I've
been
a
regular
at
Whisk
and
Paddle
for
quite
some
time
now,
visiting
with
my
family
almost
twice
a
month.
One
dish
that
has
consistently
blown
me
away
is
their
Vongole
-
it's
easily
the
best
I've
had
in
Singapore.
However,
I've
noticed
a
decline
in
the
quality
and
quantity
of
clams
in
the
dish
over
the
past
couple
of
years,
which
is
a
bit
disappointing.
Their
truffle
fries
are
another
highlight
and
are
downright
addictive.
The
aroma
and
flavor
are
spot
on,
making
them
a
must-have
every
time
I
visit.
On
the
flip
side,
some
of
the
other
dishes
on
the
menu
don't
live
up
to
the
standards
set
by
my
favorites.
They
lack
the
same
level
of
taste
and
satisfaction,
which
is
a
bit
of
a
letdown.
The
service
at
Whisk
and
Paddle
is
decent,
though
not
exceptional.
While
it's
not
the
best
I've
experienced,
it's
sufficient
to
make
the
overall
dining
experience
enjoyable.
Despite
the
ups
and
downs,
I
remain
satisfied
with
my
visits
to
Whisk
and
Paddle,
mainly
due
to
the
consistently
great
Vongole
and
truffle
fries.
If
they
can
maintain
the
standards
for
these
dishes
and
perhaps
work
on
improving
the
quality
of
their
other
offerings,
it
would
undoubtedly
enhance
the
overall
dining
experience.
