Worst place ever in terms of service. My friend got her room stolen from another client. I arrived around 9PM, nobody was here to welcome us as guests. Is there even an owner in this place? I arrived in my room without any guidelines from the owner. Then, my room neighbour was bloody noisy. I kindly asked him to lower the volume but he kindly told me he was not even hearing the TV so not keeping it down. Super agressive. I came here for professional event, worst night. You hear all noises in the house. In the morning you go in the bathroom, super cold, the heater was off all night. Anyway… maybe I just had no luck but that is my experience. I must say that the bedroom are fine and clean.

A great little guest house in a beautiful area of the city. It's an old, wooden house, so you do hear a bit of noise when people are up and about in the house, but otherwise it is silent and very peaceful. In addition to the rooms, there's a new kitchen and living room areas that is very cozy. Highly recommended if you are staying in Brussels for a few days.

Stayed one night which was enough for us. Room looks like on the internet, but a closer look shows some not nice stuff. Hard bed, noisy house, bath room smelled, noisy neighbors. Pictures look great but I will not come back. Not a hotel, just rooms. Positive: easy check-in, fast answers via WhatsApp, area is ok (school on the other side of the street), coffee for two in the room

Basically a boarding house, it was not clear that the bathrooms are shared. you can hear every single movement and step in the building. the towels smelt bad, the sheets and bedding are super super cheap, itchy, and hot, and the shower is clogged with hair and overflows. The door of our room banged everytime someone in the building moved, and we had to pile up our bags against it. Didnt see a single person that worked there.

Whilst the rooms look nice they are not usable for hotel rooms. The property is old so you can hear EVERY sound in the house. Neighbours play music really loud at night. Every bathroom is SHARED with other guests - not mentioned on the ad! The floor is ultra slippy floorboards so a massive H&S risk. The room doesn't even have a kettle or wash basin. Avoid this place!!

Positives: Cute little boutique accommodation place in Brussels, room is spacious, friendly owner, and there is netflix available Downsides: Very cold in the room and heating didn't work, shared bathroom, bathroom lock isn't very secure, scared of other guests walking in, no cutlery in the kitchen to eat with.

😀 The location was fine, about 8-9' on foot to the metro station (Louise). The architecture of the buildings in the area was AMAZING (more art nouveau). I liked that even though we knew we don't have breakfast included (because it's a guest house, not a hotel), Patrick (our host) did leave us 4 coffee capsules so we can make our morning coffee and we thank him a lot 🙏🏻 He also sent us detailed instructions about how to get in, in case he wasn't there to open us. Finally, the building was so traditional and beautiful, and room too. 🙁 One thing we didn't like was that the bathroom wasn't inside the room, we didn't know that as it wasn't mentioned in Booking. Another thing we didn't like, was that our room didn't seem the cleanest, I mean the bed was ok, but the rug in front of the bed, was a little dirty, also the bathrobes inside the wardrobe smelled a little, so we didn't use them. Furthermore, everything inside (the stairs on the floors, the floor in our room) had no soundproof, everything was made of wood and as a result, you could hear every step.

Stayed in the basic room and it was as advertised. Cleaned well & central location. The owner & his colleagues were friendly and helpful. I would stay again. The stairs are squeaky but no problem if you bring ear plugs.

From fotos we don't know which room he give us. He give which he want. His entrance code didn't come to me and I should wait in front of door 1 hour. There was nobody for service and customers. There was nobody except us. It was like a leaved house.

Wonderful location, 5 minutes walk to public transportation direct to any sightseeing place in the city. Neighborhood itself is lively and lovely, with a lot of renovated squares on which you surely will find a terrace for a drink or a bite. Appartement is at a Brussels typical "Maison de Maître", completely renovated for the purpose of hosting you. Staff visit it frequently, they're nice, kind and attentive. The terrace on a cool night is just the cherry on the cake!

Unless you want a cheap hostel-like experience, do not stay here as per below. 1. Broken things everywhere, in need of urgent maintenance kitchen/bathrooms 2. Paper thin walls with doors to neighbouring guest rooms hidden behind wardrobes - you can hear *everything* 3. Dirty guests not flushing toilets, peeing in baths 4. Owner/manager walking around asking/insinuating who is being filthy 5. Other guests have rooms adjoining the kitchen and bathrooms who will be forever asking you to turn lights off/keep doors closed/keep noise down when cooking. 6. Entire building is *dark* including upon entry and coming down stairs, dangerous- ridiculous. 7. No privacy whatsoever. This place would/could be lovely if the owners put in effort for maintenance and actually soundproofed some rooms. Not a good experience.

Near the metro station Louise, Brussels... rooms are well decorated, host is very very friendly and helpful...you have to share your bathrooms and kitchen...

Amazing place, the room is really nice, clean and big. The bathroom is on the hall, also very clean. Katalin is answering very quick to messages. I will choose again the place next time I visit Bruxelles! I recommend it!
