The whole building is captivating, beautifully designed, perfection to every detail (see that amazing flower arrangement in the photo, from Clan cafe). Great service from very attentive service crew. Food at the Dining room is delicious. The Yutiao starter with home made sambal butter is an unique creation - And you can request for a second serving on the house. Their special kumbucha at the cafe is also my favourite. Love every corner on 2nd floor. Great place to host parties, and guests from out of town! The bar including outdoor area is great place to have drink pre or post dinner. For private party- They have quite many offerings, from private party room with DJ corner, two beautiful Karaoke rooms as well as an one of its kind Tasting Room (unfortunately I am not a Whisky lover but i still admire its tasteful offering :) ). On the minus, gym space can be bigger - that said, I had an enjoyable session with Eus’s high intensity class and will come back for more. As working full time professional, I wont be using the coworking space as much but I can see entrepreneurs will make good use of that! The nail/spa room with its Zen look is very appealing and I will probably book a session there in my next visit.

Review of Mirazur pop up and not Straits Clan. We had the flowers menu. The decor was fantastic showcasing the various phases of the moon. The dishes were beautifully presented but unfortunately didn’t live up to expectations in the flavour department. Some of the dishes were weird in taste which all of us in our group found not very tasty. Also, it was quite strange when the meal ended with tiny amount of tea - we thought it was palate cleanser before they served the petite fours - maybe they were trying to save on cost due all the delays😅 One of the issue - my friend had mentioned that she can have only cooked seafood, so the staff took the prawn dish to cook but never returned! All in all, we found Mirazur over rated and over hyped and certainly not worth it compared to Odette or Zen.

One of the better social hangout spots in the area. Quiet spot, good quality food and drinks, and right by the train station. Good pickup spot as well for cabs. They have valet service if you require. Sadly, they're no longer with the Lo and Behold Group, due to covid.

Very nice venue and interesting mix of social member's club - gym, cafe, restaurant, karaoke, meeting room, whisky bar, games room, etc. However, we had a very disappointing meal prepared by an invited guest chef Ton from the acclaimed Michelin starred restaurant in Bangkok - Le Du. Being a very familiar foodie of authentic Thai food, we were prepared to splurge on the overly expensive dinner at SGD 118 ++ (per person) but unfortunately let down in both presentation (refer to pics) and more importanly taste. Lamb massaman curry was rather chewy while flavor was okay. Beef pad kra pow very poor presentation and mediocre in taste. Lack its 'wok hei' of a good Thai stir fry. Worst dish of the evening... the Mango sticky rice! I have never had anything this bad. The rice was mushy and over cooked! We were super surprised that the chef actually allowed the dish to be sent out! Perhaps the chef had a bad evening but do hope for his reputation, this doesn't happen too often. For the owners who read this review, please note that there is nothing personal in this feedback and hope reputable chefs and restaurants alike can improve in service/products offered. May consider coming back to try the regular restaurant here.

Fantastic ambience and service. A quiet place with comfy seats and plenty of space. We tried the wagyu rump pho, and the shakshouka (baked eggs in spiced sauce), both definitely worth trying, we’ll halajced and tasty. The sour dough bread was a bit too burnt for our liking. Will definitely be back if we’re in the area!

Jul 2019. This was a cafe opened to the public in a private club house. I was searching for healthy soul food, and this was a great place for that. I ordered a salmon bowl. It was grilled to the right crisp. The sides were healthy, cleanly boiled without frills. We ordered the mushroom soup. It was refreshing, however, it got saltier as we bottomed it up.

Otah sandwich is a must - highly addictive. Kombucha with dried fruits are refreshing. Healthy bowl started off as plain but somehow we keep on eating and finished everything. A great place for cosy gathering.

Walked in this shop without any intention. I was attracted by their decoration, the cozy and relaxing ambiance. Here definitely is enough for u to spend a wonderful weekend afternoon.Need to highlight their eggs benedict was tasty especially come with a glass of chilled earl grey passion fruit tea. Worth to visit .

Great place for gathering, or even a place for me time. Nice food & drink, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. Like the prawn pasta the most, but nothing to shout about on the banana fritters.

The ambiance of the cafe is lovely. Food-wise, the otah bun was really delicious and must-try, although i have to say it was a bit overpriced for what it’s worth.

Amazing experience at Mirazur hosted by Mandala Club/ Straits Clan. Exceptional cooking with top notch service. It was so memorable that we are going back a 2nd time right before they return to France.

Entrance to the café is located along Scotts Road (not inside the hotel). I have been to Crossroads many many years ago, it looked different then. I am sure it has gone through renovations and upgrade since. If anyone is worried the café would be too hot for comfort, there is no need to fear.

Famous for their kueh salat cake. Lovely cafe aesthetics as well but it comes at a price, literally. Prices add up quickly here. Thought the kueh salat was ok but not mind-blowing. After factoring in the price, not a place I would return to unless it’s a special trip/occasion.

Amazing quality for lunch. Food was not only delicious but also photogenic. Was able to try a good variety of starters and mains since we opted to share amongst 4 people. Had a nice quiet area for small group brainstorming just next to the dining area. A sad that the Majestic is no more but glad that at least it was replaced by a new chic modern urban club with great food.

Mirazur lunch set was nice but missed the 3-star level with some dishes that could have been better and some approximations in the service. Both can be understood with the challenge of setting up a great restaurant for just few months and with the mess due to Covid. The sea bream with radish lacked a stimulation while the monkfish was overwhelmed with the liquorice; luckily we could bring some harmony to the latest with the Vernay Cote Rotie that made flavours balance well. Still a very nice lunch but below expectations.

Went to the Mirazur experience done in conjunction with the Mandala Club. This review is about the fruits themed dinner menu. The waiting staff were very well trained and attentive but the food wasn't really mind blowingly good for a 3 starred restaurant rated as the best in the world. Will just focus on the figs and foie gras dish which was very well done. Unique flavours that worked very well together. This was held together by a duck and hay sauce. The other dish I really liked is the pigeon with strawberry and raspberry jell. The bird was cooked to perfection and the sour notes from the berries complemented it very nicely. The dragon fruit, mango and yuzu dessert was definitely a combination that I have never tried before and I am glad I did. Apart from that, I felt that the roots themed menu was much better especially the monkfish dish as well as the guinea fowl dish. Great experience although slightly underwhelming.

Colonial style decor with an islander feel, in a refurbished hotel. Staff are polite and food is good. Get the French toast and some juice. There's also a member's club upstairs

Had a late lunch here on a Friday and really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. The service was good too with friendly staff. We had the Otah Sandwich, Eggs Benedict, Coconut Panna Cotta and Crispy Banana Fritters. All were delicious!

Straits Clan members have access to 4 floors of F&B, entertainment, fitness, wellness and workspace concepts. There are exclusive unique event experiences and special privileges from a curated network of partners. The natural lighting spilling through its floor-to-ceiling windows, the brightly-lit café’s serves as something of a hideaway, softened by aesthetically-pleasing earthy elements of polished teak furniture, rustic tribal ornaments, and flora surprises at every corner.

Very nice place to lunch in. Service was very good. A request was made very politely to change place but we didn't want to and they didn't pushed further. Food was okay, but definitely one of the instagramable location. Nice decors!

The prawn spaghetti was way too salty while the hainanese chicken rice had pickled vegetables that I feel did not complement the dish. They should also serve chicken thigh instead of breast to justify the premium price tag! Service was good though.
