    The super slow staff and Service , I come at 3pm wait for almost 20 minutes to see the staff at the counter and only 1 person infrond of me . After 1 hour the doctor come out check and ask me wait again. Wait for 10 more minutes then the staff come do the ART and PCR for me. After that’s ask me wait… now I writing this review at 16:32 and still waiting…some more the staff super blur. I tell her “ I pregnant almost 4 months” she ask me again “your back pain 4 months? “ 😢 I tell her again “ I have baby almost 4 months in stomach “ then she say ok . Later the doctor ask me : “ you have diarrhea for 4 months?” OMG … I swear won’t come back here again sia .

    Did not feel like I received proper care from the doctor. He was very rushed during the consultation and seemed very dismissive. I was told that I "only have a common cold", but my test result was positive for COVID. Reception staff was slow and kept using their phones. Would not return to this clinic. Seems like this is not the first similar feedback this clinic has gotten but nothing improved. You'll be much better going to any of the other clinics nearby.

    Healthway Medical (Bukit Batok) Dear owner, I believe you had seen many negative feedback post on your clinic, you did try improving or take action. You have very rude front desk registration staffs, I have been visited to your clinic for years, I am so sad with the service and your front desk staff’s attitude. We knew this clinic is the panel for many companies and also charge higher than any clinics, and have good business, but don’t be proud, your staffs are behaving arrogant. Don’t say “sorry”, and we do not accept your “sorry”. Tol let you know, I am sure I will visit another clinic instead your clinic or other Healthway clinic again next time. The two front desk registration ladies should replace with friendly lady, or continue getting negative comments and complaint, you decide!

    Not impressed with the service at your Bukit Batok clinic. .Your Staff lied about the clinic closing time. I rushed there from a meeting at 9.40pm because other clinics were closed. Needed someone to look at a problem for an elderly person. She was at home. Staff told me clinic will close at 10pm. Had to rush back to bring elderly person in a wheelchair to your clinic. Rushed to get to your clinic. Due to the rush as afraid clinic will close at 10pm forgot to bring her pioneer card. Clinic refused to accept that an 90 plus year old person is a pioneer and charged full price for her treatment. On checking your website today discovered that the clinic closes at 11pm on a Friday night. Really not impressed and disappointed with the attitude and lie from your staff.

    Visited this clinic during a Sunday evening. This Ho is Super unprofessional. Slouching in his seat, reluctantly answered a few of my questions and don’t even bother to take a closer look at my wife and easily diagnosed her with eczema.Just give a few flu tablet and some cream. Luckily I brought her to another outlet to be given a jab for relief. Please read all the previous bad review about this Ho and think twice before going to this clinic, especially if your condition is serious. Don’t risk your life.

    DO NOT come to this doctor. whatever the reviews said were true. i told him i had a throat infection, cough, flu and fever of 39.4 and the doctor came in and stand a distance away from me to check my throat. like as if i’m a hazard. I asked him “you can see my throat from this far?” and he replied “yes” with no hesitation. receptionist were very kind though. amazing service. do not come here. horrible! if i could give this clinic 0 stars i would

    A small clinic, but one of the few that are open on Saturday evenings and Sundays. The clinic also has a dental surgeon, however he only practices during the weekdays.

    The nurse there is horrible and have no knowledge of administrative stuff. Horrible service end up paying for what I was not informed beforehand. Seriously only one word to describe. HORRIBLE.

    Terrible…my worker serology test was on 14 Dec, until now still not updated yet. Called the clinic multiple times, the line is always engaged. My friend worker did the test last week at another clinic, vaccination status was updated in 4 days. Luckily he didn’t send his worker to this clinic. Now I have to spend extra money to send my worker for another serology test. Feel cheated, paid for nothing.

    Clinic: (Health way clinic at Bukitbatok street 11) The counter staff are very arrogant.They don’t talk to the patients with care. Respect should be shown be both ways. The counter staff should be respectful when attending to the patients’ needs. Patients visit the doctor in the faith that they will get the appropriate treatment and they can go back home feeling better. However, the treatment that I faced today was unjust as I did not do anything to trigger their rude behavior. I have to add that this was not the first time that I had to take their attitude and I have faced this on multiple occasions with these counter staff. I would like the Healthway medical group to take action on the staff as this behavior is nothing commendable and I would not wish this on future patients at your clinic. Ironically, even the doctor did not respond to all this with appropriate action when he came out and saw what happened. Moreover, the counter staff referred me to get an ART test when I came with the intention of curing my knee pain. Obviously there is no relation between enduring physical pain at my knees and contracting covid. I am very disappointed with the service I got today. Please take appropriate action thank you.

    I always go to this place. But the last visit was so bad. I was given a number, that was called within 10 minutes. After 5 minutes of consultation, I was told to wait outside. The frustrating part, everyone who came after me was given the medicines and MC first before me. I had to wait for 2 hours and more. In the meantime, there were 4 nurses. Half way through handling the patients, they ordered Starbucks. They were relatively loud to the people there. So so bad. People were grumbling and as I'm typing this, I am still waiting for 2 hours plus for my medicines and MC. I don't think I want to come here again. Big mistake.

    If there is an option to select "0" star, I would still look for "-1" star rating, that pathetic was their service. First, the doctor gave me a medicine which was discontinued in Singapore few months back, and told it's not available in our clinic and asked me to buy in outside pharmacy, then front receptionist never gave me the receipt for my payment (I didn't ask her this time as it was co pay only), then after checking in all private pharmacies for tat discontinued medicine when I went back to request for an alternate medicine - I informed everything to the receptionist; for that she asked me "SO", then I told can you check with the doctor for alternate medicine, and the best part was the doctor informed the receptionist to tell me "to go to the polyclinic" next day. Really shocked to see this kind of service in Medical field in our Singapore where people believe they can get good doctors and good medicinal facilities, to sum it up in one word "DREADFUL".

    Receptionist is nice and efficient, and the clinic is also open on sat nights. however the doc barely did any checks.. he was standing up the whole time and standing far away as if he was afraid of being affected. i didn’t feel like he was doing a proper check

    If there was zero or negative stars I would. All the other one star reviews are legit. The receptionists are unfriendly (I have not met the friendly ones) n what they said about the male doctor w glasses is true. He behaves like he's afraid of being infected. I last went there with my daughter and we both had covid like symptoms. Every time I have tried to come here we waited for a long time and when I asked for referral letter he wrote a letter n receptionist asked me to find my own hospital. At least in the poly clinics they arrange appointments for you. I don't understand why there is always such a long queue there when the receptionist is unfriendly and doctor is like this. There are at least 2 other clinics nearby

    Called in advance if the GP was open since it was PH. Told me otp last timing for queue number was 4pm. But when I came there at 3pm, 330pm they said they already stop taking queue numbers. I was also pregnant but they prescribed me a medicine not safe for pregnancy. Luckily I googled the medicines beforehand. Telemedicine called me, as I was C+ and pregnant, said she would prescribed me something safe for pregnancy.

    This 5 star is for Dr. Tan the lady doctor of this clinic for her attentive, professional and caring attitude. She actually go the extra miles to do follow-up on my high blood pressure when I'm actually there for other condition. Some years back there's another cute young lady doctor (back then Dr. Ho is the relieve) which treat everyone like her friends. For info, I'm one of the first 100 patients of this clinic before the merge with healthway.

    Made a trip to the bukit batok clinic today 26/6 , reached at 9:50+ pm. Clinic insisted that they are closed because too busy. I told her that the operating hours are till 11pm and the staff decided to change story to that doctor left for the day. Prior to that I tried calling many times while rushing down. They didnt bother to pick up. Unhelpful staff who didnt want to give name, told me to wait if I want their name (despite not serving anyone at that point of time) Found out it was Hudaya and another unnamed colleague. Rudely told me to go to A&E if im not feeling well despite it being their operation hours. Rubbish. This is not the sole negative review of the clinic, the clinic is full of negative reviews in google.

    Was already urgently rushing to their clinic for my nephew & daughter who is sick.. While on my way thr, i tried googling abt their clinic which stated clearly open.. But just to make a confirmation i called them up a few times, no one answered the phone.. Upon reaching to the clinic, they were not even busy at all & thrs not alot of patience in their clinic.. So was curious & wondering, why are the lady staffs dont even have their basic courtesy to pick up the calls?? They cnnt be soooo busy aft lots of calls being made.. Unreasonable

    Have tried to call multiple times over 3 days and when I finally got through it was to hear the staff picking up the phone and leaving it there so that no one could call through. What is the point of have a number when people could not call for queries? Are we supposed to go down to the clinic just to make enquiries?

    The worst clinic I ever come across. The doctor was NOT wearing a mask while walking around and speaking to the clinic assistants amid the pandemic. Check your CCTV on 18 May morning to confirm my words. Nobody answered the clinic phone as well as the hotline 9489 0259, and also their HQ number. It’s like nobody was working for this company anymore.

    if you need that MC and medicines fast without waiting , this is the clinic for you. No queue and doctor will see you out in 60 seconds. Update on the review: I specifically told my mom not to visit this clinic but she went in the end as other clinics are closed. Same thing happened. Doctor just "chase" her out. Seriously, this clinic used to have very caring and professional doctors. This doctor is the WORST I have ever encountered. Despite the numerous feedbacks, you guys are not doing anything. I am never giving my money to this clinic ever.

    This clinic advert itself to close at 11pm. But actual fact they close at 10.30pm. So please be careful. I recommend you calling them before going. But I highly recommend you going to another clinic instead of this clinic.

    Bad experience. If you are in pain or any emergency. Please do not use this clinic. (online) my consultation was 9.45am and they promised to send my medicine within 3 hrs. But I received my medicines at about 2.30pm. And the receipt shown 12 pm to 3pm delivery time. I'm speechless. 😢

    Last nite I rushed 2.5 km to the clinic at 10.45pm....after searching for a clinic that is open during that hour.But was rejected due to e last registration was 10.30pm and e clinic was closed.The Nurses were not that friendly and keep telling me it’s closed.Told them that the info I found on e web is until 11pm...keep on explaining that I need to be seen by doctor....later part she just ask e doctor can she take in one more registration without even explains my condition .Luckily the Doctor was kind enough to take me in ......as I am suffering for urniary bladder infection....

    Only comes here when my usual nearby clinic has long queue cos not only they are generally more expensive(hence much lesser crowd), the doctor approach here is also less thorough as he rely solely on what the patient facilitate him on(eg he will not even take ur temperature unless u tell him that u may have a fever), the consultation usually just takes only a couple of minutes. The clinic also insisting on presenting the physical pioneer generation card for discount to be applied, citing that it is a requirement by the government but most clinics usually will not have this insistence unless it is a 1st visit.

    Went to see dr ho hin peow for my super extreme shoulder blade pain. He saw me in less than a minute. Prescribed me muscles relaxant which is not useful at all. Next patient also experience the same thing. Pls do not waste yr money. He is not reliable at all and giving a 'get out asap' look. No wonder no q and empty clinic.

    Dr ho Didn’t check through the illness and gives a impression that he wants you out of the room asap. Got a cough and he didn’t check if i have phlegm or not. Didn’t care how long has the cough been as well. Look at my throat from 1 m away, not sure if he can see from so far. Got to be the worse doc i’ve seen.

    Terrible experience. The doctor was unreasonable and rude. He shouted at both me and my mum. Left without any medication in the end and paid $32 for nothing. The most incompetent doctor I've ever met. Ridiculous and disgusting. There should be a 0 star rating for this

    The nurses were so rude and heartless!!! I'm really sick and need to see the doctor and got DECLINED coz of I forgotten to bring my identification card eventho' I've showed these nurses my MHC card containing my FULL NAME, COMPANY NAME and IDENTIFICATION NO. The reason given why my registration has been declined by these nurses were they need to see my photograph on my identification card in order to confirm that I'm not using other the patient MHC app. WHAT A LAME REASON!! So, I've to call my office and let one of the nurses to talk to my office mate for verification. The way she talk to my office mate as if I'm a small kid and a stupid person and told my office mate to remind me NOT TO FORGET to bring my identification card. Seriously, these nurses should not be working in this clinic. Again, they are not only RUDE, Heartless and Unfriendly at all. Anyway, this is not my 1st visit to this clinic. I've been with this clinic many2 years and before this all the nurses that work in this clinic were friendly, polite and willingly to assist the patient.

    Spent 15 mins doing registration, 5 mins consultation, 25 mins to get my bloody medicines...3 Nurses behind the counter don’t know doing what....if only I can rate them as 0 star...not the first time I’m experiencing this but really a waste of time!!!!!

    Waited about 1.5 hours for just waiting for the medicines/appointment. With 3 stuffs working at the front desk and a few patients what is there to delay??? Might as well pay lesser and go to the Polyclinic. If y'all don't mind taking the risk of waiting, carry on....

    Service was good in the past but nurses have changed and now is bad service, grouchy nurse. It’s like a problem for patients to come visit them. Even the doctor does not speak much, answers mono syllabus when you asked him questions. I will go some other clinic next time.

    Read one of the comments about Dr Ho. And I’m sooo definitely agree with her that Dr Ho didn’t do a good job at checking for patients symptoms. He is afraid of getting the virus. Who doesn’t??! As a doctor, I believe he should put patients worry to a stop instead of like “brushing “ them. This is not the first time and I guess definitely not the last time. If other clinic is still open, I wouldn’t have visited Healthway in Bukit Batok..

    Went to see the doc due to severe diarrhoea, seen Doctor Ho Hin Peow, who did not even do any basic body check ups such as taking of blood pressure, temperature (even tho its done at the counter), checking on breathing, just absolutely nothing except asking on what is my purpose of visit. Pretty low standard of doctor considering the times we are in right now, no wonder no one is in the clinic...

    My daughter went to your Bukit Batok Branch block 153, due to fever and body aches yesterday evening. She was not given Panadol or any medicine to relieve her headaches and pain. I called this morning, 11.40am and request for medicine as she is experiencing headaches and pains. The nurse which answered the call, Nateeern just bluntly asked us to go down to see doctor again without even checking with doctor. I am totally disappointed with the way their staff handled such situation

    Dr. Ho Pin Peow was indifferent to my mum during consultation. He did not try to speak to her although she tried to ask questions several times in Mandarin. No display of concern, totally lacked empathy and passion in his healthcare duty. No wonder the clinic was empty on a Saturday morning, should have known better.

    I was COVID positive when I went to the clinic. I told to be seen by a speckled young doctor who only spent less than 2 minutes to see me he talked to from a distance listen to my back in 3 second look at my throat at a distance away from me. My experience was this doctor are so very unprofessional. 😒😒😒 sad to see this kind of doctors. If have a choice don’t visit this clinic.

    It felts as if Dr Ho is very scared of patients. I understand it's covid time but he doesn't even want to do any checks on the symptoms I described. The surroundings of my lips were itching very badly, and he just told me to take off my mask for 3 second take a glance at it and put my mask back on and told me it's probably allergy. And prescribed me with some medication. Did not get any better in one month and decided to see specialist cause the itch was so bad. Thank God I went to see the specialist 😢.

    Registration was fast and easy. Waiting time was good, like 5+mins maybe not peak period. Doc consultation was super fast, not sure over 1min. Suggestion for the doc to really check and consult, not merely checklist and rushing for weekend break. Will see how effective the medication given.

    I have done PDT swab test in this clinic and get unpleasant service from counter staff . Then my pcr became positive. I am calling and email them to get recovery memo after 7 days for my upcoming travelling. I have been called to other clinics and they fully understand my requirement , unfortunately they cannot help me as I did not do PCR at their clinics and must go back to tested clinic and get the memo for travelling, no choice I called this clinic ,plus super difficult to call even though line is not busy and they don't pick up. At the end , she picked up,still don't understand recovery memo of covid 19, I explained her but not sure she is listening or not. After that she take note my number and asked me to wait for their reply. So far no reply via call or email. My question is most of the clinics I called that they fully understand what is my requirements ,how come this clinic lack of information.

    Horrible can't even explain. Someone should file a complain to the MOH. If I were to write about my complaint, it would take probably half an hour to write, so I'm not going to waste my time on this absolutely repulsive clinic, can't even express my absolute hatred and frustration. And don't even try to respond to me with the same old reply you probably copied and pasted into the replies of complaints. I know what you have done to my father. Never coming here again. If anyone who is planning to go to this clinic, don't pls don't , just don't do it , a waste of money and time. This doctor ho is so irresponsible and rush and impatient for some apparent reason. As you can see from the other lastest ratings u can tell this clinic is horrible. Someone pls shut this clinic down now. What the clinic has done to me and father is unexplainable beyond words. I wish I could swear, I won't for the family friendly reasons. Rascal doctor repulsive clinic , I wish I could give 0 stars and I would think so too for other customers. To give context, the prescription of the medicine took 10 times longer than the actual consultation from the doctor. My father has shingles, and when i slit my rib area. Both experiences were horrible. Rapscallion repulsive rascal impatient rushed horrible incomprehensibly horrible so horrible.the doctor ho gives me vibes that he doesn't even have a medical certificate. I wish I can sue this clinic. When j was young I actually respected this clinic as I did not know anything at that time. Now I know the whole truth. Every one spam 1 star to shut this clinic down for good for the sake of everyone who fell for this clinics tricks and deceptive methods of of attracting customers. Stil in disbelief of tlehat the clinic has done to my father I feel like just punching the doctor in his face. Never coming back there again, never in a million years am I.

    Their website states the clinic will be close at 5pm on Saturday. When I rush there at 4.20pm, they are already closed. Not adhering to stated operation time found online caused inconvenience to patients who came all the way to see doctor.

    Extremely disappointing. My mom tested positive for covid 19 and went to see the doctor here, the doctor only gave sore throat Lozenges even though she has severe cough. We check with the counter staff, the staff told us they are out of cough syrup, they should have place a notice to inform people they are out of cough syrup.

    Worst clinic around BB St, 11. Doctor and assistant alike. If there is a no star rating, that will be mine. Have to stand at the counter for a while even though a staff is standing by the computer, just not acknowledging my presence. Took my temperature but didn’t inform how high. Asked to wait outside coz displayed covid symptoms. Doctor stepped out, asked questions without waiting for full answers, took less than 1mins, stethoscope barely touching my back. His listening skill works better than the EZ Link card system, I supposed. ART done then the waiting for medication game began. Saw doc later strutting down with his dinner. The time took for him to buy his food took longer than his care and attention on my ailments. Staff came out and asked if I needed MC, I walked towards the door and nodded yes, she brought up her hands like the famous policeman’s standee outside supermarket and said to still wait outside. Didn’t bother to check did I go to work today etc (I went to the clinic at night, AFTER a whole day of work). Gave me MC which started on the day I already went to work. I informed the staff and requested to change the starting day/ date, met with some disgruntled noises. There was another patient in line to register, so I said forget it. Total $42+ for some painkiller and runny nose tablets. Today my employer rejected my MC and only counted me for 2 days’ MC instead of 3. Thank the clinic staffs for that. Update: went to extend my MC on 7 October and I would like to thank Dr Tan You Hong for her patience and professionalism. Kudos to the clinic assts on duty that morning too.

    This isnt my spouse first time there, so the clinic was aware of her drug allergies and yet she still received medicine which she was allergic to. The doctor on this particular day prolly did not look at her data properly.

    Waiting time for medicine was very long, almost 30min despite there having 3 staff behind the counter. The male doctor (resident doctor i believe) is terrible. He'd prescribed me & my helper the exact same medicine, despite having told me the medicine I'm given is mild & therefore safest for me (I'm pregnant), and he can't give me any stronger medicine, which is fair enough. But he/the clinic can't explain why my helper was given the same medicine, and indeed the medicine was too mild for her & she took longer than usual to recover. Either the doctor can't be bothered, or he's simply just inept.

    Was required by Singlife/Aviva to visit this clinic for blood and urine test. Unfortunately i was assigned Dr Victor Ho Hin Peow whom my impression from the start was a lackadaisical doctor. He did not wear a mask when he was speaking to his staff from his room. As i peered into the room as other patients exit, he also had no mask on. It made me feel unsafe and i had my doubts before entering. However, he did have a mask on when i was in his room. As i sat down the process of drawing blood quickly started and could feel his impatience as he slapped my arm multiple times looking for the sweet spot. He tried to draw blood but none was coming out and i absolutely felt that discomfort. Next he said that i had a thick layer of fat that's why it was hard for the blood to come out, with no empathy of the discomfort he had put me through - Utter rubbish. Blaming the patient instead of your inexperience and impatience. Mind you, i'm not obese and i'm regular blood donor. It is the first time that i had experience a failed blood collection and i can totally attribute this to his impatience. If he had allowed more time for the vein to standout against the tightened band, this would not have happened. Nurses could draw blood better than this so called doctor. On top of it, unhygienic blood collection process, there was no sterile sheet or tray to contain the used alcohol swab or rest the needle as he tried to look for another vein. They were placed all on his dirty and discoloured table. Disgusting and disappointing. Healthway clinic managers, are you even hearing us? There are already so many complaints. Please review your processes and screen your doctors carefully before engaging them. To Aviva/Singlife, i hope you cease your contract with them and never assign general practitioners to assess specific issues. If something goes wrong when Dr Victor Ho Hin Peow perform a range of motion assessment on my recently operated knee, i'll be the one suffering and he's going assign blame on me again. One visit is enough to kill the confidence in this brand of clinic and it's doctors. Nonetheless, 4 stars for the front desk ladies who were hard at work.
