More than 10 beds in room, but advertised as 10-person room. No lock on bedroom door. Awful smell, despite keeping the balcony door open. No *working* wifi. Vomit on the toilet from drunken travelers. The only star is for proximity to train station.

Worst place I've ever seen in the heart of EU. 1 washroom for 20 ppl. Do not waste your money. Its totally unsecure for girls. Messenger kept lying we're totally booked even I saw 3 rooms were vacant for last 3 days. I did not have choice to find other option because it was not refundable. I oumd some bed bugs in room.

I’m a girl traveling alone and this place wasn’t for me (and I wouldn’t advice it to anyone anyway). The area is pretty unsafe and very dirty... VERY BAD LOCATION And yes the dorm is cheap but you can find way better for the same price, it’s not because it’s cheap that they have to be careless... there was bedbugs in my bed... I left after the first night!

The worst place, where I've ever been. No keys to the doors. Very dirty. On my second night I found someone sleeping in my bed. Very brittle staff.

It's an ok place, lady on the recepcion didn't speak or understand any english. Room was on the sixth floor shared with other 4 girls and myself with a bed still available. It was two floor room in the 2nd floor there was a toilet and two smaller rooms I guess for people that wanted more privacy. There was a kind of kitchen with microwave asell. 17€ night booked the same day I was going to stay I don't expect anything too fancy. Attached views from the room

I am checking out of Holidays Apart Hotel (BHG) today. And it had been a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. There’s always construction inside the building which I’m sure isn’t safe to breath in CONSTANTLY. The reception people aren’t always at the desk and they lie to you about simple and complex issues. THE FAT MAN AT THE DESK ATTEMPTED THE STAB ME WITH A PEN BECAUSE I TOLD HIM I WAS FROM UNITED STATES 😡😡 HE SAID I WAS BLACK AND HE IS BETTER THAN ME BECAUSE HE WAS WHITE BUT HE IS DARKER THAN ME 😂😂😂😂🙏🏽 A lady went crazy in the room and my roommate didn’t feel safe anymore. Upon making a complaint with reception (multiple people now), they said they would talk with her. They decided she could stay in the room. UNACCEPTABLE! The next night the lady went crazy again and my roommate said she would call the police. The reception has the nerve to get mad at my roommate for wanting to call the police instead of removing the crazy person. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The man at the reception decided to degrade me asking if I wanted to pay for her new room 😂 SHE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Also, THERE IS BLACK MOLD!! I REPEAT BLACK MOLD IN THE BATHROOMS!!! I WAS OFFERED ANOTHER ROOM AND THERE IS BLACK MOLD THROUGH THE TILE GROUT!!!! 😢😢😢 I HAVE BEEN SICK DURING MY STAY HERE AND UPON ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK, MY REQUEST COULDNT BE MADE 😡 ITS ABOUT MONEY!!!!!!!! AND THE CLEANING LADY INSULTS AND STEALS MY ROOMMATES FOOD!!! Also, you should note this Hostel is in a sketchy neighborhood.(Anderlecht, Clemenceau Métro). (The neighborhood doesn’t bother me, but I have heard other complain). PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND BRUSSELS HELLO HOSTEL!! THERE ARE FAR BETTER!!! Unorganized, rooms cannot be locked and I did not even get the room I paid for. I booked a room with 4 people and ended up with 7+. The area is also rather dangerous-looking so I would not suggest going out at night.

This hostel was very central and convenient closed to shops and markets. Managers were professional, friendly but not speaking English very well. There have been technical problems with water not working and heating just on a few occasions but most of the stay was OK. Reception man and wife were quite demanding to customers. It did not let you stay in some circumstances.helpfyk at first days at checking in but then felt patronised despite paying rental charges regularly, buying their products and following policies.

I accompanied a friend to this hotel but did not personally stay there. The exterior of the building and the welcome at the reception contrast sharply with certain opinions expressed, which I find quite incompatible with the reputation of a 3 star.

It's good a short stay. I wish it had some locked cabinets too put my things. I vividly advise to take breakfast or just a tea at the café marhaba close by.

The beds were comfortable, the position was very good. 4 stars because there was only 1 bathroom for a dormitory of more than 10 days and we had problems with the WiFi

Terrible, I agree, unpleasant, I don't recommend it to anyone... there are 4 in the room but it's not normal for a 3/4 star hotel, it's truly pitiful..........

I didn't like it, bad refrigerator was smelly. Just that no more.

I stayed at this horrible place because there was no other place available in Brussels. The place was filthy, the shower was clogged and there was water seeping through the door into the rooms. There were a couple of very disquieting people in my room. But the worst was their refusal to give me a receipt for my stay, which I needed for my work. I do not recommend this facility that should be banned by any decent platform.
