We feel like all we do is wait at this hotel. We are checking in to the Orchid Suite today after a day in the Premier King room. We've been waiting 15 minutes in line to get a table for breakfast, no one had time to serve us at breakfast, and the food was not very good, we waited in line to check in, we waited in line to check out, the restaurant makes mistakes on the order at lunch. The check out-person told us we could keep our access to the first room while waiting for the suite to get ready, but our key cards stopped working so we had to spend another 30-40 minutes with the check in counter to get access to our luggage which was still in the old room. Finally, after spending $1,200 for a night in their suite we were asked to walk to an ATM to withdraw $2 for stamps so they could send two postcards for us. OK, thanks It is evident that the service as a Premier Room customer is low. The service level as a Suite customer is much higher - use Club 55 as much as possible! The service at Club 55 lives up to our expectations and service at other great hotels and Club 55 together with the pool is what gives this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. This was a nice change after the first day. We have stayed at 7 hotels in the past 30 days, and even though the service level increased a lot after booking the suite, this hotel comes in at rank 6 out of 7 hotels (second last). The top floor pool is amazing, though. Amazing views from the top! A must see!

Excellent and very impressive venue which is one of the crown jewels in the Singapore tourist crown. A truly breathtaking venue with hundreds of top shelf / top tier retailers adjacent to the hotel and within the facility is a huge variety of international and top tier dining options and entertainment choices. Guests are afforded the additional benefit of use of the week infinity pool at the top, which is a very good use of the amenity and great location to get your bearings and enjoy the Views of Singapore

Absolutely amazing. We went only for one night, mostly to experience the pool. Unfortunately, when we were booking there were no more rooms left on higher floors, but when we came to check-in, they were kind enough to offer an upgrade on the 49. floor overlooking the city and it was spectacular. The pool is amazing, I did not think I would be that amazed but I was speechless once in it. The pool has a booking system of an hour and 15 minutes. We felt that it was very well organized by the whole staff considering the pandemic. At least it wasn't crowded at all. :) We tried the gym, too. It was nice, had decent equipment with a gorgeous view. All the staff was amazing. It was a perfect stay.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding view even from the room, the room was so spacious, clean and so luxury. The infinity pool has amazing view to the entire city, you can book session for an hour and fifteen minutes for each day, one for check-in day and one before you checkout. There is also a few jacuzzi which has the view to the garden by the bay. The sky park is also free for the hotel guests. The staffs are super friendly and very helpful. Super smooth check-in and checkout process.

We just visited the lobby and some of the restaurants and went up to the observation deck to get some pictures. But this hotel is absolutely beautiful. Connect to probably one of the largest malls in the area with an amazing view of the Bay. There are lots of restaurants and lots of shopping.

Took some nice perspectives photos of the great marina bay Sands building outside. This area were taken on a bridge leading to the gardens by the bay on the opposite side. Do head over here when you're here to take some great photos!

A wonderful experience to shop at this iconic mall. One of the most visited designations in Singapore is the MBS mall which is home to some of the worlds leading luxury brands. We had such an awesome time exploring and shopping here after an extravagant lunch. The mall is beautifully maintained and the COVID19 check in measures are very on point. The mall is strategically located in the marina which offers stunning views of the Singapore skyline. Lots of exciting shops, cafe’s and entertainment spots here. A must visit !

Our favourite place to visit in Singapore. 👍 we did a few staycation in different type of room. - Club Sky View - Premier Garden View - Grand Club Garden View - Grand Club City View During Phase 2, there were no dining allowed but we did in-room dining. It worked perfectly with such beautiful view. Wish we could try Suite and above one day. 🤗

An amazing place. The Mall includes a Casino and an Apple store shaped like a globe on the water. The art n science museum adds to the beauty of the place. The flyer nearby is a great peek into the city. I had a fun-filled evening inside the mall and casino. I also watched the new year fireworks from the bridge. 😍🤩✴️

Awesome hotel, would definitely love to come back again. We really enjoyed our stay. Room was great, spacious, bathroom was huge. The bathtub was really deep and great to soak in. The pool was nice, thankfully not overly crowded and we still found some seats easily. Breakfast buffet though expensive, was really nice and the food was tasty. So great to be able to have self service buffet again.

Absolutely Fabulous ! I cannot explain how wonderful and magical my experience at your hotel was! Everything works perfectly, I was stunned by the beauty and majesty of the facilities, best location in Singapore, the room was spacious, comfortable and with unbeatable views. The infinity pool is amazing, with a careful service and everything very well planned... although, in my opinion, with too many children playing around, splashing and making too much noise … Finally, the STAFF … WOW ! All the people who works there are amazing ! Congrats to all the team !

What a beautiful hotel with professional service. When you got there make sure that you download their application on your phone as it make reservations easier. You also can spend quality time in the pool while you are drinking 😆. Make sure that you don’t go there during the rainy season as the pool will be closed. The hotel also got good restaurants with perfect chefs.

2/16/2024 Our family visit here, it is my third time to come in, last year is rabbit year, the style is nice, this year nice as well. Big blue dragon, wonderful. We also seen the drone show. Wow, it is my first time to see that. It is so beautiful and amazing, I absolutely love the show and the garden city Singapore. Enjoying the traveling experience. 120% recommendations to the place. Last year my husband bought a Gucci bag to me from the Gucci store. I very cherish it.

Of course, everyone needs to see and visit the Marina Bay Sands when they go to Singapore!! It’s a phenomenal building and just as impressive in-person as it is in photos. The staff is very kind and efficient since they have an outrageous number of people coming to stay or visit each day. The rooms are lovely with good views no matter where you are. The pool is also incredible! Staff is friendly there as well though reasonably strict about only allowing guests through (do NOT lose your room key!). The biggest downside is that it is truly flooded with people. The lobby, the restaurants, the bars, the pool, everything is crowded so it’s hard to fully appreciate the hotel and its amenities.

The Marina Bay Sands stands out with its beautiful architecture. The building has an extreme charisma when it comes to its architecture. The restaurants which are located in the hotel are very expensive but inexpensive. The food is really first class and offers something for everyone. The security staff at the hotel is very courteous and friendly. The infinity pool and the visitors terrace offer a wonderful view over the whole city of Singapore. The panorama is just incredible. The infinity pool on the top floor is always very felt, and should therefore be visited early in the morning when the pool opens, or late in the evening when it closes. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom was very spacious and the view is of course incredible over Marina Bay.

Though it sells lots of high end products. Things that I can't afford, the environment is good and clean. The scenario of the bay and the sunset is stunning. I never stayed for the light display. Excellent place to fly your drone and capture stunning footages. Never fly above 60m above mean sea level and you are alright. Nice place to walk around and sit down and enjoy the breeze.

Didn't stay here this time, but had a lovely lunch in one of the restaurants, which gave us the opportunity to check out the view from the opposite side of the hotel to the usual lookout. It's truly a spectacular sight from one of the most beautiful hotels in the world, looking over part of one of our favourite cities. This place is an absolute must on any Singapore itinerary. Added a few more fotos of Singapore as well. Can't wait for our next visit. Highly recommended.

Great view. Friendly and helpful staffs at the pool deck. Toilet was dirty as if someone puked in it and there are remaining residue. Informed the staff on the 1st level and was answered with sarcastic attitude. Was subtly chase off the breakfast table before I could finish my tea. Overall staycation experience wasn’t pleasant.

I like the place perfect for couples and family occasions. I was amazed because I was just getting the deluxe room and then they said they don't have any available and they upgraded our room into executive sweet for free!!! Good deal Marina Bay! Thank you! worth the stay! The staff is very friendly and nice. I ask for a match after 5 mins they delivered it. I like the place because it's just adjacent to the Mall and to the food court which has a cheaper food price. The infinity pool is amazing friendly staff. There is one time I forgot my wallet in the room and we were hungry at the infinity pool we ordered our food and they just charge my room no. and when we check out they just automatically deduct it to our deposit. Perfect place for a proposal facing the garden bay and the flower dome. Thank you, Marina Bay Sands, for the great experience! I will surely visit again and most important the casino was huge and amazing

Did a staycation (6-7 Sept 2021) for my son’s birthday. The last time I stayed with them was 11 years ago! (2010) it took me a while to come back as I didn’t have a good experience at that time. However, it all changed. From the seamless check in and also the staff that helped at every contact point was awesome. Special mention to Kaitlyn and Victor at the front desk. I made a mistake during booking and they managed to help me to change the booking in the correct order. They were so patient and listened to my family’s needs to give us the appropriate room. Also, another special mention to Moe - the life guard at the pool. He was warm and was really nice to assist my family and also others there. He made us feel welcome. Thank you, MBS. Being a big establishment, you not only provided guests with impeccable views but also warm and lovely service. We will be back.

Absolutely perfect stay. Staff was gracious and hospitable and the facilities left us wanting nothing. Our room on the 49th floor was spectacular with a view over the gardens, the cloud forest and the harbour. We woke with the sun every morning just to see the sunrise view, and enjoyed the Garden Rhapsody every night from the comfort of our private balcony. Our visit was Feb 2020 so there were very few travelers and we often had the infinity pool to ourselves- a rare delight! One of the few times that the experience is even better than the expectation- the hype is absolutely fair :)

the Sands SkyParkbe prepared to be wowed by the 360-degree views on the observation deck. As hotel guests, you can enjoy the breath-taking experience of swimming in the infinity-edged swimming pool overlooking the horizon. Dive into the pool before dusk and witness the picturesque view of the sunset from the pool’s edge, 200 metres in the sky. Shopaholics will rejoice in the rows of luxury retailers at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands®, which houses the largest collection of coveted designer boutiques in Asia. Complementing the retail space are delectable dining options, which includes restaurants by celebrity chefs, fine dining and casual eateries. Marina Bay Sands is a destination for those who appreciate luxury. An integrated resort notable for transforming Singapore’s city skyline, it comprises three 55-storey towers of extravagant hotel rooms and luxury suites with personal butler services. In addition, its architecture is made complete with the Sands SkyPark which crowns the three towers.

A very beautiful mall to quench ones thirst of buying luxury brands. Plus a place where shopping is an unique experience. Water fall, boating, science worlds, food, entertainment like night club, casino and lots and lots of things to do. The stand alone restaurants are definitely on the pricier side (Break the bank though for Gordon Ramsey's place, you don't find his restaurants everywhere in Asia). The food court on the lower level bustles with crowds, local and tourists, with places that fit every budget. Customer service here is amazing and the workers are very warm and welcoming. Also: The toilet have bidets WOOO

An excellent shopping mall with a wide range of shops to cater for all tastes and price ranges. Excellent fine dining restaurants like Cut, Koma, Chinoiserie, Imperial Treasure and db Bistro & Oyster Bar are located at the mall. For local food, there is a food court at the basement. Angelina has excellent French pastry.

We came to this hotel in 2017. it is an amazing hotel, very modern and stylish. Superb Swimming Pool, the views are amazing. A hotel that you have to experience at least once in your life. Location is great for the views, but not for the walking part. A bit far from main stuff in Singapore. However, you can use metro to go anywhere. A pity we could not stay longer, because the holidays were over. We will have to come back once this pandemic is gone!

The Shoppes is the flagship shopping mall in Singapore’s epic Marina Bay Sands complex, which offers a host of luxury brands from across the world. Home to hundreds of shops, high-end restaurants, cafes, bars, and fun attractions, this Singapore mall unashamedly caters to the exclusive end of the market. Notable fashion brands on sale at The Shoppes Singapore include Alexander McQueen, Armani, Dior, Hugo Boss, Bottega Veneta, as well as a range of premium jewellery and watch brands, from Bvlgari to Chopard. Even if you’re not a fan of trawling Singapore’s megamalls, it’s worth a look alone for its spectacular architecture and features.

Absolutely the BEST hotel stay and experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurants served delicious meals. Room service was attentive and fast. If I could give the hotel 10 stars I would. Besides the obvious hype of the infinity pool it is important to remark that the staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel itself is gorgeous with great food options, tons of stuff to do around and the pool…The pool is otherworldly. The general experience is worth every cent and the quality is the same of much more expensive places. I would definitely come back to Singapore only to stay here again. One of the best hotels in the world in my humble opinion.

When weather is nice in Singapore, which is most of the time, have a long stroll there by the river. Bring bicycles for children and adults too. Very clean and vast. Wonderful view of the sky line and architecture. Enjoy shopping experience, food court and children entertainment. LV, Apple store and museum are a must to visit. Singapore don’t do half mediocre. I’m VERY impressed.

Went to stroll around the city after an amazing work day. It was a completely unexpected experience. Loved the water show, the food, the inclusion of almost so many different brands in the building and some of the unique luxurious dining options too. The Apple Store managed to leave its charms at the Center of the bay. Highly recommend the water show which showcases at 8PM and 9 PM Singapore time.

My recent visit to Singapore was fab, and the highlight of this incredible journey was undeniably my stay at Marina Bay Sands. From the moment I set foot in this iconic hotel, I was spellbound by the sheer beauty of the bay area and the rich cultural experiences that surrounded me. The first thing that left me in awe was the breathtaking view of the city skyline from the rooftop infinity pool. The sight of the glittering skyscrapers and the stunning Marina Bay was nothing short of magical, especially during the evening when the city lights up. I could have spent hours just soaking in this incredible panorama. The Bay Area itself is a sight to behold. The calm waters of the bay, juxtaposed with the bustling cityscape, create a unique and captivating atmosphere. A leisurely stroll along the bay promenade allowed me to absorb the vibrant energy of this place and appreciate the blend of modernity and tradition that Singapore so perfectly encapsulates. Overall, my visit to Marina Bay Sands in Singapore was nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel, the bay area, and the cultural experiences exceeded my expectations and made my first trip to Singapore a memorable one. If you're seeking a blend of luxury, culture, and breathtaking views, this is the place to be. I left with a heavy heart, but with memories I will cherish for a lifetime.

Undoubtedly, one of the most recognized and popular attractions of Singapore, the Hotel is an icon in itself, and this place is currently one of the most popular destinations in Singapore. The view from the top is amazing, and the deck is not rainproof but open, and there can be closures due to weather. The hotel is connected to a garden, mall, museum, and a lot of other attractions that are just a 5-7 minute walk away.

This iconic hotel is not going to disappoint you. The service is at the highest level, from the moment you arrive. People are very friendly and want to help you to be as comfortable as possible. The hotel room we stayed in was an original room (now they are going through renovation and upgraded rooms have new furniture) and it was a good size, with a massive TV and nice bathroom. The main attraction of this place is the rooftop pool with an amazing view of the bay and the city. The sunrise was beautiful and nighttime there was fun as well. The location is great, since you have walking distance to the Gardens by the Bay, shopping and great restaurants.

The Shoppes at MBS is a prestigious shopping mall where you will find all the major global and local brands for both tourist and locals to visit. The types of shop includes retail, spas, restaurants, theatre, museum, etc. There's also small boats which you can sail throughout the mall. There are also many water fountains around the mall. The interior and curve celling of the mall are very cool as well. It's link directly from Bayfront Mrt. #ILoveTheShoppesAtMBS

They certainly made my birthday a even more memorable one especially Ain who went the extra mile to make sure we saw the waterfall upon reaching the center atrium 😊 😊 Finished off with them singing me a Birthday song , some nice photo souvenirs and a BIG smile 🎈😍

You can spend hours here, if not more. There is always something going on, a very happening place. People from all walks of life are here, taking a stroll, capturing a moment or two, getting a bite to eat. Anything you can think of that you need they have a brand store for it. Shop till you drop.

A lovely hotel that overlooks the main business district of Singapore. The pool is one of the most amazing in the world. The accommodation is ok, but if you're too low down you may hear the noise of the motorway nearby.

I’m so happy they allowed us to check in online and offered us early check in at 0940 AM with no additional cost. You can use US drivers license to verify identity online instead of a passport (my Japanese passport was not approved on app somehow.) The hotel staffs were very nice and friendly. We got a room on 21st floor with garden view, $630 USD/night. Infinity pool was not crowded at all in AM and we enjoyed calm atmosphere. They offer all on-line check in with MBS smart Traveller app and we never had to wait in line to get a room key. Everything went smooth.

What a lovely place, it’s absolutely stunning from stepping outside of the cab in front of the properly. Extremely friendly and helpful staff all the way through. It was our honeymoon and we received a sweet treat to the room. Room is spacious and lovely view over the stunning garden and bay. Obviously a major highlight is the infinity pool on the roof - stunning! It has always been on the bucket list for years now and I’m so glad it didn’t disappoint. Would definitely go again!

Stayed at towel 3. Our room faces the garden. Absolutely stunning view. Room is a bit dated, however the bed was so comfortable. If we can we would love to order the same pillow and mattress for our home. Love love love the infinity pool. Customer service 5 star.

A good hotel to stay at - easy access to shopping, and the staff there are friendly. The infinity pool provides great scenery and pictures (it is only open to hotel guests, but you can pay a fee to go to the rooftop). There is also a wide variety of food choices, so it’s definitely a good place to visit! However, the waiting time to check-in takes quite some time

Absolutely recommend this hotel. It's worth the price and more! Will Absolutely return, someday and stay again! 😃

Beautiful hotel, I think is a must if you are coming to Singapore at least for a night. The view from the pool is absolutely fantastic. The price compare others hotel is not very expensive. Rooms are very nice specially the ones facing the harbor whiles the ones facing the garden are quite basic. Will be back for sure!

It was a fabulous experience from check-in to check-out. Staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. We travelled as a family of adult children, and our room was upgraded for free! Both rooms had superb views over the supertree grove and glass houses so we could watch the light show from our balcony. We got priority access to the observation deck and visited the pool twice. Loved the fact there was an adult only area, too. We didn't dine there, and the only issue I have is the fact that everything in Singapore harbour area that's good gets booked far in advance. We were warned about this the day before check-in and didn't do anything about it. My advice would be to choose a restaurant within the hotel as they are excellent (not like hotel food in the UK), and come highly recommended on Trip Advisor. All in all, it was an amazing experience. Would love to come again someday, and I will sort out eateries before we arrive!

I had an amazing time during my stay at Marina Bay Sands. The one-bedroom suite we had was fantastic, with a killer view of the gardens. The posh decor and the huge bed made it even better. The iconic pool overlooking Singapore was stunning, although it felt a bit crowded. Despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return in the future.

It is everything that people say it is. I'd advise looking up more information about this hotel and it's construction etc. Before going just to truly appreciate how much efffort has gone into this thing. Obviously the service matches the price. It is not cheap but I doubt anyone going to stay here would be expecting it to. Overall, if you get the chance to stay here do, otherwise there are probably cheaper and more efficient options available.

One of the most iconic tower. Strategically located. Basically can find everything you need in this huge hotel/mall. Staff are all helpful and rooms are comfy! Love the seaview room assigned. Visiting Singapore's attractions was a special experience. The weather was nice, so I could enjoy both day and night. Especially, the night view and the morning sun that I could enjoy in the room were touching. And the Infinity Pool located on the top floor has a good view and atmosphere at night, but I also recommend visiting in the morning.

It is one of the tallest building in the Marina Bay Sands area and the observation deck at the top gives a fantastic view of the iconic place of Singapore. You can almost see the country from the deck and is feast to the eyes. Better to visit in the evening. But be cautious while booking the ticket(book open dated) because you can't predict the weather in Singapore and they won't allow if it is cloudy. Must visit place in Singapore.

The hotel was good, the room (ours was newly renovated/ upgraded) which is a big difference from the old style. Service was good, especially the house keeping! There was 2 restaurants to chose from for the breakfast buffet (one on the ground floor and one on the top floor where u also have the famous infinity pool obviously. The hotel is connected to the mall which has a casino and convention center, which was very convenient!

Fantastic location and views for sure. We were assigned one of the newly refurbished rooms and they were absolutely stunning and top notch. The service was fair and staff were kind. The only let down is that this is a 2.5k rooms hotel at 102% capacity and the staff are kinda under a strain. For a five star hotel, you would expect 5 star perks such as turn-down services, which were lacking in this hotel. What was the worst is that from the moment you land in, you have to queue. There is a 10min queue for check in. The pool has got stunning views but it's again, way too busy. It did give you a little bit of a feel of being in benedorm at the beach. Messy towels everywhere, no sun loungers and kids everywhere. They should have at least made one adults only pool for couples that specifically came to celebrate kiddy free time. Because of the size of the hotel, it's a min 10min walk to almost everything, gym, casino, theatre, spa, shops and club. It is a good place for kids and very touristy. Make sure you book the refurbished rooms as the older ones are very tired.

Clean, beautiful, and wonderful service. It’s expensive for a reason. The pool gives probably the best view in Singapore on clear days. Restaurants are great. I try to stay here at least once every time I’m in Singapore because of how relaxing it is. If you’ve saved some for holiday, this is a nice place to spend it if you don’t mind splurging a bit.

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is renowned for its iconic architecture, luxurious accommodations, and breathtaking views of the city skyline. Visitors often praise its infinity pool, which offers a stunning panoramic view. The hotel's impressive facilities, including its diverse dining options, shopping mall, and entertainment choices, receive high marks. However, some guests note that it can be crowded due to its popularity, and the prices might be higher compared to other accommodations. Overall, it's a top choice for travelers looking for a lavish and unforgettable experience in Singapore.

Awesome place to visit and explore. I would suggest to visit in the evening as the climate becomes very pleasant. The breeze due to the waters feels just amazing. The banking capital looks surreal in the evening. If you take the boat ride, it will give you complete view of the hotels, banks and everything around Marina Bay. The Merlin however wasn't functional. One of the best place to visit.

Wow! By far the best hotel I've been to. It's definitely lived up to the expectation in my case. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are expensive but for a reason. The only thing I would do differently next time is to select a room that faces the Garden by the Sea. The premier king we got faces the bay but is not high enough to get a good view.

Marina Bay Sands is an extremely fantastic place, where has everything for relaxing evening. It is an immensely popular and well known area for international tourists who are aristocrat. This spot creates a combined culture, because, various types of people from different countries are available here for visit, where has adequate number of shops, cafe, restaurants and bar; everything for capable persons, any type of cuisine is very costly. Although, Singapore is one of the high class country, the ambiance is absolutely perfect, but Marina's environment is very special. Nevertheless, here has no uproar, the reason of very strict role of Singapore and all of tourists are extremely elite. overall, it is a great place for world culture.

Loved our stay. Staff is great. We stayed for our honeymoon, hence we got some complimentary chocolates and chocolate cake, which are really tasty. All mini bar items were also complimentary for the room we booked. Pool is breathtaking with the view both in night and day time. However, check if it's open before going as they close it when it's about to rain for safety of the guests.

My friend lost his life in this casino. It looks like you will win at first, but the reality is that you will loose all your money here. Definitely not for the week-hearted, money lovers and immature grown kids. This place will rip off all your money, wealth, time, family, health, etc etc etc. Just go for fun, have free cooldrinks, play for just few dollars and come back. Dont try to win them and you will loose your life for sure.

Be aware you cannot drink alcohol in this casino so it’s a bit of a dry affair...you can smoke on the ground level. Lots of building work going on when we were there and only a handful of machines accepting $2.50 bets, most were $50, $150, and out of reach for the normal working class tourist!

A human marvel of architecture and intelligence. The Shoppes has taken the shopping experience in Singapore to another level. There is a small water pond river like water body flowing in which there are boats running with shops all around. I thinks all the luxury brands are in here. Name it and you got it. People specially come down to shop here. It is like a personal shopping place for people. Enjoy your time. It is good enough for window shopping as well. It is a human marvel in terms of creation. Stores include designer labels such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Salvatore Ferragamo, etc. Also host to several celebrity chef restaurants such as CUT by Wolfgang Puck and Breadstreet by Gordon Ramsey. This is beautiful shopping mall. We spent an afternoon in here shopping and looking around and could have stayed so much longer if we had the time. This mall is pristine, beautifully decorated and so well maintained. There is a vast array of Fashion stores from mid range to the high end price point. We had great fun browsing around stores as there were so many brands that we do not have in Australia. We also ate and early dinner in an Italian restaurant, the food and service were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay in Singapore and looking around this gorgeous mall.

The shopping plaza also uses all-glass transparent interiors, allowing you to shop refreshingly in natural sunlight. Other innovative conceptual designs here include Singapore’s first shopping mall ice rink, and a canal where you can ride beautiful craftsmanship between the shopping areas, adding a relaxing and cozy atmosphere to the shopping experience. Another highlight is the Louis Vuitton Island Maison boutique on Crystal Pavilion Island. Mott 32 was full. Servers wore mask and a face shield and that was great. Some tables were still quite close together. There was a two seater beside a four seater sofa which was a little too close for comfort, near the serving area where the staff gathers. Food was good. Noodles were salty. The wrapping skin was very nice. Could not see clearly in the dark, almost ate the paper separating the skins. Wines were slightly pricey.

We came here just to kill some time before an appointment. It's pretty much a typical large scale mall with luxury shops and restaurants. We ate at the cafeteria, which has lots of traditional Malaysian food and Western cuisines as well. It's a pretty good place to get out of the heat and spend some time before going on to other attractions in the area. Note: Visited prior to COVID, so things may be slightly different.

  • 4/5 Bing Xuan H. 3 years ago on Google
It's not your typical western restaurants that just serve steaks and burgers. They serve modernised versions of those dishes with the ingredients rethought. A great place if you are looking for surprises. Great selection of wines available as well, I suggest go for wine pairing so you would have the right wine set for each of the dishes. To be they generally tastes great but not outstanding. The waiters are nice as well, explaining the wines and the dishes in detail. Only thing is that it's noisier that I would like. But atmosphere is good. There's an Asian lady waiter as well, which definitely do help for those who feel stressed under Western accent environments.

Good crowd, social distancing and check in officers are ever around and ever ready to provide directional guidance and assistance. Crowd control for shop entry was first class. Queues at every eating outlet but hey, merry crowd happy shopping mood. All good.

For today’s agenda, really wished to take a video and photo of the stunning Gardens by the Bay at night however as the rain doesn’t stop, I ended up having dinner instead.lol Got so hungry and only craving for fried rice, after taking video of the beautiful ice-skating rink I have decided to find a table to have my dinner. I literally walked around the Rasapura Master foodcourt twice just to search for a fried rice. The beef fried rice was so delicious with a hot soup on the side, really good for the cold weather. If you noticed, I always have my chillies as well. Yummy! Gonna be back soon here again and do my video taking🥰

The Rasputin Foodcourt is a place worth to visit, enter via Tower 3 near the Hotel reception & follow the signboard . All prices r quite high, the place is professionally run, clean, high qual food & quite stringent on Covid control! For cheaper meals, go for the Indian meal, the Malay food & the Yong Tau Foo stall, I think their portions can serve 2 persons.

I think there’s no need to comment on how beautiful this pool is. The view is exceptional BUT it’s so crowded (before covid) that it was hard to take a nice photo, but still, super cool. Note that you have to stay in the hotel to use the pool! We had a room with garden view which is nice and calm, room facilities are basic compared to other 5 stars hotels. Singapore is too small so Marina Bay Sands is well located with everything you could find around, luxury shopping, restaurants, bubbletea, museums, casino, shortcuts to Garden by the bay, the subway is INSIDE the centre too.

Average hotel with so so service. At least 30 min to 1h waiting time to get spoon and plate for Birthday cake. Check in lasted 45 min as well. There is waitlist to visit the pool so you cant just go whenever you want to go. (Waiting time was 4 h ) but pool is worth to see because this is the best part of that hotel. Rooms are very big for Singapore but very outdated (furniture carpet etc). When you swipe the key , curtains will open and you will see best view of the sea - nice touch

(wearing yellow shirt) ask me move my vehicle upfront (there was 2 cars infront previously but both left) I show him hands full of items, he told me put back in and move forward. Can't other vehicle drive past mine to park infront of me? Didn't knew my vehicle is the only vehicle in the world with turning ability.

The mall that killed Orchard. Since it’s opening in 2010, the share of wallet has dramatically migrated from Orchard to the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. It’s part of the integrated resort that includes a casino, convention centre and hotel. With >200 outlets including 80 restaurants and bars, there is always something for everyone. As a luxury mall, it however does not have a supermarket, yes no McDonalds or KFC.

  • 5/5 Timothy N. 2 years ago on Google

This is the rich man’s playground! The biggest labels in the world under one roof! N yet a good visit ( rather a recommended one) for anyone and everyone. Certainly, despite the premium status it holds, the mall has got something for everyone. At the least, it’s a good walk. Don’t forget to walk into Ramsay’s den ( Bread Street Kitchen) where the meat just melts in your mouth n yes it’s just perfect. This definitely deserves an exclusive visit as a spree at the casino or should I call it the spirit at the casino just doesn’t let u come out! N well, if all of this sounds too lavish n expensive, even the food court is worth a mention! It’s just an extension of the high quality and ambience though at an affordable price!

Always a great place to get your opulence needs. Most of the luxurious brands can be found here. My current favorite is Bottega. It's a great place to buy a little momento to celebrate a great win at the casino. The place is full of restaurants that will yield to your opulence needs. From fine tea to great Chinese restaurants and did I mention the Michelin star restaurants? And all those gift shops that you can pick up some fancy items or that rich chocolate for the special someone.

Beautiful and iconic amenities of Singapore. However, service of MBS hotel staff needs to improve. The stay was pleasant because of the company and view. Other than that, service could be improved. I had requested for something special to surprise a friend, as it was her Hen's night. While the hotel had kindly arranged for a box of chocolate delivered to the room under the disguise of a honeymoon celebration, it was impersonal. There was no accompanying message with it; I was expecting at least a congratulatory note addressed to said person. Is this how guests who are staying at MBS for their real honeymoon or any other special occasion treated? 🙄

  • 5/5 Jonah J. 2 years ago on Google
Marina Bay Sands is an iconic part of Singapore, a part that we take for granted while passing by everyday to work. On a public holiday/Sunday evening, I like to walk past it and just let the vibe soak in. The hotel is great for staycation/vacation if you get a good deal. I’ve been to Ce La Vie and Lavo on the top floor, the view is stunning. The service is great! IMHO like most of us if you don’t get to stay in the hotel, that’s fine. I enjoy walking around the walkway!

The shopping experience is fabulous, the security did a good job on the safe entry, everything is very orderly, this place houses a lot different brands and is a food and shopping paradise. Every once in a few years, the theme of the tenants might change and the service provided is fabulous. If today is your lucky day, you could always come to the casino for a game, who knows it might be the best day of your life!

The check-in was hassle free with minimal guests standing in line to queue as hotel has an online queue booking system prior to reaching the hotel. It was so unlike before covid times where I remembered I waited so so so long before I could check-in & the crowd was horrible. Booking for pool session was easy too. Just follow the instructions in the email sent prior to checking in. We enjoyed full 1.25 hour of swim & life guards on duty will prompt you 10 min before session ends. So make sure you are on time. No crying kids cos all had to clear for next session guests to enter. Breakfast at Level 57 was lovely too. Wait for a table through the staff, orders came really fast & food was nicely presented. Yummy too. Needless to mention, check out was fast too. Just drop the key cards and that’s all. Wonderful staycation experience. 👍🏻

  • 5/5 Luis R C. 2 years ago on Google
Pretty much all of the well known luxurious brands at one place, if you already buy from some of these then it makes sense to take advantage and also get rewards from the Marina Bay Sands membership at some really nice restaurants in here. Depending on your spend you can also get extra rewards. Of course this is a pricey place, but you get quality from most of the stores and restaurants. You'll have to choose if it makes sense for your budget and habitual buying.

I have to differentiate between the Pool Area which deserves 6 stars - not a question at all. For me hotel lobby is too big, with a missing atmosphere. I did not feel comfortable sitting there / working there. Rooms are nice. For me, luxurious hotels need to have a world class lobby where you would love to sit down and enjoy. I stayed 3 times in this hotel during business trips.

Top rated hotel with a top of the range shopping centre and high-end shops. Mostly for those with deep pockets. ArtScience Museum is just on the outside along the promenade.

Nice view and nice room. I love infinity swimming pool also. However customer service is not there. I don't think what they provided was one night $500 service. But still Depending on staff. Some staffs are super professional. Some staffs are really sucks. Reception girl seems new staff. The senior man who guided her was awesome. Room service was not smart enough. I asked tea pot / glass / ice cube in one shot but came separately and tea pot came twice.

Iconic hotel with great restaurants, bars, shops and of course those views from the famous rooftop pool! Check-in is usually handled quickly and professionally, maybe with a room upgrade if you're lucky. Rooms and facilities are looking a bit dated now and are in need of some TLC and freshening up.

We called Quick Dry due to unfortunately having some water damage to our floors. The guys were punctual, friendly and did a phenomenal job! 5 days later our floors looked awesome. These guys make an incredibly stressful situation a whole lot less stressful and took a lot off my shoulders. Thanks guys.

One of the best hotels in Singapore. Luxury in a modern way. Very spacious and comfortable, amenities and facilities are perfect, love the art science museum and the malls. A lot of yummy food inside, and the mocha slushies and cranberry cookies on the cafe at the Tower 3 Lobby was amazing. Service was amazing, but well, don't expect to pay less around here. ;)

Great stay and I am very delighted with the staff whom gave us a very warm welcome. I enjoyed my 2 night stay from amenities, food and service. It just set a new standard! Good job to MBS.

Great place to walk around just window shopping, or one could indulge in the various Restaurants or shop at some of the finest High End shops and boutiques. Plus there is a 24 hour Casino to cater to people who may want to try their luck! The possibilities are endless here! Parking is not a problem here but it can be very costly too!

It's a stunning and spacious place that you can spend hours here. A MUST visit when you come to Singapore! Best if you can book a hotel room with MBS and get to enjoy the renowned infinity pool! F&B, shopping, entertainment etc, I'm feeling like a tourist each time I visit here 😉

MBS is one of Its kind. We booked the Premier room with sky view and I must say, I don't regret it. We manage to get the concierge service. They have their own in-room food warming service and our very own butler for our room. Super nice! You can book your swimming slot twice. Jacuzzi was awesome. It was just beside the pool. Food wise we chose to grab food and it was delivered to our room. Try it!

I love this hotel. Infinity pool is superb and very clean. Customer service is excellent! Room is very clean and spacious (city view 51st F). I ordered breakfast to serve in the room. Hermes toiletries. Room price is quite high. You can get a more luxurious room somewhere else with that. However, you pay for the outstanding view and the pool so its worth it.

Absolutely the BEST hotel stay and experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurants served delicious meals. Room service was attentive and fast. We chose to go to the Infinity Pool at 6:45pm. Being located on the 57th floor (the very top) we saw spectacular views of Singapore. Completely unforgettable

We had only one night at MBS, and it wasn’t enough. First, Singapore has too much to offer to try and fit in to a short layover. Second, this hotel is a great place to use as a base, conveniently located and with a ton of stuff to do on-site. It isn’t the most “bespoke” hotel. You’ll find friendly staff (we had an absolutely lovely woman checking us in!), and a ton of conveniences. What you won’t find is the hyper personal touch that a small, boutique hotel might offer. That said, you probably know that already considering the size and scope of this hotel. Perhaps, and as no surprise, the highlight is the Infinity Pool at the top. We went up in the morning, on a day with rain and clouds. We still enjoyed it. Though it was a bit cold for our comfort, we jumped between the infinity pool and a nearby jacuzzi. It was a fun and memorable experience. Shopping nearby is plentiful, and the food options are many. We would love to stay longer the next time we visit.

the largest mall in all of Singapore. with the most popular expensive brands. we were very impressed by the boat ride inside the mall as if you were on an island. we stayed for food which was excellent, you need hours to shop before you have time to turn around and enjoy your ride. we had a great time.

Great Hotel with an exceptional infinity pool. The service is excellent and all the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious but not the most modern one. However very clean and nice views. The location of the hotel is great with a mall in the same building as well as a direct connection to the metro. The highlight of course is the infinity pool an the roof with incredible views over Singapore.

  • 4/5 S L. 1 year ago on Google
Rooms are definitely dated, we were not fortunate enough to get of the newly refurbished rooms. The service definitely makes up for it that downfall. Amazing service from all the lobby staff - helping us get in and out of taxi (made a world of difference when travelling with a baby). Concierge very efficient to help find us last minute restaurant bookings without calling each individual restaurant. Infinity pool was definitely impressive - amazing views morning and night - loved the rounds of free juice and ice creams.

The hotel grounds and views clearly offer some options that are hard to find elsewhere.. however there are some issues which detract from the experience.. for some reason the room consistently smells humid.. there's a lack of mechanical ventilation.. the beds are not as comfortable as other 5 star hotels, most of the time room service is not available as waiting time is 1hr+ , the schedule for Spago and pool service is too restrictive (why is not possible to have lunch or order something before noon.. or after 7pm??).. but surely the most annoying feature is the keys that stop working.. particularly after 5pm when they close the reception at tower 3 and you have to walk all the way to tower 1 on a wet swimsuit.. so yeah it's a nice hotel and the pool in the evening is nice but considering the price I was expecting 1. More entertainment 2. More flexibility and 3. No technical issues.

Love this place 🥰 Looks Extraordinary. Absolutely amazing architecture. We stayed here for only one night to experience the infinity pool. The room was great, spacious, designed well, clean and maintained very well. Bathroom was well designed with perfect bathtub. Infinity pool at the top of the floor is out of the world experience. Just amazing.

Stayed for a night. Amazing customer service from the moment we entered. Staff were pleasant and professional. Offered early check-in and high floor room (as it was our anniversary trip). The amenities in the hotel inc the infinity pool was vast and stunning. We loved the food court especially. Thought check-out was at 12 but it was 11, but they kindly offered us an hour extension. Would highly recommend experiencing a stay here. Minor, the infinity pool could have been more heated, it was windy and chilly to get into at first.

One of the best shopping malls we have visited around. In every aspect, the shops have something for everyone, and the attractions within the mall make the it easy to spend the whole day with ease. There are many food selections and entertainment for adults and kids. Also the Arts and Science museum next to it is a fascinating experience. The room is comfortable. The room service is excellent

Much has changed due to recent renovation with ornamental artifacts added along corridor aisles to rooms, reconfigured within rooms, and only gripe is there's lesser work space and no smaller packs of titbits, to the 3 towers. Infinity & jacuzzi pool has some igloo-like shades, overgrown plants had been trimmed and now users has great views of the southern sides. Overall more pleasant experience.

This is super exotic place in Singapore. One should definitely visit when in Singapore. The shopping mall, casino, art and science museum are all easily accessible. Marina Bay Sands is a five-star luxury hotel resort located in Singapore. The hotel is famous for its unusual design, which many say looks like a ship afloat in three 55-story towers. Then there is the sprawling casino, celebrity chef restaurants, and impeccable service.

Absolutely amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩!! We arrived early and luckily our room was ready. The receptionist said they upgraded our room. I thought “very kind of them” we were expecting a good room but… It was an amazing room with a stunning view 🤩!! My partner and I were speechless! It was the best hotel room I've ever been in and I had an amazing and unforgettable experience. All the staff were super friendly. It was one of the best moments of my birthday trip. Thank you Marina Bay Sands Singapore for giving us a spectacular room and experience.

Imcredible views from there, but paying the ticket to go at the top is the worst waste of money. Make sure you book instead a place at the Sky Bar or one of the restaurants, you end up spending almost the same as if you buy the tickets but with a much better experience than walking under the sun next to a bunch of sweaty people eating popcorn in the floor.

It was an exquisite, Luxurious and high end experience. It's a once in a lifetime experience. I would recommend that everyone who can afford it should spend at least one night here. We visited the sky deck observatory. It will cost $22 per person. It was beautiful. It was a little bit crowded but didn't affect our visit. There were snack shops up there. You can buy drinks or snacks and enjoy the view.

Very nice hotel. Amazing views from the Infinity pool and the observation deck. As the hotel guest you have access to both (the pool is only accessible to guests, the observation deck is accessible to non-guests on a limited paid basis). Food and drinks that you I ordered by the pool came out super fast and were delicious. The orchid suite I stayed at is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Their tea and coffee selection in the suite is also wonderful. They have all the toiletries you can possibly need. The suite has a little gym with an elliptical and exercise ball (great for stretching after a day of sightseeing), a large patio with a view of the harbor but also the Gardens of the Bay so you can watch the night show from your balcony (which was quite spectacular). The hotel feels very secure, you can only use the elevator with a room card. There are security guards throughout the hotel, including the pool area and they only allow entrance to hotel guests. You can also see a lot of staff around to help you with your luggage. The only thing I did not enjoy is a bit snobbish attitude of some of the staff (mostly reception and the lounge reception). They have two different receptions, one for suite guests and another one for guests staying in standard/deluxe rooms. If you enter the hotel from one side but 'your reception' is on the other side of the hotel, you're out of luck, you'll have to walk all the way to the other side to check in (I guess because suite and regular room guests cannot mix?). Despite that I had a nice and comfortable stay and I recommend this place.

It's the best place to stay during a Singapore visit. Even Metro stations are connected to the basement. Shops of luxurious brands are located inside the property. The skypark observation deck is a wonderful place to enjoy 360 degree view of Singapore.

Maybe worth a nights stay just to go to infinity pool. Rooms weirdly shaped. Hot water takes 2-5 minutes to heat up in shower. Bed feels like Ikea. House keeping really good but reception service hard to get as they are always busy. Not worth price.

The most beautiful sight seeing for me in Singapore. A really big and impressive hotel with so many things to do and see. It’s so close to many other sights seeing’s like the colorful trees and the water show in the sea. The view is unique especially at night.

Only recommend staying if you are using credit card points to stay for free. Otherwise, skip it cause it costs too much. In my opinion, the hotel is overrated, especially the 57 floor. So one time for us is enough. The room service was good, all the amenities were free, which is nice, em kids love the snacks 😋. Breakfast was included, and do choose the one on the first floor, not the 57th one. The one on the first has a TON of selections. Restaurants in the mall food court were affordable. There was no need to go out and enjoy good food at a decent price.

  • 5/5 Haryenny L. 8 months ago on Google
The room is excellent, especially the view. Because their room is very high, you can almost see more near. My room is the standard one but it is already captivating. I once see orchid room it is even more bigger for family. Service also fast and satisfying. So far for me it is very satisfying, I recommend it for you

  • 5/5 Maggie P. 8 months ago on Google
It was an experience. Not sure it's worth the amount they charge, suppose it is if you are after a 360 view of Singapore and infinity pool. They even have an adult section at the pool for the romantics. The shopping is amazing and so is the food. The food court is no less authetic than the hawker centres and fairly priced. A must if you are traveling to Singapore for a holiday.

Three towers are linked at top and only 20% of total area are available for deck, but yes superb view of Singapore from top, preferable to buy tickets online before visiting. Entry is from exit of tower 3 from Basement 1. Must visit while visiting Singapore. You may require to book slot before visiting at Marina bay site

The most important and prominent busiest landmark of Singapore TOURISM sightseeing which is situated in the city centre to explore the entire main landmarks of Nearby travel attractions and many activities which was interlink connected via Marina Bay Sands. Definitely a must visit place in SINGAPORE TRAVEL for a wonderful walking tour around many kilometers of beautiful cityscape view walking of more than several hours if you are a walking lover. Everything was great! The only thing i'm concerned about is the check-in process. Needed to queue two times for check in , and check in for the room card. While waiting for check-in, already passed the check-in time. Luckily, hotel is good enough to let us late check out by 12 pm. Would definitely go back just for special occasions.

MBS is conveniently located as it's both close to the Gardens by the Bay, as well as the city centre. The connected hotel buildings and the associated function and shopping venues are landmarks for Singapore. The hotel room was recently upgraded and has a great view of the garden (you can choose the city side too). It's got great services taken care of by the service teams, from filling up the bathroom amenities to booking a taxi for you, and immediately upon arrival - a warm (refreshing rather as it's pretty hot in Singapore already) welcome from the moment the taxi stops at the drop-off zone. The hotel has a great roof top pool with infinity edge, which is accessible to all guests through a transfer of lift. The hotel room felt luxurious - not my favourite style but every detail in the bathroom to the balcony was well considered. Highly recommended!

  • 3/5 Kevin W. 6 months ago on Google
Room was quite nice but the facility itself felt very convention-hall like. Like an older, semi-run-down grand hotel that was probably super nice a decade or two ago. The rooftop pool was kinda cool, but not really worth the cost in our opinion. Again, we did really think our room was great - with some really nice touches. Points there for sure!

It's definitely one of the best hotels in the world. Gorgeous, amazing, and beautiful are not going to do justice. View and pool are breathtaking. We enjoyed every bit of it. Gala buffet, courteous service, and amazing people are only a few items to be mentioned.

Something special about this place is that it's an integrated resort notable for transforming Singapore's city skyline, it comprises three 55-storey towers of extravagant hotel rooms and luxury suites with personal butler services. The appearance of the Marina Bay resort is what makes it famous. The three huge towers are home to 2,500 hotel rooms and suites, joined together at the bottom by a seamless lobby area. What makes these three towers so unique, however, is the way that they are joined at the top. The view is just to die for! I think this is a place for me to enjoy and forget about all my problems for a while. Do you need a break? Have it at Marina Bay Sands!!

A beautiful hotel to stay in. Our newly renovated room was awesome with great views of the Gardens by the Bay day and night. The Infinity Pool on the roof was, well the most standout of them all. Pools were separated for the adults and kids section, so for all us adults could enjoy the views and food/drinks in peace and harmony without screaming and jumping kids. All staff at all levels Inc pool staff were great, very friendly and professional. It was great to have direct access to the gardens by the bay and the shoppes at Marina Bay. If you ever visit Singapore, you have to visit Gardens by the bay even if you don't stay at the hotel, but if you do stay at the hotel, the views from our room were magnificent.

Overall I am not very happy, cause this morning when I have my breakfast at the Rise Restaurant when I ate a bowl of chicken porridge inside I found a small bone, this is very serious matter if a child or old people ate this maybe something very serious will happen. Then after checked out, I found that they double charged the bill for the third person joining in.

Enjoyed a meal in the rooftop Spago restaurant and it was an incredible experience. Unfortunately they don't let you go around to the rooftop pool area even to take photos of the view but it was still a great time. The area is roofed but has open sides that allow the breeze to flow through.

The rooms are nice. Service could be warmer, but they are very professional and efficient. Go if you love gambling, probably the better of the 2 casinos. Alternatively, for the gram, there's the overcrowded pool. So overall, I'd say a 3 star for value because you'll be facing not just the room costs but the dining is all generally priced at premium too.

Just here for dinner. The views were tremendous, and the setting was beautiful. Most outstanding to me were the staff at the restaurant. I don't know that they were waiters, more like hosts, but they ensured that we were comfortable. My husband walks with a cane, and I have a bad back. They made sure we had a table rather than sitting at the bar on a stool, and I had a pillow for my back. Of note, we didn't have a reservation, and all of these accommodations were made for us.
