This was one the best Airbnb property we stayed. Ideal for large gang of friends with extra spacious rooms and living areas. The beach view terrace is the highlight especially for having a wonderful night party. The place is appropriately located as its not far from the crowded north goa and not too close to it. This place is ideal for people who chose to enjoy Goa in little bit of peace with less crowded roads and beaches.

The resort is well maintained but is very far away fromthe main areas in goa like anjuna beach etc. The view from the villa was amazing. Still I will not suggest this resort as we had to travel around 20 kms minimum every day just to visit different tourist spots.

It's away from the city area, calm and peaceful! Rooms are really good, the beach view is amazing! Just so peaceful. The only issue is it's far from city area so get a lot of food and snacks with you. All in all its an amazing place to live. It's very affordable also.

Very calm and happy environment, if you want pies this a right place to find it. Room cleaning was good and , need improvement in service. Rooms view of ocean is Mind blowing.

Superb villas. Best for a group of people on a holiday. We'll facilitated and close to beaches like sinquerium and coco. Very peaceful place with sea view balconies and huge rooms.

Lovely place to stay. Next to Coco beach. Candolim & Calungute are only 10-15 mins drive away, depends on the traffic. Good property, Rooms are of decent size and clean. We had issues with Ants in the kitchen (most probably because the property was closed). The care taker (Mahendra) took care of them when we informed him. Had a lovely and pleasant stay. Lovely hotel, good location and value for money, breakfast really good and staff really friendly and helpful. Would recommend for people .
