The best Vietnamese food I have ever trying during Australia visiting. I am Vietnamese and always finding a Vietnamese food when I am visitng Australia. Pho bo is much better than BunMe in Sydney, which in BunMe they put way to much shallot /onions and it loose the smell of authentic Pho. Here is just right. Roasted Pork Belly : amazing crunchy skin same as Vietnam. Fresh Springrolls : fresh and nice shrimps. Delicious sauce. More and more.. Atmosphere : Spacious, cleaniness. Services : helpful, fast and nothing to complain. I will be back. So glad that I found Tre Viet in the middle of Maitland.

If you like fresh, clean authentic food, do yourself a flavour and try wonderful Vietnamese food . This restaurant is run by a lovely family who ensure the food is so fresh and at very reasonable prices. As a bonus, it is a BYO !! They have a great lunch menu that everybody can afford. This will become our favourite restaurant !!!

First time visit today and it was absolutely delicious! I would recommend Tre Viet Kitchen to everyone. We had takeaway lunch today; rice paper rolls, wontons, shaking beef and lemongrass chicken. All beautifully cooked and so much packed into each container. I will be a regular customer from here on out!

This place is fantastic. Traveling from Brisbane we think these guys have the best seafood options in greater Maitland. The garlic prawns are 11 out of 10 and best I have had. My companions also really enjoyed the honey prawns and the Vietnamese pancake. My friend who lives in Rutherford will be back....

Great food made fresh and fast. Ate here a few time during the week I was here, did call the first time so I could pick it up on the way through. Walked in the other times and ordered, didn't wait long. Good healthy options. Thanks again

I love good Vietnamese food and I've already eaten here several times since moving to the area last month. The Pho is delicious (both the chicken and combination beef), the vermicelli noodle salads are really nice and the chicken rice paper rolls are also great. The restaurant is comfortable and relaxed and the staff are friendly. This place has quickly become my go to for a great meal.

What an amazing experience! I ordered the crispy pork noodle, fried rice, and pork spring rolls. I was so excited when I arrived and smelled the delicious aroma coming from the restaurant, then entered and felt welcome immediately. The staff are really friendly and did a great job. The food was delicious and light, not leaving a heavy feeling after eating. I can whole heartedly recommend eating here, and I am definitely looking forward to enjoying my next meal from here again very soon. Keep up the amazing work!!!

Food is good. Exactly what you'd expect. I truly wish though that MSG wasn't included in the dish. I never quite understood the need to make a strong flavour using an artificial means when a good restaurant can do it with natural herbs, spices and sauces etc. Yeah it was nice enough but sadly the addition of MSG means we sadly can't return.

Holy Yum! I had the lunch special stir fried beef with vermicelli noodles and it was delicious. Veggies were fresh and crunch, fish sauce was light and tasty. Couldn’t fault the dish. Will definitely be back for more

I've been quite a few times and I try to order different things from the menu. Everything is good, and I have some real favourites, both Vietnamese dishes and classic popular dishes like Honey Chicken. The dining area is simple and clean, great for a casual meal, and when you dine in the food is perfectly presented. I've recommended to many people and everyone has been impressed. My favourite restaurant in Maitland!

This is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve been to, the beef pho is absolutely delicious, the broth is flavourful, the noodles are fresh and the beef sliced so thinly it melts, we also had the salt and pepper squid which was cooked perfectly soft with a thin coating of batter and spices, the garlic salad that accompanies it is perfection. The service is always amazing, they are so kind, attentive but not overbearing. I honestly don’t know how there aren’t people lining up out the door.

Best Banh Mi. The chicken and the crispy pork belly rolls are equally good. Always fresh ingredients, great service and friendly atmosphere

Honey chicken was very over cooked, house special tre Viet rice had smoked sausage in it, smelt like an ash tray. Satay beef was OK, but sauce was a little thin

A lovely, clean cafe; relaxing atmosphere and well patronised. They have lots of frequent regulars. Excellent, friendly staff; always willing to accommodate your needs. Nothing is too much trouble. Interesting and varied menu; food always fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. Every meal I have had there, whether dine in or takeaway, has been enjoyable.

Very happy with the meals here. The freshest flavours, the textures, the amount served, all of it was perfect.
