    Constantly coming here as is closest to where I live, always closed doesn't live up to 24 hr name, past 3 times over the span of 5 months I came here it's closed, doctors are mostly fine some receptionists act like it's in their least interest to be there, there was a queue of at least 30 people today and the nurse came 15 mins late, even worse the doctor was coming 1 hour later? I don't understand what's wrong with this place but no choice also sadly people personally coming and creating conversations about how horrible le this place is, if could give 0 stars I honestly would...

    went there for my hand burns, hoping to get a topical cream but was prescribed strong pain killers (tramadol & celecoxib). I took the pain killer and the real nightmare begins. I called the staff there and she told me that the pain killer was supposed to be taken with anti-vomit medicine but the dr did not give me, and just ask me to monitor my condition. I ended up having nausea and throwing up for more than 5 times.. not only that, I was having hard time in breathing and walking as well.. I asked if the medicine have any side effect and I was told that it may cause sleepiness, I understand that the effect varies on different person but the staff told me that I'm not the first who experienced this side effect?

    Had no choice but to go to them on a monday morning. There were no doctors in the other 2 clinics beside. Their consultation alone cost more than $50 after gst, it lasted about 2mins.. The doctor on duty was a tall old uncle who was obviously very unpleasant and impatient , much lacking in empathy that medical practitioners should have. I will not go to them again

    Had a very bad experience on my first visit to this clinic. The doctor was not attentive at all and didnt even properly diagnosed my symptoms. What frustrated me was his reply "OK bye~" at the end of the consultation without even telling me what was my sickness. I asked "That's all?", and he said "Yes, bye~", and then I was hurried out from the room. Seemed the doctor was not serious in treating his patients, just asked couple of questions and that was it. This doctor was totally unprofessional at all. The whole session was not even lasted more than 3 mins. Then I was shocked when got charged at cut-throat fee for such bad service. Some of the prescribed medicines were really unnecessary in my opinion. Paid so much for such a ridiculous treatment. Regretted visiting this place and I told myself not to step in this clinic anymore. I would have given 0 star if there was an option for that. Highly not recommended! Avoid this clinic at all cost!

    Central 24-HR Clinics are really worse clinic to visit. NO SERVICE STANDARDS AT ALL!! Doctors and clinic assistants really lack of SERVICE. Based on all the reviews, you can see how bad their services are. Long waiting time, bad service attitude, not giving sufficient info's to patients, no empathy, not helpful and rude. Advice is not to visit Central 24-HR Clinics or you can visit at your own risk. * * 👎🏻👎🏻Two Thumbs Down!! 👎🏻👎🏻The doctors and clinic assistants here really need to improve their service standards.

    Worst clinic ever! The Malay staff very busy on personal call and got me waited sometime before attended to me. Talking to me without eyes contact at all. (I don’t know she was talking to me)... she then shouted at me and chase me to wait outside of the clinic. Hello, how do I know that you were talking to me? You were busy on phone with personal call and suddenly shouted so loud!? Lack of common sense.

    Came here for the first time on a no choice basis because it’s Saturday and not many clinics are open. The reception staff aren’t friendly and so is the doctor. I was in the room for 2 minutes and the 2 other patients behind me was also in the consult room for less than 2 minutes. It feels as though the doc is trying to quickly get the job done and he has no empathy for his patients. Highly do not recommend this clinic.

    The counter staff name Mdm Sit who acted very rudely asking what happened ! and took my nirc “ You go sit first “ after registering me to see the doctor, she called my name aggressively! She called my name loudly instead of giving ic back she threw my id on the counter table! Noticing that I did voice up to her politely in low voice but started answering be aggressive, rudely and in challenging manner. I had very bad experiences. Previous visit to this clinic although not that good attitude but this particular staff is very rowdy. I really think she not suitable for this job it might jeopardise the clinic image !🙂 clinic at almiraty mart Pls call me for further! Just dismiss this staffs of yours and pls don’t just say sorry ! People sick visit you to recover but instead get even worst after visiting your this 24hrs clinic at almiraty mrt and Such a Reno clinic but staff in clinic very unprofessional and very rowdy attitude! And will update my company about this incident!

    It was at the start of a new shift and not many people. Had a Queue no that was very fast. The counter staff lady was very helpful and informative. But pity her to have to do soo much on her own, take registration and do meds prep all by herself. But overall is good service

    A locum doctor attended to my father on 30 June 2023 around 2pm. For a simple medical problem, he was prescribed over $40 worth of medication. Be wary of such doctors seeming to 'spam' medications to patient (was it truly necessary?) and making the consultation price become so high. Will not recommend this clinic with doctors like this.

    My 2nd time going to this place and tbh it’s still as unwelcoming as my first time round. But to be fair, it’s a clinic after all not a Spa. With that said, if it’s not a 24hr kinda emergency, I’ll definitely give this place a miss. I’m just surprised by the terrible review that this place received despite it being packed by many patients often.

    The lady receptionists are very approachable in explaining the purposes of the medications. The doctor are also very friendly but very analytical in diagnosing the illness i having. Kudos to Woodlands Mart Central 24-HR clinic branch :)

    The doctor is very experienced and patient! He is professional to look at my throat to see if it is swollen and listen to my breathing. The waiting time is very short, I waited around 10 minutes after registering. This is very good compared to other clinics where I need to wait for hours. This is good for people who wants to get diagnosis and medication before quickly going back home to rest. When giving me medication, the doctor said ‘XX medication is for dizziness’ to the counter staff and I felt like he is professional in being careful to give the correct medication for me. It was quite a common practice to call to clinic before coming to down to ask about the waiting time or anything and they told me the clinic closes at 4.30pm and opens at 6.30pm. I quickly came down and got my queue number before 4.30pm. The doctor was supposed to leave at 4.30pm but he chose to see me even when the time was exactly 4.30pm. He was attending to other patients after my queue number after attending to me. I am very grateful that he did so because I don’t have to make another trip down for the doctor. The medicine he gave was good at curing my symptom and I felt better after 1 day of eating them. The doctor did give me quite a lot of pills for each type of medicine but I guess it’s good because I can eat the leftover medicine in the future if I feel slightly unwell. This clinic falls under full sponsor by my company so I didn’t need to pay anything. From waiting area to being inside the room with the doctor, the spaces look clean. Counter staff is rather sarcastic but if you say more ‘thank you’ to them they get nicer. This clinic is located at level 2 and please bring a mask if not they will not register you! I had to walk to a nearby shop to ask for a free mask but I’m glad they gave me a free one 👍

    The staff were friendly and attentive, and I received excellent care from the doctor on duty. The clinic was clean and well-equipped, and I was seen promptly. Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of medical attention.

    Brought my dad here at around 1:30am earlier just now. I understand there's gonna be a midnight charge. My dad had a bad bloodshot that I was very worried about. When we went in, they say its going to be $120 for consultation as it's late at night. When we went in, the doctor tested the blood pressure for my dad, and then subsequently saying that its common in people to have this. So he googled and show us. It's "subconjunctival hemorrhage". No eye drops prescription are given. Only a badly explained diagnosis that was taken from google. And adding on the charges here and there cost $139(after $10 subsidies from CHAS). On a side note, this is daylight robbery. this is too expensive for a bad consultation, no prescription and stinking attitude from staff.

    Worst service, rotten attitude for the indian lady manning the clinic counter during my visit on 21/3/23 at abt 635pm. She requested for my insurance card but i told her we were not given a physical card. As my AIA app was unable to log in, i could not present her the E-card. However, this was not my first visit to the clinic and it was my first not able to show her or the staff there the E-card. She went on to ramble that she wont be able to accept my registration the next visit if I dont present my E-card. I told her that AIA advised me to simply show her my insurance crendentials, which i did and it will be suffice. I understand and may accept the rigid protocol but then she started to comment some incoherent words but clear enough that i could hear which was remarked towards me. I asked her "what was it that you said" and she replied "nothing" and roll her eyes and shake her head. Clearly she lacks empathy, understanding and definitely zero customer service. I went to the clinic as a sick person and went back home feeling even more sick because of the treatment i gotten from that indian lady.

    Came today at 6.30am for stomach pain but was rejected by clinic staff as the next shift doctor will be coming at 7.30am. So I went back home, ate some painkillers and previous stomach pain medications, rested for awhile and came back to visit again about 8.50am. I ws seen in less than a minute. Asked the doctor if I could have a jab for my stomach pain but doctor declined at gave me the same medications I already had and taken. Not sure if they take their patients seriously but this is totally unacceptable. Totally avoid this clinic if u want to save your time and $

    i visited the clinic earlier today around 5. It is a 24 hours clinic but when i visited the clinic the told me i could not consult a doctor anytime soon and could only do so at 6:30pm. i asked if i could register first they refused. So i do not undedtand why it's a 24 hours clinic when it actually really isn't 24 hours. Online it states open but it actually doesn't take consultation for over an hour?! Not only that when we consulted the doctor he mentioned that we could not take and ART or Influenza test at the clinic and had to go to marsiling clinic for these tests. I don't understand why i had to pay so much although these services were not provided but i desperately needed to visit the doctors as i was really unwell and had no choice at all. The doctor also further explained they did not have the medication i would need and might need to get it from the clinic beside them. I didn't find that an issue. But when i went to collect the medicine there was no prescription for the medicine i needed to collect from the clinic beside. i asked the nurse at the counter she was confused. i had to wait another 25 minutes for this to be rectified just to find out the forgot to prescribe me the needed medication. i went to the clinic beside and they told me they don't do such prescriptions additionally i had to pay more for these prescriptions. I can't believe i paid so much just for the lack of services. really disappointed.

    Called clinic SO MANY TIMES to check if they are open today but no one picks up. So head down 3X(!) just to be told tht doctor "last mins" cannot come in. WHAT A JOKE! I told receptionists that I called sl many times before coming and no answer and their response was they were busy. Ya right, I came down thrice and the clinic was empty! They advised me to come at 9pm, hell no I would trust them AGAIN. I called 6X to confirm and guess what they did not pick up again!

    It was a Sunday, that I came this place at 1pm and the doctor is leaving 5pm. Queue no given very far away. Very bad admin service experienced, called in many times, trying to ask enquire what's the queue no. But nobody pick up the damn phone. Went down physically to the clinic, and I kindly asked what's the number to dial to ask for enquiry. The lady with a covered headdress gave a super negative attitude, and when I called the number in front of the desk., Guess what, there was NO ring tone. Simply hack care service 👎 Line was unpluck from phone obviously. 👎👎👎 Wanted to give 0 stars, but I'm unable to post, don't bother coming here everyone.

    Poor behaviour by counter staff. Treat you like we are at their pity. Their mistakes are hidden and puts blame on others. Enter wrong NRIC number and say no insurance benefits information available. Must bring small change don't bring $50 bills. 😲 Customer service needs real improvement..

    For this visit, it was not bad. It was a Sunday and my 12yo was down with flu. We visited after 6pm. Usually we have bad experience visiting the clinic where the Dr wasn’t around. We don’t understand why the Dr wasn’t around and asked the front counter staff and was told changing shift at 11pm. So if there’s other choice, I would rather not visit this clinic at all. Please look into the timing of the Doctor’s shift for the benefit of other patients who apparently are mostly not local. The name of the Clinic doesn’t justify - 24hr clinic but sometimes no Doctor…

    Disappointed, the doc seem to be quite busy with his own things, and all he replied was, I will give you all the meds. He didnt quite care about the symptom details that i was going to give. To my horror, the bill came up to $168. After chas discount, I paid $150. Absolutely over the roof expensive. For all meds, counter staff also didn't quite clearly tell me what meds is what, and she said it so fast, I caught nothing. I don't think I will ever go back to this clinic again. 😔😫

    Pleasantly surprised at how fast you get to speak to the doc. The doc on duty was very patient and calm in explaining my symptoms and what I need to do. I felt so much better after seeing the doc, both mentally and physically. The frontline staff was amazing. Kudos!

    Bring my brother to the clinic for a check due to the hand got infection by fungus. The doctor macam newbie like that. Ask me what medicine that time the doctor give to make the fungus patch disappear nevermind. Still got the cheeks to charged $120.90 for everything. The money that citizen spend is a small issue provided the issue can be solve. The professionalism coming out from the doctor is an absolute disappointment. Just FYI. If I know what medicine it takes to cure the fungus. Then what for we citizens need the clinic and the doctor for? The most disappointing clinic i've encountered in Singapore! Wonder why this clinic still got ppl go in to support? It because that particular area clinics is closed that's why they still can survived until now to groom such doctor out in the market. Jesus Christ The Singapore government should check and take action against such clinics with such a high volumes of unsatiscation from the patients.

    Based on your reply, I did write in, prior to the given e-mail on the very day, 13 Jan 24 at 1246hrs. Somehow, till today, I yet to receive any response from either my inbox or spam. Literally, this given me the impression that nobody seems to bother the feedback raise. Perhaps, subsequently, I should visit other clinics instead, whereby service level is much better than Central 24 hours Clinic.

    Extremely slow counter staff. Took more than 0.5hrs to register & dispense medication respectively. Not alot of patients but still taking their own sweet time! Already felt so unwell, just wanted to go home & rest. Will not visit this clinic again.

    Bad experience. I wanted to buy some medicine for gout and I ask the nurse if can used the CHAS. But to my surprise. The nurse told me Gout Is not consider as c chronic disease. I seriously wonder the competency of the nurse there.

    They have their own “cleaning” time. So the clinic will be closed during the period which is not reflected in google. Instead of a 24hr clinic, 12-1pm & 5-630pm will be closed. Do take note of these timing. Been there at 11+am and 4+pm and had to wait for 2hrs to get a queue just because I reached there during their “cleaning” time and clinic is closed…. Do update your google if you have such policy…….

    I leave feedback because I am not happy. Reception not friendly. Make patient stand for more than 5mins before she even acknowledged our present. As if we are transparent. Make me wait for more than 20mins even after the last patient has left. Hope you can improve your service. We came because we are unwell.

    My visit this time become worst nightmare. At first Doctor told me my leg muscle cramp issue not related to my heart. After 2nd observation he told me due blood clot and need to refer to hospital and ask to wait outside. When my to collect my medicine the nurse say only letter referral to hospital only. I was not given option but a must to go hospital. I told them go another day still no to them. Reason I was discharge 2month ago and was on 1month HL. Since I have heart problem, diabetes and few others I can't afford to rcvd another hospital leave or ling mc. I know health more important but if no work how to pay anything. This clinic trying to run my life instead. Patience have the right to say and listen too. I left the clinic without anything and very disappointing too.

    I supposed they missed my number and I waited for almost 8 mins with no patient around. I need to remind the front desk twice and she remind the doc, so is my turn. I’m down with Covid and feeling terrible. The doc is asking me how many days of mc do I need instead and did not encourage me to rest and instead saying is common now, you can go work or coffee shop if you want.. sound so inappropriate sentence come out from doc mouth.

    Service is very slow, medicine expensive as well compared to other clinic. Clinic not using trace together entry, instead used normal barcode scanner to be able to register in which very troublesome for seniors and non tech savvy individual. Nobody assisting outside.

    Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here on Dec 1, 2023. The doctor did not seem to care. When I asked about an ingrown fingernail, he said there was no such thing. When I asked when I should be worried about a headache, he said, "There's nothing to worry about." I will most likely visit another clinic the next time I am unwell.

    As describe by others, Doctor Tan (19th sept) rushes through the consultation and when prescribing and explaining 2 cough syrup purposes, the doctor very rudely ask if I understand Chinese better or English when I’m trying to understand what the syrup is for. Without giving an opportunity to answer, the doctor talk to me in Chinese. Shouldn’t a doctor have more patience and understanding when a patient is sick to explain things better for them? Doctor also advise that I am required by MOH to have a supervised ART taken by their clinic at Marsiling. I rejected it as in the morning and days before, I have already taken it and is negative else I won’t be at the clinic right. After the doctor hearing what I said, he say he as to report this to MOH and give me a 3 days SHN MC. Upon hearing this, I called MOH covid hotline. 1. I do not need to take a supervised ART. 2. As long as I am negative in my ART everyday, I can leave my house or even go to work. MOH does not mandate SHN anymore like preciously. What is this clinic or doctor trying to do? I will not visit this clinic again. If there is a zero star for review, it will definitely be zero for them. If you are sick, I advise you to go else where for your consultation and treatment.

    If i can give a zero star i would. Worst clinic ever. Been waiting for an hour but the doctor has yet to call a single patient in despite he being in the room with no patient. This is a 24 hours clinic but doctor only came in 7.30ish in the morning and takes very long to see patient. WORST CLINIC EVER. The staff attitude are also very unpleasant.

    Its stated as 24hr clinic but there are times the doctors are not there, and then doctor walk took on sweet time walking to the toilets. The nurses are unhelpful, unfriendly. They just answered, come back later doctor not in. Waiting time is most of the time so long. My worst experience when i had dengue and i went there. Thank god i chose to go to hospital in the end.

    It's a mess. Not 24 hours reach at 5pm was told to come back at 6pm. Shift doctor came in at 530pm At 6pm, we went but was chased out. At 626pm, registration staff finally come out but it was to collect our ICs and at this moment the queue was disrupted. Wouldn't have come here if Dr Nah & Lee Clinic was not closed

    For a clinic that open 24 hours as said, they will ask the patients to sit outside in the hot sun instead of inside the clinic which got ample of space. Registration not allowed till they reopens again. Should have not named it 24hours as patients make their own way to the clinic and to be treated without empathy upon arrival. Worst service ever and doctor whom rushed the consultation! Not worth any stars at all!

    Was initially worried when I saw the clinic was empty. I had to take a chance because the clinic I usually visit was fully booked. Staff was friendly, doctor was patient. Clinic could do with better maintenance and perhaps it might give a better impression and a calming environment for patients.

    - no 24 hrs even stating there 24/7 - Front-desk are not so nice and always understaff - Not enough space to queue and don't even have a system for the queue - Over-price and have to wait very long

    Horrible service. Went today to take medicine after visiting 2 other places which were close. The assistant say clinic is closed for the day while there was patients still in the Queue to meet doctor and no sign of closing. After persuading her manage to get a queue number but after I came out realized there were still numbers given after me.

    Went there just now early morning for my sickness. Doc dont even bother to touch my injury and look closely. He just see from his table and was like, oh its a minor injury and gave me some meds WITHOUT cream to reduce the injury. Doc was abit of a messy kind,looks like an underground illegal clinic to me. Had to go to other clinic and they provide me with cream and some minor surgery on me. No safe entry was provided upon entering the clinic.

    I really appreciate that there’s a 24 Hour clinic around. I accidentally broke my silicone earplug and one tiny piece stuck in my ear and I couldn’t take it out. It was 2 am and I got panicked. Luckily there a place I can seek for medical advice. Really glad the clinic is open 24 hour

    One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My bills came out to be more than $200, the counter guy was unfriendly, the consultation fees were $60+ on a Sunday, the doctor didn’t wear any gloves when he gave me a jab, very unhygienic. The doctor’s room is old unkept with moulds growing around the aircon. The whole experience is horrible, very old dirty clinic and I can’t believe I spent this kind of money and yet I feel no difference from the overpriced medication and terrible services.

    On 7/7/2023 i had no other choice to go here as my current clinic is full. i am dissapointed with their service and the locum doctor. as i enter the consultation room, the locum mumble a few things to me and proceed to check my bp without checking my vitals properly. he then proceeds to just look at his computer and continues typing and didnt ask proper questions to me. As health check are a serious matter its important to ask questions to your patients and i notice nothing were taken seriously. as such cases this can cause serious issue when problems are not issue well and it can escalate to serious health problems. all he can say was take rest and take your meds . Did not mention what meds are safe for me or not. Didnt ask how many days of mc beeded and nor did he mentioned anything. fyi i wont recommend going here as the locum doctor just goes out as when he likes in his ppe going to the restroom and i find it unhygienic and not practice the standard healthcare hygiene im a clinic. no gloves or mask were shown when wearing ppe. totally disappointing and not recommended

    Doctor is very friendly and although clinic is on the smaller side, the clinic assistant was quick to register patients, dispense drugs and also manage the operations. Quite impressive efficiency and convenience as a 24 hour clinic.

    Given unecessary medication as i was asked if i dont want any of the medicine prescribe...... if i know wat medicine i need i can become a pharmacist or even a doctor myself..... very pricey too.....

    Doc did not check my symptoms much and did not advise me when I have covid what should I do. Staff was chit chatting and talking about unrelated stuff and I simply missed the queue number because staff didn’t give me in the first place. Staff was very rude to me. Very dissatisfied and disappointed and spent 150$ just for my flame and cough. I think this place extracting money from people and I will never ever visit this place. If you have an emergency please visit the hospital rather than this woodlands clinic. Very bad service and the staff.

    The doc went for 45 mins break and the receptionist don’t even bother to inform me when I registered. And I think the doc need a checkup too, he forgotten what I said like a min later. I told him I having fever but there is no thermometer to check my temp, I had to tell him my temp to him myself. Not sure is it necessary to use ice cream stick when checking throat but he definitely didn’t. The payment and medication collection took quite some time too.

    Short waiting time on a tues morning, consultations were done in 3min for every patient I saw. Reception staff was very fast as well. However, the consultation fee was higher than other doctors I’ve encountered ($45) and the consultation itself was very no frills, with no advice for followup care. The medicine itself was also very expensive, around 10-20$ per type of medicine. If your illness is not complicated, would suggest you to use telemedicine as consultation on telemedicine is ~$20 without medicine.

    Very bad service . My son got high fever during 2nd day of Chinese New Year. Request to do Influenza test, but they don’t have test kit. Front desk said they got medicine but didn’t check with Doc whether can get the medicine or not. Just let my son went to see Doc , but Doc said without test kit can’t give medicine, just simply give fever medicine n ask my son to go hospital to test then charges him 170+ . End up my son went to Raffles Clinic to do influenza test & get medicine , only cost $110+ . What a difference !Pls don’t go here if you are Urgently pls go to hospital Emergency they not helpful at all . After that you need pay double charges 😅😅
