Went to Michael trio with a custom design I wanted for my engagement ring and was served by jay. Although the design looks simple but actually some complications because of such thin band. He explained clearly what the risks are and if I’m ok, their craftsman is able to do it. I think the end result exceeded our expectations and I can’t stop looking at my ring.

These reviews seem fake. Dummy accounts that left more than 90% of their reviews. I booked an appointment online and specified the diamonds I was interested in looking at—The same diamonds they had posted on their site. None of the GIA certified diamonds posted on their site do they own or have in their store. Very disappointed and wasted time traveling here. All in all, if you’re looking for a diamond larger than 1 carat, this is not your place. Do not recommend

Went to Michael Trio to get an engagement ring and was served by Jay. Fantastic service and patience in explaining the different diamonds. Hence with that, I decided to head back to MT to get our wedding bands. As usual, Jay was patient in showing us his recommended range of rings (we went in quite unprepared without any designs in mind), and allowed us to let us try and mix different rings. Overall, great service and Jay did well to make us feel comfortable in the store.

I found a ring I liked on Michael Trio Lazada and went down to the retail at Tanjong Pagar to check the sizing. The staff said they may have to ask me to leave if their customer with appointment turned up. Was disappointed by the slighted service, because I am not a potential buyer or big spender. We bought the ring in the end. Ring quality wise, casual wear accessories is okay. We’d prefer Jean Paul for engagement ring and wedding bands.
