Attitude problem owner. Sell spoilt items! Dishonest & NO interest in doing business at all. Don't waste time to visit at all.

The shopkeeper may not get an A star for fancy customer service. He's just a person who truly love animals more than humans! Don't fault him for it! And this is a good old school style aquarium shop that sells stuff at VERY ATTRACTIVE PRICES. Unlike the newer aquariums, he does not make you buy stuff you don't need nor up-sell to you. I love how I can have a peace of mind that I am not being ripped off whenever I shop there. Thumbs up! Support!!!

I was at the barber shop next door and while waiting I visited the aquarium shop. The place was clean and tidy as well as quiet. The biggest minus point for the shop is the very not friendly, can't be bother, not interested sale person (an uncle). Not sure if he is the employee or owner, but customer service skills, he need to be train. Amazingly the aquarium shop can survive till now. Definitely not recommended to visit the shop.

Been there over the years. The shop has been there a long, long time. As far as I can remember maybe since Eunos, the estate, has been there. The shop used to be twice the size now. I go there for the variety. I can find mollies and other fishes in their original shape. I hate fishes that have been bred to make them look like frankenstein goldfishes. The owner is socially awkward. So it is often taken as rude. But as others have said, he can be helpful in his abrupt ways. I remember seeing him looking very sad as the shop was split into two. I will continue to support this shop.

Pretty much the same as what everyone is saying. Asked him about nano tank filters and he was simply just Grumpy and angry throughout answering my questions. Totally understand what everyone means.

If you are a beginner or new to the hobby of fish keeping., this is not the right place. The owner is rude and will find all your questions stupid to be answered. He looks more comfortable with mandarin speaking customers. For others...😕

Absolutely rude owner like people own him money may as well close down the shop

To some people, the boss may seem unfriendly but in fact he is very helpful and always advise good fishkeeping tips. Found many discontinued and hard to find accessories of Eheim and some for Sicce filter over there!

The owner was very rude when I tried to buy something from him and I was a bit taken aback. He basically brushed me aside and continued to talk to another customer.Wasn't surprised when other reviews were saying the same.

Owner has completely no sense of business etiquette, on top of that, he is rude. His shop is very small and only offers a very basic selection but he behaves like he owns the largest aquatic shop in SG! 😰

I went to the aquarium shop with my children who were excited to buy some fish. I wish I had read the reviews before stepping into the shop. The uncle was dismissive and unhelpful. He made us wait while he was fiddling around with the phone (there were no other customers) and when we finally got tired of waiting and left, he gestured angrily at me and my children. What a terrible experience.

Decided to give this place a try since I was in the area and some reviewers said the uncle was misunderstood. There is nothing redeeming about this place. As most of the bad reviews, I totally agree the shop owner are very rude and Hokkian Ah Beng type, don’t appreciate your visit and not bothered to serve you when you ask for fish net and inpatient, one kind of attitude, advise not to visit and won’t spoil your mood.

Nice fish but uncle rude af. What's the point of having nice fish when you ain't interested in selling. I enquired both times and he didn't seems to bother about me. I thought that after enquiring, he would bring the net to catch a fish but instead went to do other stuff and ignored me completely. Shop at your own risk. I would rather go to the fish farm.

A shop to skip. Walk another 8 mins down the road and u'll see That Aquarium and Bubbles Aquarium (More options for everything,price is reasonable and most importantly Staff are Friendly.

Attitude is not his strength but the owner knows his stuff and the prices are very attractive. Highly recommended for fish lovers!

Extremely bad attitude. I placed a bucket of guppies on the counter table. He came and placed it on the floor as though not happy then took a look at his phone and just 3 seconds later. Pick the bucket and bagged it.

Amazing shop that I discovered by chance when in the area. Clean and tidy shop, plants and fishes look very healthy. Very pleased that I managed to get a beautiful betta at $3, a really good price! Highly recommended!
