VERY POOR SERVICE! First, I purchased items just 6 pcs. I waited 30 minutes for my purchases to be billed, from 1 to 3 staff consecutively. Knowing that there were no other customers inside so it can be a hassle free transaction. 2. When I went out I was skeptical with the Total amount they have charged me and true enough they charged one of the item 2x. 3. They void the initial transaction and charge my debit card again with the correct amount. 4. I called them on the 6th day as the voided amount is still not reflecting to my account and the guy answered me IT's not their problem because their side is correct 5. So I called the bank just to find out that the merchant is holding the amount for 1 month??? so I called them back again. 6. The guy, I still have the decency not to mention the name was so agitated , unhelpful and sarcastic during our phone conversation. Told me that Credit card will take 30days to be refunded to my account as I said I did not use CREDIT CARD it was my DEBIT CARD so he change the days to 7-10days. Sarcastic, poor customer service. Can you imagine, they made a mistake with the charges and customer need to suffer in calling here and there and waiting for how many days? Doesn't even deserve 1 star rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The thermals are the worst quality.. the material is so prickly on skin that it is impossible to wear them.

Price comparable much more expensive then other similar shop nearby. Not much of choices and pricey.

Wish I was able to put zero stars on this shop they don’t even deserve one star for how they behave. It’s so disappointing to see that the staff here are clearly racial profiling. We live in Singapore but this still happens everyday. Back story: Came into the store (there were other people in there) but one of the lady staff choose to specifically trace us in the store and was unhappy with my mum looking at the clothes. But allows those other people in the store at the time who were the same race as this staff to touch and try on item and never once traced them. Also, when we were leaving the store because we were so upset with this behavior this lady staff started to talk behind our backs with the second lady staff as we were leaving the store. Is that really necessary? What did we ever do? Honestly, these types of behavior at this time and age is just absurd but still very real and happens everyday. This store really needs to educate their staff. Thanks for ruining me and my family’s day.

Shop is small without much variety. Also pricey with average quality. Design of the coats and jackets they sell isn't nice imo. The aunty is always hovering around you and staring with a stern face as if you're gonna damage their things. After you check out a coat she'll immediately go over and check it. It is a lesson learnt to not put your trust on the sales person when purchasing long john. Initially, I wanted to purchase a M size but the lady insisted that it is too big for me and asked me to try a S size sample which is indeed just fitting(which could be the case when so many people tried the sample and expanded it). However, the new piece that I have bought is too small causing me to have breathing difficulties when I try it again at home. I wanted an exchange but was denied to change to a larger piece and the tone was very rude. Sharing it here so people only go to the shop with full knowledge on the size that you need and not be swayed by what others say.

I read all the 1 star reviews and agree totally of what are written in the reviews of 1 star. I personally experienced it myself. I also agree that if I can put ZERO star, I would put ZERO star!!!!! Please do not patronise Coldwear shop, especially the outlet at IMM because what are written in the reviews here are all true ! This shop deserves ZERO star !

This is a zero star shop!!!!! The sales staff are rude and are not helpful. One sales staff (a young lady) showed her black face when I told her that the thread has came off and I wanted another pair.
