The hotel room had a faulty toilet and we had to pack our bag to move to a semi-basement room. Regrettably, the second room’s door was faulty and couldn’t be locked. We agreed to packed up again to stay at the original room and to travel two floors to use the toilet of the second room. And yet, when we came back in the evening, we found out that the hotel’s housekeeping forgot to attend the first room and the toilet was dirty. The hotel sent two of us to a single room and said to arrange one to two nights of refund later on. Upon checking out, the hotel refused their promised refund as they already gave us another room.

Great hotel. They killed a spider that was in my bathroom so I will forever be loyal to them. Comfortable beds and rooms.

It would have been 5 star place if air-conditioning was working. I only stayed for 1 night so it's not a big deal to sleep with open window in a busy downtown but not sleeping well for several days could have been an issue for me. Service was great, rooms are clean so it's just ac...

The stay would have been good but the small details spoiled the entire mood and experience. The room I booked has a classic ambiance with a nice view of the city buildings which makes it charming. The lady who is preparing the breakfast is really nice and accommodating. I also had a request to print some documents at the reception and the gentleman helped me with it willingly. The location is also very close tl everywhere. However, the main thing that must be improved is the signal and speed of the wifi. I was on a business trip and the internet just ruined everything. I drained my mobile data because I cannot stand the hotel internet. Other thing which needs to be addressed is the heating. It was not working well. Overall, I give it 3 stars.

Great location, great design, very cozy hotel. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Brussels. The reason for 4 stars is extremely unorganized breakfast. Lots of items never get refilled once they run out.

Overall good hotel and great location, but doors and windows in the room are old and thin letting in a lot of traffic noise, even in the 6th floor.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is situated perfectly for travelers coming by train. Clean and practical. Just one thing was a little disturbing, but I have to admit that this is not the only place in Belgium I witnessed that the receptionist insisted on adding a photocopy of my credit card when checking in. I have an additional deactivated credit card with me all the time exactly for such situations, but I would feel more comfortable when this would not be necessary.

Had the most fabulous stay at 9hotel over the weekend. The hotel is super close to the city centre and the room was spacious and clean. It was quite rainy during my stay so the hotel providing umbrellas for use was lovely. Shoutout to Omar for the great service, food recommendations, helping with printing and allowing me to checkin early (I know this is highly dependent on availability and bookings but I appreciated getting straight into the room after a long flight). Would highly recommend this hotel and will be definitely staying there again when I’m next in Brussels.

First of all the location is better than expected, there is an entrance to Central Station just a few steps away from the hotel door. The rooms are much bigger than standard European size, even with two big luggage’s opened up on ten floor there is still plenty of space to walk about. It is very spacious. The counter staff are lovely, always helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for stays in Brussels.

Cool industrial interior. This and super friendly staff are the main perks. On the flip side the bathroom is kind of inconvenient - only a few very small shelves there so you have to store most of your belongings on the floor. The lighting in the bathroom and in the room itself is poor. Overall the hotel is nice for a short stay.

Location is everything... Steps away from Metro access and cross two streets and you're at the train station. There was a mix up in the pre paid breakfast as the receptionist advised we didn't pre pay, when we did, so there for we decided not to purchase on site again. We checked out and upon receiving an email receipt we noticed it was charged each day. I will call and hopefully get this credited back (Will update review if it's not received) The room was nice besides no shower curtain in room. When requested they advised it was because that was also a handicap room. Decided to roll with it but in hindsight it really didn't make much sense since neither of us staying we're handicap and we'd have to waste two towels each day drying the bathroom floor since there wasn't towels. AC is there but cooling was only ok. All in all I would stay there again but there are room for improvements.

Trendy on the surface and very clean/well kept but disappointing overall. Small little hiccups that alone aren’t a big deal but together just get irritating. The mattress felt old and had a large dip in the middle of it. The lights were too dim to work properly from the desk. The windows were old and let a lot of noise from the busy road despite being on the 5th floor. The coffee machine wasn’t working at breakfast. But the most irritating was the sketchy WiFi which made my business trip incredibly difficult. Good location near Central station and the Old Town so likely a good spot for travelling but won’t stay here again for business.

Nice small hotel in central Brussel very near to Gare Central. Raw decorations in the rooms, which I appreciated.

Great hotel, right next to Central Metro station, 5 min drive from Midi Station and a 10 minute walk to the Grand Place - location is ideal. It's a small hotel, but you get a more personal experience in my experience. There are approx 30 rooms I think, my double was minimalist style but modern and had everything I needed, more importantly it was comfy. I overlooked the main road, and had a far quieter night than I expected so no issues there, and couldn't hear the metro. Breakfast was really nice, not over the top - a small selection of hot food, fruit, breads/pastries, continental and even waffles. There is a small bar/lounge area which operates on a 'honesty' policy and had a good choice of items there. I would absolutely return here with the family and kids, location was ideal. Close enough to be within walking distance but far enough that you don't get the crowds.

The staff were caring and friendly! The gentleman who checked us in helped us store our bags and made us aware of the refreshment available in the lobby. He provided us with the city map and recommanded nice places to visit and eat. Later in the afternoon, the lady at reception provided us with the map of the metro and directions. The wifi in the place is fast, this helped me sort out my roaming issues. The lady in the breakfast area helped us make wafles in the morning 😁. It was hot outside but the room was equiped with AC! The towels and bed sheets are white. The room, shower and toilets were clean. I recommend 9Hotel as it is really close to amenities and the level of customer service is just FAB!!

Alright for a three star. Close to the central station, quiet enough, and clean. My room was nice but tiny, the breakfast is very basic, and the place has a bit of a hostel vibe overall.

Everything was perfect! Staff is very friendly and helpful. I will come back! Breakfast was good and we got a good drink at the bar.

Friendly, helpful, clean, nice breakfast. Location very handy for metro but noisy, and it felt a bit sketchy - there's currently roadworks blocking the nearby junction so maybe it'll be better when that's done. Expensive, not sure if that's just Brussels pricing.

Excellent central hotel. Free hot drinks and croissants. Clean and the staff were really friendly. Some road noise on lower levels.

Nice clean rooms, nice small balconies very close to the train station and walk distance to the main attractions in Brussels

Disappointing, not worth the money. Receptionist was kind of irritated and didn't seem to be in a helpful mood. Location was very pleasant though, close to Brussel central statiob. Room was clean and with a view. The room however wasn't soundproof at the slightest. All the noise from the hallway and from the street were very clear. The wifi also wasn't working and staff didn't bother to fix anything about it at all. I ended up using the wifi of the hotel next to the building. Overall, I would recommend to upgrade to a 4 star hotel with better service and utilities.

素晴らしい. Large clean room. Sink outside bathroom makes sharing convenient. Delicious breakfast. Helpful staff. Downsides: sirens nearby can be quite noisy late night and morning. 7th floor gets hot at night but there's quiet AC. Bathroom door is hard to find, it slides.

Centrally located boutique hotel. Rooms with everything you need but nothing more. Breakfast as nice as the breakfast room with a view on Brussels in the morning. Recommended!

Loved the location of this hotel so near to transport. Busy life outside but so quiet and peaceful inside. Only a short walk from the main station. Very friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay.

Tidy and stylish rooms. Very friendly staff. Awesome location for exploring the city. The breakfast could be improved, though. Very small selection of fruits and vegetables.

Perfect location, intresting interior, delicious breakfast. The hotel is next to the Gare Central train station and right at a metro station. It couldn't be better placed. I think the hotel has been recently refurbished and the interior design has become very exciting: there are some walls where the plaster is left (you see the old bricks), but where it is, the wall is beautiful white. Good to look at. The room is very comfortable and clean. Choose barely if you are in Brussels.

Hotel service was great. Easy check in and room was a good value for the price. Very clean and comfortable! We had our room on the 6th floor. There was construction going on nearby while we were there and it is was a bit noise. Definitely would stay again. Very close to the plaza and train station is right next to the hotel if you are not good on foot. Breakfast buffet looked good but we didn't eat at the hotel.

Lift (elevator) was repaired 3 times during our stay. Stairs were difficult. Breakfast was very good.

Brussels Central Station is a 5-minute walk away. There is no parking lot, but 'Parking Grand Place' recommended by the hotel is also a 5-minute walk away, so there was no problem in bringing a suitcase. And the important thing is that it is a 10-minute walk to the 'Grand Place', so the location is so good that you can travel to the city center on foot. This is exactly what I highly recommend. The room was spacious and clean, and there was plenty of space to put two large suitcases and other things, so it was easy to move around. The shower room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. There was also an electric kettle for hot coffee and tea provided free of charge, and a small refrigerator with cold water as a service. Everything was satisfactory.

Overall a nice hotel with somewhat friendly staff! We opted to pay extra for the breakfast during our stay and found a long black hair intertwined on the cheese slices one morning, and that was the only gross part that kind of turned our stomachs. Room was super clean though, and Belgium traffic provided a unique ambiance lol. It is pretty close to everything that you’d want to see in Brussels, so it was amazing to walk everywhere to take in the scenery.

We spent only one night here. Beautiful old building with nice modern inner architecture. The personal was very helpful and kind. They also deposited our baggages for the next day. Thanks for it! The room was small but beautiful. There was no cabinet, just a plate and some boxes for clothes. For one night it caused no problem. The breakfast was very good. The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk from Brussel Centraal station, and one of the subway exits is right beside the hotel.

The Hotel is nearby most attractions in City Center, but my reason to leave a negative review, is because the room smells so bad, you have to keep the bathroom door close, or you will feel that you are sleeping in the toilet. I spoke to the front desk about the bad smell and the gave me a spray, serious!!! Also, the breakfast is up to 10am and if got there by 8:30 they run out of breakfast, dirty table, only 2 people working that's doesn't have a clue of what there were doing.

Great room at the top of 9Hotel Central. This is somewhat of a low tech hotel, but the room upgrade/deluxe was completely worth it. Comfortable bed, plenty of room, good value. We had zero issues the entire experience the four nights we were there. Other reviewers commented on the noise, and while our room on the 7th floor was pretty quiet, ambulance and police sirens were plentiful on Friday night, and gloriously absent on the weekend nights. Extremely convenient location and we were happy to have stayed here.

Excellent location and clean hotel. The noise level was nice and quiet even though it’s located right near central Brussels train station. I also left my apple AirPod max there when I left and the hotel shipped it back to me very quickly. Thank you so much!

Very quaint boutique hotel in the heart of Brussels. Relaxing and quiet atmosphere with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Comfortable bed and very well priced.
