Rooms were clean but are very small. Amenities are good, staff is friendly but reception and their response to calls might annoy you. The location is perfect. The best part of my stay was the buffet. You shouldn't miss that any cost. Overall, the hotel is fine but not worth for the money we out in.

Indian hospitality is one of the best in the world, and it’s definitely true, you just need to visit this property to experience it all. I am a frequent traveler so it is not easy for me to rate a hotel with 5 stars, but this property deserves all the appreciation and praise possible. Wonderful hospitality, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. Zeba who manages both the properties is a great manager, didn’t miss any day during our stay to call us to ensure this vacation becomes memorable for my family. One of the most kind and humble manager I have come across. 🙏 Susan and her team made every possible effort in making the stay super special and comfortable. Extremely friendly people. My daughters even made a hand written note to express their happiness. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff to the restaurant were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! They made us feel at home and we would need to visit again. If you are in this property, I can ensure that you are well taken care. Thank you once again for making Goa trip as one of our best trip.

Property is beautiful and spacious. The only thing missing is a beach within/next to the property. However all major beaches are 5 minutes away. The best part about the property was the kids play area.its attended and you can leave kids there to play. One of the best play areas for kids I've seen so far. Pool and kids pool is also very peaceful and offers a great view. Definitely visiting again with my kids. They really enjoyed here. Also the service is 5/5.

Had a lovely time here at Novotel. The staff is generous, courteous and makes sure all your needs are fulfilled the moment you have requested for something. The service provided by Subhadra Ma'am and Rahul Sir has been exceptional, they took care of our dietary concerns and made sure we had a good time here.

Clean, Cosy and Beautifully designed rooms of this villa, along with close proximity to all the best restaurants and Beach Shacks, was the best advantage of staying in this villa. Glen who owns this villa is also super cooperative. He will ensure a pleasant stay and coordination for all the travel plans like Water sports and restaurants . A very peaceful place to stay solo or with family. Away from the the crowded areas. Easy access to the beach with good shacks - a minute’s walk. Good cafés and restaurants around the property. We're really glad to stay at Sovereign Villa. Owner Glen who is very friendly and use to rectify all issues within a few minutes. Neat & cleanliness, use to clean the room and change the towel daily. They are really have service tedency, in-between of money minded people. they have been offering Villa with such all amenities along with cleanliness and good service. In my whole experience which I have stayed at hotel, Villa & resort, This is the best service which directly by property owner. Must recommended Villa for people who wish to stay at north goa.

I stayed here for 5 days. It is too near to candolim beach. Glen is a very kind, calm and supportive person. He will arrange a scooter, car or Jeep for you just by one call. He also organised sports activities for me and my wife which I enjoyed a lot. Rooms were very clean and provided 2 water bottles everyday. Cleanliness is up to the highest level. Changes bedsheets everyday. I enjoyed a lot and his guidance is that makes your all trip very smooth. I will recommend everyone to stay here!!

Visited their restaurant "Food Exchange". It had a large multi cuisine buffet spread. Service is excellent. Harsh and team loved serving the guests. Beautiful decor. Good vibes. Spacious. Food is delicious.

Properly is small, close to Candolim beach, about 10 minutes walk. Breakfast spread is great. Taste is Good. Hygiene. We had to shift our room.. Window panes broken, Kettle not working, Washroom lock not working. Team attends to all your needs. My Ratings Property - 4 Room Size - 4 Food - 3.5 Staff - 4.5 Location - 4 If you are spending money to be on a beach then this is not a place. I am not clear how is this a Resort and not a normal Accor Hotel.

Wonderful place, nice kids area my daughter enjoyed it and never wanted to leave. Amazing food at Food exchange. The pool is very well maintained and really good especially the pool side bar. Hotel ambience is amazing and staff is curtious especially Madhur, Aanchal and Susan really made our stay memorable by giving us lot of perks and upgrades on our stay. One of the best properties in GOA at the competitive price of INR 10k per night. Thank you and grateful.

This is one of the best hotels in north Goa from ambiance stand point. The rooms though are not up to mark. One of their best attraction is their swimming pool and how calming effect it has. Their breakfast is the best. They offer free breakfast, however I would check if it is included in your package and not make that assumption. The breakfast has plenty of options. We did try their lunch buffet once and it was good as well, however didn’t go well with me later. The staff is very helpful and hospitable.

One of the Best trips one could have . We booked Prestige suite and we are a family of 4. The Suite had very nice facilities and the staff was courteous. They gave shuttle for New Casino at other Novotel hotel . Also Since we had an early checkout , the breakfast was served before 7 am in the morning. Kids enjoyed at pool and Salon also had good services .Overall a nice and comfortable stay.

Location is good due to proximity to Candolim beach but entrance/exit by car is very difficult. Activities in the resort also are there and quite a few are paid. They can increase the options and maintain them better. Breakfast spread is very good. Although dinner options on the menu are not too many.

Novotel hotels are very beautifully designed properties in goa. The food is good. The pool is really large for fun and workouts. Near to condolim beach road once you walk out of the hotel there are lot of street shops to shop from! The hotel maintains a good hygiene and very amicable staff

Simply brilliant. The breakfast was to die for and the rooms were comfortable cozy and spacious at the same time. The bathrooms were great. The staff was helpful and courteous. All in all a great stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Had wonderful stay at this hotel. The property offers breathtakingly beautiful views of the swimming pool, which only gets better with succulent food and excellent service by dedicated staff. The pool view is more like some Bali style resort. The only drawback was that pool bar didn't have any music. We were told that speakers are not working. Reception staff was friendly and so helpful. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was smooth. The place was clean and hygienic. The restaurant food was all buffet style and amazingly fresh. Breakfast has wonderful spread and all items were pleasing to our pallets. One of the best hotels without any doubt. Utkarsh at Pool Bar was very accommodating and dedicated. His exceptional services was like an icing on the cake.

Friends, I stayed at this place with my family for 4 nights. The place is best option and value for money, with advantage of being just 2 minutes away walkable from Candolim Beach and Prime location in North Goa, We had a great stay & pleasant experience at The Sovereign Villa. The rooms were clean, hygienic, spacious and with all the amenities like TV, fridge, AC, 24x7 hot water along with complimentary water bottles. Rooms were cleaned daily with daily changing of bed sheets, towels, etc. Host Mr. Glen was superb and very friendly. I would have bothered him many times for so many things, but he was very humble and prompt for every ask. I bet you can't get better place and better host than Glen.

Stayed in Novotel for celebrating our wedding anniversary. We were upgraded to a suite and also surprised with a cake (we don’t know who intimated them as none of our close family/friends did). Our one year old kid enjoyed the kids room as well. A kids friendly place. Great views, great food, great hospitality! Would love to stay again in this property.

The Resort is located away from the main Candolim area. Check inn procedure was very Smooth. The Room was tidy & clean with big bathroom. The Pool area Is very well designed with a Spacious Swimming pool & a big Jacuzzi. The pool attendants were very friendly. Had one of the best Pizza by the Pool. The Breakfast was a huge spread with tasty Dishes, especially their baked products were very perfectly made. The Service staff were well organized & reached each table. Overall we Enjoyed the Stay.

The hospitality is at another level. Experience we had was just amazing. My family was there for three days and it was an outstanding stay. They have kids area too, indoor games and many things. For an infant Dalkhichdi and milk is free. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner have a good spread. I would like to thank all Novotel Team for making my trip memorable. Never ever had such experience. We were travelling for a relaxed laid back holiday with family and friends and choose Novotel Resort and spa for our stay. The hotel is located in central area of Goa, the happening and crowded candolim area, but at the same time it’s always all hustle, bustle and noise, which is a blessing. It’s a great properly overall with well laid out facilities and activities to engage all age group members of family. A very helpful and cordial staff, clean and spacious room and great breakfast. What more you want :)

We had an amazing stay. The property is extremely well maintained. The pool side is superb. All the outdoor facilities are good. Staff at reception were very supportive. We stayed here with group of families for three nights and the hospitality ensured by staffs was just amazing everything was spectacular.
