Special reason for 01 star. I went to the Boutique and no one asked what I want. There are only two customers in the store. There are two ladies busy attending customers . I waited for like 10 minutes . No one approached or asked me provided I told one of them that I want refills for my MontBlanc Roller Pen. Even customer whom the Lady was attending asked her to look after me since I am standing for a long time. Than finally Pierre one of the male staff came up and he attended me with warm welcome provided me refills of my choice. Thumps Up to him . And Thumps down to the other two. This was my first visit to this branch.

My thanks to trainee Azri! My fountain pen started giving me problems. After trying to rectify the problem myself to no avail, I made a call to ask about repairs. Azri listened patiently to the issue and recommended me to head down physically with my pen. At the store, he managed to very quickly resolve my issue, and gave me some tips on how to prevent/resolve if it happens again in the future. It was a very quick 10min visit with my pen as good as new. Thank you!

Went this evening to service my Rollerball pen and was attended by Zike, everything was great and professional. Zike took the effort to explain through on the servicing details. Nice and friendly chap!

Terrible customer service. My mom went over with a voucher for embossing of initials on the leather tags. They denied seeing it and asked her to pay still.

Our 2nd purchase fr the shop. Went with hub to get a bd gift in Jan. He provided his details to join membership. When asked if he could enjoy the discount since that day was his actual bd. The sales lady's response, i felt was not appropriate for such a boutique. She just told him to wait for next year. I thought even if the discount cannot be extended immediately which is odd.i felt she could at least wish him a happy birthday and not make him feel awkward abt asking. Furthermore, we paid to get one of his item engrave. There was a portion that wasnt clean and was a bit shock when it was returned to us without cleaning after engraving. We cleaned it in secs with a quick leather wipe.... Disappointed with service.

Extremely satisfied that I was able to get Brad to help me out, my clutch had mold on it despite being placed inside the dust bag, and he was able to restore it to brand new condition for me with meticulous detail. Thanks Brad!

Lacks the sustainability stance of European shops. There, you can get your items repaired and worn out parts- such as the leather of a belt- replaced without hesitation. Here in Singapore, you get an incredulous look. The main draw of buying traditional high quality products (unless you need to buy branded products for show) is that you can have your well- worn favourites repaired rather than replaced. Sadly, not here.

Great store with a few collection of pens. Im more of a fountain pen lover and have been looking forward to try the meisterstück series. Appreciate the demo and indeed its a great pen but nevertheless , its still a tool with a great history behind it. The user or writer that uses it matters the most. Will be saving up for that platinum fountain pen . That rich black ink flows well with my rhodia notebook👍

Would give zero star to Avies Huang if I could. Was served by her when I went to purchase pen refill. Very unpleasant and rude attitude. Didnt say thank you and didnt pack my purchase in a paper bag, expect me to carry around in an envelop until I told her I need a bag. Please look for other SA if you visit the store.

Packaging had a pen mark and they do not have any alternative casing. Not expected from such a brand in such a place. Could do better.

One of the best Montblanc outlets in Singapore. The service especially by Sanica Hu is first class. She demonstrates special effort in reading up the history of this year writer's pen "author" Rudyard Kipling ( the Jungle Book). The different parts of the limited edition pen are then "matched" to the key characters of the Book, thus highlighting the " glow" in the pen.

Great service, with long serving staff knowledgeable about old and new pen models. Important considerations in deciding on whether to repair pens with sentimental values or starting memories with a new.
