The reception had quick thinking and knew priority. My son accidentally shallowed a lego piece and brought him here. She immediately called the doctor. There was quite a long queue though. The doctor adviced to go A&E or just wait till out when passing motion cause there was no sign of blocking on breathing.

I just went to this clinic. I told the Dr I had runny nose, cough, headache and sore throat for past 2 days, not getting better after took medication. After she listen, the next second she said all I told her is a story before examine me. Is this how Dr treat a pt ? She ask me why I came at this time! Come on, than what is the purpose 24hrs clinic for? She said I need to come back again in the morning for ART test. It's my problem to come back again in the morning. That doesn't mean the Dr can talk in such a manner. Especially to health care worker. Senior Dr with this kind attitude.

AVOID AT ALL COST EVEN IF IT IS FREE. Useless, incompetent, amateur, no brain doctors onboard this clinic. Had foot injury but instead of resting the leg, had to revisit clinic multiple times because of so called lunch hour change shift. Returned back with x ray result and the doctor asked me return for what. Hopeless. And then went on to finally reveal maximum MC able to give out is only 2 days. 7 hours effort all down the drain and the foot still no proper advice with added pain after whole day of walking around with the swollen foot. Too make the day worse, Doctor was late for her shift. Supposed start time 6.30pm. But she stroll in delay daly up till 7pm. There are many clinics around here and definitely will be so much better than this non-helpful and money focused clinic. They just want your money and don’t care about your actual well being. If you want to experience 3rd world country medical standard, this is the place for you.

I tested Covid positive today. I'm the 3rd adult in 5 days to get Covid. I came to see the locum who very quickly checked my throat and my lungs. Didn't ask about the situation at home. I have run out of place to isolate at home and my daughter is taking her O levels. I told her that I need to go to an isolation facility as I didn't want to burden my children to take care of the adults and get infected. Some doctors help to apply for isolation facility but this locum is only interested in seeing the next patient. She says it's not her job. While it may be so, at least provide guidelines on how to proceed. I was waved off immediately. I suppose it's good money charging $122 per visit so there is no time to waste.

Was hesitating whether i should be writing this review. I read and saw that many had very bad experience like me. I think that this has to go online and made known to patients coming in for her treatment. If there is a ZERO star selection, I would've selected that. It was an unforgettable and horrible experience. I'm Tested positive for covid at home and went to seek doctor's consultation. I've no idea what was the female Indian doctor (in her 50s) name as my mc states LOCUM. Waited for an hour plus and was shocked to hear that she don't do art at this hour and insisted I come back the next day. Well...if thats the policy of the clinic, we have to adhere to it. But when I'm asked about my symptoms. I mentioned that I have heart n chesty pain. Without even asking whats my history of illness like (I've got irregular heartbeat since young - WPW) , she asked me to better think of what I say because she's going to send me to the hospital. So she asked me to think and repeat again. I'm really disappointed with the ethics and attitude of this female Indian doctor in her 50s. Out of curiosity, I asked if I need to register and pay again if I'm coming back for art. She replied very professionally this time round though, saying that she is a doctor and not a reception. Hence she won't know about the costs. What a way to explain this time round and her tone was really rude. I understand that there is a long queue outside, but there should be more attention paid if I mention that I've got chesty pain. She should've made the effort to understand before she dropped me with such remarks. With that, I ended my session with unknown diagnosis. There was no checking of throat, no heart beat or breathing monitoring like how we used to get check by any doctor in any clinic. At the back of my mind I told myself that this will be the last time I'm coming to this clinic. No matter how sick you are, my strong advice is....seek help elsewhere. I will just pay the consultation fees and visit another doctor tomorrow morning then. Conclusion is I don't get my art done to confirm I'm positive. I'm asked to think and repeat what I say when it comes to my symptoms. This is really unacceptable. I should have gone to the hospital instead. The healthcare workers are working real hard during this period of time and we understand that not all are like that. Kudos to those who stand firm and professional in their scope of duties and keeping us safe and attending to us professionally at all times.

One of the most shocking experience. Come and try if you wanna ruin your day. The Indian lady doctor at her 50’s instead of treating you as patient she treated you like kids. Moreover my itch is really bad she insisted is at “recovery” state. I commented as my face are swollen due to allergic she just brush me off with medication and cream to apply my whole body which only last me a night. Requested injection has I got good experience of recovering more efficiently instead she said “no injection” and brushed off to wait for medication. There you goes with high charges without any help at all!

Ruin your day by mentally humiliating you and saying things you would be embarrassed to hear. My husband and I had the worst experience ever here. As I accompanied my husband for his medical check-up, my husband tried to ask for advice from her, hoping she would at least offer some advice, but we were surprised to find that she ignored him, joked about it and also said inappropriate things to him. When she bluntly asked my husband "Why does your eye look like that? your eyes look so surprised/shocked!" and made funny faces, she was being extremely rude. Mind you! Since he was a baby, my husband has had several eyelid surgeries! That's so disrespectful! I strongly suggest that if she felt uneducated / lacked basic manners, she should have studied "etiquette" instead.

Went to see a doctor after midnight as I just ended work, briefed about the high consultation fee which I agreed with and went ahead to see the doctor. Less then 20 secs I left the room, prescribe with antibiotic and burnt medication. I have a bad burn on my leg which covers a spread of 3cm x 9cm which is huge, the doctor does not even take a closer examination on the wound or anything just a quick glance and gave medication and ask if I have anymore question... as most readers will know yes she's the Indian female doctor.. Ended up with a bill of $211.30, $125 for consultation, $16 for 2 cream and $53.48 for antibiotics, honestly the most expensive antibiotics I have ever been prescribed by a clinic. Btw on top of consultation they also charge "practice cost" and GST. If they are providing quality consultation and cared for their patients I will jolly well pay this premiums but they gave F care attitude, for me at least the receptionist was polite and gave all the medication and directions well and even told me not the burst the water bubble on my burns, which I had to ask the doctor about myself in the room (as I believe her quick glanced missed out everything)

I had a really good experience at this clinic today. I went in for a sinopharm booster and also a supervised ART test. Both the young man and the young lady at the counter were very nice, patient and courteous towards me even though they were very busy. There were a lot of patients waiting but the staff were all very efficient. I highly recommend this clinic

Firstly I wish there’s an option not to give even a star before rating. This is by far the worse clinic Dr we have ever encountered. On the night of 4th Dec 2022, I was appalled to hear what my son had shared with me with regards to his experience with a female Indian Dr he saw at about 10pm plus. My son was unwell at home and because he still had symptoms of cough, body aches & nagging fever, I advised him to consult a Dr to get a few days of MC to rest rather than book into camp where he will be overwhelmed with trainings & lectures & not able to rest well. His camp supervisor had also given him permission to seek treatment & to report sick. This Indian female Dr whom I found out to be Beulah Patricia was so unprofessional and rude, saying things like ‘you NS guys always come in so late on a Sunday and I’m very tired’. Dr tired? Then why come to work in a 24 hour clinic? Is this comment necessary? And she showed a sickening face when giving the MC saying that she respected that we had to pay a high consultation rate and then ask my son to go wait outside. She sure sounded unhappy. She didn’t even gave any advice or ask my son to take care & get well soon when he left her room. What is the meaning of this? The fact that we are willing to come to you at this hour and pay that high rate meant that we needed your consultation. I feel so disgusted and ashamed with the treatment that this Dr had given my son. She has no compassion and is unfit to be a Dr. I am not surprised to read the very bad reviews that many had given after visiting your clinic. She makes the sick sicker after seeing her! I am also a Nurse at the Polyclinic and we always give the benefit of doubt to any patient who is in pain or unwell. We treat all our patients with respect and as if they are our own family. The fact that we chose to be a healthcare professional meant that we are committed to serve with pride and compassion. Please do not always have the preconception that every NS guy who comes in are not genuinely sick. Please convey this message to your Indian female Dr…have a heart Doc otherwise don’t serve! I had also shared this with MOH & SMC hoping that this Dr doesn’t treat another patient like this. The clinic had gotten back to me & apologized on her behalf. Don’t tink I will ever go back to this clinic, really bad experience!

This clinic is my company's panel clinic, I have my fair share of bad experiences with a few doctors over the years. I totally understand the frustrations from the rest who posted negative feedbacks here. On 25 Apr morning around 8+am, I went to the clinic to seek consultation and medication for covid symptoms after self tested ART positive. I'm expecting to receive the usual standard but I was pleasantly surprised. Didn't waited long for my turn, about 3 patients before me. I noticed each patient stayed in the consultation room quite long about 5 to 10mins compared with my previous visits which is within 30secs. When it's my turn, I entered the room and was greeted by the friendly doctor. He was thorough and asked many questions relating to how I feel at the time and medical history. He emphasised to me a few times if any complications need to go A&E. I can sense he's genuinely concerned about his patients. I found out he's Dr. Chan from the counter after I left the room, the clinic needs more doctors like him to boost the clinic's image. The 5 stars given is for Dr Chan for this visit.

Went for consultations on Monday after office hours and reached at about 6.45pm. Was told by the doctor 3 days MC was given. Usually MC will start on the following day (my understanding is I’m on MC till Thursday). Was so sicked to check on the Medical Certificate until I’m ready to work on the next day. Was so shocked that I found my MC was supposed to end on Wednesday instead! Called the clinic and told me it is the protocol that MC is given on the day you visit! And was blamed that I didnt check before leaving. Hello I was so sicked therefore I visited you! And the bill that I’ve got is freaking expensive! $105 for fever, cough, flu. You think you’ve 5 stars services?

Wed 23 Feb 2022, about close to 11pm. Brought my son for allergy problem. Place was crowded but the wait for still ok. An Indian lady doctor attended to my son. Very caring to ask questions and reason for the medication. Counter staff manned by 1 Chinese lady doing registration and dispensing. She was courteous and patience to explain the medication. Don’t understand why there are bad reviews. Hope things gets better for all the bad feelings.

Doctor Consultation like brushing you off quickly and assume you are here just for MC. Due crowded cannot sit inside, Q number called also never inform and skip many number without recalling them. Super bad. Standards dropped many folds compare to 3 years ago. Don’t waste your time here.

Terrible. Called to make an appointment around noon before heading down and was informed that we can arrive between 1-2pm. We took a cab to the clinic and when we arrived at 1.48pm, we were told the earliest slot to see doctor is 6pm. Staff at counter was rude and unempathetic despite us explaining that we do not stay nearby and has taken a cab specially down after confirming the appointment time. Understand that the clinic is flooded but should manage the comms better.

DO NOT come to this clinic! I was down with just a mild fever, cough and flu, and my total bill came up to $148! It was a weekend evening and the person at the counter informed me the consultation was $58, which is really pricey but I was okay with it because 3 other clinics I wanted to go to were closed for the day. But the doctor didn't even bother doing any checks aside from the stethoscope. They also gave me a lot of medicine, and even included a mouthwash that cost $16?? Why would I need a mouthwash?! The flu medicine given was also just chewable tablets for kids, but cost me $20. They are overcharging for sure, go at your own risk!

Wanted to thank the receptionist first and foremost. Went there at 7am so I believe it was almost at the end of her long overnight shift but she was still very considerate, patient and kind. Informed her the reason of seeing a doctor is bc of vomiting and she quickly offered a plastic if i need one. Was given a referral letter from the doctor, and the receptionist was kind enough to write down the nearest hospital address for me to head to. When passing the letter to me, she walked to me instead of calling me to the counter and wished me full recovery which is very genuinely compassionate of her.

The doctor here failed to give my daughter the right medication even after second visit and we have requested for antibiotic but was turned down . My 17 year old daughter had to endure severe pain in her throat that kept her awake the whole night. I can relate to her pain as I had the same experience the months before. I was treated with antibiotics by another clinic and gotten better within next two days. My daughter went to the clinic on Saturday and went back again on Sunday wee hours as her throat was burning. The doctor(Indian lady) jus prescribed some more pain medication on top of the mouth wash and pain medicine she has already given her the day before. The fact that she was only given corticosteroids only on her second visit and the first visit was just some spray which we could easily get from pharmacy. The doctor had not consider her pain seriously. The cough mixture given to her could also be bought off the pharmacy counter. I brought my daughter to our usual clinic first thing Monday morning and tonight she already gotton better with antibiotics and cough mixture prescribed by the clinic which has medication to stop her pain. On top of all the drama, we had to pay high fee for such subpar treatment. Next time of illness became worst over weekend, just endure with it with set medication and see normal clinic. Don’t go to this clinic please.

I am shocked the staff in the counter asking me "what it is this time?" Well, she might have thought I'm doing it on purpose cause its my third time this month. She's not even putting the tympanic prove appropriately, she presses before it hit my ear. And you can't get accurate temperature by that. I am not feeling well and I am not sure if I still wanna come back at this clinic. This is not the first time I experience inappropriate behavior from this clinic. There is one more staff stating that I should have brought to me my staff ID when going to their clinic..but on that unfortunate date, I was in an accident. And the doctor on that night, even ask me, I why came at that hour! Sigh *terrible* and also.. the swabbing is really harsh 😮‍💨

I was there 12 July, 10pm-11pm+. I second all the 1 star review and i pity those who experienced worst than me. But i really hate to give 1star too just because of one side of the experience. Here's why overall, i give 3 stars. 1 star - drove 8min, waited for 1hr, consulted for FEW SECONDS, waited another 20min for bill and medication - locum doctor talked very fast like racing F1, rude and unprofessional, answered her own question. She asked what happened to you? and proceeded to ans her own question... cough sorethroat...... I'll give u medicine and MC. I gently said i'm not working i don't need MC, raised her voice and said it's their policy. I was surprised that it's their policy to give MC for non working people. - asked me to come back tmr just for ART. But I can do this on my own. Save going out spreading covid. - few seconds with doctor and pay $75 consultation 4 star - the clinic assistants are nice, calm in the midst of their busy work. they maybe short handed too so they move fast and quick and yet remained calm. - medicine label didn't indicate whether drowsy or non-drowsy - was told to receive SMS for ART appointment the following day but didn't receive. Anyways that's perfectly fine. - thankful that they open 24hrs With all these, thank you healthcare workers for serving. Some just need to be kinder in their conversation. Kindness goes a long way.

I don't know what's up with the previous reviews (which made me hesitant to go even just for my Sinopharm jab initially), but here's my experience - apart from it being an older clinic which meant available seats were plastic stools, the counter staff was courteous and even volunteered that I could book my 3rd booster already, the doctor was kindly, friendly, and chatty, and fast. It was a pleasant, satisfactory, and efficient experience.

The old Indian lady doctor is rude. I know she's experienced, but it gives you no rights to scold patients like that for not taking medication exactly by the prescribed timing (sometimes many factors set in - like you're sleeping etc esp when seriously ill). That's alright.. worst, she falsely accused me of simply taking medications just for sake of it when I went back to her for 2nd time for now sore throat and cough. She said I should not waste medications, just because I didn't pay for it, somebody is! Later the day, I did an ART myself and found that I've contracted COVID. Throughout my 2 visits to her, she did not swab test me, but that's fine as I found out there is no longer free testing by MOH now.

Excellent service received from the Chinese nurse at reception in her 50-60s. She’s kind, loving, caring, patient and empathetic… all you look for in a model reception/nurse at a clinic. The Indian doctor is also very thorough in his examination and patient as well. I have had great experience multiple times with this power duo at this clinic, please don’t change them too often. Highly recommend.

I called ahead to check if the clinic had available medication as the one I needed was not available islandwide due to no stock. They said they had an alternative so I went to the clinic and went ahead to do a consultation. The doctor decided that I did not have symptoms. But it’s not what I was feeling and still felt out of breath after the pretentious consult. The amount I was charged was not cheap. The receptionist mentioned they can only administer in the clinic, which was not informed prior to visit to the clinic. It was not possible for me to keep on going to the clinic every time I had an attack. I then asked for a prescription, so I can find the medication on my own. Yet, I was denied again. There was a reason I went to the clinic, yet I was taken as if I was just pretending to have to condition I have.

We had a reassuring experience when we brought our child to the clinic on 18th April around 8-9pm for his cough and fever. The doc who attended to us was meticulous. She diagnosed him and help to ‘warn’ my son not to take certain food and drinks which he likes. She requested for nebuliser treatment which was carried out immediately in the clinic. She even see him a second time and listen to his breathing to ensure his breathing had improved after the nebuliser session. Thumbs up for the professional service. 👍

my father went to this clinic in the middle of the night at 1am. The wait was short and receptionist was nice BUT the doctor was a locum one. He was quite unexperienced as when told about a condition, he googled it and gave the medication the google suggested. Furthermore, he did not really examine the patient thoroughly and did not give further medical advice such as diet.

Went to see doctor for cough and sore throat this morning, at 7.10am. The nurse said come back after 7.30am even though it 24 hours clinic. As usual, fast and given 3 days stay home notice. Need to do swab test but need to wait until 9.30am at least as advise by the nurse. If not go back home and come back 11am. Horrible, they should at least put a signboard and advise their swab test timing. So that patient can decide if we still want to see the doctor. Pretty lousy.

Absolutely horrible. I assumed that doctors would give patients the necessary care and address their concerns accordingly. But the doctors here have proved me wrong. They address issues with eyebrows raised & only want to clear patients as quick as they can. I am no doctor, but do you know how detrimental this is to patient care? I don’t have to be a doctor to understand this. Don’t bother visiting if you need help, they’ll only make it more painful.

Doctor isn’t on standby 24 hours, was told to come back only at 730am during the wee hours. ART test also only start at 1030, told to come back again (very hard when sick) On top of that, expect bill to be $90-$100 for a simple cold / flu consultation. Seems like OneCare next door is still the better option.

If u are the management reading this, tell your staff patient do pay their fee so please treat them with basic manners and courtesy. Don't you have bits of professionalism?

I called in to enquiry earlier because of a deep cut i have due to accident. Some glass fall and cut my toe. Was informed relief doctor don do snitches nor write memo. And seem to be discouraged to decide if to come. Informed that the doctor cannot even write a memo to indicate is a cut from accident or cut. And reminded if to come for treatment, and sent to hospital, still need to pay consultation fee. Overall experience from the phone call itself seem uncaring and don seem like a clinic i will even bother going. Is just purely from the tone of the call that seem super unkeen nor willing to suggest better or even ask on the situation.

Visited on 26 January 2024. The counter staff was caring and thoughtful, and went the extra mile to make additional markings for medications which I am not supposed to take that evening. She exhibited a deep sense of empathy and did her best to expedite the administration so that there were minimal delays. Great service!

Two stars because the receptionist/nurse was a very nice lady and the medicine helps. It was an after midnight visit so the usual doctors are not in. The doc in charge barely probed and explained things (I did most of the talking with my self diagnosis) before sending me off. He even almost forgot to check my throat (which was my primary issue) and didn’t say anything after. He also said I didn’t have an ear infection and that the blockage in my ear was normal. The next morning, I had a ruptured eardrum. Had to go ask a different doctor. Service can definitely be improved, especially with the exorbitant charges. Would go to the A&E instead next time.

The most useless clinic that overcharges. I went as I had severe vomiting and diarrhoea. The doctor who was in at 10pm plus was a useless doctor who barely even looked and saw what was wrong with me. He asked me to explain and wrote some medication for me. It didn’t work and I ended up going to raffles hospital at Changi Airport. The Indian receptionist didn’t basically bother and was busy video calling and talking. Basically a pathetic place to go if you need to visit a doctor for emergency and want feel better. And their charges are crazy. I was charged $177+ was 3 medication which didn’t work. This clinic doesn’t deserve any stars.

Doc is patient and thorough in assessing my sickness. Overall gd experience except that after taking Neuflo (Lysozen) given by doc, I felt drowsy on day 2. Given only 1 day mc which I requested even doc wanted to give more to let me rest. Reception didn’t advise me on this medication May cause drowsiness as I need to drive on day 2, it affected my focus on driving. Perhaps should highlight to patient is medicine May cause drowsiness.

A doctor who probably feels like the world is out to skive and get out of work when they find a doctor. Quick to dismiss and uninterested right from the start - his tone was sarcastic and mean. Retorting and rolling his eyes throughout the consultation like everything I said was nonsense, and was sarcastic right till the end. It was a terrible experience, and anyone who meets him just have to remember that its probably him who has an issue with his outlook of the world and not walk out feeling like they have done wrong seeking medical advice from an uninterested and dismissive doctor.

I went to the clinic on Thursday 21/9/2023 at 130am. I wanted to wait till after 9am because I wanted to avoid paying $135 (without medication) but due to an eye infection that was quite bad I had no other choice but to head down to the clinic in the wee hours. The doctor examined my eye ( I had not yet tell him how the eye infection came about). He was so quick to tell me to go to the A n E straight away because he highly suspects that I have glaucoma. I was taken aback and got abit anxious. I asked him what will happen… he said go blind lor! I proceeded to tell him that the infection came about after I used an eyeliner that caused the reaction almost instantly. After I explained he then said oh then it’s highly an eye infection and low chance that it’s glaucoma. As a patient, after hearing the diagnosis it’s natural to get worried and fear the worst, even though I really thought it was just an eye infection. He left me quite confused and anxious. He prescribed me antibiotic eye drops which I used diligently over the next few days. At the same time I made an appointment with the eye specialist because he said it could be glaucoma as well. It’s been four days since I used the eye drops and my eye has recovered and there’s no longer infection. This doctor that I consulted was young and I reckon not very experienced. He got me very worried giving the worst scenario like go to the A n E immediately… I do not think I will go back there.

Saw a male doctor (shoulder length hair, tied up) as I was having flu. Right before I even closed the door, he asked "what's wrong with you", with his head resting on his hand (on the table). He continued in this position as he spoke for a while (literally a while. It took less than 3 mins for the whole consult). I mentioned I'm only having a flu (said twice). He assumed that I have "flu, cough, sore throat". Asked for 1 day MC thrice, he ended up issuing me 2 days. Ended the less than 3 minute consult with "nothing serious la", after I said I took ART and it's negative. The lady after me ended her consult right when I sat down and crossed my leg. I then heard loud drama sounds from the consult room as there were no more patients. Don't bother going to this clinic. Can't give 0 stars.

Friendly staff, pretty efficient in seeing doc. Had to wait abit longer for "discharge" due to sudden surge in patients but the receptionist remained calm and patient. First time visiting, pretty sure won't be the last, especially when it's a 24 hour clinic. Keep up the good work!

Long queue waiting on Sunday late night. Request the doc to assist to clean the wound, but he didnt, just write a memo to tell the patient to go A&E for further check cos of his condition. But elderly patient preferred to go next day morning, hence request for cleaning of wound. In end doc didnt want to clean the wound. Still need to ask doc for medicine. Not professional doc IMO. The clinic assistant however was experienced to spot the issue, stop the bleeding and kind enough to let the patient rest on another room. Thanks for kind clinic assistant.

I was shocked to see this at 1+ star, then I realised clinics are the rare case for good comments, since visitors are mainly ill. I was there with parents for PCR test at midnight as instructed by counter lady. I believe this is to minimise contacts to other patients. At 2am we walked in and I mentioned about calling earlier, which she acknowledged while handling the previous patient. Parents and I waited outside and finally, doctor appear to do some background checks and throat check. We waited outside again and don’t really know what was the arrangement like, but we can see constant incoming patients (yes even at 3am). Counter lady was busy, I checked if we r getting the swab today. She said yes, she will be the one administering and she was already half gowned. She’s stopping the dressing up of PPE for administrative at desk. We waited, as we know one man show is never easy. Finally she appear and signalled us to make shift partition (which was blown apart from the storm earlier but she single handedly piece back again). It was our first PCR. Lady patiently tell us what to expect, and shared that by not moving and just bear for that seconds, it will be bearable for us. I shared my experience with the folks so they won’t be shocked from first intrusion. Thank you, the “grey haired counter” sister. The bad comments here must have been from frustrating n covid-shocked patients. Watching you one-man show handling registration at counter, admin to MOH so we get updates from the tests, passing us medication, and preparing and executing the test for us in wee hours, I have to write this. Really thank u and doctor, whom is of senior age but still operates a 24hour clinic, taking night shift and risk to handle more patients. 🙏🏻 To patients who visit - in times so uncertain and difficult, let’s give some patience. It’s nvr easy to face so many covid patients everyday. How else you think u can receive update of test results? Lady at counter cleared up all required admin work before facing covid-possible patients so that she can clean up herself later on too. One star missing was that I wish there were better system to help with administrative stuff so lady won’t struggle with time. Take care and god bless 🙏🏻

Place have been redesigned. More waiting area seats. Staff are polite and prompt with their service. Medication instructions are also given clearly. The place could do with a standing fan or two during warm days especially since they leave the entry door open and no Aircon can be felt.

I didn't catch her name, but the lady at Front Desk is super nice and sweet. She kept her voice low when giving instructions on the prescriptions. This is a rarity in clinics! She made my visit a pleasant one. And the doctor on duty was swift yet detailed too! I was in and out of the clinic in less than 15min. Even my takeaway food from next door was not ready yet.

It's my second visit to the clinic, and unfortunately, this time was a letdown compared to my positive first experience. I was unwell, running a high temperature, and during the consultation, the doctor quickly suggested that it is either influenza or Covid without thoroughly discussing my symptoms. When I expressed concern about dengue, he mentioned a blood test the next day as he is unsure. After testing negative for influenza, I felt rushed as he prescribed medications for my fever without addressing my broader health concerns. The experience left me dissatisfied, and I won't be returning. Paying close to $300 and waiting 45 minutes while feeling terribly sick, only to be brushed off, is not the level of care I expect. Adios

I was having a serious eye infection and having severe pain and so I search on google for 24 hours clinic nearest to me and found them. I was attended by this old Indian lady doctor whom look sleepy and not interested and her consultation room is hot and stuffy. Despite the high consultation price charged. She is not interested to do a detail check on your medical issue. I was having a serious eye infection and having severe pain while seeking her professional advice and treatment. But the moment she see you, she just said “ Eye infection lah “. She didn’t even bother to use a torch light or something useful that she can use to check on my left eye that was having extreme pain. She just ask me to go back home and gave me a medicated eye drop to ease the discomfort. I was so skeptical by her advice and true enough. After going back home and apply the eye drop the she had administered. It does not even help a bit. I went to the Eye clinic the next day and solve my problem instantly. *. Receptionist is polite and good. *. The old Indian lady doctor. ( No , No ) pls avoid at all cost.

Brought my child there in the middle of the night as he had tummy ache and vomitted for past 3 hours even after oral medicine. Doctor didnt even bother to check his tummy and suggested suppository (which i expected). My child was v resistant and kept crying and struggling, but the doctor just sat there n wait for him to stop and i need to ask him to hurry up while i pin my child down. Very unprofessional! But on a side note, nurse was very friendly, that’s the only upside of the clinic

The lady staff counter was very friendly and approachable. Will be much appreciated if the doctor can probe detail of patient condition like how severe is your pain and any wind...etc Advise on the food precaution . All these can make patient feel more emotionally connected rather than just 1 minute of blood pressure test. Medicine prescription is good to underline certain medication that follow through after certain initial medication taken eg,underline 1 hour after previous one.

It was 1st time I was visiting this clinic for a wound's dressing. Since I didn't know the route from hougang mrt, I called up to enquire. Upon requesting to know if it's near Hougang mrt, I was told by the operator that she doesn't know. On checking about any bus no she can advice, her reply was cold again. I asked if she is local and she said yes. I was also surprised to hear that she didn't know that they are located near Hougang village mall. But I managed to get to this clinic. The registration was fast and they helped me with complementary facemask. Dr was very helpful and did my dressing perfectly. Overall ,my experience at the clinic was full 5 but then what I got over the phone was disappointing. Thnx and I hope you help improve your 1st contact with customer else such later feedbacks won't help.

It was my 1st time visiting to this clinic (5-Oct-2023, ~9pm) as my mom was very giddy and nauseous. It was our turn after waited for ~30mins (6pax were in front of us). Doctor was professional in asking related questions, examined my mum and suspected she could had experienced Vertigo symptoms. An Injection was given on the spot (by doctor) and medication was prescribed shortly. I am thankful that my mum got better the next morning. Many thanks to doctor and nurse.

Yesterday, for the first time I went to 24 Hour Clinic again after the branch downsized. Suddenly, there were no patients when it used to be long queue at all times. I self medicated in the morning because I was so sick and couldn't wait, so when I see doctor in the afternoon my symptoms subsided. The young doctor listened to my breathing and told me I was well. (He thinks I am trying to con MC?) I said I have symptoms including flu, he never even ask what colour is the mucus etc. Today after taking his medicine my mucus is still yellow with blood, how doctor?? The receptionist also best, just say "here's your medicine", and never told me each medicine is what and take how many times or how many pills. Unprofessional much. I only remembered the receptionist didn't advise on the intake because one of the medicines says "2 pills daily", and I wasn't sure is that morning or night or 1 morning 1 night, so how, just anyhow take my medicine?? I am so sick and suddenly receive feedback form prompt, the more my blood boils.

This is a super horrible place. Got a deep cut bleed non stop share with the reception. Replied was just wait . Then I say its bleeding non stop at least at doc she say just wait. If this happen to their family ? And when I ask what my number again ? 12 la and give me the not happy stare look. If u not happy with the job don't work and best the doc only put a cream wrap the bandage badly and done. Anything go hospital is this even a doctor and nurse ? I m speechless if there is other option near me I will never step here anymore . This place don't even worth 1 star. One more they didn't even clean the wound. Just wrap and say go gp1 day later if not go hospital

Doctor was nice enough, but the pharmacist staff were rude, unresponsive, and impatient - especially when I asked if the medicine prescribed had anything I was allergic to. I said I had a fever, but took paracetamol before coming. Pharmacist responded "no fever what" after taking my temperature and seemed to be very dismissive. Pharmacist also seemed to be rushing me out of the clinic - I was checking that I had everything I was supposed to have when she snapped "anything else?" I also find their prices rather steep.

Very bad service, rude and arrogant staff. I went to see the doctor with severe stomach ache. There was this male doctor, I told him my mensus are going on and I am also getting vomiting sensation then to this all he had to say was ‘you got so many problems, do you have any other problem as well’ it was so rude but I was in deep pain I just asked him to give me medicine as I was having severe pain. While waiting in queue one lady (ahead of us on queue) seeing me in pain one she wanted me to go at her place, she volunteered asked the staff and the staff refused. Staff said all patients has to go in queue only. I have been in Singapore for 4yeqrs now this is the worst experience. All other clinics I have been so far I had very good experience. Will never go back to this clinic again

Afternoon doctor was nice but however i went once in the AMs (4/5am) and there was no other patients but i still had to wait around 15-20mins because doctor was sleeping and the receptionist couldnt wake her up. When she did finally wake up and assessed me it was less than a 2 min assessment with super vague questions. Not to mention THE PRICE, its so expensive and the price varies during different times of the day with the AMs being the most expensive costing $100+ for a 2 min consult and some store available medicine.. Truly not worth it

Went there on 12th sept morning for supposed food poisoning at midnight. Feelings of vomiting + developing fever. I was Q 50. When i went in the doctor didnt even palpate my stomach. First thing he said was sounds like food poisoning. He told me he will give me a jab but he did an extremely bad job. The plaster was totally off from the jab site! And worst of all, after the anti vomiting jab, which was supposed to help with the vomiting did not even stop the vomiting. After paying $226.30, which was another problem, while walking to the car, i immediately threw up. After all that pain and hassle and money it still didnt stop the vomiting??? Seriously? Moving on to the payment part, i wanted to pay by nets but just so happen the nets/credit card just crashed and is not charging well.. the CA at the front counter was trying her best. But it still didnt work. In the end i had to walk a good 5 mins to the nearest atm. Which didnt help me at all.

I came aroud 10 something in the morning. Great, no patients around. After 1 or 2 minutes filling up a form, already being call to the room to see the Dr. Pleasant Dr, no hesitant in giving me 2 days rest at home as i requested. Later part, then i realised, i forgot to wear a mask, and the counter staff did not make a fuss about it. Thanks, Central Clinic for the quick review so that i can i quickly back home to rest.

Worst clinic for a 24hr emergency clinic. Friend of mine whom have asthma her whole life had a severe asthma attack in the middle of the night. Front desk was slow to respond to patient. Doctor was even worst wrong diagnosis for acute and chronic asthma. Reluctant to let us use CHAS card due to their doctor's diagnosis unless we have past medical record that we somehow are able to retrieve. She have went to polyclinic to retrieve inhaler multiple times. Don't ever come here if u have a chronic illness unless u have other doctors record because the doctors here don't have a better judgement. If you are still reading here is a backstory: My friend just forgotten to bring her inhaler and was outside. She had an asthma attack and is in urgent need of inhaler. After receiving the inhaler at the payment we were dumbfounded that apparently u need to have supporting document for chronic asthma to claim CHAS card. After explaining to the doctor he was still reluctant to let diagnose her asthma as chronic for her to use the CHAS card. At Raffles Medical no issues to use CHAS card without supporting document of chronic illness. Over here you need reports to back up your condition irregardless. For people looking to come here pls ensure to bring ALLL supporting document for your chronic illness if not u will face the same issue

Locum doctor is fine and able to give good diagnosis however, the receptionist or nurse is horrible. Didn’t shows empathy to the patient, take her work as a routine and fulfil the duty as a receptionist by registering patient then continue to watch her Indian drama at 1ish a.m. those patients who rush to 24hrs clinic are those who are really sick. Please don’t just work or fulfil your duty.

Would not recommend. Pricey $85 consultation. Terribly managed because I spent more time waiting to speak to the receptionist than waiting to see the doctor. The receptionist is either overwhelmed or terrible at her job. Given the prices, including medication, you might as well visit the A&E. Will not be returning even if I have no other options.

I went to see the doctor for a routine check-up. The doctor ended up prescribing me two different medications right away, without waiting for the test results first. Isn't it common practice to wait for the results before prescribing any medication? it's not the first. Same thing happened when i went there for a check up last 3months ago. I can't help but feel like the doctor wasn't really taking care of me as a patient. It's important to have all the necessary information before deciding on a treatment plan, right? Thanks for listening!
