    This gym has caused me so much trouble because of how the phenomenal classes have made me a beast in terms of fitness and irresistible in terms of physicality. I’ve become so jacked that I barely have enough time to Balance fitness, studies and the hordes of people attracted to me after I started coming here. If you DON’T want to look your best, feel your best and get only the BEST… DO NOT COME HERE. This gym will make you perfect in every aspect of life….life’s just way too good now😩😩

    This is a gym that conducts 1hr timeslot classes for the members. Each class is kept small and the coach pays close attention to how you do the workouts to ensure that you are doing the exercises correctly. If you require motivation/push to do regular exercises with high intensity, and/or need some guidance on how to do the exercises, this is a good gym to go to!

    A gym with an extremely warm and supportive community that creates a comfortable environment for any newcomers to pick up CrossFit. :) Coaches are also very patient in guiding you through the techniques and push you to do your very best in all your workouts!

    One of the best decision I had made in joining this box! Even without any experience with barbells, the coaches are friendly and knows different techniques to modify and help you learn and be part of the class! The atmosphere of the people in the box are also great and has a family vibe to it! No regrets! This box is truly the people's box as whichever fitness levels you are at, this box is for everyone!

    New location, Cool space with a good vibe! I love the programming as the coaches and they have a very interesting way of coaching members. Coaches are awesome - very passionate and welcoming - always push you to work your best without compromising on form and techniques. The Red dot community is extremely friendly and they'll make you feel inclusive - that makes working out much more enjoyable. The people who work there and attend the gym became not only the coaches and partners who have the same interest, but rather one big family that supports, encourages and accepts the way you are. Truly an amazing experience to be a part of it!

    Tried out the classes at @reddotfitness today . Was my first time trying out a class like this and I really enjoyed myself! The coach and the other members were really welcoming and supportive which made it super fun. Most importantly, I managed to get a great workout in amidst my busy schedule. . Do check out their one week trial at only $49!! 🏋🏻‍♀️

    This gym accommodates every workout to the individual level and ability. Very family oriented culture all ages welcome kids work out with their parents and the community is amazing. Coaching is precisely personalized, focusing on technique drills, safety and being injury free which creates a very patient and supportive environment allowing the athlete to progress at a steady consistent pace. Follow the programming and results are practically attainable. Being able to do what was once thought impossible is the best feeling ever. Come exercise, have fun and socialize, with the added bonus of being able to lift heavy things over your head and stand up tall in the best version of yourself.

    What an awesome community! Everyone is so friendly and helpful.. and the coaches are lit, they will pay special attention to you. There are both Cardio and Strenght days throughout the week to mix it all up! Also, I love that everyone sanitises their used equipment after they have done using them.. Getting to RedDot Fitness is also very convenient as there is a bus stop just right in front of the gym. I can't wait to go back again!

    Did a one week trial with these guys and its been amazing. From the moment you walk through the door, everyone (and I mean coaches and members alike) treat you like family. My first time trying out crossfit but I found the programming to be well thought out, coaches meticulous and the environment encouraging (which, to beginners really makes a difference). Also, they have a resident cactus Bob and he survives every workout! Be sure to say hi if you see him around. The only drawback for me was the lack of a watercooler but most definitely still a 10/10!

    I am currently attending personal training sessions at Red Dot Fitness. I've really enjoyed the sessions so far. I struggle with pain and stiffness on my neck and shoulder and head coach Ujin customised effective strengthening execises to help deal with them. I'm very happy to start my fitness journey at Red Dot Fitness. Highly recommended!

    I love the friendly atmosphere at Reddot Fitness. Coach is very attentive and he will provide you tips to survive(😝) the workout. I love trying out different cues provided by the coach and looking forward to get stronger. 강추!

    This is the best gym I have went in so many years. The whole community is so fun and great! Everyone so bonded together, pushing each other during workouts. The coaches are very good too! They will guide individually during workouts on the postures and the techniques. The membership can access to all classes too! Unlimited!

    First time trying the their OTG class! Although I’m struggling with the workouts cause it’s been awhile, the coach (Emmanuel Teo) is really supportive and motivating throughout the class. As a new comer, I felt very welcomed as they are very friendly as well! Really glad to have an online fitness class that I can go to as and when I am free, being able to workout in the comfort and safety of my own home.

    Red Dot Fitness was introduced to me by my sister. I have been going to RDF since past 7/8 months and started with PT sessions with UJin. What I like about RDF is that the environment is very friendly and . Another aspect I love about RDF is my training sessions with UJin - he is one of the best I have worked with. He gives proper attention to one's limitations and strengths, and slowly as per ones capacity comes with an exercise plan to convert the limitations into a strength. I have had a bad knee and back problem which UJin has helped me to slowly overcome the problems with a proper diet and exercise plan. The philosophy of fitness followed is very different - RDF doesnt believes in just focusing on routine or usual, to keep things interesting and so that your complete body is active, they follow a principle of doing different exercises. e.g. Every exercise has a particular breathing pattern and if your body gets used to it, the development is limited, so UJin and RDF follow a different exercise so that your body gets exposure to different breathing patterns. I would recommend Red Dot Fitness to all of my friends and colleagues

    I have been attending personal training with Coach UJin for a few weeks now to improve my gymnastics skills. I like how he dissect a movement you have to execute and explain why it relates to your initial goal.He knows my limits and push me to do that extra rep or two if I have to.I am making a little more progress each day as a result of his personalised plan for me. I can't say enough good things about him and I am so pleased with the results I am achieving.

    I absolutely love Red Dot Fitness and the community here. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and made my fiancé and I feel like a part of their family. The coaches are well trained and able to give great pointers while scaling the workouts to tailor to each individual's skill and fitness level. Highly recommend checking them out!

    Tired but fun & challenging. These are the hallmarks of RD lessons. Always impressed by the ability of Philip Candido and U-Jin to explain all kinds of complex movement in an easy-to-understand manner.     Training with Faith at Red Dot Fitness has been a wonderful experience! Despite being a complete beginner to personal training and using weights, she made it effortless for me to learn and feel confident in my exercises. Her patience, clear instructions, and encouragement have been instrumental in my progress!     Personal Trainer - Faith, is amazing. Very patient & supportive in carefully building up my strength and fitness level to get stronger. She is happy to give fitness advice readily too. She is also very helpful in encouraging me to strive towards my fitness goals. Since I started working with her, my fitness level has improved significantly.

    I joined RDF in January 2023. At first, I felt a bit intimidated by the strength and confidence of the members who effortlessly lifted heavy weights and did pull-ups. You can tell people are truly impressive when they make super challenging workouts look easy. After deciding to switch from foundation yoga to a more dynamic workout, the coaches at RDF made my transition seamless. Over time, my strength and endurance have improved and continue to progress. I have done things I never thought I would do, like jumping onto boxes and lifting barbells. The coaches are very attentive and helpful, not only ensuring that everyone maintains proper form but also taking the time to explain the workout's target or effect on the body. Even answer some of my "box newbie" questions. Not to mention the community that is very supportive. Joining RDF has been one of the best decisions I've made!     Fantastic coaches that focus on safety as well as ensuring each exercise is done properly. Coaches know how to motivate and push to help you perform at your best . Tried the pump workouts which make use of bodyweight exercises-free weight-rower. Crossfit style workouts that are challenging and produce results. Their FX workouts are for those more familiar with crossfit style exercises. The community includes people of all ages from those in their 20s to parents with children and even retirees. Gym is accessible by bus from serangoon mrt or you can walk 2 bus stops

    Dropped by for their one week trial. Enjoyed the community and U Jin's coaching cues and programming. Good for beginners and a place where couples can work out together. Am seriously considering signing up longer term in 2023.

    Very great experience for someone who doesn't like to use equipment. Trainers are very attentive; making sure we work out with correct postures and have fun at the same time! The community is great! You are never left alone!

    4th year working out at this gym. When I 1st started, I didn't know anyone, I didn't know anything about crossfit. Now.. I consider this home. A place where I can be ME. Every time I enter, I leave my ego at the door. In here, I do Me. My only competition is myself. And strangers who enter, become part of this growing supportive family. The coaches work your strength and improve your weakness. They are patient and know when to push and hold you. They work with you to achieve your goal to a healthier fitter you. I am ever grateful to the coaches. Without their guidance I would not have make my 1st handstand pushup, PR my snatch or learn what a clean and jerk was. #progressnotperfection

    Reddot Fitness- With a new location at Seranggoon, it is a place where you can start to work out to build your fitness and make a lot of friends from all over the world. Top Quality Coaching- I love a top quality dedicated coaching for techniques and right postures. Always get attention from coaches during class and advice/ correction even for small things that I am not aware. Every class, coaches explain all workouts in detail with demonstration one by one helping to understand clearly. Coaches are reliable, dedicated and passionate. (Plus, Handsome!) The RedDot Community- always feel at home when entering the box. People here are warm, friendly and supportive for each other. Caring and sharing something good together and making a pleasant friendship throughout a fitness journey. The RedDot Community is my positive energy source for my daily life!

    If you would like to do CrossFit for the first time and you find other boxes very intimidating, Red Dot Fitness is the place to go! With a very cozy interior, doing CrossFit here felt so comfortable for a newbie like me! They also have a great vending machine at the back that excepts payment by card. Will definitely go again!

    The community is so welcoming and encourages one another to beat the best timing. I needed that!! 🤪 The 60-minute workouts combine a variety of functional movements – from cardio to strength to weights workout. Coach Ujin teaches me patiently with the weights workout! Learn quite a lot of fundamentals movement in just 1-2 sessions 😁

    The coach, the people and the atmosphere is wonderful here. It’s the perfect place for workouts and my fitness journey has been excellent so far. It’s actually Crossfit workout and you do so much in that hour that is really efficient.
