Lousy developer who skimp on everything. I spend millions and end up with a cheaply done up condo full of faults that take months to rectify while I'm paying for it. RIDICULOUS! Stay clear at all cost!

Plumbing installation are old cupper proned to numerous leakages (life expectancy ~10years). This developer cuts corners in the hidden areas and decline any responsibility even when proof of negligence is brought forward. Plan a deep and exhaustive inspection for this developer properties before moving in. Reconsidering buying.

Avoid. Horrible local team. Not professional. Algae water in pipes. Rejects defects, slow replies. Once DLP ends, can forget getting them. Dirty water sediments in supply water since move in

Likewise, leakage issues and poor customer service, take months and months to rectify the issue, eventually told customer that warranty has expired. Please avoid this developer.

Ridiculous developer. Whatever mentioned by others here is indeed truth. Never ever rectify defects. Try to smoke owners. Rectify a defect and within two months happen same issue again. And still can claim that what they did is correct.

It is the worst service I have ever encountered. After I move into a brand new house with a brand new stove, the stove has not been working for at least 6 times in the first year. I have already requested a permanent solution from the developer and supplier, but none of them gave me the solution. They only assigned technicians to come and check. 2 months after repairing, the stove is not working again. Is this a permanent solution??? For e.g., Last service is on 1 Nov (6th repair), and on 21 Dec the stove is not working again. Can you imagine how disruptive this LOUSY stove is and ALSO developer only gave me a call saying that they will assign a technician to come down and check. So the permanent solution is FOREVER ASSIGNING technicians to come down and check?

Hoi Hup is a terrible developer using inferior building construction materials with no QC. Try to avoid any property done by this poor reputed developer.

One of the worse developers in Singapore, we have purchased a unit in one of their developments and the quality is bad and they had done anything to avoid helping us with the defects of the house(like the ceiling has been leaking it the past one and a half year and the building was finished in 2018) so in less than 2 years my house looks like a 20 year old house just because everywhere is leaking and after months of follow up with them they just simply say no the defect period is over when the matter was reported to them 3 months after the key was received. So I’m general they are horrible
