Not the first time the clinic is not open. Is either closed or the doctor suddenly cannot make for work or the receptionist go missing. On a Sunday night where all the clinics are closed , people are expecting to go to the 24 hour clinic but they are always not opened. Government mentioned to not go to hospital A&E, but because of this situation we are forced to go to the A&E which need a minimum wait of 6 hours. We’re all aware that doctors and nurses are tired. But cannot just ignore the fact that people are sick and require immediate attention. Please kindly work on your basic working hours if not please put a note that you’re closed. If not people will make wasted trip to the clinic causing unnecessary problems. On a side note, the the receptionists of the clinic are super rude.

I read the review before visiting the clinic, hence I set a really low expectation. That kind of helped with the experience. Summary: The clinic is busy, similar to all other neighbourhood clinic. Expect to wait, you'll be fine. The staff was equally frustrated (reasonable and being a human) when every patient started to ask about the queue status. The female doctor is gentle and friendly. After the inital long queue, the staff are actually nice. TLDR: I had a Health Screening Appointment at 9.15am. I arrived about 9am. Queued for registration for 5 to 10mins. The staff collected my IC and asked me to be seated. After 40mins, I wondered if the staff had forgotten about me, hence I went to check. The staff seemed frustrated when I asked about the queue status. (I'm not the only one that asked, one was asking before me, one was asking after me.) 5mins later, my name is called. I approach the counter, the staff still seem busy but are being professional, no longer frustrated. I was given the next number (I'm immediately the next patient) because I had an appointment at 9.15am and its nearly 10am now. Met the doctor, she took my BP and asked about me. She seems nice and gentle. Took my blood, fast and professional. Went to the toilet to take my urine sample and gave the sample to the staff at the counter. Staff is obviously more nice and friendly now, still busy but maybe less. Probably cleared all registration backlog. AND most importantly, it has the cheapest health screening package at this moment. Overall, its almost the same as all other clinic. When the clinic is flooded with patient, the waiting time can be longer. The staff might not be as friendly or smiley. When the rush hour is over, the staff are still nice and friendly. As do all human. Suggestion: If the staff who collected the IC make an estimate of waiting time, the patient would have been more understanding. "Please be seated, the typical waiting time before your registration is 30min to 1h. We will call your name and give you a number."

Went to see a doctor for knee pain. Doctor is very uninterested and assumes I’m okay because I can walk. I didn’t know that’s how you judge knee pain. Told him I have a suspected mcl, I can walk etc but there’s pain at all times and I have trouble executing a full squat so I needed a referral. Doctor refused to give a referral without hesitation. It’s a struggle to find an attentive and concern doctors nowadays.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. Today is Good Friday a public holiday and my mother felt really ill. So the only clinic that was open on a holiday is the 24 hour clinic. My goodness. The receptionist was okay, but my mum have told me before on previous visit that they tend to be rude. Thank goodness the receptionist was okay this time. And then it was my mum's turn to enter the room to see the doctor. Waiting time was relatively quick. So we went in, met the doctor. Doctor looked really young, about my age around 19-20ish. He was very unprofessional, kept cutting my mum off. My mum was speaking in English (albeit kind of not standard) but still anyone can understand what she says. He was so rude. Kept asking me what my mother is talking about. Every time she described her pain, he would interrupt her and bombard her with so many questions. It was just very unpleasant. We decided to go to another clinic and it was much better. Polite greeting, and very welcoming. I just don't get it. Why pick family medicine if you don't like interacting with patients?? Why is this allowed in Singapore? I am not asking for much, I just want a doctor to do his job professionally. You dont have to smile or make small talks, just do your job properly with some pride. Come on.

Reached here at 5.17pm for the boostet jab and done by 5.20pm! Despite i booked the 5.30pm time slot! Receptionists are pretty polite and courteous lah (give em a break 😀), some reviews are pretty negative! Take it with a pinch of sugar and experience it yourself with no judgement ♡ Several number of chairs outside the clinic and was cooling at this timing! One of them even went out of the clinic to pass the vaccine certs to us.

Disappointing experience. We arrived prior to midnight, however clinic was busy managing another patient. The counter was not man and doc ask us to take a seat. Which we are perfectly fine and understand the situation. Next moment I am penalised with $135($55)consultation fee(midnight charges) because the point of registration was passed midnight.

Went there on a Thursday about 5pm only to be informed they were closed until 7.30pm. Apart from that meaning it’s not actually a 24h clinic, I must say the wait for the doc was short. But the price of a two minute consult, a bottle of cough syrup and rash cream cost $100. Definitely try other clinics in the area if you can afford to wait.

Dr Peter Goh was not professional at all. I came in to check on my sprained ankle as it has been hurting for a week. Upon showing him my hurt ankle and explaining to him that I think it is also swollen. He only took one quick glance and said "the reason it hurts is because you are very very very overweight" on top of that he mentioned about how I should take up weight loss treatments because I'm so overweight. I said that I know that I am overweight and I am able to manage weight loss by myself. However he continued to insult and said "you should really go on weight loss treatments because your weight like this you are going to suffer many health conditions when your 25 to 30. Not being rude, I just laughed it off and he questioned why I laughed. I said I know the consequence of my weight and I am working on it myself and it is my personal issue, I came here to check on leg not to be lectured on my weight. He did not mentioned anything about whether or not my leg was swelling, he did not try to feel my leg to see where the pain is as well, all he did was criticize my weight. He did not try to provide solution as well, as mention by him, "sprained ankle takes weeks to heal" I paid $80 for doctor consultation itself excluding the medications, only to receive a lecture about my weight and no solution to ease my pain. Extremely terrible service without professionalism. Understandable, why it has so many other 1 star reviews as listed. First and last visiting ever.

do not recommend at all, went to get tested for covid and was told to wait outside. there no number systrm so when i heard my name being called the first time i went in to ask receptionist where to go only to be told that if my name wasnt called i need to go outside and wait with a very annoyed tone, so i went out to wait again. my name was called again a while after, and this time i saw the nurse calling me so i went in, but she was so rude and kept going on about how she had to call me so many times, and didnt tell me about what else to do after the test (wait outside for results? go home?), she just said "ok can go out already" again with an annoyed tone. i understand that working in healthcare during such times can be stressful, but please treat your patients with more care, respect and be more understanding.

In late February, i had a high fever of 38.7 with a sore throat on a Sunday after my night shift and decided to come down for a doctor's consultation. Initially, I had headed to the Pioneer North branch at 8.30am but for some reason, it was closed (on a Sunday) and there was a sign on the door to divert the goers to go to this Jurong West branch instead. So i had to travel from Pioneer North to Jurong West for a consultation and swabs since I had covid symptoms. When I reached the Jurong West branch at 9+ and told the receptionist that I was there to see a doctor, she informed me that the consultations are closed to make way for those who came for vaccinations and to come back at 1-2pm instead. So initially I obliged and went home to rest first, and isolated myself from my family first and fell asleep (because I was on post night). So when I woke up close to 2pm, and checked that I still had a fever, I came down for a consultation and reached close to 3pm, only for another receptionist to inform me that the consultation sessions were closed to make way for vaccinations and asked me to find another SASH clinic on my own (with a fever of close to 39). It was then I made my way to A&E. Honestly, if your clinic has such arrangements, the least you can do is probably indicate all that in your website (open if you dont have one) so that the goers are well aware because you've definitely put a lot more people in danger for the spread of covid.

Was here for booster jab appt @2.30pm Sunday but reached 15mins earlier. Gave the clinic asst. my IC and waited outside for almost 20mins b4 name was called to obtain address, phone info & Q number. Waited another 35mins before Q number turned up and went in doc room for the jab that took less than 1 min. Went out to waiting couch to wait for vaccination report for another 1 hour and 6mins til I asked the counter for the report. But wrong info printed on the report and I have to return back the next day for the report (which is unnecessary as vaccination will eventually reflected in TT/HH). Those consider to make booking for vaccination jab here might consider do it at cc or vaccination centre instead. Long duration for the Q here and unable to see Q number screen as it's located behind the counter and if waits outside the clinic won't b able to see it. The nurse have to shout the name several times/loudly as most of the visitors sitting outside the clinic. And for those wanted to consult a doc better call in to check as most walk in visitor got turned away because registration closed by 5pm. May visit here if you have extra time and not dying.

Probably one of the worst clinic/doc. I was taken aback by the cost of the consultation. The fees also seemed disproportionately high for the brief nature of the visit. It left me feeling that the financial aspect took precedence over providing comprehensive healthcare services. The consultation itself was disappointingly brief, lasting no more than two minutes. I expected a more thorough examination and discussion of my concerns. This rushed approach left me with unanswered questions and a sense of being dismissed without proper attention. I observed most of the consultations also lasted not more than 2-3mins. Additionally, I did not receive an invoice to tell me my total medical cost even though I'm insured by my company. I'm really disappointed by the entire experience and professionalism of the doctor.

On 18 January, 1am, I went to your Jurong West clinic with my elderly father who is experiencing a lot of pain in his right foot. After speaking with the doctor, we came out of the consultation room and sat on the sofa outside. The short haired female receptionist called for us and spoke to my father in an extremely condescending manner to put his mask up. I understand the strict regulations as there is covid-19 affecting us as of now. However, not only was it less than a minute since we went out of the consultation room, she has been showing attitude since we first walked into the clinic. I felt extremely offended by her rudeness and attitude towards my elderly father. I cannot imagine if he was to come to the clinic alone, he would have been met with an even worse reaction from her. I think it was very fortunate for her that my father was in a lot of pain so confronting her was the least of my concern. I hate to think that it was racially motivated because it sure felt like it. Either that or she just despises old people. We tend to frequent your clinic as it is very accessible to us but this incident really puts a bad taste in my mouth. We hope the management can deal with the issue of your service staff before another unfortunate incident happens again.

Went to this clinic 3 times, twice was because my kids are unwell and once when I was down with high fever (no other clinics around my area are open after 10pm). All 3 visits were always served by counter staffs who were either rude, or had terribly bad attitude. As much as I understand how tough this pandemic phase has been especially to people working in the healthcare sector, we don't wish to visit clinics unnecessarily too (but only if we're unwell). Really disappointing on a recent encounter when the staff simply greeted in a harsh tone, "YES?! WHAT YOU WANT?!" Already feeling extremely unwell due to my high fever and I was shocked with her attitude, I gently reminded her, "Sorry, but don't mind if you could speak properly?" And the staff rolled her eyes on me.

I would also give a 0-star rating. 1. Doctors keep changing. 2. Staffs have bad attitude. 3. There was a very young doctor who has no empathy and carries a bad attitude. Kept pushing medication which i didnt want. Refused to give 2 days mc and was very rude when he mentioned the clinic doesn't sell MC. In the end on the 3rd day, my virus was so bad that there was hives outbreak and i had to see a doctor again. Alas, found a great caring doctor in Pioneer Mall. There are much better doctors around. P.S. Be prepared to pay a super high surge in the night, if im not wrong, once i paid more than $80 minutes after 10pm consultation.

Do not visit! Recommend not to visit. Called the clinic at 2.30am to ensure that they are operating but no one answered. When to clinic personally to check and had to press the doorbell and the receptionist came out. There was no patient but had to wait for 15mins before visiting the doctor while the patient was suffering and vomiting outside of the clinic. The male doctor was not well-groomed, with messy long hair. Had to bring the patient to another room filled with boxes and (presumingly for storage purposes) for injection as the bed in doctor’s room was occupied with doctor’s item. (Probably for sleeping) Do not go!

I always go early as there’s a big crowd after 9am. For someone like me who hated taking medicine since young, I must say the medicine prescribed here tasted delicious! It improved my compliance and my cough seriously improved a lot after a few doses. I like Dr Wang’s patience and empathy as well, she’s usually there in the mornings, that’s why we prefer to go when she’s there.

We were here on a Sunday around 2pm and having seen the Google reviews we were a little hesitant but we were glad we paid Dr Wang a visit. She was patient and detailed in her line of questions, she also took time to answer our questions. Now I know which clinic to visit when we are in a pinch. Thank you Dr Wang!

Worst clinic I ever visited in my life. The doctor looks like a novice and inexperienced and didn’t solve my problem at all and told me the clinic didn’t have the necessary medication and refer me to another clinic without any clear instructions. And furthermore still need to pay the Sunday surcharge consultation fee. The worse is not over yet, the male bespectacled receptionist with a ponytail and spoke with a weird accent was rude and didn’t know what he was doing at all. I told him I had Chas card and so there will be deduction on my charges but he told me it’s not applicable. And 15 minutes later, his female colleague called me and ask me to return to the clinic so that she can refund back the deducted amount and luckily I was still nearby the area. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

I found myself covid positive last night, and go see your doctor with a test kit. The doctor did simple check and quickly give me some pill and two days mc as I requested. However, the doctor never give me any thing to help my fever , although I was not in high temperature, when he see me . I just sense that the doctor don't believe I was covid positive , even I showed him my kit .

Worst & Expensive clinic ever! Went this clinic on weekdays 8.30pm, was told that consultation fee will be $40 (that’s fine). With symptoms of cough & sore throat, I was asked to paid $104 at the end! THATS IS TOO EXPENSIVE! Besides, I spent more than 1 hour there as the locum doctor keep disappear even though the ‘consultation’ just took about 1-2 minutes per patient.

Hi, I went to this clinic to check the blood sugar and cholesterol levels check. They informed it's 10$ initially. But when I went during the day of the testing in the morning. They informed it's 45$ and more than that it's quite expensive. The receptionist doesn't know how to talk to the incoming patients gently. She talk in a rugged way. Pls don't choose this clinic as this will end up you in high cost and dealing with worthless people like the receptionist. I preferably don't want to visit this clinic anymore.

I give 0 stars. REALLY. Honestly its the worst of the worst. Due to Covid-19, many clinics were shut, i kept vomiting to the extend where couldn't eat anything at all so i don't have a choice but to go there. I read the reviews before visiting the clinic and mostly given very very poor ratings. I thought to myself how bad could it be right? Since it was the only clinic that is open nearby, i went there. $90 for consultation, i paid total of $108. Doctor couldn't even give me an answer to what triggered my vomit. Nurses didn't even explain when the medication should be taken. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!

And i told the counter staff i had panadol at home, but they insist me to take the medicines. I was told that I can not take MC without their medicine. Receptionists are polite and friendly. The doctor is a old uncle who is not professional and doesn't know his stuff. I went in and said I have sorethroat. He just told me wait outside and swab. Like, could you at least check if there any other things and tell me what medications are you giving. He turned around on his chair not knowing the things around him. He is very rude. He only asked me, "So how?" Is that really the first question you ask your patient when you see them?

I told myself I will never visit this clinic after reading all the reviews but I'm desperate to get my flu medicine and I went. I have no issues with the 2 chinese receptionists but the doctor sure took a long time in the toilet but it took only less then a min for me to get in and out of the room. You won't be getting any TLC from this doctor for sure and feels like he's just going thru the motions. Good luck to the next patient.

Terrible place. The receptionist behaved like I owe her a living. Gave me the wrong instructions but still shout at me. Will never come here if not for this clinic offering the covid vaccine for my booster jab. After this experience, I am convinced that I will never come here again

Male receptionist was rude, I have a terrible sore throat and couldn’t speak, he just blatantly ignore me and continue his stuff. So I decided to filled up the registration form, and when i’m done he gave me a rude stare and said rudely, “I didn’t ask you to fill the paper”. He then pranced away to settle some stuff with his colleague. I have no idea about the doctor, since I decided to walk away.

No wonder their rating is so low. I could have give them negative if there's option. They never take call, I wanted to check if the clinic is open before I go because obviously people are sick. Only to be told when I reach that the clinic is not accepting patient because they are doing vaccination. The clerk cannot talk properly, must talk in a rude manner. When I asked if they can accept AIA insurance. She said we are not going to check now. We will only check tomorrow when u come. I hoot back albeit raising my voice which is really unbecoming of me - 'how could u not know if u accept AIA or not?'. But she obliged when I asked her to at least take my temperature, of which I am appreciative. All in all, I hope this clinic close shop. It's for the betterment of society.

It was an unpleasant visit for me. One of the Malay staff there giving a judgemental look to the patients and asking him impolitely saying "You come here for?". When it's my turn, talking to me like a kid. Lucky for you, I'm not in a good health. You want to be "garang" not at the clinic please. Please go and learn customer service skills. Thanks.

The clinic is good. The doctors are nice. It's really a good compensation between normal GP clinic and A&E. Sometimes, the time you want to see the doctor, it's the close time for normal GP. But it's not worthy it to go to A&E... so this clinic can help patients to solve the problem. Thank you!

Called in if can give nebuliser for my son before going. Reception assures will do. Then at clinic introduce as the person called in for nebuliser, reception then informed the cost; $55 consultation w/o GST and nebuliser is separate cost. So I went ahead to meet doc - doc said cannot treat w nebuliser cos son hv no asthma! Told me go hospital! I told him I was assured of the nebuliser before I came that's why I proceed. Now, I've to go hospital plus need pay doc fee?? Doc, nonchalantly said yes. I'm sorry..WHAT! Worst, reception seemed not interested about what happened, more so about payment only. This is the worst experience going to a clinic!

Was feeling super bad at like 8+pm and this was the only clinic that was open near me. My period was nearing the end of the cycle and I am very sure the pain I felt at my stomach was not period cramps but the doc just concluded within 2mins that its just period cramps and I do not have enough rest as I just came back from a trip..... gave me panadol and still had to pay $50 for that.

This clinic does not deserve even 1 star! My mum just visited about an hour ago, told the doctor her blood pressure was high, and he replied by telling her that she's sick, pressure will of course be high. Throughout her few minutes in the doctor's room, the doc did not even bother to take her blood pressure or listen to her heartbeat, and mind you, my mum is 80 years old! All she got was some tablets for giddiness due to her high blood pressure. Strange that the doctor's name was not mentioned in the receipt, only written as LOCUM! Well done Central 24Hr Clinic!!

My husband went in with tremendous finger pain caused by infection in the wee hours of the night. Attending Doctor barely saw him and prescribed him routine medicine before suggesting him to go to A&E if it doesn't get better in 3 days. This suggestion seems to be common in the other Central 24-Hr Clinics (Hougang Branch) as well. Afterwhich we went to another clinic where the Doctor removed the pus and the pain subsided. We wouldn't have gone in the first place if it was not one of the panel Clinics. It doesn't deserve even 1 star!

The doctor asked a 69 year old male, with 39.7 degree fever, to make way to the nearest hospital on his own without ingesting any medication for remedy of current condition or providing any assistance for his travels to hospital. The patient was charged SGD$19.70 for the disappointing mediocre assistance and the receptionist claiming its protocol to treat the patient as such. Incident occurred on 7th Nov 2023. They had no problem collecting payment from the patient, as it is protocol! If this is how a GP operates, then its better to keep GP Last! Very disappointed for how my father was treated, I will head to nearest hospital A&E for assistance still, the programme has failed.

Fast and swift service even though there was a queue due to the risen covid cases. Clinic assistants who were on shift kept apologising to the patients for the wait but to be honest the wait wasn’t too long as they did as fast as they could to register the patients and dispensing the medication. Doctor on shift did his best to examine the patients as fast as he could so they can get go back to rest and recover. Glad that I chose this clinic for my medical consultation.

Excellent doctor. Dr Ho was very intricate in taking note of what is wrong with my body. A whole body of eczema flare became so much better after he agreed to gave me a stronger steroid cream and referred me to an external pharmacy for lotion the clinic doesnt have. He was very thoughtful as he also prescribed me with anti-stimulants to help me scratch lesser and sleep better at night. These are things that polyclinics have never done for me in the past 10 years of eczema flare ups. He also took the initiative to take pictures of my flare ups each time I come to know how much it has improved in a certain time frame. He doesnt rush and he looks like he really cares because he remembers what haplened even though he has so many patients.

AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THE CONSULTATION, which I didnt even voluntarily want to go for?! And the doctor even tried to school me when I already know all these?! Went to another clinic and got it flawlessly within 5 mins. Any kind soul out there to help me with the refund or a proper channel to complain about their medical practices?

Our visit was pleasant despite of the numerous negative reviews of this clinic. Front desk staff was cool and professional. They're probably no nonsense as their's is a high traffic clinic. Doctor that attended to us was a young lady. She's gentle and understanding knowing that we're nervous about having our blood samples taken especially since it's my 15yo first time. She made small talk to distract my son so much so in the end he was brave enough to watch the entire process. Thank you for a pleasant visit!

I visited the clinic due to fever and throat irritation. The doctor did not prescribe me antibiotic. The worst part is that, the doctor gave me Kaloba, which is not a medicine. The doctor also gave me none medical item such as mouthwash. To visually see my throat, the doctor did not use a wooden tongue depressor, only use a torch light and simply point into my mouth. I only get to know this after asking my friend. With this, I suspect the doctor is not professional and trying to mark up the claim by prescribing non medical item, while hoping that i would not recover, hoping that I'll return to the clinic for 2nd time.

Firstly, the receptionist, a guy, was rude to the patients waiting. For example, some patients waited outside the clinic as there were no seats left to be seated inside the clinic. The patient no. was called out by the speaker and obviously patient outside the clinic couldn’t hear his number being called. The receptionist had this ‘angry’ look on his face. I’m not sure wether he accidentally bang or intentionally bang the tiny swing door hard and just stomped off to call the patient. Meanwhile, the other patients was shocked by the bang sound. Another example, during my transaction to pay the fees, my card didn’t go through the card reader. I said sorry and wanted to try again so i checked my phone to check my bank account balance. He sighed and peeped over my shoulder to look on my phone which is invading my privacy. Another one example, my friend who isn’t fluent in his English Language, didn’t understand what the receptionist was asking or talking about, therefore he asked to repeat what was he saying again. The receptionist then raised his voice and his facial expression changed. Secondly, the female doctor checked my sore throat using a torchlight only. For all I know, they should be using a tongue depressor or the ‘ice cream stick’.

The medicine given for fever and cough were not effective too. My fever still high 39c that I need to take the Panadol Acti fast from Guardian. You need to reconsider your charges. The last time a month ago when I saw the previous locum, was given 2 tubes of cream but the toe condition didn't improve hence I came back. Finally at payment he gave me 2 tubes as well of which one was melomet steroid, same as the previous prescription.
