after my dental treatment. cleaning, remove decay filling, replace filling. I will have meat stuck at the filling area every time i eat. check back with dentist. she replied nothing she can do cause the hole is too big. cause the meat is not a thin piece shred of meat. but a chuck of it so you can't floss it out. After 6 months the issue got worst cause of food stuck at a hole I can't feel even every day floss did nothing got new decay tooth that need fixing finally go to a new dental which fill the hole which Q&M say impossible.

Just finished my crown. I have been going to this branch for maybe 10 years already. It is just 4 blocks away from my house; making it very convenient for me. Dentist Karan gives a top quality dental service. The root canal was fine, and so is this crowning. I will definitely return there for any dental issue I need to fix, or any dental upgrade I need to get.

Dr Monique was so good. She extracted my top and bottom wisdom teeth in less than half an hour. I couldn’t believe it cuz another dental surgeon that took out my other two wisdom teeth took a torturous 1 hour! Dr Monique also did my crowning earlier while another dental specialist at the Simei branch did my root canal treatment. Very pleased with their no-frills services and because of that they don’t charge exorbitant prices.

Dr Monique has been very patient and great with advices to my teeth health in up keeping and maintaining them. She also helps with my Mom’s teeth matters and I’m very grateful for her clear & honest opinions. She’s also caring when doing her work on both my Mom & myself. So we trust in her good hands to take care of us. Her nurses at Eunos branch, even at the counter who assist her are also very helpful and courteous. Hard to find good dentist these days. Good to have met Dr Monique.

I'm sending out my sincerest gratitude to Dr. George and his assistant during my surgery. It went very well, they told me all my options, had x-rays done before and after to make sure everything is okay. My surgery took 1.5 hours as it was a very difficult one, i had very long roots and i'm very lucky that the doctor tried his best to get it all out, i know his hands were very tired already after my procedure but still all smiles and assuring me that it is all going very well. Thank you again to everyone there at the clinic. I hope I don't come back for another extraction but i definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know who needs a dental medical attention. Kudos!

Went over today for my cracked last tooth which i obviously had to extract via surgery and attended by Dr Karan at 2pm. Told him what was my concern, took xray and had additional 2 teeth which needed fillings. All was good and very gentle work by the Dr however my main concern,the cracked tooth, was not worked on because apparently there wasnt enough time. Fine. Was then scheduled to come back at 8.30pm today to get the surgery done. Wasnt that happy then but willing to come back to get it over and done with today. Came back at 8.30, sat and waited a few mins and was then told that the patient inside was having complications and not sure how long it will take and there was another patient before me. So, how about my 8.30 appt that you guys fixed for me a few hrs before? Firstly why was my main concern not worked on during my first appt, but 2 other tooth were worked on instead, and quoting “not enough time” for my main purpose of coming down. Secondly, why wasnt a phonecall made prior to my 8.30pm appt to advise me what was going on and I could have attended to other things in my day and didnt have to make my way back down. Disappointing. Was asked to reschedule. Really? Forget it.

Dr Karan was gentle and thorough with my scaling and polishing. I appreciate that he took the time to clean each tooth and was focused throughout the session! Man of fewer words but very genuine and and gives great advice when I checked with him about potential treatments for a friend who was interested in booking an appt. Highly recommend Dr Karan! Had another scaling and polishing session with Dr Monique and it was a little more painful, felt a little rough, perhaps even a little rushed, but still got the job done. Dr Monique is really friendly and always has a happy, cheerful and energetic vibe - so if you want a friendly dr, Dr Monique's your person! Overall both were friendly, not intimidating like some other dentists are, and all the staff in the outlet are friendly and would provide multiple reminders for your upcoming booking. My experience with Q&M has always been fast and efficient - i think they have a packed schedule so they start and end their appointment on time (great for me!) so i would highly recommend making an appointment instead of walk in, and clearly state what you need out of the session otherwise they might have to slot you in for session 2 after the evaluation.

I have a phobia of dental clinics due to past experience, had to do a molar tooth extraction today. Dr Lee made the experience a painless one from start to finish. Not forgetting the assistant who helped make the experience a relaxing one as well.

Horrible service, unprofessional customer care. Last week my appointment was at 10.30am and my husband’s at 10.45am. We were on time. At no point did anyone warn us that the previous patient and also the doctor were late before we arrived. We were made to wait 30 mins during which there was absolutely no initiative on the staff’s part to update us about the situation and the 30 mins delay. We waited for nothing, and because we had other appointments after that, we can’t even go ahead with the procedure because we would be late for other appointments. In other words, the clinic wasted 30 mins of our time and we had to reschedule. There was no offer of compensation, no apology, no customer service. The least the clinic could do was to call us in advance to inform us that our appointments will be delayed. The call they made to my husband only confirmed his appointment at 10.45am. I have seen other outlets turn away patients who are late because of the late coming policy and the fact that there were other appointments lined up. I’m not sure why this outlet was so poorly managed. No communication no compensation no nothing. Absolutely horrified at the experience and the wasted 30 mins of my time. Wrote in to complain and the management said they were investigating. Apparently after one entire week there’s still no response. In my 8 years with Q&M this has to be the worst experience ever and I’m now going to boycott Q&M for other more professional clinics.

Dr Roy Ng Jian Tong is an expert at wisdom tooth surgeries. My lower wisdom tooth surgery was done with him. A specialist surgeon from NUH said the surgery would be difficult and he did not dare to do it. Amazingly, Dr Roy got the tooth out in less than 15 mins. Injection was painless as well. Cost wise, fully Medisave claimable. Will definitely be back.

Dr. Teo is very patient and friendly. She give me good advices and she always tries her very best. I have seen a huge improvement in my teeth ever since. I was referred to Dr Roy Ng for extraction and 2 implants. Every surgery was painless with minimal side effects the next few days. So much better than the “specialist” drs whom I saw in the past at the government hospitals. Price and payment plan is also very flexible here and suits my budget.

Removed both my lower left and right wisdom teeth with Dr Roy. I was so surprised as the injection was totally painless. Also, both my surgery was done in less than 20 minutes. Throughout the surgery, the doctor was also very reassuring and even when I appeared nervous he could still maintain his calm and extracted both my teeth in an efficient and painless manner. Because the doctors here move to different locations during a day, they are always in a rush. Nurses and counter staff are similarly trying to catch up with their doctor's instructions. Subsequently, miscommunications to patients occur, at the patient's expense. What should have been a routine wisdom tooth extraction ended up as an extremely painful and uncomfortable experience, as I took the wrong treatment. Not recommended unless you are severely time compressed. I have a follow up visit, so let's see how they do.

I had my molar extracted by Dr Karan of Q&M Dental on 8 Nov 2018. I’m very satisfied with his treatment as he knows how to handle my fear of pain. Dr Karan pre-empted me every step of the way and explained to me the procedures as to what to expect. For once, the visit to the dentist did not feel like an ‘eternity’; as I’m always fearful and reluctant to go for dental treatment. With a missing molar; it leaves a space and over time it will cause the jawbone to deteriorate. Once again, I consulted Dr Karan and he advised that I should consider having dental implant as it is a better option to replace a back molar. He is knowledgeable and professional in his advice and presented me the available options, risks and other matters for consideration. I took his professional advice and subsequently did the dental implant surgery on 9 April 2019. Dr Karan also advised me to put on a night guard to stop grinding so as to protect my teeth.
