Let me tell you guys, this is just a really cool hotel & when I say that, believe me it is. It's just next to Calangute Beach, next means just 4 jumps & you are in the Arabian Sea. I have uploaded some videos & photo kindly check. I wish I had more photos. But never mind. The staff is polite & good. There's a small inhouse café or kind of hotel, which serves the food to room & the taste is good, not a problem. About rooms, the rooms are spacious with big bathroom, some rooms have balcony. The location of this hotel is great, means next to beach, what you want more, but the only problem once you will face is finding this hotel for the first time, only first time, afterwards no problem at all. Basically you are in the main Calangute Beach Area and the Baga beach Is just nearby. Safe place to stay, No worries. You can book online for around 1000/- rupees or less.

This is completely Fraud while I tried my booking online for this hotel as I tried to call and book my stay, the receptionist said that madam kindly transfer 50%of booking amount and will book the stay for me but as I transferred the amount then they call and say that they can't book room as the system is not taking the 50%amount so either you pay the full amount or we will refund the amount that was paid. When I frequently tried his number he block my number and no response from hotel. I have to rate 1 star as can't post review without same. Be careful with such fraud as it's ruined all holiday plan at last minute issues.

Okay so it's kind of a false advertisement. The beach isn't as accessible from the property as it looks. But the rooms were clean and and the linens provided were sufficient. The rooms are pretty and spacious. I would suggest to call them and directly book them as booking.com or sites charges more. I am only giving 3 stars cause the staff were well behaved no doubt but they didn't let us talk to the owner regarding some problems we were stating he didn't like being involved. I might or might not return here it definitely depends if the property owner deals with the costumers and their plights personally. The owner can't treat it like a multi chain business and keep their hands and money in their respective pockets. The food was great. The service provided by the workers was sufficient.

Few things you should know before you book this so called resort- - No wifi in rooms, you have to get to the reception to use the wifi. - No mobile internet signals in the room. Eventually you have to use their wifi. - No telephone in the rooms to order food or call the service. - Only one chef is there in the kitchen, so your ordered food might take some time (minimum half an hour or so). - Beach is only one minute far from the resort. - Some rooms are very small, you will find yourself a bit suffocated.

The lady at reception is rude and arrogant. Wont accept UPI payments, card pos won’t work in that location. Had very bad experience at night, fan rod broke while running, gods grace it didn’t fell over us while sleeping at night, we informed about this incident they hotel people just laughed and ignored Don’t ever dare to stay in this hotel

We were really lucky to have found this gem. The staffs were polite and the rooms were really nice and worth the price.it had a very good ambience.the rooms were well maintained and the restrooms were neat.the only issue was car parking but that too was sorted out by the staff there. It was a pleasant experience staying there.

This is very good hotel in very cheap price. The best part of this hotel is, it it available infront of Calangute beach also there is direct entry on beach from hotel. Quality of food and service are very good. I have stayed many time during business tour and vocation tour.

WE HAD STAYED HERE FOR 4 DAYS( june3 -june6) LOCATION: VERY NEAR RO CALANGUTE BEACH APROX 100m CUSTOMER SERVICE: EXCELLENT ROOMS: We opted for 4 bed non ac room Single western toilet/bathroom A small refrigerator is present Cleanliness: 4 ⭐️ Room service: 4⭐️ Nice outside space with personal tables and chairs for each rooms Parking available for 2 wheelers, for 4 wheelers its difficult No in-house restaurant/cafe/bar They will also help u with scooter rentals Due to off season got a good facility for an affordable price Good atmosphere Had great experience would love to vist again :)

Worst experience ever. Front desk Lady was so money minded. We were told rooms are fully equipped with everything but when we checked in, rooms did not have bathing towels, cover sheets, water bottles etc. When we checked with front desk, nobody was there to help us. Wifi was turned off at midnight. Worst place to stay in Goa. Afterwards when the lady was complained about the experience, she did not even listen to it. Do not recommend this place at all. Zero star would be my option if i had one.

Overall a very good place to stay near calangute beach, recommended for both family and friends. Nice and clean room, beautiful open space and most important a very well behaved staff. But there are few improvements required like service should be improved specifically delay in food you order. Also mosquito net should be provided in every room as there are mosquitoes around even though mosquitoes repellent are provided. And also a medium sized additional rug should be added in every room.

The rooms were okay types, hygiene is not maintained. The curtains were dirty, there were cobwebs which hadn't been cleaned. And the staff are very laid back. The food wasn't good. And we had requested for a late check out since our bus was in the evening & we were only 3 ladies with a kid. But they were bent on getting us vacated & started blaming us for letting us stay there. Very rude behaviour. Totally it's not worth staying there with family & especially kids.

All rooms are good and affordable price. Room service is neither good nor bad. Hotel food is good but food is very spice and quantity is less and expensive.

a nice place to relax and easy access to beach.. suggest to bring the mosquito repellent and prebook from online. affordable rate aswell...

Very bad , full night I was awake killing the mosquitoes and protecting my daughter from them. We book via Agoda, seeing their reputation. But pre booking my ney they took n we thought of let's try for one day. It is like wastage....

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. 1 min walk to beach and rooms were fine. Advisable to stay.

1line review - Not worth it, better book hotels in it's immediate vicinity,they are at a better peice and much better. Detailed Review - I booked it via Agoda where they clearly mentioned that all rooms had AC, now in addition to that cottage tupe had garden view and were near to shore too, but apparently they say that cottage means No AC, and that was supposed to be common knowledge ( yeah they said that) Any how if you see more reviews you'll also come to know about the manager lady or receptionist or owner or host ,whatever she is, she is one inhospitable person, with ego issues. Even if she had made a mistake whe wouldn't agree on it, she's definitely rude and doesn't care about accomodating any kind of practical requests. Lastly for the quality of rooms, I'll say that it was way to expensive even for off season, and during the season it's just rubbishly expensive. I'd suggest you to choose any other hotel. Ps- They are so so many hotels, even if you can't see it on various trip websites, you can see them on maps, book those. Almost all of them are better. I stayed in Angelos inn, they were much better, different floors for bachelors, couples and families,that was good too. In o Camarao all the guys drink nad abuse during night time as the benches are surrounded by the rooms and everyone drinks on those benches.

This Resort is located on beach side and they have good rooms and xlean services, you can book before visiting here.

The only pros for this place is that its near to beach.....maintenance is okay but hell lot of mosquitoes and the ants were forming an army when we came back to our room after exploring. The lady at the reception is kinda rude and ignorant.

Beware - Lady on counter super arrogant. Bad service. Bad staff. Worst place to stay. Most of the Time electricity is not there. So don’t expect AC Cooling it doesn’t work. While booking online - god save them. If you think I’m wrong just go thru all Reviews

Nice cozy room for 4 people. Very comfortable and clean. Good staff and very nice ambience. Its near to the beach. We can walk towards the beach. Nice place to sit outside in the sands and coconut trees!!

Lovely little place with authentic Goan ambience! Smack right in front of calangute beach…you can literally just get of our room and walk straight down to the beach with lovely food shacks nearby.

Room is very nice the property 1 min from beach and room service also good wifi not working and seafood was awesome specialy surmai masala with bhakri

DO NOT SEND ONLINE MESSAGE ON GOOGLE MAP OR CALL ON NUMBER PROVIDED HERE SINCE THAT'S A FRAUD AND THE WORST PART IS STAFF IS INVOLVED. THE RECEPTIONIST WILL SAY THEY HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST FRAUD ON ASKING FOR FIR REPORT THEY WILL SAY IT HAS NOT ARRIVED YET.

Peaceful place. One minute walk for beach. 2 minutes walk to bus stand. And place is amazing

Location little tricky to search. It's actually near to calangunte bus stop. But they won't say it's near. And please try match your journey checkin timings. Before checkin time they won't allow to get in room. It's quite uncomfortable. Other than its near to beach and you can easily access to main road. It's near only. Loved this time in Goa and enjoyed....😍

Very peaceful and clam place, specially suggested for family because of its peacefullness. Staffs are very adjustable. Totally great stay with budget amount

I love this place 😍 , Main reason it's near to Calangute beach. Room Having sufficient space, some cottage also available. In morning you can walk towards beach, walking distance 200m see sunrise and enjoy your day.
