I went to waterpoint SK Jewellery branch to get someone to help me untangle my wife necklace chain. The item was bought from another SK branch, I spent about an hour at home to untangle it but was not successful. I met Ai Hua at the branch, she patiently helped me to untangle the chain, which took her about 20 mins +. I really appreciate her help.
