We stayed here for 3 days. Staffs are very helpful and this hotel location is near to baga beach. It's a residential property. So they provide 24×7 security as well. I highly recommend it for families and bachelors as well. Had a Great stay

They mentioned very good description. But in real there is no service like that. They mentioned they provide complimentary 4 hours late check-out. But they clearly denied. They mentioned welcome drink will be provided. But no welcome drink. Even drinking water is chargeable. Room cleaning service they give only at 10 am after that cleaning staff is not available. Even they don't have computer. I need a simple print out but they are not capable for that. I stayed in lots of places but this was a horrible i never expected. In the home they provided 2 AC but none of these is working. They provide intercom telephone but it is not working. You have to find their staff in all over the property if any help is needed. Really never visit here in this price you will get some classy hotels or homes.

Highly NON recommendable .. the services are too bad - property manager -AMAR RAJPUT , he dont know how to talk to guests , ruthlessly speaking as if guests are living free here .. no ethics at all .. rooms have coackroaches .. smells are there .. they dont allow swiggy also to come yo flat to deliver .. please this is wastage of money and mood here . Lifts. Also dont work properly

Though good, too much restrictions on pool usage i.e from 10 to 6 🤔😠. Who will wait till 10 without going outside?? Frequent power failures & any plugged devices will not work except A.C & fan!! Washing machine available for 1BHK service appartments & not 2BHK service appartments 🤣🤣. . Gas stove is there without gas only induction stove to be used @ mercy of power... Definitely will not come back here.. They need to improve alot which I don't think they will...

Location wise it is great. It is very near to Baga Beach. There are no kitchen utensils. Just an induction cooker and a pan. If you going with baby just to cook homemade food. It is just a big NO. In the middle of night, power cut no back up. Lift had also no current. For family stay a big NO

stayed 3 nights here, amazing rooms and super swimming pool a. We can cook in the kitchen.. staff is friendly and supportive .

We stayed here for three nights. We booked a two bedroom apartment which can accommodate Max of 6 persons at Rs.5700 per night. Rooms were too good and felt like a home. We were given third floor and lift is also available. There were 2 bed rooms, one living room, one kitchen and four balconies. TV, fridge, induction stove, kettle, water heater and Wifi were present. AC was available in bed rooms as well as living rooms. There was room service everyday where they will clean the room and dispose all the waste. We were given juices at the time of check-in. Rooms were so comfortable as home. Toiletries were also provided. For water bottle, we have to pay. (Rs. 20 per water bottle) It was such a nice experience we had with the stay. Manager Amar Singh was helpful. Cons: 1. We saw one rat was roaming around which is a major issue. Management should resolve this. 2. There were some cockroaches present. Seems like they were using plumbing lines to get in. Swimming pool is good and only allowed between 9AM to 6PM. Pool water was average. There was a restaurant nearby Pushpavati Cafe who will deliver food if we order by phone. Their menu will be available in the room.

This place absolutely SUCKS. Its so bad.. Whenever my family tried to park our car somewhere, the watchman kept on telling us to move our car away. The bathrooms have cockroaches in them and the cleaners don’t clean the house properly.. The cleaners also spoke to my family in a rude way. My room’s wardrobe door was broken too! The pool had a strange taste to it (it definitely wasn’t chlorine.) But there is a lot of beautiful sights nearby so thats why it deserves a 2 stars.

Booked this hotel via Goibibo. Did not like the property due to many reasons. Our vacay time will be wasted due to bad services and management people (owner) . 1) Bedroom AC not working which made sleepless nights and tough stay 2) No Washing machine provided . But this is mentioned in the amenities while doing booking 3) No parking available. And also not mentioned on website that it is paid parking for us. When raised complaint with owner, he talked rudely and denied to accept the mistake. Very difficult and time wasting to search paid parking as well. 4) location of this place is very inside. One to walk a lot to reach beach and market. 5) very narrow road to reach this place . Overall I did not like property and argumental behaviour of owner. It ruins one Holiday mood.

The rooms are heavily infested with cockroaches. Though the rooms are preety small it serves the purpose. Ours was a 2bhk Apartment and hence had 2 big balconies which was an added advantage. Also they provide with all cooking equipment(utensils and cutlery) along with an induction. Has a small size swimming pool and a pretty good parking space. If the rooms are maintained well and gets pest controlled it would be a great place to stay.

1km to beach. The rooms are really good. Street view flat is spacious enough for 4 people. Has cutlery and utensils for cooking. Has a stove, washing machine, induction cooker, kettle and a microwave availible. There is a water purifier as well. The apartment has a tiny pool.

Mumbai like 1Bhk apartments with few flates have swimming pool view from the balcony. Property have OK sized swimming pool in the IVy retreat. Lift available to reach higher floor in the apartment but sometimes failes as lifts is not maintained properly. Overpriced in terms of services.

This is a nice peaceful place , the rooms were clean, the kitchen was good to use , the staff is very helpful, the ambiance is nice, walking distance to Baga beach, ⛱️ outside food is allowed They help to order cab If you are planning north Goa with family Ivy retreat house is one of the best place

Great Experience. Pool was very clean. Lot of kitchen itinerary available, you can also cook. Each room has WiFi, AC, Geyser. Staff were nice and friendly.

10-12 minutes walking from the Baga beach. Its a good choice if you are a family of 4-5 , you can take a 1BHK and cook some times in your own kitchen. You can order from your room as well, menu cards of multiple restaurants are there in room only. 1 BHK tariff is around 2200. Rooms are decent, feels like a home.

I stayed in this property second time, it is easy approachable and not that costly for a family. You can get studio and two BHK as well. I request to the owners they should manage it very well. The bathroom,rooms and appliances need some renovation, I used the same room and same things which I used 3 years before. The service provided was good though, they were one phone call away and helpful and sorted all problems. Pool also need a bit improvement. Overall kind of rate they are charging they should improve things. It is recommended if you are coming Goa to not enjoy the property but to roam a lot then it is a good option.

Ivy retreat is a good option for best budget friendly studio apartments stay near Baga's Tito's lane. Room was well maintained with fridge, WM, TV, balcony, Wi-Fi and swimming pool. Ideal for a family stay.

BEST EXPERIENCE Most Trusted place to stay, (DEERAJ) was the best staff. He managed everything including cleaning, booking a cab, Buying things, helped to get rent a bike. Well-maintained swimming pool. Free WiFi, kitchenette, and washing machine available. I give 5 Stars 2 stars for the hotel and +2 stars for the (Dheeraj) and 1 star for the cleaning staff (they are on time at 10 AM daily they will come and do their work properly). Much recommended if u go with family or as a bachelor

Property looks pretty old and not at all maintained. There is seepage in the rooms. Don’t expect early checkin or late checkout. Even if you say that you will checkout on time, these guys will keep on knocking at the door multiple times to remind you of checkout which is really irritating for the customers. The only thing which i liked about this property is that it’s at the walking distance to the beach and kitchen is good.

Booked my stay on Makemytrip. The rooms are completely different and very very old. We asked for a refund immediately after the checkin but they denied. Lot of WiFi issues. The microwave coils produce very bad smell in the kitchen when you turn on the microwave. AC, room service and location are good.

It can be one of the best places for the accommodation, if the below things are take care. 1. Have a local spoc who can look at concerns being raised and fix it. 2. Make the pictures more realistic than keeping it to pictures. 3. Work on the feedback and avoid wrong promises and commitments to customers. Had a horrible time with my 2 days time where 2 apartments were given in 2 buildings and sadly one of the building lift was not working. Best part was promised that the lift would be fixed in couple to hours which did not get fixed even after 2 days. Rats were running around in the other apartment n after escalation n spending a night was given a different room next day. Overall absolutely not value for the money. Avoid it if u r with family n want peace of mind.

This is not a great place if you are visiting goa. You can find better ones. The rooms were not clean, towels were dirty, bathroom flush doesn't work. No proper service. Check in is late and checkout is on time. Owner knocks the door asking you to checkout at exact time. You can choose better home stays or resorts. Happy holidays, 🥂
