Somebody was sleeping in "my" bed, so basically they stole my money and gave me no service, I had to leave the hostel at 4am with nowhere to go. Wifi does not work, the contact phone number is fake. Next time I pass by Brussels I will report it to the police.

Incredibly dirty hostel. Some people constantly live there and feel like owners of the room. No lockers in the rooms. You need to buy it at the reception for 3€. No towels. Extremely dirty bathroom and bedrooms. The district looks very dangerous. A lot of drunk men, awfully dirty streets. It is an African territory. The hostel is not far from the train station and 20 min walk to the city centre. Though if you are a girl or a group of girls I don't recommend to walk there at night or evening time. You won't feel safe there. To sum up, it is better to think twice before staying there. Even though the hostel is cheap, it has a great deal of drawbacks.

The worst place in the Globe, which I ever been. Stay away from this hostel. Everything here is wrong. When I came back to my room after all day outside I found someone in my bed slipping on my coat. This place should be closed!!!

So you might as well be frank and direct. If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel to just sleep in: it's perfect. Comfortable bed, less than half an hour from the main market and not expensive. If you're looking for more, run away. The area really leaves something to be desired (nothing to see or do and rather dirty), the hotel is shabby: - reception leaves something to be desired (We were woken up at 10:15 p.m. because they turned on the dormitory light to seat someone) - no decoration, not even painting or anything it looks like the building is not finished. - room without keys so always open to everyone. - Toilet in the bathroom with shower. - Bathroom without lock (in an apartment with 3 dormitories of 6 beds and mixed) - Limitless cleanliness (except for the beds: sheets, duvet and nickel cushion on all beds)

Overall it’s good hostel. Location is in city center, but sometimes i smell something not good whenever i go out the lift to my room.

I like the wifi connection in this place, and cheap, but the last i go there i can't sleep cause the owner bring 1 man in our room, feel uncomfortable. And the man make sound when he sleep

The worst of the worst that I have stayed in all of Europe, horrible place, the neighborhood is ugly, the wifi is super bad, there are no keys in the room doors, the truth is that I don't even know how I fell into that gloomy place.

Bad location, very bad security, rooms do not have keys

They gave me a bed that they didn't register in the system, and they gave the same bed to someone else. When I was sleeping, the other guest came shouting to wake me up that he was in his bed, a situation that the manager didn't know how to handle since he ended up waking everyone up, not just our room. Also very bad smell.
