Registration start as early as 730 but see doctor start at 8am only. Nearest parking is at block 1002, 1003 street parking near industrial area. Best to drop off patient in front as it is a bit of a walk if you park this area depending on the slot you get. No cover from here so a bit difficult during 🌧️

I have been bringing my child to this polyclinic since he was born. I made an appointment today for 350pm. We got there early at 330pm. The doctor called 2 patients before me, but they were no-show, so he called us in earlier. I left the polyclinic at 356pm. All in all from consultation to the pharmacy to payment it took 26 minutes. Consultation fees for children are $6.90. 👍🏻 The nurses who do my child's vaccination are also excellent.

Coming to Toa Payoh Polyclinic has always been a blissful experience. I have been accompanying my aunt for her routine follow up at this Polyclinic for almost 10 years. It is like returning home every time when you get to meet familiar faces of nurses, doctors, pharmacist, staff and also the police officer at the entrance. They are friendly, patience and helpful every time. Processes have improved over time and waiting time has reduced. Toa Payoh Polyclinic has always been the Polyclinic of my choice amongst the other.

Had a Friday 2.50pm appointment. Came in about that time and was seen within 5 minutes of sitting down. Empathetic, comprehensive and caring service by Dr. Andrew Chin. Prompt, efficient service by everyone else. Shoutout to our hardworking (underpaid) healthcare workers!

Saw dietician Won Tin Chiang and l was impressed by his positivity, professionalism in discussing my dietary concerns. Very patient in listening to concerns and explaining things but not condescending or prescriptive. Wish all doctors are like him - he’s a healthcare worker who genuinely cares for his patients and not just dispensing his technical skills. Thank you. You made my day…

appointment was set at 4pm, near closing time but still waited very long for my turn, firstly the doctor who I consulted had this bochap attitude and wasn’t clear about what he was saying, spoke too fast and soft. Didn’t give clear instructions, went to do X-ray and doctor alr gave me the slip for X-ray print out but radiographer told me they don’t have the printer lol And also their reception inside is super bad, can’t even load my HealthHub app, how “efficient” Don’t ever go when it’s near their closing time cause everyone will just give you the bochap attitude

Kudos to the one medical personnel who vaccinated all the patients that came for their vaccination shot on 17 December 2022. It was crowded, and it couldn't have been easy knowing that he was the only one personnel on duty for vaccination on a Saturday where the number of patients would have increased given it is a short half day of opening hours, but he managed. Really appreciate his endurance 👍

Take note the doctors tending to newborn are just general practitioners they are NOT pediatrician. We had 3 different Toa Payoh polyclinic doctors at different times within a month examine our newborn baby’s umbilical cord that is filled with pus and blood and they ALL ruled it out as normal and will dry up in a matter of days or weeks. We didn’t feel good after a month of no progress and went to Thomson medical to have a real pd to check and it was actually an umbilical granuloma that needs to be burn off with silver nitrate. The infection could’ve gotten worst.

The clinic scheduled an appointment with us despite being closed. However, the gate was left unlocked and the clinic lights were on. In addition, laptops, medical equipment and chemicals were not secured and this can pose a security risk.

Completely confused with the process to get an X-ray, Polyclinic reception informed that what 6355 3000 has informed its wrong and should not be following. THEY are holding the correct information and its is verified with 2 different counter staff. After visiting the doctor, doctor informed of another set of process.

20 Feb, 11:30-2:30PM. Went to clinic today with my 2-month old and I had a good experience with the staff manning the self-checkin kiosks, nurse and the indian lady at registration counter 9 but had to rate -2 stars because of the auntie at registration counter 8 - Han Seok Yan!! She was so rude and can’t be bothered to help. She just shoo me away after giving a wrong temporary FIN (call center gave me incomplete one when i booked appointment) even though I got a text message from NHGP re my appointment today. I asked her what can I do or if can schedule the appointment today but she just say cannot. period while making annoyed face. So I went to the lady at counter 9, she was able to retrieve the correct FIN by getting my info, nric, daughter’s passport, etc. I was able to go thru with appointment today because of this kind and helpful lady who went the extra mile. No thanks at all to Han Seok Yan!!! You shouldn’t be at the registration dept if you hate accommodating people or if you think helping people is a waste of time!

You call them and are put on hold for 8 to 10 minutes. Elevator music also lousy. When and if they finally answer you ask for, like me , Toa Payoh Poly. You get the number and call. Same thing. After 6 rings you have to leave a message. THEY NEVER CALL BACK. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I've been trying to call to book appointment fordays and hours and hours and nothing has ever answered the phone even once. Why do you have a phone if no one was there to answer it. Can you hire people to assist patients on the phone who are trying to inquire and book appointments?

Had my flu jab (quadrivalent influenza vaccine) appointment here on a Friday morning. Made my booking on HealthHub and everything from registration, jab and payment was very smooth. Staff encountered were professional and addressed my concerns well. Costs $32 for adult with no chronic illnesses. (slightly cheaper than private clinic)

Worst National Healthcare Group polyclinic ever to visit. Covid times or not some proper instructions should be provided. Patients are sick with fever, aches all over, splitting headache and listening to the call system every few seconds buzzing adding to the pain in the head. Every minute sitting on the uncomfortable chair is not nice. Bad enough you are not seen at your schedule appointment time (when make online appts is encouraged), after you are done at one station as a first timer to this polyclinic no idea what is next. Aim is to clear the crowd fast and not let them sit around not knowing what is next for them. Piece of advice, where possible avoid Toa Payoh Polyclinic. Better of going to a GP for better service than suffer frustration, anger and annoyance when you are already sick.

Visited the dentist on 5 May in the afternoon 1210pm. Was a bit hard finding the polyclinic entrance as it was covered by the shelter tents. But the staff there are very helpful and friendly. The dentist and assistant were also very reassuring and helpful in answering my queries and handling my gum infection. Thank you.

This is the worst area to get your 4th COVID vaccine checked My grandma came here to check out as that time she took the 4th vaccine at another area and went to here for a check up as she kept on coughing, the doctor examines the thing and slapped the area where she took the injection after injecting a new thing into the same arm with the 4th vaccine injected into it 2 days ago, the person slapped it so hard that after that day she had a inflammation on her left arm! Worst area to get checked for your vaccine symptoms👎👎👎👎👎

Had a quite stupid experience here. Appointment was at 0850h. I went early to register and was there at 0735h queuing. When I reached the kiosk, I couldn't scan for registration and the man assisting there check my appointment time and tell me I can only register 10 minute later. I saw many others being told they can only register within 1 hour of appointment time and told them to sit and wait. This is causing a lot more work for the staff there. The man then had to monitor the people waiting and call them when they can register. The system need to be fix when people coming a bit earlier had to be penalised by waiting and the workload become heavier for the staff. What do you think?

Relatively short waiting time if you had made an appointment prior to visiting. Non-air conditioned waiting area. Quite inconvenient as it is not walking distance to Toa Payoh central - You have to take bus 238 from the interchange.

Day aug 1 2019, Got an appointment for 1245H. Had been there waiting for almost 40 minutes and my que number was nowhere near. Checked with the nurse and there were 7-8 patients in front of me. So I went to the toilet and missed my que. I approached the Indian nurse stationed in front of room 38 on level 2 to inform her that I missed my que. She did not asked how come or what and accused me of coming late. People falling sick and not feeling well and get accused. Well done! While I was typing the review and was waiting again, nurse shun fong who was stationed beside the rude nurse, made eye contact with me and noticed that I needed assistance. After serving the patient she was handling with, she approached me and patiently handled my distress. Very professional and filled with sympathy! Wanted to give a 1 star review but I changed it to a 3 star due to shun fong! Thank u so much for your act of kindness!

Made an appointment online at 12pm. Arrived at the clinic 40 mins earlier. Still got to wait for my number being called. (Even after my appointment time that i booked for). It is so misleading and irrelevant. I might as well just book for at 1pm instead of 12pm. Please polyclinic. Do something about your efficiency

Everything is good in this clinic especially priority q if you are carrying babies. Nevertheless, payment counter has to be improved. It has only 2 counters and the waiting area is filled and occupied with people for just payment. Understand that front desk staffs need more time to help out senior citizens. In that case, this clinic should have more counters. We are waiting with a newborn for almost an hour to do payment as we need to fill up forms to opt for medisave. Kindly improve in this issue.

Made an appointment online and arrived late and was told off by the staff at the registration/appointment counter that I had to queue again. She was rolling her eyes and was very exasperated. Staff at the blood pressure taking counter was not very pleasant either. I think I look young that’s why both staff take it upon themselves to scold patients? If I was older looking would I receive the same treatment?

Had an bad experience with Miss Lynn Tan screening at the polyclinic. Just wanted to go the polyclinic to get other referral letter . With the current situation, the clinic has screening outside the clinic and other restrictions ok I get it. She has to follow the protocol etc. So now they only allow one person who is viewing the doctor to enter. My bf also has a bag that carrys my medicines , cash and my referral letter etc. Anyways he was also not feeling well but didn't wanted to go to go to this clinic cause he is a foreigner, we don't know the pricing if he were to consult here. So to accompany me, as someone who have anxiety at doctor's/ clinics and with the new set up at the clinic with all the staff, patients and wuhan thing going on. He decided to see the doctor also , at the same time support me. So when we were inside already, miss Lynn Tan had blunty lied to the incharge that my bf didn't do the screening and he than came and accused us telling us she said that we didn't. How did my bf get the green sticker? Did he sneak in ? Or did she like not do her job ? I so shocked they actually accused us of something we didn't do. And she didn't even know what I was going through. She didn't even ask me if I need assistance ? What if something happened to me due to my anxiety and mental stuff. Doesn't look like an issue obviously , cause not alot of people will understand people like us who will feel this way. I was accused and scard , I didnt show it. Lucky it was fast. Didn't wait long, when I went up 3/4 different groups of people had someone with them . They won't disabled or in wheelchairs too.

I was told they did typhoid and influenza shots here, which I came to get as I have a overseas school trip. Went there at 1.35 and my appt was at 2.15 so I understood that I had to wait. But then up to 3.10 I wasnt called at all, even the lady who missed her appt and people who registered after me went in. I couldn't wait so I went to reschedule my appt for Saturday. Then they tell me that they don't do the shots there!? Hello it's on your website and my friend came the day before to get it done. I even showed them the form at registration. The lady who was going to reschedule my appt started going on saying 'oh I worked at sata before, they only do it there. I know it, '. I also called the polyclinic hotline before knowing about toa payoh being able to do shots and I was told that polyclinics don't do it at. Do you either not know what your company services are or did you mess up the website for toa payoh polyclinic. Waiting time was horrible
