Can't fault this place. The location is great. The rooms were great. Some are a little noisier than others but it's a city. The front desk staff were wonderful. Very helpfull and happy which really makes a pleasant experience. Breakfast and waiters also super. Really enjoyed the food. Definitely stay here again... Stayed at many others I can't say the same for. Thank you.

Very friendly staffs. In the middle of the Chinatown city. MRT station is few minutes walk away. I would give 4.5 stars, but the room space is not that big. This is a ideal hotel for couples and tourists, who plans to move around Singapore. Not recommended for official people if you have plans to leave early. Because the breakfast is available from 7:30 AM only. If you have to go to any places before 8 AM then you might travel hungrier. Otherwise this is a really good place with warm welcoming people. I really enjoyed my stay here, except for the tiny room space and 7:30 AM breakfast.

The Cons Check in time 1500hr. Ponding in the bathroom near the entrance - will slip if not careful and conscious of it. Rotting timber at the balcony very unpleasant. Aircon leaking, no in house technician. Thank goodness that day happens to be the monthly aircon service day. Otherwise, will have to endure the sound of the leaky air con. End up disrupting our afternoon nap. No service recovery at all. If you are a soft sleeper, skip this hotel. The noise is through out the night from the surroundings on a weekend. The Pros Location is great. Food selection is great if you know where to look - definitely not the touristy street food on of the hotel entrance(unless you don't mind the prices). Best go to the second floor of Chinatown Complex for great food at affordable prices. The staffs are friendly enough Breakfast is great.

The staff was super accomodating and were very pleasent and helpful. However the property itself was way below expectations. It is in the middle of Chinatown. Good for people who are tourists but not good for the people on business tours. Rooms are tiny, with the worst mattresses i have slept in my life. Much better choices are available in same budget.

Minimalistic hotel with good location in China town. A bit too loud though, but with earplugs it is not a problem. Room was small but clean. Good or the price. Personal was friendly and welcoming, good espresso in the morning.

Pros: 1. Location is good, less than 5 minutes walk from Chinatown exit A. 2. Many shops and food stalls around. 3. Staffs are very helpful and kind. 4. Surprisingly rooms are quite spacious and clean. Cons: 1. Haven’t meet one during my stay.

Location , location , .location. Heart of Chinatown , 200m from the Chinatown MRT interchange. Easy walk to the high end restaurant district , plus numerous high quality budget eateries even closer . There is a 7 Eleven next to the rear entry. The rooms are small but have a similar or slightly larger floor area to Singapore hotels in the same price range. Our room ,Executive Double with window , was clean and had good air con. Breakfast was good but the menu was limited , this may be a problem if you are staying for more than a few days. My biggest criticism is the lack of a fridge in the room. I love a cold beer or 2 after a hard day's touristing , and although you can buy beers from the 7 Eleven , you have no way to keep them cold. All in all , good value , helpful staff and brilliant location but they lost a star due to the lack of fridge.

It's not 4 stars because the water pressure was really quite bad. Think of it as a trickle. The water mixer only gives you either cold or very hot water. It's a shame cause the rest of the room is good. I am also quite impressed by the privacy toilet glass enabled with a button press.

The rooms are very small, barely fitting a bed on the floor and not much else. The air conditioning in several of the rooms barely work, and it got quite hot during the day. The bathroom is equally as tiny, making it hard to sit on the toilet or shower. The communal areas were however quite good and comfortable, featuring relaxing chairs, sofas, pool table, football table, arcade machine, and more. Breakfast was decent, allowing you to chose an item from their breakfast menu and unlimited coffee, cereals, bread and more. In summary: good location, small rooms, ok price.

Clean, helpful people, convenient, eco-friendly. Nice breakfasts. But, rooms with windows opening to the street can be noisy until after midnight. No trash can in the bathroom, and no slippers in the room. However, you will love your stay.

Cosy little rooms. Came to stay for the day. Beds need to upgrade but for the price of $75, i can't complain. Could come again to try the couple staycation which includes cheese platter and wine. Cheers.

I rented a standard single room amidst of my trip around South-east Asia and it's definitely overpriced. The room had crawling ants everywhere, the bathroom, the desk, and the air-con dripped horrendously. The breakfast 'buffet' served basically the same things daily. The walls were so thin you can hear the next door showering, talking or even playing music at night. Fortunately I only stayed for a week. Will NOT recommend staying at this hotel.
