The best gynae clinic I’ve ever been to!!!!! Dr Janice Tung is the most amazing gynae ever and she has the best team of nurses & office staff!!!! Words aren’t enough to appreciate how wonderful Dr Janice has been as my doctor, holding my hand through my first pregnancy and delivery! Highly recommend her for her experience, empathy, communication style and her nurturing confidence — she has a calm demeanour and coupled with her experience, she provides a tonne of confidence and reassurance to her patients! Her team of nurses and admin staff are awesome too — proactive, great communication, so polite and friendly and accommodative! Thank you for everything 🙏🏼

We are very grateful to Dr SF Loh. Because of him, we have our most precious bundle of joy. Dr Loh is very straight forward. The consults were quick, but all of our questions were addressed. During our first consult he was very honest with our chances of success. But we still decided to proceed with our 3rd IVF cycle. We were surprised that our 1st transfer was successful! I had a very delicate and difficult pregnancy. I would say Dr Loh is one of the best IVF and high-risk pregnancy specialists in Singapore. He was always there whenever I was rushed to the hospital for spotting. I still remember one of his senior clinic staff telling me not to worry because I'm in good hands. And it's very true! His clinic staff were also amazing. The clinic is always full but they will take the time to explain instructions and will cheer you on during your IVF journey. Special mention to Charista and Cheryl! I've sent so many emails to them for questions and clarifications and I always get a reply. Now they have a clinic Whatsapp. Thank you again Dr. Loh SF and the O&G specialist clinic staff, we are forever grateful. God bless you all.

Very upset, disappointed and awful experience with the nurses and Dr Loh. Nurses scheduled my detailed scan at 18weeks instead of usual 20-22weeks, due to the detail scan was done too early baby brain was not fully developed yet and that report shown small cavum septum pellucidum. Imaging centre tried to contact Dr Loh to ask for opinion but was told he is in the midst of delivery and ask me to go up to his clinic. Upon arrival at his clinic, it was really crowded with many patients. He saw me at Dr Janice's room instead of his usual own room that day, after looking at the report, he just told me he will refer me to NUH to see a professor without even doing any scan to check on whatever was written on report. Me and my husband ask him about what will it affect and he brush us off with a referral letter to NUH and saying 50%-50% if severe just abort it lor. When this sentence came out from his mouth, my heart sank! His clinic nurse even charged me for scan at $90 when Dr Loh did not even bother to do any scanning that day. How could he even say that without any empathy? I could not sleep and was really worried throughout until my visit to another clinic to see another gynae for 2nd opinion who is very patient and did the scan and reassure me that it looks fine and repeat another detail scan in a week time to double confirm. Everything went well at another clinic and i have decided to switch over to other clinic for future appointments. I like to share this awful experience as this incident caused alot of unnecessary destress to me and my husband. We have spend almost additional of $1k for 2nd and 3rd opinion at NUH and Prenatal Consultant for checking and ease our mind. Dr loh type and print out the referral letter personally with my name even spell wrongly. I wasnt bothered to even correct him after hearing how he heartless and no empathy he is. Dr Loh may be very good and experienced with IVF but definitely not service from the heart and highly not recommended to see him for high risk or any complication pregnancy as he might just brush u off with a referral letter to others.

One of the worst clinic I n singapore. Long queue and attitude of the staff is not good. Dr loh always crack the jokes . Never listen to patient. Money minded doctor. Very much disappointed. First doctor will say normal then during delivery day doctor will give some excuse make it to emergency c-section delivery. Just to take the double charges.

Dr SF Loh is a very nice person and responsible Doctor who has a group of lovely and hardworking nurses (especially Charista 👍) long waiting time is absolutely worth it! Thank you Dr Loh, Charista and all 👍

This clinic was highly recommended but turns out to be :One of the worst clinics! Staff are always busy, they hardly answer the calls. We had a blood test done on 17 Aug and was told within 1 day the results is out, we didn't hear from them almost a week, till we call on 23rrd Aug, although its tough to get them answer the call. More surprisingly,We received the blood test results the date shown 17 Aug itself. That shows the result was out so much earlier but no one in the clinic bother to call! They may have the best doctor there, but if u can't handle too many patients then increase your staff!

I have most wonderful experience of blood drawing experience by lovely nurse Charista. She is patient, gentle and informative in explaining details to me. Her blood drawing is very skillful that I can’t feel pain at all. Every each visit I looking forward to see Dr Loh and every others nurses as they are so friendly and welcoming us all the time. Dr Loh is indeed super experience. His guidances gave us a pleasant experiences in this pregnancy journey.

Dr Janice is extremely empathic and helpful during our pregnancy journey. We have been with many gynaes and there are only two whom we felt we would recommend, one was Dr Tee from KKH, and another is Janice from O&G specialist. My wife is reminded that while most doctors are able to administer medical protocols to treat, not all are able to do it in an empathetic way - we felt Janice was patient and kind to address our queries, fears and uncertainties, and we are glad to have chosen her on this journey.

It is always a nice experience visiting O&G Specialist Clinic for our consultation. Dr. Loh and nurses have always been very professional during our visit despite the tremendous crowd in the clinic. Nurses have been extremely patient in explaining all necessary procedures on testing, medication, visitation, etc. to us. We can't thank them enough as they have made us felt super comfortable for our visit. My wife is a nervous kind, but the nurses have always calmed her down on her worries :) Due to Dr. Loh's popularity and technical expertise, it would be good to allocate some of your time during your visit as we can see many crowds every time we have visited them. I usually take this time to have a quality talk with my wife... I can understand sometimes why it is difficult to get the responses from the clinic's nurses when I am calling them for some queries as they have indeed have large crowds EVERYDAY. But, they will always come back to us when we left our voicemail or drop the email.

Been seeing Dr. Loh for a year, he’s very professional and has a awesome team in his clinic, all of them are very knowledgeable and took good care of me. The clinic is very busy and could take a long wait in some days but I think it worth because they are really the best! And because of their help I finally become a mom, life is a miracle and all thanks to O&G❤️

Worst single experience I ever had with a doctor. My experience was one that was devoid of empathy and a doctor with an evident disdain for patient inquiries. Regular questions regarding my health concerns were marked dismissively and were considered “questioning him too much” rather than an integral aspect of informed healthcare. Honest review? The worst of the worst experience.

It’s my second (or third if you count my miscarriage) journey with Dr Janice and her team. I was recommended by my friend in 2020 and never looked back since! My friend’s exact words were ‘she is the best you can find’ and i find that these words have resonated with me all these years. Dr Janice is knowledgeable, very reassuring (to most FTM pregnancy doubts, she would tell you it’s ok) and gentle as well. She makes me feel safe and relaxed each appointment and I always know I can count on her and her wonderful team of ladies to take care of me and my babies. A big shoutout to the ladies working tirelessly at the counter: the queues are long, yet they forgo their rest time sometimes just to serve us mummies-to-be quickly, THANK YOU! Women know women; they always knew the right words to say… when i am anxious nearing EDD, when I discovered I am expecting again and dropped them an email to book my first appt, when I lost my 8w fetus, etc.. i have also recommended my friend who suffered from endometriosis for years, another friend who was having a baby past her 40s, both of them felt completely at ease in Dr Janice’s clinic. If you are looking to have a relaxing journey (amidst all of the chaos of parenthood), this is where you should go! The only downside is the location of the clinic, it’s within TMC itself and the traffic is quite horrid here and the parking rate is yucky. We always park opp and cross over when the weather is right!

Our experience has been amazing, the team here is very considerate and helpful. We have been coming here for 3 years and the care, consideration and support we have got here is tremendous and the best ever. I thank everyone at this clinic and appreciate all that they have done for us

Have been trying to conceive for years. Friend recommended Dr SF Loh, came to consult him. Did my IVF, he guided us on the things to avoid etc. He is not the kind of Dr whom stop us from eating etc. He told me to eat whatever I feel like having during my pregnancy. C-sect done by his miracle hands 🤣🤣 and my recovery was super fast!!!!! Highly recommended Dr Loh ~~~ Kudos to all the staff at O&G. You have made my pregnancy journey smooth and pleasant 🥰🥰

There is no other female doctor except Janice however my fertility checkup experience with her was not good. I find her too intimidating and rude.

V good doctor but Nurse v rude and totally no skill. Draw blood is the most simple and basic job still cannot do properly . She move / adjust the needle inside my my arm with her shaking hand , cos blood cannot come out , after few try my blood blowout , my report under my arm suddently become red, she scared but no sorry nothing . The worst nurse I’ve ever seen

Sorry for the late post, time flies quickly...as everyone said getting pregnant isn't easy and I have went through it... 10 years after marriage and I was still not able to bear a child... went to various doctors and clinics and everyone said the same... and my last resort was seeing Dr Janice Tung... can't remember how I got her appointment, but from my first appointment, I had a confident that it will work out... Did my first IUI procedure according to Dr Janice's advice and it was successful, but sadly after my 20th week into pregnancy, I had a miscarriage due to incompetent cervix. Dr Janice assured me that I will be pregnant and she will do the necessary procedure to hold my pregnancy. With all her advice and guidance, I began pregnant again, it was a high risk pregnancy and Dr Janice's experience and the way she handles it professionally, yes I made it. She planned my pregnancy well. And again with all her advices, support and guidance, I safely delivered my baby girl in Dr Janice's hands. Not forgetting her entire team, working under pressure and still with a big smile through all my visits. Thank you each and everyone for playing a part during my pregnancy. I would highly recommend Dr Janice Tung to all the ladies trying to be mummies.

Superb grateful to Dr Loh and Team of wonderful nurses. It has been an assuring 10 months after I conceived. I visited a few Gynaes but I found myself most comfortable with Dr Loh. He is skilful, highly knowledgeable and cares for his patients. He gave me best recommended option when I had doubts and I appreciate that. He is cautious w my scans and often encouraging me (which made my visit less stressful each time). While I was in hospital post delivery, he came to visit/review daily after or before work, and even on a PH. Thank U so much, Dr Loh! I met Dr Janice who came to help with my drip (during one of the consultations). I found her gentle and assuring. Thank YoU doctors! ☺️ Charista and her team of colleagues are superb! Pleasant and always trying their best for patients. With the volume of patients Dr Loh has, the team has managed the flow efficiently! While the Q is long, guess we just have to wait patiently for good things!

Dr Loh is an experienced doctor with many years of experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable and assuring. Aside from that, his team at O&G clinic is very efficient, friendly, encouraging and even respond over the weekend for any emergencies. Feel assured visiting the clinic each time knowing we are in good hands.

Dr. Janice is an experienced and skilful ob gyn, both my husband and I felt comfortable with her from the initial visit, to surgery , and to delivery of our baby girl! She is very assuring and confident in her approach, and gentle for checks or procedures which may be overwhelming for her patients. Her team at the O&G clinic is very responsive although it can get very busy. We always looked forward to our appointments. Thanks Dr. Janice and everyone at the clinic!

Me and my husband are fully satisfied with the consultation provided by Dr SF Loh and with his cooperative staff.
