ugly and kids wonโ€™t use it. So donโ€™t bother to go for the โ€œcreateโ€.

Nerf guns keep jamming. Not in good condition. Kiddy play, definitely not for adults. Have to queue to play. So the 3hr play spent most of the time queuing. DO NOT BRING BAGS or you'll have to pay extra for lockers. Actually, quite disappointing, considering the price of the ticket. Might as well just buy the gun and play on your own.

NAX was loads of fun! 3 hours wasnโ€™t enough to be honest, and this led us to hurry at some of the games. The staff at the high elements area were really encouraging and nice. We came on a sunday but we were pleasantly surprised that there was minimal waiting time, perhaps due to the reduced capacity caused by the tightening of measures in May. Overall highly recommend!

We were disappointed the moment we stepped into the entrance. Nobody told us where we were supposed to go. Just left us in a corner without indicating that we would need to redeemed our tickets. Upon entering there were just queues everywhere and there were hardly any communications between the facilitators and the guests. The compete section required bookings of timings which we understand due to crowd control but the other station masters just kept directing us to the compete section even though the timing was not up leading us to queue again and again and end up not playing the stations. Came excited but the excitement dwindled within an h. Donโ€™t think we will stay for 3 hours of non stop queuing with nothing much to play.

Book direct from Nerf website. Don't book from any place such as trip.com. U need to go do additional booking at nerf website to secure a place. Gives me the impression the whole idea is to secure your booking money and u will never get a slot. Wasted my annual leave, wasted my tickets $$ and most importantly disappointed my boy and his friends. By the way, don't bother. Booking mostly full for Dec. Suggest u go to some east coast park better.

When you actually get to do the missions, they are fun! However, expect quite a lot of waiting time, especially on weekends :( the two most fun activities imo (Zombie city and capture the flag - under Conquest) will have to be booked via timeslots, so try to do that ASAP Also, bring grip socks if you have because you will not be able to participate in some of the activities without. You can also purchase at the counter :)

Each pax $44 instead of official website is $49 for all in game. Something improvements is staff be more friendly will be great. I like the shirt I blast ๐Ÿ˜Š

Waste of time and money. Very bad. We went in at 1.30pm booked Compete for 2pm session. Proceed to queue for other zone but end up after queuing 30mins, need to go back for 2pm slot at Compete. So we returned to Compete zone at our time slot then have to queue again. This is horrible. Paid 3hrs to come here queue. Staff cannot come up with solutions. Was told that max capacity is 400pax and it's only 128 pax when we were there. End up only played 3 games. Not going back again. No safety distancing also.

Insufficient time to complete the obstacle course. Always in a rush, wait to queue, rush to clear. 3 hours duration definitely insufficient to enjoy climbing through the obstacles and experience the product as advertised. Nevertheless approachable friendly staffs are around to advise and assist on the ground. A slightly above average quality experience, a definite better theme park as compared to Pororo Park in Marina Square complex.

3 hrs was not enough for us to try all the areas. We had an area that we did not manage to try because although the queues were not long, they were very slow. The most disappointing part is that the nerf guns kept getting stuck and it took time to fix it while in game. Don't think we will be back.

Abysmal experience. The Nerf Guns are always faulty (frustrating that the blasters cannot fire most of the time. The paying guests spend more time troubleshooting than playing.) , trouble with faulty blasters is not recognised soon enough as the staff is not attentive at all. The rules are crude which affected the enjoyment and gameplay. Although some staff is helpful, the overall experience is overwhelmingly poor. I paid so much to play in a place called "Nerf Experience". Yet, the experience with Nerf blasters is of the lowest quality. I am not going back again. I would give negative stars if I could. Waste of money and time.

Web booking system is confusing & terrible. Different tickets include different zones (Compete, Challenge, Conquer, Create). You need to buy tickets, THEN choose time-slots after paying & receiving another email. Then you have to show tickets to get your wristband upon arrival. Compete zone have only 2 activities - and you need to book time-slots again after going inside!! Challenge, Conquer zones have 4-5 good & fun activities, but sometimes a few are on maintenance. Create zone simply allows you to paint your T-shirt (we skipped). Walk-in experience is better (if youโ€™re lucky) since staffs are quite nice.

Not a good experience. Guns are jammed. Perhaps the fun bit is the high elements. The facilitators were nicer and more pro-active to guide u (applause! ๐Ÿ‘) than the staff manning the nerf guns station. A lot of information were required to be filled up (address, email, date of birth) by the company to get u to indemnify them and waive your rights if u were injured. OMG! Long queue for volcano activity/ station but only 1 min of play and have to queue again. Targets in the volcano are unclear and guns are jammed. Plastic glasses are mostly scratch and u canโ€™t see very well. They fogged up easily with the mask u are wearing. Watch your steps when u put on the goggles in slight darker areas esp at Camp Dune and Zombies city. Camp Dune was a 2 group of 5 person play but there is no way anyone knows whether they were hit. Just need to snatch the flag and the whole game end within 3min. Laser tag would have been better. Zombie city was a better play and u go around shooting lighted targets. Team work not required. In conclusion: go for the high element play and zombie city if u have 1hr to spare.

So so experience only.. The positives: 1. Nice little adventure zone with high elements thatโ€™s not nerf related 2. Can design and make your own T-shirtโ€™s using nerf water gun and color paints 3. Some very good service staff The negatives: 1. Quite boring.. nerf related activities were quite boring and short .. like the volcano (60s segment) camp dune and zombie. 2. Selection of guns limited to only two types and worst of all, often doesnโ€™t work well.. IA very often!! 3. Some staff not very friendly or service oriented. Attribute it to poor training by mgt. 4. Very expensive attraction. If not for the sG vouchers I doubt I would have gone! 5. Hidden costs - need to buy additional socks and pay for lockers.

I can see why kids will enjoy this place. Depending on prevailing SMM guidelines, i'm sure parents will enjoy playing with the kids too. Otherwise it is a bit too simple for adults. Besides the nerf shooting areas, the ropes area was quite challenging but a good start for kids who have never tried high rope elements.

When my friend and I went to pick up our children after the 3h session, the minute they saw us, they came rushing over and requested for another round. Very bad experience with time wasted on queuing. The first station requires pre booking and when we asked to change the timing, we were told to appear at the original timing in full force in order to change the timing. There is no reason in doing so and making us waste time / forfeit our queuing at other stations. Many guns are not working well and we cannot enjoy the games with the constant interruptions. 3 hours is insufficient to complete just 4 stations - this is already a clear warning sign to avoid this place at all costs.

  • 1/5 Kathia S. 2 years ago on Google
Our son and his friends went to this place at the same time our daughters friends booked as well. The staff greeted us with the highest level of hostility they could muster - paired both groups of kids with other random strangers โ€œin the interest of not spreading the virusโ€ and kept the known groups away from each other intentionally the entire time. The woman at the counter was dripping with sarcasm when I asked her if for the safely of our kids they could make these groups play against each other - she actually tried to trap me by asking โ€œso are you admitting that these groups know each other? In that case we have the right to refuse entryโ€. I felt like I was in a court of law in a hostile witness stand instead of a kids nerf play park! The level of hatred and hostility in Singapore has reached new heights and has made this once beautiful country ugly and unsafe . We are glad to be leaving and these people will always be a stain on the one time warm and polite Singapore culture. We have visited a few other places with the kids , have always maintained safe distancing , always followed the rules and been hosted by very polite staff- but never faced this much ugliness and open hostility. They went out of their way to make sure our kids did NOT have the best time in their last week here.

Visited at 4.45pm on a Saturday. A good place for kids and adults to let loose and have fun, with a few different zones to try out different activities, and friendly staff. Bring grip socks if you have so that you don't have to purchase one on the spot. The Compete zones consist of 2 team-based challenges: Zombie City and Camp Dune. Zombie City was a story-based challenge while Camp Dune was a Capture the Flag challenge. Bookings are required for each of these challenges, and can be made at the zone entrance. These challenges would probably be more fun if both competing teams were friends rather than strangers, especially for Camp Dune, because it relies on an honour system. The Conquer zone consists of the Ice Cliff (climbing wall), the Summit (a 2-level rope course), and the Volcano (a 1-minute obstacle course challenge). The Ice Cliff and the Summit both do not involve NERF guns, which is a bit of a waste. The Challenge zone is one of the most fun ones as they consist of arcade-style games. There's a mini Ninja Warrior-style course, 2-person reflex shooters with the NERF Rival blasters, and even a playground that adults can have fun crawling through too. Unfortunately, the NERF Rival blasters seem to get jammed frequently, especially the red one, and we spent more time troubleshooting than actually shooting. Overall, it's still a fun place to bond with friends and family.

Booked All-In (3 hours) slot via Klook for me & my children. Selected our preferred date & time on Klook yet we have to go into their website to book the preferred date & time again. No response when we try calling their hotline & sending messages/whatsapp to the number given. Sent them an email & they replied within 2 days. For the same price listed Klook, you can actually get a better deal that includes cheaper merchandise and other discounts etc when you purchase your ticket at their counter. The staffs are very friendly, explains everything in detail. They advised us to book our sessions for Compete before queuing at other stations. The booking is a min of 1.5hours. We spent most of the time queuing for the games. The queue for Conquer (Volcano) is about 15 to 20mins, the game is for 1 min. This is only got PART of the Conquer game. Conquer (Mountain) queue is sooooo long, min wait is 20 to 30mins. Next we have Challenge, min 20mins wait for 15mins game with Accuracy closed. Create was the only fast one, without much queue. 5 pax a session, take the water gun filled with ink to blast at the plain white tee. Took us less than 10 minutes to complete. Given today is weekday + school holiday, perhaps the queue is slightly longer in comparison to normal weekdays. (I cannot imagine weekends/peak) For that 3 hours, we get to play Compete (Camp Done + Zombie) x 2, Conquer Volcano x 2, Challenge x 1. If you don't mind queuing, it worth a try. Anyway most games are more suitable for children. Only Compete is suitable for adults.

Good fun for the kids, but events a little short for adults

Great time out for kids but guns are mostly faulty which kinda kill the fun... long queue time despite COVID...

  • 1/5 Romanion 3 years ago on Google
Catered more for small kids under 14. Nerf guns work about 30% of the time. Half the activities don't involve nerf guns.

  • 1/5 Camilla W. 3 years ago on Google
Waited at least 45mins after we got our wrist bands before we got to play our fist game due to the long queues. Half the time the guns didn't work and half of the games were not nerf gun related. It was very disappointing. Better to spend the money on buying a nerf gun and playing at home.

  • 2/5 loh khim y. 3 years ago on Google
Limited range of nerf gun to play with.. Think less than 5 type... N guns mainly faulty

  • 1/5 Justin O. 3 years ago on Google
More time in line ups than actual play. Guns were limited and kept jamming.

  • 4/5 Famoter L. 3 years ago on Google
Not as good as I expected, still ok. Compete is quite short if you are not experienced, the volcano is meh, the area at the back is meh, the climbing one requires you to grow some balls because itโ€™s so high, and I skipped the create section because I didnโ€™t want to keep what I make.

Not sure how busy it was before Covid, but the crowd size was just nice when we went (But we didn't do the obstacle course.) Staff have been well trained in Good service.

Great family adventure. Just the queue though and excited kids ๐Ÿ˜†

  • 1/5 Charly L. 3 years ago on Google
Worst experience ever. Just a cash machine to let us queue only. I strongly donโ€™t recommend. They donโ€™t respect any Covid social distancing as weโ€™re packed Spend 3hours inside to play only 30minutes. They donโ€™t care about the capacity and the staff is very rude. A nightmare

Had more fun than expected! There are group and individual games that makes it challenging and also fun. Would definitely come again to try the games we didn't have a chance to play today. Recommended to wear comfortable covered shoes to truly enjoy the games. Some games would require grip socks (without shoes) but these are available at the counter.. The staff are approachable and definitely will help if you need them.. ๐Ÿ˜Š

My kids and I enjoyed ourselves at the worldโ€™s first Nerf Action Xperience. It is a great space for both kids and adults to have fun! So far, we have been there 3 times already and still loving it! There are multiple activity zones, party rooms and we also got ourselves some exclusive NERF merchandise! If you looking to have an adrenaline pumping experience, this is it!

Actually only tickets holders can stay inside meaning that parents have to leave their kids completely alone inside. Otherwise parents have to buy tickets separately just wait for kids to come out from the attractions. The stuff explained it's due to COVID19 but there were plenty of space and did proper safe entry at the entrance. A staff explained if something happened they call me but can parents leave them completely? Actually I paid additional ticket for myself and looked after kids but very as the system I really demand the management reconsider about this strictly tickets holders only policy.

Saw that most of the bad reviews are about nerf guns quality and wasting of time to queue to play. I agreed with both. It is true that the guns will get stuck frequently, and because all the games require quite a bit of time to complete so if there's crowd you'll spend more time waiting than playing. For kids I think they'll enjoy more Not sure if anyone else encountered this but there's this chinese girl wearing spectacles with spectacles string at the entrance is extremely rude :) I know she finds the job boring and doesn't love her job so she should give this job to others who can bond better and not tarnishing the brand's reputation further with her lousy attitude.

3hr game activity. Two different activity, shooting and climbing. Manage to try the wall climbing and is fun, my first time trying climbing. Did not try the obstacle course as my kids are not game for it. Prefer have more shooting activity then have the obstacle course. Experience the zombie shooting and dune shooting. Can only play 2 times per game. Dune is abt getting flag competition while zombie is more on shooting zombie. One free activity is volcano where u given 1 min of 6 shoots of 6 target. I think i love this game as we can compete with each other on highest score. Another zone call create by use gun to design tee or bag. Another zone is compete zone which require to top up $10 per pax. Since only 3hrs limited time, we did not include them.

Long queue and Long waiting time = 3 hours definitely not enough to complete all stations. Low quality Nerf Blasters that kept on jamming... Rock climbing + Adventure section = Fun. Custom T-shirt = Lame Adults to play = not recommended. Kids to play = ABSOLUTELY!!!! Tickets pricing = We used SG vouchers. Not willing to spend if paying full price.

First visit for my 8 yo, self entry. Compete and Conquer. 5 stars to Jolianna who looks after my kid very well knowing my kid visiting the place by self and first time visit. Jo went the extra miles to make sure my kid is safe, patiently explained and suggested what to do next etc and even wrote down the booked slots in a piece of paper and hand my child the paper in case my child forget. Kudo to her professionalism, attitude and kindness. Thanks!

    - So many of the guns do not work properly. - The turnstiles is an incomprehensible waste of time that do not serve any purpose. - Why is there a mix of shoes-on and shoes-off zones? It is a massive pain to put on shoes when wearing grip-socks.

This place sucks!!!!Boring....waiting time is so long

  • 3/5 Rajeswari B. 3 years ago on Google
Each ticket gives 3hrs of play time but most of the time we were waiting in line for our turns. You only get to use the nerf guns for 2 games that last for a short span of about 5 mins or so. My children didnt quite enjoy the place and I felt that it wasnt worth the amount spent. Definitely a no return for us.
