They didn’t allow me to do a custom ring with an oval diamond as they didn’t have it. However the first consultation provided us with a thorough insight on the specs. The consultant also asked for our budget, specs requirement etc and found the perfect diamond suited for our needs. Needless to say, it was a tailored experience for my partner and my needs.

We visited the store when she was around and she showcased the full range of rings that were available for our choosing. When we made our choice, she provided constant updates on the progress. The experience at Rio Diamonds had been good so far. There were a variety of designs and the designs were very nice and prices were affordable too. Service provided were very customer centric. Rene was very patient and helpful when it comes to choosing the designs and provided reocmmendations for us during our design seclection. After that she also helped to choose the sizing for us patiently and was very careful too. During the collection, Priscilla was also very friendly and engaged us in small talks. She was also very smiley and provided warm service. Being in customer service, I appreciated the service that was provided and thumbs up for them.

I had my wedding rings done at Rio. And the experience was super amazing. We infd Rene about our budget and she was superb about it. She tried her best to find things that we liked at our budget. It was an intimate and wholesome experience. Thye also attended to me for 2 hrs ++ and was extremely patient and professional about it >.<. Wen wen helped to give the ring to us and she was friendly and made sure to verify everything. She was also knowledgeable on the after-care. Really happy with the service and the rings. Would recommend. (The ring was prepared within 1 1/2 months!! Thanks for accommodating rio!)
