The staff was friendly enough. And there the positves end for me. Elevator didn't have interior doors. Hallways are tiny. Room door have large gaps which let light in during the night. Bedding was full of stains. Bathroom sink was the size of a postcard. Wifi barely worked. And there was still hair in the shower. All of which I wouldn't mind if the price reflected that but it didn't.

Ideal location, very friendly and attentive staff. Very clean room and bathrooms, the size wasn’t very big but to spend a few days it is perfect. My boyfriend and I loved it, we recommend it!

Basic is an overstatement.....we arrived around 9.00pm to a cold room with the window open. The quilt was thin .....we had to put the bath towels over us for an extra layer of warmth.....the shower was bizarre. Need to be 7 foot tall to get a reasonable shower or it just spayed into the corner and missed you all together! !!!!!!! I would not recommend this hotel.

The Staff is very friendly and kind. The breakfast was very delicious. The room was not so big, but perfect for business trip, the bed was conformable and the room is clean. The hotel has coffee machine, and the whole impression is that the hotel has good energy and you feel comfortable and good there.

We were 3 and the room was a little bit small. The bathroom was tiny, it was easy to brush your teeth in the shower rather than the sink. Do not expect to have your beds done when you come back, they just cover them with the duvet. The staff was very friendly and kind, the guy in the reception speaks Spanish. The location was very convenient.

Small hotel in great location near bars, restorants and fast foods. Good value for money, nice breakfast. Rooms are small but very clean. Only downside is thin walls, you can hear everything happening on your floor.

The hotel is close to amenities and is a short walk from sightseeing opportunities like Grand Place and Palace of Brussels. The breakfast is great value for €5pp. Rooms are comfortable and warm.

Benefits: Very kind and friendly staf , less on the night shift( the guy very strange , no meters about the noise in the hotel, I will explain) , the room clean , with new furniture, breakfast enough for 5 euro , very comfortable room and place of the hotel , center of the city , for 10 euro you can have also safe parking . Price/quality it was expected , very accessible price . It was only a problem : during the night,our neighbors decide to do a “free concert” , screams , fights etc... and because the rooms are not isolated for sounds, it’s was like in our room happens all of this sh”” , and we can’t sleep for 3-4 hours , and nobody did nothing , we called receptionist and also had trying to talk with guys .. but.., In the end the staff was understanding us and leave us to sleep and did the check out later , and the problem was resolved, I am not sure to give 3 or 4 stars , because was really nice staff. This was our experience.

Very clean, warm (we visited in March), sharp bathroom with hot water. This hotel has an elevator and with an extra €5 per person, you can get a very full and varied breakfast. The hotel also has a coffee machine. Beyond that, it is very close to the metro station (3-5 minutes walk), has restaurants, shops, and a supermarket nearby. The staff working there are very polite and helpful.

Very Good Staff. Rooms are clean. Only minor complaint is that room are a bit cold. Dont know may be my room heater has an issue. Anyway I recommend this hotel.

We slept really well, the breakfast was awesome, the room service perfect. It was 20 minutes far from the down town and the stuff was really helpful and nice. Good choice!

After reading the reviews about this hotel I was a bit afraid to go there :) But my stay appeared to be good. The single room with double bed was indeed small, the building is old but the room was clean. No bed bugs thanks god, I checked very thoroughly. I liked the breakfast, especially the pastry, for 5 euros is a good meal. The reception and maids were extremely helpful and friendly. The elevator is strange but funny. The hotel location is close to the center. Good service for the moderate price.

Pictures were nothing like the hotel. Room was old, dull and extremely basic. No kettle, drinking water or similar facilites available. Very small room and tiny bathroom. Was not clean.. Had to wash down the shower before I used it. Very loud at night.. Could hear people in the corridors and footsteps. On a good note.. Very central location.
