It is understandable, indeed, that in fast food chain, it gets busy. But in this case, it wasnt busy at all. Seems like all staff was hired in a single day without any training. Customer dealing skillset of staff is absurd. I asked for a ice lemon tea, instead got a pepsi. Had to stand in line of 30 mins just for medium meal. Come on guys. One staff named "SANDEEP" as far as i remember seeing his name tag on shirt. He was the only one on front end dealing with everyone but lacks customer interaction as such, was ignoring 5 customers behind him waiting for his response on delays. Who showcase this kind of behaviour when working in F&B and representing a team?

Today I was at burger King bestech mall n I ordered wrap n paid for the same....it took so long n was really in hurry so I told them to either make my order or refund if u can't .....I requested many times but the staff didn't listen n behaved like dum d .....I came back without my order n they also kept my money .......very bad experience......it was just 140 rs they should understand but no .....very very bad experience with burger King @bestech mall ....greedy behaviour of all staff at burger King ....never visit

I had ordered from 129 menu combo of two burgers with lite whopper jr veg+ crispy veg .But they packes only crispy veg. Order was through zomato. And after calling them they were not answering.

excellent taste and superb fingerlicking cheesy fries accompanying with coke, burger and ice cream.. little imorovement required in mere crispy veg. burgers.. they are tasteless..

I don't find the difference between Sunday Chocolate and Choco Freez, but the later one has almost double price.

They always deliver incomplete order. Will take forever on dine in orders. When you want to connect them, they'll never respond. GROSS. PATHETIC. CHEAP. ARROGANT.

Hello, I just ordered from Zomato and I've tried to call but you guys just won't pick up!!! My order was of 2 paneer wraps and one cheesy fries but you did not give the cheesy fries it's not in the packing! It was also mentioned in the bill that I had ordered cheesy fries too.

Don't need to say anything the photo says everything. I ordered A veg burger meal with thick chocolate shake but got 70% ice cream Mixed with Milk... The Quality of shake was pathetic... On asking the staff guy behaviour was next level rude... Quantity was also not standard since they didn't have the sufficient quantity of stuff to serve so they serve me this worst experience of mine at a Burger King ever... After paying arround 300 I got a small burger with fries & A 65% to standard quantity shake. Not recommending this burger King outlet to anyone.

Just ordered food from this place. GROSE is what i can say. I mean i understand its corona time and these guys are not getting many orders. But the quality of food these guys are using is absolutely terrible. One must refrain to ordering from this place until its back in business. Furthermore they should be to one to close their outlet instead of providing stale and rotten stuff.

Update your number in zomato application and in the website,sending orders missing and putting fake numbers and fooling customers

Although I live BK but this outlet firstly denied to take any order by saying we are closed but then started taking orders again. This is Really disappointing.

Ordered 129 crispy veg with cheese and fries.only fries were good.burger was garbage taste.patty was horrible awfull ,yuck so tasteless ,inside burger there was no taste of potatoes inside patty,lot of extra tangy myonaise in burger,size was also small i had to throw away burger in bin,no cheese taste was there.will never order from here again
