Canopy Park at Jewel Changi Airport in Singapore is an exceptional attraction that effortlessly blends nature, entertainment, and shopping, making it a must-visit destination for travelers and locals alike. Spanning 14,000 square meters on the topmost level of Jewel, this verdant oasis provides a unique and rejuvenating experience. One of Canopy Park's standout features is its stunning Hedge Maze, where visitors can get lost in a labyrinth of lush greenery and discover hidden surprises along the way. The perfectly manicured topiaries and intricate paths are a joy to explore for all ages. The Discovery Slides, a set of four giant, sculptural slides, offer an exhilarating experience, adding an element of fun to the park. They are a hit with children and adventurous adults alike. For those seeking relaxation, the Foggy Bowls beckon with their cool mist and tranquil ambiance. They provide an ideal respite from Singapore's tropical climate. The Petal Garden, with its vibrant colors and captivating displays, is a great place to unwind and take in the beauty of nature. Don't miss the Canopy Bridge, a suspended walkway that provides panoramic views of the Rain Vortex, the world's tallest indoor waterfall. It's a mesmerizing sight, especially when illuminated at night. Canopy Park's ticketing system offers flexibility, allowing visitors to purchase tickets for specific attractions or opt for bundled packages. The pricing structure is reasonable for the variety of experiences on offer. In conclusion, Canopy Park at Jewel Changi Airport is a marvel of urban design and an inviting escape. It offers a blend of natural beauty, recreational activities, and dining options that cater to all tastes. Whether you're a traveler with a layover or a local looking for an escape, Canopy Park is a destination that should not be missed. It's a testament to Singapore's commitment to creating world-class attractions.

Canopy park is a nice place to spend 2 hours for the family (mostly for kids). 1.Main attraction is sky nets walking and bouncing. Walking nets are actually challenging ones than bouncing nets. I recommend bouncing nets for the kids. Do not optional for walking nets if you have fear of looking down from heights. 2. Petal garden has decent exhibits of animals and one live mandarin duck 3. Discovery slides, two variation slides. 4. Foggy bowls is most disappointing, simply not good. Overall canopy park is just okay, a decent place to kill 2 -3 hours.

a great way to kill time when in transit if you're not up for food or shopping (why are you even in singapore if you don't do both though XD). I went just before Covid-19 pandemic restriction in February 2020 and enjoyed a quiet stroll and experienced the Sky Net just because I've never been there. It's a good place if you have kids, but not so much for solo travelers.

We had a really fun time at canopy park! I highly recommend the mirror maze if you're hanging out in a group. The package deals are worth getting as the individual attraction price is quite steep. Might as well top up a little to get the full experience I would advise to avoid the bouncing and walking nets for elderly as the nets are rather uneven to walk on. Kids would definitely love it though.

You guys like to waste people's time is it? I walk up to the bouncing net entry with my kid and my wife, the guy "faizal" told us to purchase the ticket at the ticketing booth, after I bought the tickets, went back to the entry he "faizal" then check my kid's height and told me my kid couldn't go in because she is short of 5cm from 110cm, why this faizal couldn't tell me before I buy the tickets?!! Then he says he cannot refund this and told us they can change to the stupid mirror maze, which at that point my wife and kid is already super disappointed because we had came all the way to jewel for the bouncing net, I told him(faizal) I do not want to waste my money on looking at some mirrors and I want a refund, this faizal told me "we don't do refunds", I have to raise my voice and told him off that he did not told me first about the height requirements for kids and now I can't get my money back? After 20mins of him telling his manager that is his stupid fault, they say I can get my refund at the front counter, which I then have to bring my disappointed family to walk all the way out to the counter, fill in a form and then be told that I only can get my money refund after a week, thanks canopy park for wasting my whole family's time of buying, rejected, walking around and still get no money back... thank you very much faizal for your great attention to details and service. 👎👎👎👎 "oh ya, faizal... saya faham" keep telling your manager you didn't see my kid at first.

It's okay but the price is expensive ($42 for everything with discount included, though unlimited entry). There are some nice parts such as the topiary but the queues for the bouncing net was 3 hours and you needed to get a QR code.

The brilliant place for children, elders and people of all age age groups. It is very famous for highest fountain and beauty. There are various shopping stores and food restaurants in this area . It is very clean and green park. People love to visit this place because of its beauty and fountain. Many visitors from out of the country visit this park to see the beauty of the nature. A very beautiful fountain is there in the center of this place and light show happens at night aprox 8pm onwards(not sure). There is a ride which operates between terminal 2 and terminal 3 so if you don’t have much time you can opt that. All in all it is very good place for every age person. Must visit.

The latest attraction in Singapore. A comfortable indoor park with several activities within it. On its own, it's a nice leisurely walk, with lots of greenery in an aircon environment and multiple photo opportunities. There are sub-attractions within it that are ticketed separately such as the Bouncing Nets / Walking one. The bouncing one is more for the kids. I went for the walking version, and it was a little scary, perhaps because I wasn't in the right shoes. They do provide non-slip covered rubber shoes for you if you need, I should have taken up the offer. It was fun nonetheless and they've got staff up there to help you along. Highly recommended for those making a stopover in Singapore, or have a late night flight out of Singapore. You can check in early and drop off the luggage, spend an hour or two here, have a meal before you leave.

Not sure how Singapore just keeps pushing that bar higher and higher! Jewel is amazing, and the Canopy Park is a must. I definitely recommend paying a little extra and crossing the Canopy Bridge. Make sure you take your time as well and soak it all in (pun intended).

The park is located at level 5@ Jewel. The canopy Park is basically just 1 round around level 5. You can easily spend an hour here strolling, relaxing, taking photos. Went on a Tuesday afternoon, it was so quiet. We can take photos without people photo bombing us. 👍🏽

One of the most iconic places of the world and Singapore. Trust me their is no airport in the world right now that can give you a better feeling than this one. Whether you are visiting Singapore or taking a connecting flight, do spare some time and enjoy this engineering Marvel.

Worth the price to wander around in beautiful gardens while waiting for your plane and great for kids too. Best place to see the jewel night show as not as crowded.

Wonderful place to visit whether you are local or a tourist. Highly recommended for both kids and adults. Plenty of entertainment and feels like you are in the garden. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Wheel chair accessible like pretty much everything in Singapore. Plenty of play areas for the children, but note the child has to be at least 110 cm to be allowed for slides and canopy play.

Located at 5th level of Jewel, the Canopy Park offers terrific panoramic view of the Rain Vortex and the Forest Valley. Fun ride at the discovery slides especially the higher slide with almost vertical drop. Kool relaxing walk around the well maintained park minus the mosquitoes and the humidity outdoors. Worth a visit

Not new to spending our family time at Changi jewel canopy park, but this is the first time we subscribe for family annual pass. And I find it worth the price, now that both kids can enjoy the Manulife bouncy sky net. We have tried today the canopy bridge, mirror maze, sky nets both the bouncy and the walk. Kids played at the foggy bowl and never get tired of it. Definitely one of the many destinations this coming June school holiday.

Very much worth checking out and kill some time between flights or having some fun with kids. Must note that 110cm minimum height requirement to go on all the fun stuff like canopy and high slide. But other than that it’s still very fun for young kids to just run around and see all the flower statues and different events that take place.

The park is a nice stroll, with beautiful floral creations such as the owl, birds, and elephant statues. The park has a very calming and pretty atmosphere. There are so much greens and skylight as I walked, it was entertaining and chill. As you walk on, there is a fog play area and indoor slides.

Booked via Klook, enjoying something different to do in Sg, especially some good indoor air condition environment. Not as long distance as it is. But it was fun like we are floating in the air from the 5th floor above, we did enjoy it.

“Jewel at Changi” is a wondrous world located at the Singapore’s Changi airport. It has a 130-foot-tall Rain Vortex, which is the world's tallest indoor waterfall. It has added features (many ticketed) to the public, including a 164-foot-long glass-bottomed bridge, nets for bouncing and walking, mazes, topiary sculptures and more. One of which is the Canopy Park. There we have seasonally themed decorations of lively gardens providing a picturesque moment for every individual. There are some restaurants with the breath taking view of the indoor waterfall, which you can never miss, it is expensive though! also at the basement of the mall you have the Food court as usual.

Interesting park but it is a ridiculous procedure to wait for more than 30mins (on a weekday) at the Level 1 Concierge, in order to get a HARDCOPY printed ticket from the e-ticket purchased online, which then needs to be scanned at the Level 5 entrance electronically. I suspect most who purchased and received e-tickets online will make the mistake of heading straight to the Level 5 entrance. After finally getting into the park, we queued another 10mins at the bouncing nets entrance only to reach the front of the queue and were made to scan another QR code for a virtual queue to wait for our turn (90mins later) to enter the attraction. The QR code for the queue was hidden from our sight at the back of the line. Good grief.

Wasn’t sure what to expect as it was included in all tickets. Was pleasantly surprised to find the highest point in jewel! But not worth the ticket prices. Nothing else is special.

Very instagrammable place, inside can try discovery slide (mostly for children) and SKY Nets (Walking and Bouncing). I highly recommend to try bouncing (I tried walking was good), it could be more exciting, also for bouncing the route looks longer and you can run and jump and bounce. :)

Used the SingapoRediscover vouchers and went to Jewel canopy park and bouncing sky net with 3 teenagers. They were reluctant to take any photos. Hence, not worth it if your children are at the 'no photographing' age. Tried the bouncing net. Ticket allowed us to explore for 45 min, but the kids got bored. We left after 20+min or so. Could not feel much aircon too, so one can get sweaty n hot from all the moving and bouncing. Can take nice photo when you are up at the top.

Tried the Walking Sky Nets on 15/9/2021 at 215pm. The staff (if I’m not wrong his name is Eloise) was very helpful and friendly! I was afraid and he came over to guide me from the middle to the end of the walk. He taught me the technique to walk comfortably and was very reassuring. He is definitely a good staff to have! Thank you 😊

Small but good park to visit on all weather (because it's indoor). Many facilities for kids to keep them busy! The foggy bowls area is fun for kids and a good place for adults to lie down and relax too!

Awesome place for kids and adults. Easily can spend 3-4 hours so do get the package with various activities. Lots of food options aswell. Queues can be long so choose your timing wisely to enjoy the most. Bring socks for sure as you will need on bouncing and walking ropes area. Indoor so can come on any day and enjoy the play.

One of our fav indoors for kids under 8, spent good half a day there and our LOs had lots to go around, esp at the bouncing park. Despite waiting time was quite a while it was worth, will be great if they can introduce an online booking tool so that we can plan time better through the stay. The walking park was challenging for the LOs but one staff Nathan and in fact, most of the service staff in Canopy Park are always very attentive and hospitable. Nathan went all out to help the kids get through the obstacles and encouraged them to complete with no fear, huge Thank YOU! Will be great to see new changes to the art displays once in a while and also, maybe to include all attractions within the park in one ticket as it gets quite confusing during booking.

Nice attraction. Recommended to go if u nv been, at least once, they r having promo during school holiday, bundle 2 $66 for 1 adult 1 child all attractions. If ur afraid of height, might want to avoid walking net. Pls use shoes if gg to bouncy net or walking net, else have to use shared shoes which have unpleasant smell...

Kids enjoyed themselves at the mirror maze, hedge maze and the canopy bridge. Definitely a good spot to take pic at the canopy bridge. Helpful and cheerful staff at canopy bridge too! The bouncing net was so fun! Not only the young kids enjoyed themselves, but the old kids too! The walking net was alright but not so much of a thrill for me ☺️

A Ticketed Park that houses a few other Ticketed Attractions. - A place to play, chill and relax. There is “Petal Garden” + “Topiary Walk” with beautiful figurine for beautiful photo opportunities - . There is also “Discovery Slides” for some fun. An open carpeted area - “Foggy Bowls” that release fog for some fun. - Mirror Maze : In and Out in about 5 mins. Walking through the mirror maze with a styrofoam stick to prevent hitting the mirror. Verdict: Can skipped, nothing fantastic about. - Bouncing Net : Walking and Playing on the net Hing above ground. When many people start to bounce on the net, you will and may have problem walking on the net, may even fall if u loose your balance. May even get abit sick with the constant “shaking”. As u go further up, it gets hotter. - Walking Net : Didn’t try as it doesn’t look appealing enough to pay for it. It just walking on a net that is more stable than the bouncing net. - Hedge Maze - Didn’t try as it doesn’t look appealing to pay for it. - Canopy Bridge - Just a bridge that is higher and closer to the Vortex Waterfall. IMHO : Probably 1 time visit is enough.

Canopy Park is a beautiful and well designed park located at the top level of Jewel Changi, boasting fantastic views and a lush, green theme in line with the rest of the mega mall. A basic entrance ticket grants you access to attractions like the Topiary Walk, Foggy Bowls, etc, and you have the option of topping up for activities such as the Walking Net, Hedge Maze etc.

It is on the root top of jewel. Not a huge areas but well maintain and design. It was a circle round trip for you to see the plant with the waterfall view. Along the path way, there was also few ticket require attraction.

Buy tickets beforehand online, it's cheaper and you can buy the bundle packages. Bouncing Nets- It was a lot of fun to bounce around. Felt like a kid at a playground. The height was a bit daunting at first but then it became fun. Just try not to look down too much if you're scared of heights. It does get you sweating so dress in layers. Walking Nets- It's right next to the bouncing nets. This is way more terrifying than the bouncing one. The rope net is stiff and every other tangle had a metal piece which made it a bit hard to balance. I almost got psyched out at the beginning but I managed to make it to the end! A staff member was nice enough to help me take a photo as I was too focused on staying balanced and walking. Canopy bridge was fun to walk and apparently a great photo op to have the waterfall in the background. Mirror maze was pretty fun too in trying to figure out how to escape. The Discovery Slid was fun but too short. There was another slide too but it was closed when we went. Hedge maze was kind of boring, the only interesting part was when flowers suddenly popped out. If you visit the Jewel, I'd highly recommend checking this place out for a day of fun!

  • 2/5 Jean-Claude E. 9 months ago on Google
The bridge is a short joke, do not buy tickets hoping for a photo experience, viewpoints from lower public decks are actually better. Canopy park itself is a bizarre mix of comic book theme park, an aborted attempt at a nature park (the lomely ducks and the flower) and an adventure park which costs extra. Save your 13.90 SGD, not worth it

  • 4/5 Anesha 10 months ago on Google
Canopy park is pretty fun, but some activities are more enjoyable than others. My personal favourites were the bouncing net (don’t feel restricted about age, there were more than just kids when I entered), the slides and the mirror maze. I spent the most time in the bouncing net because it was really fun and exhausting at the same time, if you wanna get a real workout, just come here (do not recommend wearing jeans though lol). The slides were also super enjoyable although the drop slide is closed for the time being, and the mirror maze was also pretty entertaining even though it’s much shorter. The (hedge?) maze is ok and the walking net is pretty challenging to be honest. Not bad, but a little hard to walk and wouldn’t suggest for people who like heights. Foggy bowls is not that great as it’s always occupied by children and the fog doesn’t come out often. All in all, bundle was still a little pricey even though I bought it at a student discount, but I’d still say it’s worth going at least once!

I brought a ticket to the canopy park without realising that I had purchased a standard ticket to only walk around. The canopy activity was more costly though but I would have had to pay for another ticket just to go in. I think I brought the ticket for elderly people to just walk around and wait for their grandkids to finish. It was nothing special...and rather boring. The only positive thing I got from it was a picture from the highest viewpoint of the waterfall or Funnel-fall...or whatever you call it.

The culmination of Gardens by the Bay and MBS’s water vortex. Lots of activities to choose from within the canopy park. My kids spent an hour in the bouncy nets, where we reached the highest point in Jewel, overlooking the vortex below us.

Canopy Park is a great place to have leisure walk after a meal. The atmosphere here at dusk is really good feel as it is not crowded. Besides getting very good view at the rain vortex, the yellow sunset sky could be seen outside the ceiling glass.. can be romantic.

What a lovely place for a short visit for those who layover at Changi airport. For the Canopy Park, the admission fee is SGD8 for foreigners. The Canopy Park consists of the tropical walk, discovery slide and foggy bowls. We loved the fresh crisp air as the place is surrounded by greens and how the entire place was designed to accommodate adults and kids. Do plan a stop here if you are at Changi airport.

Good to go during pandemic at a discount for locals. Not worth the full price for adults to stroll through. But great for kids to experience the colours. Not sure if it would be a better experience if paid to try everything in there.

I enjoyed the place while I was there, although the price was a little steep. But what really ticked me off was the really rude staff at the exit of the park. When I was about to leave the park, I wasn’t aware that I was supposed to have my tickets with me and the staff there asked for my tickets. And when I couldn’t find my tickets with me, he gave me a LECTURE??? About how I should always be careful of my items and refused to let me leave till I went back and found it. He had such a condescending tone with it all. I was looking to come back and try the other attractions but after that experience, probably never again.

Customer service at this place is appalling.... we got here 21:15 hoping to try the jumping net, they told us their last entry was 21:00. I don’t mind missing 15 minutes of jumping. But that was not allowed even though there was literally no one jumping. Then, they said we could walk, but sorry you couldn’t take your roller carryon. Man, this is an airport. You expect people come w a carryon. No place to store. You have to go all the way to the basement to store, but of course by the time I would have done that, their canopy walk would be over at 21:30. Mind you I even came here one week ago to ask about opening time and Info and I was hoping to give my kids some fun before our 1 a.m. flight. I also called Jewel to inquire their closing time for the jumping net to which they told me was 23:00. So after all the research and inquiry, you can imagine how disappointed we were. They are so not customer oriented. The short attraction is by no means cheap. But it is not the money. They really should make sure their convoluted rules are very publicized to avoid huge disappointment for international travelers.

These are pictures from inside the Hedge Maze at Jewel Changi so you can decide for yourself if the tickets are worth paying. The maze is small. Attractions include the “disappearing” flowers , gates that open in opposite directions and a “flowery seat”. The idea of the maze is to find your way to the staircase tower so you can have an elevated view of the 5th floor of Jewel that consists of restaurants all around. ??‍♂️ Please take note that there is a limited number of person who can stay on top of the tower so if it gets a little crowded, the staff might put you on hold until the guests leave. Tickets cost SGD$6.85 each for kids (above 3 years old) and SGD$10.25 for adults under Changi Rewards . Do approach the ticketing counter staff for more details. A little tip, if you do wish to spend , stay in there a little longer to get your money’s worth because it can get boring too fast. When you’re at the top of the tower, stand on top of the floor aircon vent coz it can get a little too warm during the day under direct sunlight. Please refrain from using the selfie sticks and do not run around. Rowdy kids will be told to leave.

I bought the Mirror Maze for $13.50 and this includes free access to Canopy Park which has 4 attractions. Though maze is quite small and took me only few turns, it was fun still. My consolation was taking my sweet time inside and took lots of photos. :) I also purchased a ticket to canopy bridge separately as I was enticed to experience walking on the glass bridge which cost me another $7.20.

The canopy was a short and enjoyable trip for all travellers and own citizens. It is not very tedious or taxing on the elderly or children. Children will be enjoying this more than adults, while there are plenty of bench to rest. Adult will find the food more interesting, as it may prove little to no challenge for them. A good venue to relax, and spend some bonding time with your family. ?

Visited Jewel and the Canopy Park. Especially enjoyed the Bouncing nets which was a paid attraction - bounce for an hour above the shopping centre, looking down into shoppers and the gardens below. The other areas are probably great for those with young kids - slides, fog, fake snow. Worth a visit if you’ve got time to kill!

Lovely place, but abit disappointing as there is nothing for my 3 year old to play due to the 110cm height limit at every station

Free entry for the entire March! That's why we're here! Truly a sight to behold. The concept of having an indoor garden is perfect for a immensely hot & humid climate like Singapore. If this garden were to be open-air & outdoor, I would be much less inclined to go because I'd be perspiring a waterfall greater than Jewel's HSBC rain vortex waterfall. LOL. The Manulife sky net walking attraction is still payable so we didn't go in. Anyway we weren't dressed for that either. The other attractions like the slide & the petal garden are free & yes we enjoyed our photo taking session there. Definitely a must-go for tourists to marvel at this masterpiece of architecture & engineering.

It’s a beautiful idea and execution to have this natural space in the chaotic busy airport to rest and take a moment of peace! It’s also a smoke area and it’s in an open space from where you can have a...

👍👍 The water lily pond is a nice outdoor area for fresh air. It is a great idea, however it also serves as an outdoor smoking area as well. Overall, it is a quiet and relaxing space to explore. Worth taking a quick look if you are in the area.
