    Worst clinic ever. Doctor job really easy hah... Never, never visit this clinic. I have a bad cough and the so call doctor just refer me to go to hospital without any consultation. They have the cheek to charge me consultation fees without any consultation. The receptionist esp rude and say not happy just complaint.... What the hack.....

    Worst clinic and worst doctor I've ever seen in my life. Went to see doctor after having pain at lower right abdomen for few months and the pain got more and more frequent. Just asked me to monitor further as he cannot do anything at his level. And he guessed it's only a muscle strained. Told him that I've monitor enough for few month until cannot take it, that's why went to see him. Then he told me, "Then what do you want me do?" How can this doctor so unprofessional???

    Heartless doctor. I ran to them for help because a old man collapsed. He is lying on the flooe. Wanted to seek their doctor help before the ambulance comes. Was told the doctor is attending to a patient like hello?! Im sure your patient will understand. I shown them photo proof. The receptionist there are the same.motionless as seen in picture. Asked them if they want to take a picture to show their doctor. The lady declined. Seek for help at 2.48pm. 2/2/20. Eventually the ambulance came. This is how serious it is.

    Bought my wife to the clinic as it was rather late. It was one of the nearest 24h clinic. The doctor (Dr Ashi?) young chinese doctor knows his stuff and explained to us in a rather clear & concise manner. Receptionist was patient & friendly as well 👍

    An Indian lady doctor was really rude. I feel like no one in this clinic’s friendly. Don’t come back here anymore. I came to see doctor when I’m unwell and after see her face make me feel more sick. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 bad service. Give you 0 star if possible

    Worst clinic! Dr patricia is extremely rude n does not give a listening ear during consultation! I believe that this is their clinic's culture. Frm d clinic assistant to the doctors all are rude!! My 1st & last time stepping into this horrible clinic!!

    Please avoid this clinic at all cost. Doctor doesn't bother to check the symtoms carefully and prescribed medicine that doesn't cure the illness. Also, the doctor shows zero compassion during consultation. If you are urgently seeking for medical attention during midnight going A&E or another clinic will be a better option. Would give negative star if it's possible.

    What an impatient and rude doctor. The doctor name is Dr Priyankan, my advice if you want to come here always ask the receptionist which doctor is in. If its Dr Priyankan, then don't even bother going in because the doctor shows no sign of compassion at all. I don't know how this doctor got the qualifications as a doctor. Probably got it through bribing with a lot of money. Just avoid this clinic. I don't think they are even reading the reviews. The staff working there must be really sad working for a monster. Just go to a better clinic. 0 star rating.

    Clinic receptionist was rude, my friend was in bad pain when I assist her to the clinic (obviously in pain with me half carrying her), first thing that the staff did was not to help me settle down my friend but instead scold us for coming in without a mask and that the clinic is running out of mask, and that she wanted us to go elsewhere to purchase a mask before letting us proceed initially despite the condition of my friend. I understand that mask is important for hygiene, but isn't settling down my seriously ill friend more of a priority? And it's not as if we purposely ignore the mask policy but we were out when my friend fell ill, it's more critical to send her to the nearest clinic rather than making a detour to else where for mask purchase with her condition. Hope that medical clinic staffs knows how to priorities patient condition instead of being inflexible over sop.

    Receptionist was rude Doctor was rude Barely checked symptoms and gave medicine that can be bought over the counter Worst part is that it made the condition worse than before and 143 dollars just disappeared Had to rush to A and E instead and the doctor was far kinder and costs less than this useless 24 hour clinic Would give -10 if possible

    The most useless doctor i have ever met. He should not even be a doctor. I hope his whole family die. The clinic would go bankrupt. Everyone please avoid this clinic as it has the worst service ever. You have been warned. Go at your risk.

    Visited twice. The good: most recent visit, mar 2022 afternoon. Staff and doc were polite and friendly even though the clinic was quite busy. The bad: last year, late night. Doctor seemed not to care (young looking Chinese guy), appeared more interested in checking his phone. He was late for his shift so I waited for 20 mins. Consultation was only less than a minute, did not even bother to check my stomach when I reported severe nausea. Consult was like $70 for what felt like 30 sec? There was only 1 other person waiting. Worst clinic experience ever! That’s why I can still remember it till now! I’m glad they have improved now so can give 4 stars.

    Waiting to see doctor was pretty smooth. Around 15min. However doctor consultant was even faster, less than 5min. Till today, my medication almost finished. My cough and flu had not recovered and i had lost my voice too. Disappointed.

    Brought my boy here last Sunday as it’s a 24 hour clinic and other clinics are closed. Called before coming. Receptionist picked up promptly and advised on best time to come when doc arrives. I followed and was at the clinic without queue. Receptionist was attentive and took temperature of my boy and recorded the high fever. Saw a young locum doctor soon and he was also attentive and advised me that more symptoms like running nose and cough will likely get worse before my boy recovers. He gave a broad mix of medication from high fever to mild fever to cough and running nose. Also gave sufficient days of MC to cover my sick boy for his exams. The meds proved a great help over the next few days and my boy is now much better. Thank you to the doctor and receptionist for your care and advice.

    Absolutely shocking. How this doctor is still practicing is a mystery. Went to see the lady doctor (night) for severe anxiety symptoms. Wanted to check if my vital signs were okay. Saw me for less than a minute and curtly said “all normal.” Used the time when I was informing her about my symptoms to check her Whatsapp messages. Never looked me in the eye once. This one minute experience cost 95 dollars. Please, do not waste your time, health and money. This clinic should be shut down.

    If I can give 0 star to write. My wife got splashed some detergent to eye. The consultation is like 1-2 mins? Simply don’t know what chemical component in the detergent, write a referral letter to A&E in hospital. No nothing was done. I would have at least wash with some saline etc. You think doctor in A&E know what is the component of my detergent? Easy job, write letter and refer. End of story. After hour charge $85, consultation/letter $Xx.

    UPDATE: Just so everyone is aware, the replies sent by the management to all google reviews are just standard template replies. They do not have any intention to improve their medical unprofessionalism. I have emailed them, as requested in their template reply to me, on 29 December 2023 at 9.32pm. Until today, 15th January 2024, no one has replied me. Do not be fooled by their replies to the google reviews. It is just a lie and an attempt to manage public expectations. I was bleeding excessively due to UTI and rushed down to this 24 hour clinic on 29 December 2023 at 3am. The nurse was helpful. But the doctor was extremely unprofessional. He was asleep and the nurse knocked on his door and called out to him close to 10 times before he woke up and I heard her saying ‘Good morning, there’s a patient.’ It then took him another 5-10 mins to ring me in. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a large bed in his room on the floor and blood red eyes on the doctor’s face. He looked annoyed to be disturbed from his sleep and asked what I was there for. He also had a bad attitude. When I told him that I had UTI, he sarcastically asked ‘who told you that you have UTI’. I explain that I’ve had it before and am bleeding profusely through my urine. The nurse also collected my bloody urine sample and did a dipstick test before submitting the test result to the doctor. The doctor did not give me any form of diagnosis nor did he explain the results of the dipstick paper and simply referred me to a hospital. Throughout the consultation process, I was made to feel that I had disturbed his sleep and he just wanted me out of his clinic. He is irresponsible and did not want to give me any form of diagnosis or prescription. The doctor basically did not want to take any responsibility in treating my medical condition and was openly annoyed to see patients at that hour. I was left feeling anxious and depressed and left, while still bleeding. Being unable to find another nearby 24 hour clinic, I admitted myself to A&E and was prescribed antibiotics. Do not come to this clinic. The doctor is unempathetic, irresponsible and very unprofessional. You will leave feeling worse than when you arrived.

    Dr Lim Han Hui was rude. Greeted him after knocking on the door, did not bother to greet the patient at all. Before I can seat down, started asking questions about drug allergy. Don’t think he likes being a doctor or seeing patient. Had better experience even in army medical Center than here.

    Doctor rejected seeing patient due to change shift, happened on 6 Aug around 4:10pm. When called to ask for the full name of the doctor, the clinic refused to reveal, only mentioned is Dr Huang. Is ok, when my son was rejecting by the doctor, there were many patients in the clinic during that hour. Shame on you Dr Huang! As a doctor, you have no empathy at all!

    HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE/SERVICE! Would give 0 stars if possible. Where do I even start from. When i was at the reception area, q-ing for ages for them to just register the swabbing (which was meant to be at 10am, i only got swabbed at 11 plus am). I was having high fever and super light headed, and almost going to faint. At this ppoint my head was alrdy on their counter as i couldnt take it anymore. I told the male receptionist, i need to sit down, can u grab me a chair or smthn im going to faint. To my horror he replied me, see if ppl stand up or u go and ask them to offer their seat. Honestly???? 0 empathy! Moreover the staffs were super rude and the dr as well! A young female dr. She gave me the wth you want kind of a tone, not caring AT ALL, the receptionist asked if i informed abt the light headedness to the dr (i didnt inform as i was alrdy thr last night and told the other dr) but i decided to go to her room again to inform. Knocked the door and went in, she was like im not wearing my mask, go out and wait until i wear it. I honestly wanted to slam the door and walk out. How arrogant! After tht i told her what i felt and she wasnt keen on listening at all, instead she was saying you knock on my door again so whats the seriousness in this? Would never step into this unethical place ever again!

    Worst doctor visit ever. Dr.Patricia is very rude and when we asked for a simple explanation, she got very angry and scolded us. Her treatment wasn't successful and when we suggested a specialist referral during the followup she refused to give that to us saying 'we don't give referrals as you want' instead she gave us an 'A&E referral'. Would never recommend this clinic for anyone.

    Can we have 0 star plz. The old lady Indian origin doctor (probably in 50+) is the worst i have come across in my life. My wife had suddenly terrible pain in stomach and she denied to see and asked to go KK in a very rudely manner, no emotion . on top up of that clinic charged us $159 for just saying to go to KK.

    Worst clinic and doctor ever. Went to clean my huge wound and change dressing from surgery. The LOCUM doctor named Ramar Samy (if spelled correctly), before removing the huge plaster said, I just change the plaster you have with you will do. I was even asked to remove part of the plaster my own!! I told him it needs to be cleaned since it’s exposed, but he insist on not cleaning because he sees that it is clean and nice. Definitely not going back again! Before I left the room, he asked: “you are on Insurance and can fully claim right?” My bill: $51 for replace a plaster (1min job)!

    Went here for a comprehensive health checkup, had great service with friendly and patient doctor and nurses! Definitely recommend! (Note: the doctor was a different one than the regular doctor for that day, so I cant comment on the other reviews for this place)

    if you are thinking of getting a pre departure swab from them, don't bother, super expensive and unreliable. A female staff confirmed that a lab ISO cert will be provided which was why my friend opted for their 200 dollar test instead of an 88 dollar (kingsway medical if you guys are interested) test nearer to her house. Turns out the 200 dollars is only for a digital verification letter issued by MOH, which is something you can get at most clinics. Called them to check on it again since they promised the ISO cert in the beginning, in the end, I had to explain to the guy what the hell ISO meant and why was it needed, and when I told him about my conversation with the lady previously, without even checking with his colleague, he denied that the conversation ever happened. Clearly trying to shirk all responsibility. Very very unprofessional.

    I hardly write any reviews unless it's an extreme case. If i could give 0 star, i would too. Long story cut short, all the bad reviews are probably true. A summary of my nightmare i encountered today: 1. Poor Service/Irrelevant Qs - Doctor can't find my vein and asked if i exercise which i replied once a week. He probed further by asking "do you eat once a week? do you shower once a week? do you work once a week?" 2. Super unhygienic environment - A full blown adult cockroach appeared out of nowhere during my blood pressure test which the doctor was nonchalant about it as if it's a resident pet. 3. Poor service - Called me 2 hrs later asking for my height and weight verbally because "we forgot to take but it's ok"

    Recept taking own sweet time to register patients, there wasn’t even many people at the Clinic. I was 2nd in queue and had to wait approx 20minutes just to registered. Do not recommend if it’s emergency or very sick that requires prompt attention

    Unprofessional, unhygienic, $58 dollars for 30second consultation with no effort, sis didn’t even wear a coat or anything and straight up rawdogged her job, her mask wasn’t even covering her nose properly, didn’t even let us go into detail about symptoms and said that a sore throat and joint pains were not serious. Receptionist shouts customer’s name across the room like gurl chill just call the number. Did not even want to issue an MC.

    Receptionist was helpful. Doctor treated my condition but overall fee was high! For a consult and only one medication (antibiotic) it came up to almost $100. Fortunately with MG card, I pay almost $70. Guess I cannot afford to visit a GP nowadays :(

    Very bad experience to bring my daughter to see doctor first time. My daughter had a high fever and went there to see doctor, however the doctor forgot to give one medicine and caused the high fever didn't drop and keep long time, it is very dangerous to kids due to doctor's mistakes. After that I called back ask why, the unbelievable reasons given is that "Doctor wrote the medicine in system, but not able to see by nurse due to system issue" I asked again doctor din't to double check the medine prepared by nurse are correct? What such terrible reason given to cove their mistake, and more, they never weight for my daughter even registered for first time, how the doctor know the medicine volume are correct without weight. As my friend from pharmacy told me actually the volume of the fever medicine they gave us at second time is over according to my daughter's age and weight. It will hurt kidneys more if take over amt of medicine. Why this also happened? We understand that some careless from doctor or nurse will cause life risk.. will not go this clinic any more. Scary 😱

    VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST. Don't bother coming here. While waiting we saw an elderly man got berated and shouted at by the male receptionist (old man was asking how to take his medicine. Such a simple question also cannot ask.) Got the hell out of there when he suggested I was uneducated after asking him to clarify some of the terms in the health declaration form. Do not come here unless you like being shouted at.

    I went to this clinic with complaints of very bad giddiness, lightheadedness and migraine. initially suspected it could be withdrawal effects from a medication. the moment i showed the medication to the doctor over there (an Indian lady), she started giving me a lecture on how antidepressants poison the body and if I tell myself i have no depression it would reduce the need to take these medications blahblahblah. she wouldn't even let me get a word in to describe all my symptoms in more detail and carried on lecturing for at least another 15-20minutes. in addition, she told my mother (who accompanied me) that she's lowkey an ineffective mother who fails to respond to the cries of her daughter. AND the medication given did not even help to reduce the migraines I had effectively. in fact she didn't even let me get a word in hence a wrong diagnosis!! eventually another doctor i went to diagnosed me with BPPV, how different the service there was as well! at this clinic I paid $75 for an ineffective medication, wrong diagnosis and 15-20mins of lecture on how depression can be solved by telling yourself that you are mentally sane. I normally do not write these kind of bad reviews up here but I really need to warn others so that they wouldn't end up suffering for 2 more days in discomfort due to an ineffective diagnosis and medication from a doctor who doesn't know how to respect and empathise with patients. oh and did I mention we called the counter staff for directions to the clinic. she stated clinic was near 321 clementi when in fact it was a 3min walk from clementi mrt.

    I was initially hesitant to come here after reading the poor reviews here, but had no other choice as it was the only nearby clinic open. The experience was actually quite good, as Dr Locum (relief doctor) who attended to my daughter during that day was patient and professional with his consultation. The counter staff were pleasant too. The only setback was that we had to wait 20 minutes for the only doctor to be back for dinner, which is strange as the clinic is supposed to be opened 24 hours. But I wouldn't mind going there again if needed.

    My 6-year-old son went to the clinic because of Covid back in Feb 2022, was told they don't do ART test for kids. Yet, they could do an ART test for my older 10-year-old a couple of days before. I tried explaining that to the receptionist, was refused and told to go polyclinic instead. Been there a few times before (just because it's open 24 hours), the receptionist (not always the same person) is always rude and uncaring.

    19 January 2023 morning, the staff accepted my company insurance during register. When payment she say cannot use then asking me to pay cash. And the consultation itself cost $46!! Think twice if u want to go even it is in your panel clinic list!!! I asked her why you accept my insurance in the first place. She replied "as you can see I am only one person working!" What kind of attitude!

    Much better than last time! Reception at the counter was friendly when I went there. Doctor was friendly, very amiable, willing to accept our viewpoint and what we prefer to do. He is not forceful in his method. However, the place can be refurnished, it is a little run down. Overall rating 4.5/5

    The doctor was a young Chinese male with glasses. When I described my symptoms, he already showed signs of not believing me as I was not severely or visibly sick, but I told him I had coughed up specks of blood in my phlegm a few times. He told me that it's not normal to cough up blood and wanted to refer me to A&E, which is fine but I needed some time to process this as it meant I would have to figure out which hospital to go to and allocate many hours of my day waiting at A&E. I then asked for two days MC but he said he could only either give me 1 day MC with referral to A&E, or 2 days MC without referral to A&E. I could not understand why this is mutually exclusive and when pressed, he could not give a viable explanation why he couldn't give two days MC. I had to spend 20 minutes arguing with him and explain my situation that I'm not even sure when or if I will go A&E before he agreed to give me two days MC with the referral. In the first place, I do not think his recommendation to go A&E is warranted. He did not ask for details like the colour of my phlegm. He also did not prescribe any medicine until I asked for medicine to soothe my throat. He also was quite rude and skeptical when I described that my phlegm was coming from nose area and only when I sniff I could feel it in my throat. He then asked if I had mucus and when I said no, he asked "How can you have phlegm if you don't have mucus?". Shouldn't this be a question for the doctor and not the patient? My role is to describe my symptoms to the best of my abilities, not to self-diagnose. If not I wouldn't need a doctor. I see many other Google reviews where the doctor from this clinic referred patient to go A&E. This is not a recommendation that should be made lightly as you will be crowding A&E with non-high risk conditions while there may be other people who need more urgent help. This doctor needs to re-evaluate his methods and not be so defensive when listening to the patient's symptoms. It was obvious he didn't believe me from the start.

    Terrible clinic. Brought my toddler in close to midnight due to bumpy itchy rashes on her skin. Intention was to ensure it’s not serious allergy and get some antihistamine. Was told the medicine was OOS and could only be given a prescription to get the medicine the next day from Guardian/Watson’s. What a waste of time. To make things worse, we got billed for the medicine that they were OOS. Stuck here at midnight with a toddler as they do not have cash to refund and unsure what to do. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. Parents, don’t waste your time bringing your kids here, just bring to KKH directly. A little bit more $$$ for the consultation at KKH but at least you don’t get such unprofessional service.

    WORST GP CLINIC Only visited this clinic because it’s opened on Sunday when my son fell sick. Receptionist was super rude when she asked us to go and buy mask. As a service provider, shouldn’t the clinic help provide masks to customers so that it is more convenient. Doesn’t make sense to ask a sick person to go out of the way to buy a mask. Mask is also quite affordable. Doctor was the worst. Description is that he’s quite old and balding (sorry didn’t know his surname). When seeing my son, he did not even turn and look at him. ZERO empathy. And just write a MC. Consultation 2 mins. Then just prescribe generic medicine which I can buy off the counter. Fee was super expensive and NOT worth

    the worse clinic that ever ever exist in Singapore. The receptionist, 2 doctors I encountered - Dr Locum and Dr Kang, were extremely very very rude and very not professional at all. This clinic is a 24 hours clinic that supposedly to be helpful with patients with Emergency. They were completely unhappy doctors and clinics, raised their voices and even scolded us in front of other patients when we were seeking for help. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC especially in case of emergency. the worse clinic ever and does not seems follow the Singapore Standard operation Procedures as medical assistance, especially in emergency situation ie : being 24 hours clinic. Please do not go this clinic. It was my fault that I didnt even read the reviews here, that obviously super bad low reviews. listened and read them up, not only that, THIS CLINIC IS unreasonably VERY EXPENSIVE! I agreed on the below comment, the night Indian doctor didnt even had an eye contract and even raised voice and accusing with wrong assumption. THIS CLINIC SHOULD Be SHUT DOWN.

    Very rigid SOP. the clinic was full. I was told about 1 hr wait. I have suggested that i registered 1st n 1 come later (Given current covid 19 stituation). Clinic assistant said no. If i missed my turn, i hv re que again when i back.

    Thought I might have been just unlucky, but after reading the reviews here, realized I was not the only one. Please go elsewhere if you need to see a doctor. Female Indian doctor on night shift duty was dismissive, inattentive and prescribed only Panadol for my pregnancy fatigue and swollen feet. Requested rest from work for my feet to get better because I work a standing/walking job, and she declined. Consultation lasted 1 min. Went to another doc, who took a look at my feet and gave me 4 days mc. Skip this clinic if you need medical attention, especially at night. Bloody waste of time.

    Was there at around 11PM-ish and went for consultation with the Female Indian Doctor. Told her about my condition and all she did was gave relevant medicine and I'm off. However, whatever she prescribed did not work so I suffered overnight only to consult another doctor the next day which was SOOO MUCH BETTER. He explained everything in detail on how to use certain medications and why I was feeling sick. He even gave me the "correct" medicine that works perfectly well and advised me to stop using the previous one the previous doctor gave. 👎🏻👎🏻 2 stars for the Male doctor who helped me get better, could've earned this place a 4 or 5 if it wasn't for the first doctor 🙄

    Super bad service! Firstly, the receptionist is ultra rude. Secondly, my husband had a habit of clearing his throat. The doctor immediately mentioned he have cough? And mentioned he don't see anyone with cough. But it's a clinic? And he is just clearing his throat, not coughing. He took his blood without even giving him plaster as he is unhappy. But yet he gave me a plaster. Never seen a clinic with so many rude staffs.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Abysmal service. Had an 8.30am appointment, clinic was shut and was only reopening at 9am. Also previously tried walking in at 1pm, clinic was also shut and only had a note on the table saying that consultations will resume at 10PM the same night. What’s the point of being a 24hr clinic when it’s constantly shut?

    I can understand and appreciate the doc's referral of my case to A&E. As there was no treatment or whatsoever, I cannot understand your company's policy where you will charge for consultation. I have had previous cases like these before and the docs typically do not charge. You may want to review your policy on this.

    Really unhappy with the doctor that has been attending my son yesterday. It was at central clinic clementi. The doctor just told us my son has chicken pox without being sure and after I asked what if it is not he gave another viral cream to apply that would work if it is not chicken pox. To me it does not look like chicken pox at all as my son already had it when he was 4 years old. I decided to go to my family doctor and he was shocked when I said that the doctor of central clinic said it was chicken pox. It is obviously not chicken pox. I doubt if the skills and knowledge of the doctor at clementi central clinic

    On 17th July i reported to the clinic between 11 to 11.10am. I was denied to be attended as the clinic was crowded. Even though they had only 5 patients to attend. Inspite of a kind request I was denied very rudely to be attended and come back at 1pm. I come to you because I am sick and down with sever pain and you ask me to come back after 1pm, making multiple visits to the clinic. It's really sad that a 24hrs clinic cannot attended patients at 11.10am. I am sorry to say that both the receptionist were rude and need more training on how to respond to patients. Kindly understand that we are already sick and you make us feel worst. This not only affects the reputation of the clinic but also the reputation of the organisation associated with you.

    So-so experience. The dr and recep is nice though and explained things acceptably. On one hand offers low priced health screening packages but when I was there, I heard the receptionist turning away patients near noontime saying the doctor changing shift so come back at 1pm… so it’s not really a 24hr clinic LOL. Also the drs here are all locums, some even moonlighting while employed elsewhere, so it won’t be a good choice to use this as your family clinic since there is no regular senior gp that knows your medical history and conditions.

    Came in around 230am on a tuesday. Was the only patient at the time. Receptionist took my details and all promptly. I was tasked to sit while waiitng for my number to be called. 5 min later, my number was still not called. 10 min later, the receptionist called out “doc, patient” once. no response. 15 min later, receptionist called out “doc, patient” about 4 more times. still no reply. she went in to the room and check on the doc. 1 min later my number was called. i went in, saw that the “bed” used for patients had a blanket that was messy (similar to when you wake up from bed every morning), while the doctor was wearing his unbuttoned polo tee with slippers. very unprofessional and can safely assumed he was sleeping before my consult. consultation was too quick and not in depth. i went for sore throat only but got back a bunch of medicine which i did not need, from sore throat to flu and cough and even fever. tldr: receptionist was alright but doctor was unprofessional

    I visited the clinic around on 11 Jan 2024 at 1 am. My daughter had been vomitting and had abdominal pain. The doctor on duty did not bother to do a thorough check on my daughter who had vomitted 8 times ( I had informed the Dr on duty) and also once at the clinic. We were out of the consultation room in less than 1.5 minutes. Quite amazing. He either should have advised me to visit the hospital right away or provided better consultation and medication. While I do accept the consultation fees of $140 is reasonable based on the operating hours, the quality of consultation left a lot to be desired. The medication provided was not able to stop the vomitting and we had to visit a hospital later on. However, I must complement the desk staff on duty who conducted herself well. In conclusion, I willnot recommend this clinic. Get in touch with me for further details.

    Don’t ever come to this clinic! Dr Beulah Patricia the Indian lady doctor is the worst doctor ever. Totally no standard! Few days ago my knee flare up during leg strengthening exercises so I went to this clinic and I explained my situation to her. I told her that my current condition is not able to have prolonged sitting in office because it will turn stiff and sore so I need rest of more than 2 days to let the pain subsides but she was extremely unfriendly and brush me off rudely by telling me that she will only gives 2 days rest and she “claimed” that the rules in the clinic is doctor can only give maximum 2 days, anything longer than that has to be hospitalisation. I took her advice and rest at home for 2 days. After 2 days I am still not feeling well so I came to the clinic again and wanted to show her my treatment record and request off days to rest my knee but she refused to see the report and refused to provide day off without checking my knee. I told her that I don’t have to be hospitalised, all I need is just knee rest!! But she brushed me off again with very rude tone! without checking my knee, she said she will not give me rest day and she will only give referral letter to hospital. But she doesn’t have common sense to think that not everything has to ended up in hospital, Sometimes we just need a rest to calm down the injury! My trip to the clinic is wasted and because of her I need to make trip to other clinic with pain and after checking my knee at the other clinic, the doctor gave me 3 days off and even advised me the exercises to do and prevention (This is the professional doctor) definitely not Patricia! Patricia is the worst doctor I have seen in my life and made me extremely disappointed with the standard of doctor in Singapore. The way she treated a patient in pain is totally unacceptable. Unfortunately there is only 1 star option, If there is negative star rating I will sure rate her that, worst doctor ever!

    The bad reviews are true about this place. The staff are impolite and don’t really seem to care whether you’re a patient or not. One of the staff repeatedly kept speaking to me in Chinese when I was speaking to her in English. (And yes she can speak English as she conversed with the patient in front of me using English the whole way but switched to Chinese with me.) Why so discriminatory? Ended up not even seeing the doctor because of the bad experience with their receptionists already

    I went to that clinic twice already. The receptionists are good but the doctor was so rude. I went to there on Sunday around 9 pm, both of my visits actually. I met the same female doctor both of the time. She seems local indian and old. I have no problem with race and I m not racist. But she was super racist and telling me that I m foreigner and I shall not drink alcohol. I am not here to enjoy weekend. I should save money and go home. She was so rude af. And next visit I went for my shin problem. I was out for jogging and my shin pain so I went to see doctor immediately. She told me stop running like doing jogging is crime.     On 6 Nov at 1pm, I went to clinic at Clementi with 2 patients with both fever 38degree. After seeing a doctor for only 5 minutes. He told me to wait outside for the ART test. Little did I know, I waited for 2 hours and went to ask the receptionist. The lady receptionist was very rude to me. I asked her how long should I wait for my turn, she said “ then do it yourself”. They told me swabbing of patients only starts at 330pm. They did not inform me of this beforehand when I register to see a doctor. They keep on taking more patients without even clearing the patients that was already waiting in line for swabbing. My mom halfway dizzy had to lie down outside of the clinic because she is having a headache and have waited far too long to only get swabbed and this swabbed it only take less then 5 minute . I feel this is very unprofessional in a clinic. People went to clinics is to seek help, not to be disrespected. Being in a front liner should not treat patients this way no matter how busy you are. I am just asking a simple question, she talk to me as if I am stupid. Really rude receptionists I ever encounter in my life.

    I went there for my serology test on Saturday. At first I was quite worried seeing the reviews over here, but turns out everything went well. For respond towards WhatsApp enquiry, they did slow reply, only during midnight. Good thing is they did call one day before to remind me of my appointment and told me what should I bring along. I didn't waited for too long for my test, the receptionist was alright to me as well. From what I've observe, they did respond to other patient whos blood doesn't stop and request for extra gauze. The experience during registration goes well, the price for serology test is cheap, only 58.8. But just that I got bruise after the test, which usually for blood extraction I didn't got bruise before. My overall experience was alright👌

    Went there as i am having bad chest pain and feel like heavy on my chest. Wait so long and the doctor is not professional when he as me what happen and i explain what i feel he just said "he don't know".     Traumatic experience. Wished I had read all the one (or zero) star reviews here before visiting. Brought my kid to the clinic on 7 Apr @ 2am+, as she woke up in the middle of the night with acute abdominal pain. The receptionist on duty was extremely curt. First, she told me that the clinic will not see any patient less than 4 years old. I told her that we had been to the clinic to see the doctor several times when she was even younger in the last few years, not to mention that my kid is already 3 years and 10 months old. So I asked the receptionist what is the reason for refusing to register my child. She could not give a valid reason, and then came up with another excuse saying that the doctor will refuse to see the child and there is no medication to prescribe her, and simply wanted us to go to the A&E instead. So I explained that since we are already here and there are no other patients in the clinic, we just wanted to see the doctor to get an opinion. And then the receptionist turned nasty, and said, "well, if you insist on seeing the doctor, then i wish you GOOD LUCK." She then took our ID and started typing furiously on the keyboard. Was taken aback by her sarcastic remarks which was totally uncalled for, esp. when I was speaking to her nicely and was already struggling with a sick crying child. The clinic management should screen and review the type of staff it hires and step up on staff training. Even if it is short-handed, such heartless, unprofessional and lazy staff should never be allowed to serve in the healthcare industry.

    Receptionist tonight (sat 13 may) was v rude. She asked me if I needed a MC and initially I said no, but I changed my mind in case my condition became worse over Sunday. I got scolded because she had already closed the account!! She was so impatient! Yes perhaps it is inconvenient to reopen it, but a receptionist scolding a patient over something so small? She then scold me and say “WHY LIDDAT?” What you mean why liddat. Ask my husband pay for my medical bills got so wrong meh? Then say “i tell u already right my here running out of mask” . How is it my problem ? Then how no need pay ah? Honestly if it werent one of rhe only 24 hour places near me i wiuld never ever ever ever go to this place ever again. Avoid at all causes. After seeing the the receptionist ur blood confirm boil- at least the doctor wasnt so bad but the receptionist really should get fired.

    The staff/receptionist is quite rude and never pick the phone call to inform on the clinic opening hours although they claim its 24 hrs.!! What's the point of giving a phone to a clinic when they never pick!! Best is not to waste time and visit such clinics who claim 24 hrs service while they are out at any odd times. Staff is also clueless and least interested to do their job. The doctor was ok though.

    Strongly do not recommend. Doctor was rude and clinic doesn’t even have common medications such as ibuprofen. Told me it’s normal to have fever (39 degrees) and he cant do anything. Whats the point of queuing and paying for consult in that case?

    I went to clinic on 12 Jun at around 1.45pm. There was no patient in queue before me. Being sick with flu, I didn't appreciate that I had to wait for about 45 min to see the doctor, not because there was a queue in front of me but because the doctor went out and took so long go come back even after the staff texted him to inform him there was a patient. While waiting for him to appear, naturally a queue started to form so everybody had to wait longer than needed.

    Probably the worst clinic in Singapore. This clinic still exist solely because of corporate companies still engaging them for the services otherwise i don’t think any patients will even step into this clinic. 1)Rude and unprofessional assistants at the counters as though they are not paid to do the job. 2) Hotline is there but never have they picked up the call. 3) systems can just screw up and then they will tell you they are unable to verify your corporate insurance and ask you to come in again. 4) sloppy, inexperienced medical professionals who are relief doctors on duty. There is one Indian female doctor by the name of Beulah Patricia who is notoriously famous for being utterly rude. I came in for diagnosis past midnight and she was in the consultation room eating her biryani and watching loud Bollywood videos on her computer. Totally has no image as a doctor and she was extremely rude and non sympathetic of her patients. She once prescribed the wrong medication to my friend who already informed her earlier that she has severe allergic reaction to that particular medication. Another time when I walked in to the consultation room she looked like she just gotten up from her sleep. Despite receiving countless complaints about her, the clinic is still using her. This really shows the standard of this clinic. 👎🏻

    Had stomach issues early in the morning. Luckily this clinic was nearby and still opened. Got my medication quickly and efficiently after seeing the doctor.

    Very convenient clinic. I had a stomachache in the middle of the night and needed immediate medical attention and this clinic was a lifesaver. The visit took less than 15 minutes and the medication helped a lot. Thank you :)

    The waiting time is fast and the doc reviewed the patient with precise symptoms however I am having migraine but I don’t see any meds for migraine. Instead i get for fever n anti nausea and fever. My migraine is still prominent now though it is slightly better but I am still having dizzy spells

    After seeing all the bad review, I never thought of coming to this clinic. But at 3am and skin allergy kept me awake the whole night. So I came to gave it a try.. The reception lady by the name of Rubini was super nice and even pour a glass of water for me to consume my medication immediately for skin allergy that was so itchy. The locum doctor was not so good, but at this hour, just go for it. 3 stars rating are meant for Rubini :)

    Visited on 9 Aug at noon. Both staff at the reception are polite and cheerful regardless the patients gathered around them. As the space is quite small, chairs are placed outside for those who need to wait. Doctor is attentive, sending reminder to go back to clinic if still not feeling good. Thank you for this pleasant visit.

    The receptionist at 8.20am on 26 Aug 2023 used a very rude tone on me. It was close to scolding. The clinic has a sign posted reminding patients to not be abusive to staff. A similar notice for staff would be appreciated too! The doctor was okay although my heart sank initially when he was more keen to type in symptoms and what not instead of looking at the patient. He eventually did a few cursory checks. Would not have picked this clinic if it was not a 24 hour one.

    I am shocked that my helper was charged $237 just fir a gum inflammation. All that was required was strong painkillers to pull through the night and see a dentist the next day. Instead she was prescribed all kinds of unnecessary meds. Will never use your services sgdin !

    Went for help at 3am due to severe stuffy nose, and I couldn’t sleep that night. A few mins of diagnosis including typing details into computer by Dr Lxx. No sign of TLC from Dr, indicated limited medication 💊 in the clinic, asked me if there’s anything else to ask after concluding that I didn’t need MC. Paid costly fee of $176 just for consultation because I refused to take any medication that can’t even solved my primary problem for the night. In the end, my wife solved my problem with neti pot to flush out the nose, $0 and she’s not even medically trained. Healthcare is essential in everyone’s life, a respectable professional to treat people, not just obtaining paper qualification to hang on the wall. To be fair, I had visited the clinic a few times, and the day doctors are ok.

    My mum went to the clinic to see a doc on 20 Aug around 2am. The reception give the receipt with other people name instead of my mum, and the name printed on the medicine also wrong name. Not sure if my mum ate the correct meds not. My mum only realise it when she submitted MC at work. She went back to complain but the reception told her have to go online to feedback to get an original official receipt. What is this? Will not visit this clinic again. So expensive and service so poor.

    Doctor rushed me through the consult (I believe he was clocking out) and didn't even address my concerns properly. Came in for the doctor to help change some dressings for a previous appt at the Emergency department and the doctor only asked to see one abrasion, didn't help to check my other affected areas then rushed me off. One plaster, 2 sets of gloves and 2 alcohol swabs was worth $20 while his "advice" to go back to the emergency department should I develop an infection was $90. What kind of service is this, to ask your patients to crowd the AnE for a minor thing that you are supposed to treat?? Really very disappointed.

    Used to visit them 20 years. Somehow these 10 years maybe resident doctor changed. Then I slowly stop visiting them. Used to very good and staff are nice. The last I visited doctor was not bad too but bill too ex for normal days evening. Not tight in cash, can visit them.

    Im lucky to found Central 24hr clinic (company’s clinic panel) situated right at clementi facing clementi mrt main road. Is assessable and mostly short waiting time. Went in without mask cause forgotten clinic still requires mask wearing. I asked admin girl whether can spare me a mask. Though was treated with cold response at the end, she still kind to spare me 1.

    Unfriendly attendant. I asked if I could changed my meds to drowsy meds because I can't sleep coz u keep coughing she said they don't have drowsy meds. Only those patients who needs drowsy medicine can give. Then she was talking with her colleague about me about i keep asking things after giving me my meds and I'm on the way out.

    Was at the clinic yesterday, 30 Dec at 840pm and only got to see the doctor at 11pm . The Indian locum doctor on duty was slow and did not help answer my questions as my son had vomitted 4 times and had diarrhoea for 5 times from 630pm. At the end of the session, the doctor only prescribed my son with oral rehydration salt which does not help with his vomitting and diarrhoea. Next thing I know, when I tried to clarify my son’s medication , he hurriedly left the clinic , finishing his shift. So the story with my experience is I still do not know what is the actual diagnosis of my son’s condition. Also , the Chinese clinic nurse was super unprofessional and unsympathetic and told us rudely ‘oh so serious and cannot wait then go to the A&E lah ‘ My heart went out to the Indian clinic nurse ( sorry I didn’t get her name) but she was the only person on duty helping to tend to registration and dispensing of medicine . I’ve always seen her around during the night duty sessions . She came back in to help with the clinic matters despite her off day and she was suppose to be resting home in preparation for her eye operation . This is my 5th visit and worse so far with both the doctor and Chinese clinic nurse .
