One of your vision impaired staff with red bagpack and red iphone was wearing your brand tee, was very rude to a lady at the mrt station. Lady was trying to help your staff to take the mrt as she was facing difficulties finding the door. Your staff scolded her loudly saying I DONT NEED YOUR HELP! and then when in train, vigorously moving her stick, hitting multiple people with it forcefully, but no one dared to say anything because she is blind. But vision impaired or not, one person should always have good attitude and manners saying "please" and "thank you" will be more than sufficient. Wearing your shirt, while acting this way, is a bad way of representing this company/event.

This place gives you the opportunity to feel blind like seriously the room is so dark you cant even see your finger when u put it on your eyes. Recommend everyone to go try this as the have active during the walk and let you learn about different things about the blind.

I came here on 7 February 2019 as an ITE student. In the beginning, I thought I knew what to expect...dark but with some light or blindfolded...but it was not what I expected. We went to a park, then went to the city, river cruise, HDB Flats, Market,Crossing road. I highly recommend people to experience what the blind...hears, this made me touched and I will help a blind person whenever I see one. Picture:PITCH BLACK...YOU ARE BLIND

We should all go for a tour and be guided in the dark by my friends. We can learn to understand how it is like to move about in the bark.

Happy to bring three friends there. It was quite an experience and helps to sensitize people to the lives of the visually impaired. This is so meaningful and I wish more people had access to this experience.

A place to fully experience the life a visually impaired person. Walk into a room so dark you cannot see your own nose. Briefed and guided by a friendly guide, enter an unfamiliar world that stirs your emotions and respect for the visually impaired...a must go place....

Dialogue in the Dark is a learning workshop that allows people of all ages to experience how is it like to be as a blind person. They were able to accommodate a large group but further divide us into 2 groups for easier handling and a more comfortable experience. They gave us each a cane and there is even different lengths based on how tall are you. Our guide is a completely blind person but he led us throughout the tour professionally with much information about the lives of a blind. Strongly recommended for people who are curious about how you will feel without the help of your eyes to navigate around.

Brought my boy (11yo) and girl (13yo) for the first time to DID. I like how DID localised the experience, e.g. taking a walk in a park, HDB estate, market and even a river taxi in Singapore. The children especially enjoyed the last part of eating and drinking in total darkness. It was also a good opportunity to educate them the meaning of empathy. Will highly recommend to both kids and adults to visit DID!

Great place, especially for children to experience how the blind manage their daily lives.

It was very interesting because you get to experience the daily life of a person who can't see and if you are wondering how dark it is, it's literally pitch black so if you are scared of the dark, be warned!

Teresa was a superb guide. The experience was truly an eye-opener. A great way to put ourselves in the shoes of the visually impaired. Everyone should try it out for themselves

Excellent tour program guided by visually impaired or blind guides. It builds team spirit and empathy for the visually impaired around us. It takes a village to build a strong community.

This is a fun thing to do if you're keen to find out how the blind manage their day to day lives. It is only for an hour or so, great experience though. The instructors are friendly and helpful too.

Excellent experience, truly life changing! It's an immersive experience, where you are placed in dark room compartments and escorted around learning to "see" things from the perspective of the blind. It is truly phenomenal, a great way to start a dialogue with the people we often forget or think passively about. Excellent for any singles, doubles or groups!

From the friendly guides to the very interactive exhibition and tour, a place where one learns that there is more to just me being here. There are others. What an excellent way to help others get a sense of what it might be like to be visually impaired, to be the one who is not in charge and is dependent on others. A must return visit. There is even lunch and dinner in the Dark. I must try it.

This place provides a platform for people to get to know the lives of visually impaired people. My friends and I gained an insight to people with visual disability and learnt to appreciate the things we have that may seem small to us until we lose it.

👍 Loving the new upgrades to the park! The kids affectionately calls it their pirate ship! Although the grass patch was taken up to build the playground, I'm sure the kids don't mind.
