Very poor quality overpriced hotel with poor soundproofing and a tiny bathroom with a shower squeeze right next to the toilet and no shower curtain or glass screen. The air conditioning didn't work properly and the bed was hard lumpy and uncomfortable. Ridiculously high price for a very poor quality hotel that you wouldn't expect to pay more than $30 a night for I wouldn't strongly advise people to look around and try one of the numerous other hotels in the area

why rating 3.7? quite ok what for the price and the room. siao eh everyone else, high standard for budget hotels for what.

The location is good. It is near to MRT Lavender and bus station. There are many restaurants around here. Moreover, there is convenient store, FairPrice. I can buy snacks and drinks before I went back to hotel. The service is nice. The room is clean.

Decent location (5 mins walking to Lavender MRT, 3 mins to burger king, McDonalds, cheers, and local food court) (1 min to bus stop). The room size, i can't complain much. But I had no problem as long as it is clean, and all the tools functioning well. Service was friendly.

Terribly overpriced hotel with cramped tiny rooms and uncomfortable beds with plastic mattresses and springs the Poke up through them. The air conditioning doesn't work properly and after hours it is still hot and stuffy in the room and the bathrooms are tiny with no shower curtain or screen and you're just about showering on top of the toilet. The TV is useless and only has five channels and a very poor quality reception and the Wi-Fi is terrible and drops out all the time. I've stayed in hotels a night that are better than this dump. Don't waste your money don't stay here there are far too many better hotels in the area this place is grossly overpriced for the poor quality rooms it offers.

Rill and Joanne were such accommodating receptionists. Our stay was pleasant overall. Location is strategic, near Lavender MRT.

I got room in 6 floor. Room is nice design but a little bit cramp with litle space to place your lugage. Me and partner carry 2 lugage each. Can do shalah in room but the place is very narow to do shalah. Table is permanet and canot move to make bigger place. Other than that everything is good . Location good.

The location is perfect, just few minutes away from Lavender MRT, along the way you can stop by convenience store, local shop and food center! the room is small and cute, the air con and water jet works really good! the staff also nice and helpful.

The hotel pricing is reasonable $15/h and reception staff Mr. Amir is a nice guy. Thanks Housekeeping itself 6/10 and toilet aren’t so clean. Please avoid taking room 203 coz it too small and smelly. Good for short time stay. Please improve so next time I’ll rate 10/10. Thanks

Aircon not working and the staff is just plain rude. Not sure what’s her name but the Malay staff at lavender hotel talk to guest as if we owe her something. Previous Filipino staff was better, at least he smile and was friendly to all the guest. Don’t know what happen to this hotel but you should train your staff better and hire those people who intend behave appropriately during working hours Overall if y’all need a place for a quicky and don’t mind staff who talk to each other instead of attending you while giving you attitude then go ahead.

This a gem. But suitable only for singles n backpackers and short stayers . The staff are lovely especially Mr. Rafi who is an amazing reception staff

Good employees. Very accommodating and helpful. Shangyang and Reil, their receptionists, are very friendly. They also clean the rooms every day.

The colour of the lights were cosy and nice. The toilet was very small. The location was perfect. Just near to the mrt station. There are nearby places for good food. It's a good location but not for staycaytion. It was not really a good idea to do a staycay there with friends.

With exceptional hotel staff like rill makes our stay amazing . Lots of great restaurants near the hotel which ease our worries where to eat. Great hotel for short vacation in singapore.

I just wanted to say that this hotel is amazing. My room on the 5th floor has an open and nice view, which is only 3 minutes walk from Mrt. There are foodcourt and many supermarkets around. The staff was friendly and nice. The only downside is that there's no refrigerator and the soundproof room is not very good, but I don't really care about that. Anyway, I'm looking forward to going back to Singapore. I'll continue to reserve a room here. Hope you guys have a good day. From Vietnam with love

Good location, easily to access local transportation (MRT/BUS) and the hotel service was good. Khun Rill very kind and nice to support customer needs.

Towels and rooms get cleaned everyday. We recommend this hotel. Rafi accommodated us with such hospitality.
