We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed our stay in Waterloo! Our room was a twin room (did have a kettle!) and the air con was great with the heat too! Beds were comfy and the TV was good (does have some UK Tv channels) as well. The only downside with the room were the doors to the toilet and full bathroom- they're not quite proper doors so don't have a latch. Our toilet door didn't quite latch so was ever slightly ajar- not great for the self-conscious! The staff were all really friendly and there's a bar/restaurant too which was nice. Breakfast was yummy- mainly cold but they do do a small selection of hot dishes too such as eggs.

Rooms smell like they are smoked in. Plastic pea cover on beds. Not a hotel to stay at for the price you pay.

A really lovely hotel in the centre of Waterloo. All the staff were most helpful, pleasant and welcoming. My room was very comfortable, very clean and I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was superb, and the adjoining restaurant is top-notch. One of the best hotels I have been lucky to visit.

Arrived at the hotel Le Côté Vert in Waterloo... I came here for the first time and the employees are just marvelous and helpful. Outside, garden, entrance and parking are very nice. Very clean everywhere and the bedding is so comfortable 🫨 Even when you enter the room, there is a nice scent to welcome you. waow I am happy I could discover here.

The AC is weak and not allowed to stay on when the room is unoccupied (the weather reached up to 30 degrees), but the Receptionist advised that I can leave the AC on?! The Room Service Menu, apart from beverages, can only be booked in advance (highly unusual!). The Mini Bar is non-existent - The fridge is broken. The bed is extremely soft and uncomfortable and unfortunately there is a language barrier when speaking in English as I asked for more hangers but received many more towels. The price that I paid which was over £2’300.00 for 15 nights turned out to be a huge waste of my money and such a shame as I was looking forward to my holidays which I waited for, for 2 years (like the majority of people). I will definitely not return to this hotel,

A very nice hotel in the center of Waterloo. Excellent service, very nice breakfast and large rooms surrounded by very nice gardens which enables you to relax and drift away from the more busy city center nearby. Excellent location to visit the surrounding environment and musea or enjoy some very nice restaurants nearby.

A gem in the middle of Waterloo. Was a nice stay, hotel staff understood and spoke English well. Rooms and service was nice/clean. Parking accommodation very good and lots of space. WiFi worked very well, and have nothing negative to comment.

Beautiful garden. Pleasant large rooms. feels like a 80’s motel, could benefit from better facilities in the rooms. (Like coffee maker, cotton bed linen)

Great hotel in very lovely location 😊👍 staff is a very nice, friendly and helpful, room is nice, spacious and clean hotel is not directly on high street that makes it ideal for quiet night. Definitely can reccomend. Try restaurants nearby - best sushi in sushi shop next door.. 😊

Great family hotel in the centre of Waterloo, friendly and professional staff in alert to your requests and demand. Spacious room with very good confortable beds, clean and modern bathrooms. Quiet place with all that you need for a good journey. Good breakfast with freshly made eggs, bacon, waffles and other for your inconveniences.
