I am able to customise the rings, which widens up my options compared to other shops where I was only to be able to choose from a few pre-set ring for a specific ring setting. The only mishap was that the selected diamond fell below the standards of pure heart series. I was fortunate and appreciative to have Charme who took the initiative to inform me about the situation and promptly follow up with alternative diamonds recommendations. It was a stressful situation at that time, especially as I have paid the deposit. Charme's quick and swift response help to salvage the whole situation.
