Good budget Hotel with neat and clean rooms. Rooms and bathrooms cum toilets are very small in size. There is provision of elevator in the Hotel for the convienence of the guests going to higher floors of the Hotel. Complimentary breakfast of Bread Butter and Jam is provided in the morning. For fooding one can go nearby Chinatown food court for having numerous Chinese dishes and other food. Staff of the Hotel is polite and courteous.

The best part of this place is its awesome location! 15 min walk from Clarke Quay, 3 min walk to China Town. There is a hip little bit of night life in the area too. Our first room was super tiny and on the 4th floor, which does not have access to the lift. our second and third night we moved to the third floor because we have a pram, the room was considerably bigger. Tea, coffee, complimentary water, and toothbrushes are provided. Overall, it was good and for the price and location, we would go back again in the future

Fantastic staff in both shifts (afternoon/evening). Friendly, attentive and helpful. I was able to check in early without any problem! I booked a single room without windows. Price and value match Singapore standarts. Small but clean room with good ventilation. Close to main Chinatown (5 minutes walk) and located away from main road (nice and quiet).

I'm giving it a four star because the price is reasonable, it was clean, staff were friendly, had free wifi, was close to "outram" train station aaaand a complimentary breakfast of toast and butter with coffee was available. Overall I had a very good experience and would stay there again. Things that may annoy other people (was ok for me) are the small size if the rooms, poor condition of the elevator and the fact that you could hear noises from the other rooms.

Love this hotel! The staff is so kind & helpful! The rooms are small, very clean. It is in agreat location (close to bus & train stations). The world famous Potato Head burgers are across the street as well as many other wonderful food choices within walking distance. I will definitely stay here anytime I am in Singapore.

Budget accommodation with a walking distance from the subway (around 10 minutes) It is great to have the elevator in this place, so it helps me a lot taking my stuffs to the rooms and reception counters. By the way, this location closes to the night club, you will hear the sound of people taking stuffs to the trashes. It's ok if you're a deep sleeper.

Was not happy with the room too old and out dated,still carry a key like your at home,the maid cut my air-conditioning off after they cleaned my room hot and muggy as Singapore weather is a/c should always stay on in tropical climate,the breakfast was a waste just toast and coffee pretty much... I give them a A as I arrived early they gave me an Unused room to take shower and freshin up after traveling all day and night I appreciate it!! The bathroom shower all in one was small I could barely fit in door..

The hotel is modern and clean in a nice neighborhood that has many restaurants and bars around. It is also walking distance to the heart of Chinatown and near a MRT station. The room we got was on the third floor and they had a elevator which helped a lot. The room had a comfortable bed and great bathroom facilites. We had to be creative on how to open up our 4 suitcases but if you have less you should be fine. The only downsides that I found were that the Wifi was a little slower than I am accustomed to eg. slow for Instagram forget about Youtube videos, pigeons lived on the roof above us so we hear them in the mornings but it was time for me to wake up anyways. Other than that, the staff were nice and we got a nice rest and shower after a sweaty day. Will stay there again.

Good location. Very limited toiletries given, not even a shaver. Air conditioner is slow. Room is small. Photographs look way better. Price is decent in reflection to the condition of stay.

It was ok. Room was clean but small. We asked 3 times in 2 days before they clean the room. Location is nice tho. And price is decent... i had better for cheaper tho.

Awesome location. Price-efficient. Full of restaurants, cafes and brunch venue. So friendly staff and the room was small but comfy.

We were searching for a nice budget hotel in the heart of Little India. As an Australian it was difficult to choose but it was worth the money we had spent. We had checked in at this hotel with my family for 3 nights and had found out it to be one of the best in location especially its in the heart of Little India. The family room that I booked was of a reasonable rate and we as a family enjoyed our stay at this hotel as the restaurants and clothing outlets were of walking distance. The staff were awesome who went out their way to keep us happy. We found out this staff in particular Ms Judy Lee to be one of the best in customer service and a customer focussed person. She is infact an asset for this hotel who always greeted the customers with a smile and willing to do the extra mile... Unfortunately we had to leave but the proactive staff will always be missed and soon we will again check in at this hotel...
