Washroom is basic thing about any restaurant that can you judge the cleanliness of that property. And kfc goa in calangute fails in this. Washroom is not clean. Full of smelling. How can a kfc like brand talarate this kind of things in there property. It's unexpected from KFC🍟➕🍔➕🍗

Good as always but I kinda miss there Krushers offering. They had multiple Krushers before but now only 2 were there.And my favourite one was not among that :/

The Chicken was super crispy and tasted great. But the interiors are old and is in dire need of a major revamp some of the tables were wobbly and unstable. Anyways the tourists will be flocking to this restaurant so it seems like the management doesn't care to give the best experience for their dine-in customers .

KFC The Grand, does not takes the order . I went thr to place order and 5 to 6 staff members were there. None of them took my order . They all were so busy chit chatting with each other that I had to raise my voice so that someone should assist me to place my order.After complaining, still none of the staff members took my order. It should be closed . The staff is just taking salary and does not wish to move any finger to work

Centrally located, in a prime area of Calangute. This outlet is huge and has independent free ample parking space. Food, as always was best. The service was good. They have ample seating space.

We took Super 4's (479 rs) Pack & believe me :( Expect service, Everything else was absolutely disappointing 😒 . Tasteless Food & totally waste of money! Sorry for being so harsh But man, I was really disappointed!

Comparatively better than other kfc restaurants. Dont know the reason fot the extra flavour. Service was very good. Order was quickly serviced. Very spacious. Clean and tidy. Has a good space for parking. Has two stairs. Hand wash was only available on upper stairs. Easy to spot as it is at the center of the area. And very crowded.

I love This KFC. Because it's very Clean and systematic. And the outer look is very beautiful and attractive. And also taste is also awesome. And the workers also too friendly and respectful. This place is very silent. It's near to Beach also. You can enjoy your movement here with your friends. I love This KFC.

Placed order but they served almost cold items, after requesting them for fresh items it took 20 minutes more to wait Need to focus on quality

Only positive thing is the place is big and can accommodate a lot of people. The order was not captured thus spending an extra 20 mins to do the order again. Staff seems to have no idea of what’s going on. Toilet and hand wash areas were nothing like any other branches of KFC. And finally the chicken itself, I had to remind myself that I’m eating KFC because it didn’t even taste close.

The snacks provided by this outlet were lip-smacking and delicious. The staff was always helpful and they assisted us by giving me quick services. One of the must-try restaurants to satisfy your cravings.

Due to the pandemic they are only doing take away so can understand that it's better the are taking precautions for everyone's safety... coming to food the KFC has maintained their taste, quality standards but chicken bbq or the Spicy grill the one without the batter was not available so not sure if they dont do it in this brunch or was out of stock... overall KFC fans this is the only branch in Calangut the next one is in Porvorim so if ur craving for KFC dont miss this one.

The tables are filthy, and all around them. Nobody cleans them. Disgusting!

This outlet was a major disappointment. As soon as I walked in, I was hit by a strong unpleasant smell, which was not a great first impression. I then tried to order using the kiosk, but it kept malfunctioning. After finally placing my order, the payment machine wouldn't accept my payment. I had to take my order ticket to the counter, where the staff member was incredibly unhelpful. He rudely informed me that it's company policy to order at the kiosk and pay at the counter, even though the kiosk was clearly not working properly. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The place was unclean, the technology was faulty, and the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. I would never recommend this outlet to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

Ruined the whole goa trip with the visit to this outlet. Really poor kept dining. Don't even enter the washroom. The most disgusting and stinky handwash area I have seen so far. Absolutely no covid precautions.

Totally disappointed!!!!!!!!!! Its KFC????? I don't think so!!! We are ordered in buckets and cakes. Its not to proper cooked. That almost of chicken comes like juicy chicken. And the flavor masala put it on like plaster. Blaah blaaah blaaah

It was conveniently located near my accommodation, so I often went there for lunch. I was with my family members and we enjoyed the chicken rolls, zinger burgers and chicken bucket. The food was tasty and the price was reasonable, especially compared to other restaurants in Goa. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value of KFC.

The staff wouldn't let me order what I wanted as they said they didn't have it. Then they said it's only available online after I showed them they do have it. So then I had to order it online to the select it for pick up. Then the food portions, particularly the chicken pieces, were so small. Definitely no value for money.

I had ordered food from this store via Zomato i got uncooked food with sweet maionese sauce burger for the kind info I ve not ordered sweet burgers thank you for the worst experience, this is 3 time im faced same problem

For a brand like KFC this a very bad outlet! Poor hygiene. Poor maintenance. Poor staff. The offers that show available on takeout and dine inn on their sites are not available here. There were hardly tables to sit which where cleaned. There's no proper air conditioning. It's full of chaos and there were huge waiting lines to place one order! There were two boys taking the order and one yelling that the bill machine isn't working.

It was very good funny day for us I really loved the service and good food also..

Wrost experience regarding test I visited KFC earlier also but This time test was horrible. We oder biryani and smoky red chicken biryani was test less and somky chicken was less bake so chicken was not good also kindly avoid this KFC outlet they don't know how to prepare

I'm very thankful for the staff Ms.Difa for her genuine service and pizza delivered on time,ambiance and cleanliness is good they are mentioning good hygiene as per there standards all over good.

Enough parking... Easy to identify... Good maintenence and good atmosphere..
