Even
though
the
clinic
was
advertised
as
a
24-hour
facility,
it
was
closed
when
I
arrived.
I
called
to
inquire
about
the
situation,
and
a
lady
answered
the
phone,
explaining
that
they
were
changing
shifts
and
I
would
need
to
wait
for
35
minutes.
The
receptionist
at
the
clinic,
a
Malay
woman
with
a
tattoo
on
her
right
chest,
was
impolite
and
had
an
unfriendly
and
irritated
tone
of
voice.
Despite
being
the
first
person
to
arrive
at
6:45
am,
I
found
the
main
door
locked.
So,
I
sat
on
a
chair
placed
directly
in
front
of
the
locked
door.
When
she
finally
unlocked
the
door
and
came
out,
she
rudely
told
me
not
to
sit
there
and
pointed
to
another
chair,
asking
me
to
move
aside.
Then,
in
a
rude
manner,
she
said,
"Didn't
you
see
the
box
placed
on
the
chair?
You're
not
supposed
to
sit
there.
Don't
sit
in
front
of
the
door."
However,
when
I
arrived,
there
was
no
box
on
that
chair,
so
I
firmly
told
her
that
there
was
no
box,
and
I
hadn't
moved
any
box
from
that
particular
chair.
She
then
proceed
to
put
the
box
back
on
that
chair.
Afterward,
she
asked
if
I
had
visited
the
clinic
before,
and
I
replied
affirmatively.
Her
next
sentence
to
me
was,
"Since
you've
been
here
before,
you
should
know
that
you
have
to
wear
a
mask,
right?"
I
was
taken
aback
and
replied,
"Excuse
me,
I
just
came
from
a
funeral.
Can't
you
provide
me
with
a
mask?"
As
a
clinic
receptionist,
her
level
of
service
was
disappointingly
low.
After
my
visit,
I
read
through
past
reviews
from
other
patients
and
realized
that
many
had
provided
negative
feedback
about
the
same
clinic
staff.
I
genuinely
believe
that
the
clinic
management
should
take
action
regarding
her
poor
service.
Apart
from
that,
the
female
doctor's
attitude
was
fine.
However,
when
I
informed
the
doctor
about
the
receptionist's
rudeness,
she
simply
responded
with
an
indifferent
"oh,
okay."
Perhaps
she
couldn't
do
much
about
it.
