Booked in here for three nights but ended up leaving after one. I’m not particularly fussy but the room absolutely stank of cigarettes, the carpets were filthy, the window frames were covered in dust and the thin walls meant I could hear the guy in the room next to me screaming at someone over the phone for hours. Definitely not worth the price. I’ve stayed in worse places but didn’t really mind because they were priced accordingly. I will say the front desk staff seemed very nice though.

Worst hotel ever! I booked a single room with breakfast and had received a confirmation. The receptionist upon arrival told me that he can only see a booking in a dorm. I said that that is not correct. He didn’t offer to help, call or whatever and said that it’s definitely the websites problem. I called a service hotline and while I was in line for over an hour, more guests arrived with the same problem. After 2 hours I managed to get the money back and get a different more expensive but fine hotel. There was no good support from the hotel, people who saw the rooms were angry as there is no space, old beds, rooms smelling like smoke - sorry but I would suggest never to book a room there.

Excellent location - 100 m from Brussels-Midi Station. Staff is very nice and helpful, hotel is clean and there is no noise, so you can enjoy your stay. Rooms and hotel were very hot even during the cold February. Breakfast is available upon request. Parking is possible just outside. Price is very affordable and competitive for Brussels.

Plus: Location - it is just next to Brussels Midi train station. Staff is helpful. You can book a room with view to station or street. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom has hairdryer, movable and non movable showers together. You are provided clean towels, shampoo and soap. There is no need to have a key - you open the door by e-cart. Minus: Location - it is located in not very safe region, in dirty region. Toilet and bathroom is small. Bathroom is separated by cover weft, which dose not completely close the bathroom, because of this after every shower all bathroom floor is in water. The carpet on rooms is dirty in different places. There is no cabinet to hold the clothes.

The room has enough space, but not the bathroom. The bathroom includes two showers, hot water, no curtain at all (which is a problem in every regular Belgian hotel), and a hair dryer. The room has no TV, but it does have air conditioner. The breakfast is very poor, with a few options (no ham, no eggs, no yogurt). Although is very near to the train station, is located in a Muslim neighborhood, and the surroundings are ugly and dirty. The staff attention was very polite.

Nice hotel and very young decor. His room was very clean and his bathroom immaculate. Nice service, friendly and kind staff. In a very central location next to the train station. Very close to the metro station. To be precise, about 400 meters on foot, but also with the Grand Place, the distance is about 1.4 kilometers on foot. It is a very pleasant ride.

I highly recommend this accommodation if you’re travelling in/out of Brussels Midi station. In my case, I was travelling with lots of luggage so it was perfect that this hotel was conveniently located next to the station. It was also an easy walk to the city centre which took about 15 minutes. The hotel seemed like it was recently renovated so it was very clean and fresh. Breakfast of pastries and coffee was simple and enjoyable!

The hotel was wonderful for the price. There is 24hr reception, making it very convenient for us because we arrived around midnight. The area around it was a bit creepy at night, but all of Brussels is a bit creepy at night. At night, the area is very quiet, so we had no issues sleeping. It is a very short walk (~5min) away from the Midi/Zuid station. This is a great place to stay for groups on a budget. The rooms are very clean and the walls were uniquely decorated in interesting wallpaper. We had no issues with the cleanliness and tidiness of the room, bedding, and towels. They give small quantities of soap and shower supplies in the restroom. There is access to a fire escape from one of the windows, which made for a great place to enjoy a smoke or to just look at the view.

When we stayed here the A/C in the room went out and the staff wasn't able to fix it, so their solution was to ask us to sleep that night with the balcony doors open. This hotel is near the train station and the highway, and around the corner from a very active neighborhood, so sleep was nigh on impossible that evening. We were offered no recompense for this inconvenience. The room itself was spacious and the shower/bathroom was clean with linens. The hallway and elevators were cramped and claustrophobic, however. As a female traveler I did not feel exceptionally safe in the immediate vicinity of this hotel walking alone or after dark; and especially not in the adjoining neighborhood.

Located just a brisk walk away from Brussels Zuidstation, great location if you are passing through or sightseeing. We arrived around midnight and the receptionist was friendly and quick getting us to our room. Rooms are clean and large enough for two guests. The rooms have a water heater, television, and plenty of outlets. The ensuite bathroom contains complimentary soaps and shower gels. The only thing missing is shower curtains. We were on the fifth floor and had spotty wifi connection, however it was fast when it did work. Did not have time to try it, but in the morning they provide breakfast in the lobby.

The rooms were filthy, carpet and curtains that has not been cleaned since the the hotel has been opened. The walls were black, window full of dust that triggered my asthma, one of our bed was broken in the middle and the other was being stabilised with a tin of paint and the toilet seat was broken. I made several complaints by email but never got a response so I verbally complained and upon checking out was offered €20 by Christian the receptionist/manager on the condition that I go online and somehow cancel my booking which would have prevented me from writing a review.

I was promised a single room - as I arrive me and three other girls where put together in the same room despite having paper on a single room reservation. With no towels, lock on the door or breakfast - and having to pay taxes despite already having done so online - this was a terrible experience. The room was kinda dirty, the pillow was broken and missing the case, and the room placed to a noise road. Rude staff was no help. I got no sleep. Can not recommend.

It was pleasant and very clean and I rested well
